The Department of Justice (DOJ) is refusing to release 15 pages of documents explaining the Biden administration’s strategy to implement a “voter access” policy that is being coordinated with left-wing groups just weeks before the 2022 election.
In March 2021, President Joe Biden signed Executive Order 14019, “Promoting Access to Voting.” As Breitbart News noted:

President Joe Biden issued an executive order on “access to voting” on Sunday that instructs federal government agencies to promote voter registration, help Americans apply to vote by mail, and “combat misinformation,” among other measures.
The “Executive Order on Promoting Access to Voting” reads like a Democratic Party wish-list of “reforms” that enshrines many of the practices that were adopted on a temporary basis during the pandemic-affected 2020 election. Its provisions include:

• using federal agencies to promote voter registration;
• using federal agencies to inform Americans about voting;
• linking federal agency websites to state voter registration websites;
• providing voter registration and vote-by-mail applications;
• using “approved, nonpartisan third-party organizations” to register voters at federal agencies;
• using identification documents issued by the agency to help people register to vote;
• providing more multilingual services to potential voters;
• giving public employees “time off to vote in Federal, State, local, Tribal, and territorial elections”; and
• promoting voter registration for federal prisoners.

One provision states: “It is the responsibility of the Federal Government to expand access to, and education about, voter registration and election information, and to combat misinformation, in order to enable all eligible Americans to participate in our democracy.”

Under the U.S. Constitution, elections are largely administered by the states. But critics of Biden’s executive order noted that it amounts to an attempt to federalize elections, and to do so without authority from Congress, never mind the Constitution.
As Mollie Hemingway of The Federalist noted in June, Biden was elected in 2020 after Democrats and their donors, such as billionaire Mark Zuckerberg, funded and commandeered local election administration in key counties in crucial swing states.
The Foundation for Government Accountability (FGA) filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for documents about the DOJ plan last year, which the DOJ refused to produce until compelled to do so by a federal court last Thursday, two months before the 2002 midterm elections. While it did provide a few documents, the DOJ used a loophole in the FOIA legislation to withhold the “strategic plan” for Executive Order 14019.
As Byron York of the Washington Examiner notes:

So the strategic plan, the document that would give the world some information on what the administration is doing to enact Biden’s order, remains a secret. But that’s not all. The Justice Department is withholding lots of other information, as well.

One troubling clue did make it past Justice Department censors. On July 12, 2021, the Justice Department held a “listening session” with outside activists working on voting rights. The group included dozens of people, all of them from left-leaning groups. There were 10 from the American Civil Liberties Union, five from the Campaign Legal Center, three from Demos, three from the Southern Poverty Law Center, five from the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights, two from Black Lives Matter, and many others. The list would not reassure anyone hoping that the Justice Department is working in a scrupulously nonpartisan way. But of course, we don’t really know what the department is doing because the administration is keeping it a secret [emphasis omitted].

While the DOJ hides information about how the federal government is intervening in the upcoming election, guaranteeing that the results will be held in suspicion, Biden, his party, and their allies in the media are claiming that the midterm election is about defending “democracy” from its opponents, and liken those who doubt election results to traitors and terrorists.

Ever since the release of 2000 Mules, Americans have been frustrated over the lack of details or arrests related to the people or organizations behind these vote-stealing operations…until now.

A former Democrat candidate for Orange County, FL Commissioner, has stepped up and is blowing the whistle on a widespread voter fraud operation in the Orlando area.​

Florida’s no-nonsense Republican Governor Ron DeSantis has asked his new election crimes unit to recommend State Police conduct a full criminal investigation into an affidavit filed by a Democrat whistleblower that outlines a widespread ballot-harvesting operation that’s allegedly been taking place in black communities in Central Florida for years.
In late August, former Orange County Commissioner candidate Cynthia Harris filed an affidavit with the Florida Secretary of State’s office alleging that ballot harvesters showed up at her home attempting to collect her ballot when she shut them down. Harris claims they are part of an illegal ballot-harvesting operation that’s been going on for years in the black community in the Orlando area. According to Harris, ballot harvesters are paid $10 for each ballot they collect.
Just the News reports- Harris described an intricate system funded by liberal-leaning organizations that dispatch ballot brokers into black communities to pressure voters to turn over their ballots. The $10 fee per ballot is divvied up among the parties who help complete the harvesting.

