Nigger thug murders 48 year old white man and shoots his 70 year old mother 2 times in the back as she is running away in Nashville tn.


When this story broke, I wrote in the comment section of one of the local news stations. I wrote "nothing new here, just more black on black crime." Another person wrote in the comment section that I was wrong, that it was black on white crime. The local news media has REFUSED to identify the race of the victims. I have been searching the obituary of the 48 year old who was murdered to see if I could find a picture. When I find one I will email you the information.

4 or 5 years later, Spivey was convicted on burglary for robbery. Spivey & partner had planned on murdering the people inside the home quickly after gaining entry, which Spivey did kill the son but mom survived, that was the reason why he was convicted of

September 18, 2017 (Nashville, TN)- A Davidson County jury returned guilty verdicts Thursday afternoon against a man charged in a deadly 2014 home invasion in Antioch. After four days of testimony and less than an hour of deliberations, jurors convicted Javon Jolarry Spivey, 28, on the following six felony counts:
First Degree Premeditated Murder
First Degree Felony Murder
Attempted First Degree Premeditated Murder
Especially Aggravated Burglary
Robbery
Employing a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony


Spivey shot and killed Charles Peterson IV after breaking into the home Peterson shared with his mother, Anne. Mrs. Peterson was also shot by Spivey as she ran to a neighbor’s house for help. Assistant District Attorney Byron Pugh described the case as a nightmarish series of crimes committed by a man who had no regard for human life.
Mrs. Peterson took the stand during the trial and told jurors how Spivey chased her down as she ran for her life, stomped on her back when she fell to the ground, and shot her multiple times. “Mrs. Peterson remained undeterred in her quest for justice for herself and her son. The jury’s decision to find this defendant guilty of these horrific crimes will allow Mrs. Peterson to begin the process of healing,” said ADA Pugh.


Jurors also found Spivey guilty of robbing [and BEATING] a man at a Murfreesboro Road ATM one hour after fleeing the Peterson home. He will be sentenced by Judge Cheryl Blackburn on November 1.

Metro police are looking for two suspects tied to a fatal home invasion at an Antioch house early Saturday morning.
Responders found Charles Peterson IV, 48, dead from multiple gunshots in the garage of the Ascot Drive home he shared with his mother Ann Peterson, 70.

Police located Ann Peterson at a home near her residence on the 4700 block of Ascot Drive. She had multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Investigators believe both Charles and Ann Peterson were both awake watching television around 4 a.m. when the power went off at their home. After Ann Peterson asked her son to check on the power, she allegedly heard gunshots from outside her room.

Police said she ran into the two suspects as she ran down the stairs to see what happened and was later shot in the foot. She was forced by the suspects to go through the home with them while they gathered some of the items there, police said.
The suspects then allegedly told Ann Peterson to sit outside the residence. She instead tried to flee but was shot twice more as she crossed the street. THAT WAS A LIE The suspects fled the residence before responders arrived.

Police said they aren’t certain why the suspects invaded the Antioch home.

Less than an hour later, police said Ann Peterson’s ATM card was used by one of the suspects at a Bank of America branch on Murfreesboro Pike. The man masked his face before using the card, according to surveillance footage.
Detectives urge anyone who recognizes the suspect in the surveillance footage or has knowledge of the shooting and home invasion to contact Nashville Crime Stoppers at 615-74-CRIME or at www.nashvillecrimestoppers.com.

NASHVILLE, Tennessee (AP) — A man wanted on charges of murder and robbery in Nashville has been captured in Gulfport, Mississippi.
Nashville police say the U.S. Marshal’s Gulf Coast Fugitive Task Force found 24-year-old Javon Spivey on Friday after getting a tip from Nashville Crime Stoppers.
Police issued a warrant for Spivey’s arrest charging him first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder and especially aggravated robbery in connection with the August 30 home invasion and shooting death of 48-year-old Charles Peterson, IV. Peterson’s mother, 70-year-old Ann Peterson, was wounded that same day.
Spivey also faces charges of aggravated robbery and especially aggravated kidnapping.
Police say he pistol-whipped and robbed an employee of the Mapco store on August 28th.
Spivey is in custody and awaiting extradition to Tennessee.

Ms. Peterson also said that the taller man [Spivey] told her “he shot her f’ing husband, so don’t go looking for him, he’s dead, dead in the garage.”

The Appellant caught Ms. Peterson, knocked her down, and shot her once in the right armand three times in the back of her head. The Appellant stomped her between her shoulder blades, called her a “f[*****]g white honkey b[***]h,” and walked off, “basically [leaving her] for dead.” Ms. Peterson “played dead” until the Appellant walked across the street to her house.

Detective High said that in the [youtube] video, the Appellant was wearing a watch that was similar to the watch the person was wearing in the security video of the robbery at Bank of America. Detective High said that he did not know when the video was posted to YouTube, explaining that “from what I remember it was posted earlier that year, within the same, 2014, but I don’t remember when.”

THE ONE QUESTION THAT REMAINS, AFTER THEY CAUGHT THE TALLER HOME INVADER aka SPIVEY, WHO IS THE SHORT FAT NEGRO THAT GOT AWAY?