Harris explains:

You the candidate, or any political party, can find out when the absentee ballots are mailed and to whom. What happens is these ballot harvesters—they know which batch has gone out— they go to the door, and they ask you for your absentee ballot. Well, in communities that don’t look like me, no one does this, but in our community, it’s kind of like at accepted practices that the man is coming by to pick up my absentee ballot, or the lady is coming to pick up my absentee ballot.
And you know, it’s just utterly ridiculous that people don’t understand that once that ballot leaves your hand and it’s not placed in the mailbox or is not directly given to the supervisor of elections, you don’t know where it goes. It’s possible that they throw them away—we’ve seen evidence of that. You see them, they steam open the ballots, and then they mis-mark them so that if it’s not for their candidate then that ballot is spoiled, so when people think that the numbers are low, it’s really not low, it’s just that someone has intercepted before it gets to the proper authorities

Cynthia Harris appeared on Just The News with John Soloman, where she explained what happened when the alleged ballot harvesters came to her door in 2017:

The collection and delivery of ballots by third parties is illegal in Florida.
The newly created Office of Election Crimes and Security made a preliminary inquiry on Harris’ allegations and concluded there was sufficient evidence to warrant a full criminal probe by the state police, the Florida State Department told Just the News on Wednesday.

“Ballot brokers typically work up to a year in advance,” she stated. “Ballot brokers visit individuals in their residences and assists the individual with filling out a request for a mail-in ballot. After the mail-in ballot arrives, the voter is instructed to wait for the ballot broker returns to the individual’s residence. They are asked to not seal the certificate envelope.”
Harris described how, much as in Wisconsin, vulnerable patients in rehabilitation centers and nursing homes in Florida were targeted for ballot trafficking.
“For nursing homes … ballot brokers get the list of residents by cross-referencing the address with the voter registration list,” she explained. “The ballot broker figures out the best way to make contact, usually thru friends and family that may or may not know they are even part of a scheme. They help the resident fill out the mail-in ballot or just take the mail-in ballot from the nursing home and deliver it to the ballot broker.”
The Gateway Pundit and 100 Percent Fed Up worked with MI election integrity group MC4EI to pour through thousands of hours of surveillance video footage from Detroit drop boxes. What we found was astounding. While we cannot prove that these women work in a nursing home, we have more than one video of individuals wearing surgical scrubs commonly worn by workers in nursing homes, dropping off stacks of ballots in Detroit.

Here is just one example showing two women in Detroit dropping off a stack of between 40-50 ballots at one time into a single drop box. While one woman makes the drop, the other records her with her cell phone:

Meanwhile, MI SOS Jocelyn Benson and MI AG Dana Nessel have remained silent on these videos. Instead of opening up an investigation into the possible criminality of these women, Jocelyn Benson uses her taxpayer-funded website to discredit anyone who dares to suggest voter fraud is taking place in the videos we’ve shared.

Late last week it was reported that Gregg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht were threatened with jail time if they didn’t comply with the court. Today they were placed in jail.
On Friday it was reported that the 2000 Mules creators were being threatened by the court.

The founders of the election integrity group True the Vote were jailed on Oct. 31 by a federal judge for contempt of court.

U.S. marshals detained Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips after a hearing in federal court in Dallas, according to a court docket entry.
Court filings show U.S. District Judge Kenneth Hoyt, the Reagan appointee overseeing a lawsuit against True the Vote, Engelbrecht, and Phillips, ordered the defendants jailed after they refused to share information, including all people who have had or still have possession of any information from Konnech computers.
Konnech is an election management software firm whose CEO was arrested in October for allegedly stealing poll worker data and hosting it on servers in China.
Konnech sued True the Vote prior to the arrest, alleging that the election integrity group and its founders gained unauthorized access to its computers and gained information from them.
In the lawsuit and a motion for a temporary restraining order (TRO), Konnech said that the defendants made “completely baseless claims” that Konnech’s CEO and employees were Chinese operatives and that the FBI was investigating Konnech.
“The truth is that Konnech is a U.S. company founded and operated by a U.S. citizen who has no affiliation with the Chinese Communist Party whatsoever,” Konnech said, adding that all of its U.S. customer data “is secured and stored exclusively on protected computers located within the United States.”
That was part of the $2.9 million contract Konnech reached with Los Angeles County, but Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón, a Democrat who charged Konnech CEO Eugene Yu, said investigators found that information “was stored on servers in the People’s Republic of China.”
True the Vote said Konnech’s claims that they hacked into Konnech servers were false and that they accessed a server in China using a “pre-loaded password that did not even require typing in a password to enter the server.”
Hoyt in September ordered the defendants to stop accessing the computers and to return all property and data obtained from the computers. He also ordered them to identify each person and group involved in accessing the computers and to disclose to Konnech how the computers were accessed.
Defendants told the court in a sealed letter that they wouldn’t identify the source of the data, “arguing that to do so would hinder an FBI investigation concerning the matter, or jeopardizing ‘national security,'” Hoyt said in a recent order.
Defendants said they turned over the person’s identity to the FBI and that they shouldn’t have to make that name available to Konnech. Text messages submitted to the court were sent between Engelbrecht and FBI agents, according to an affidavit from the former.
Phillips said in an affidavit that defendants would “comply fully” with Hoyt’s order and that the name of the person who accessed information from a computer was revealed in court during a recent hearing. According to Votebeat, that person is Mike Hasson. A summons was issued to Hasson on Oct. 31.
Phillips also said that Hasson and FBI agents were the only people who had access to the information.
The defendants will be detained “until they fully comply” with Hoyt’s order to disclose information, according to a summary of the hearing.

Milwaukee Elections Director fired after she exposed Absentee Ballot fraud…​

A Milwaukee election official could face criminal charges accusing her of fraudulently requesting absentee ballots reserved for members of the military and sending them to a Republican lawmaker to prove how easy it is to defraud the Wisconsin election system.

Milwaukee Election Commission deputy director Kimberly Zapata, 44, of South Milwaukee, was fired by Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson this week after Johnson discovered she had requested the ballots.

Johnson said Zapata said she committed the crime to show voter fraud was possible.

“This has every appearance of being an egregious and blatant violation of trust,” Johnson said. “Election integrity is absolutely integral. It’s absolutely essential.” Milwaukee County prosecutors are considering charging Zapata with malfeasance in office, a felony, and illegally requesting a ballot, a misdemeanor.

District Attorney John Chisholm said in a statement his office is reviewing the election fraud allegations and that prosecutors “expect charges to be filed in the coming days.”

Michael Maistelman, who is representing Zapata, declined to answer questions. “We will litigate this in the courtroom, not the media,” Maistelman said.

Under state law, military voters are not required to register to vote and do not have to provide photo ID or any other identification. “It’s my belief that she was pointing out that you can go onto the public system, make up a person and request a ballot,” Woodall-Vogg said, adding that city officials’ understanding is that she sent it to Brandtjen to alert her to the system’s vulnerability.

Three days later, Pennsylvania is STILL not finished counting all the ballots. Should Pennsylvania residents accept the results of the 2022 election?​

After everything we learned following the 2020 election, Americans are increasingly less likely to accept election results that don’t make sense.
Following the 2020 election, mountains of evidence of voter fraud was ignored by the courts, and legitimate reports of voter fraud, as well as hundreds of reported incidents of poll challenger intimidation and threats, were shared with lawmakers who discounted their accounts and refused to call for forensic audits in their states.
Several months later, True the Vote’s Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips revealed evidence of what appeared to be a massive ballot trafficking scheme in several swing states, including Pennsylvania. Their investigations of the multi-state ballot harvesting operation became the subject of Dinesh D’Souza’s wildly popular ‘2000 Mules’ movie.

The release of the 2000 Mules movie was just the beginning of True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips’ fight to expose voter fraud in America. In July 2022, they invited a group of journalists to Arizona, where they hosted an event called “The Pit.” The event was created to reveal information they discovered about US election-related data that was allegedly being sent to China by E. Lansing, MI-based election software company Konnech, where it was being stored on servers in China.
Konnech almost immediately sued Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips for defamation.

On October 31, Federal Judge Kenneth Hoyt, who is the judge hearing the defamation case, unfairly held True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht and True the Vote investigator Gregg Phillips in contempt of court over their refusal to identify a confidential informant who helped them obtain information that led to the discovery and, later, evidence that Konnech was storing election-related data on servers in China.​

After Yu’s arrest, DA Gascon thanked the investigators on the case and said, “Data breaches are an ongoing threat to our digital way of life. When we entrust a company to hold our confidential data, they must be willing and able to protect our personal identifying information from theft. Otherwise, we are all victims.”
Yesterday, the charges against the Konnech CEO were mysteriously dropped.

Now, Yu is free of all charges. After dropping the charges, DA Gascon made a statement in which he said, “We are concerned about both the pace of the investigation and the potential bias in the presentation and investigation of the evidence. As a result, we have decided to ask the court to dismiss the current case and alert the public in order to ensure transparency.”
On Thursday, True the Vote investigator and election fraud hero Gregg Phillips shared some interesting information on his Truth Social account that may explain the unexplainable Fetterman victory for in Pennsylvania on Tuesday. In his post on Truth, Phillips focused on Allegheny Co., PA, telling residents, “your leaders sold you and America out to China.”

Phillips explained, “More than that, we have irrefutable evidence that the entire PA voter registration file is living on a server in China—And, machine serial numbers, ballot bundle numbers, and—They didn’t steal it. They gave it to the CCP and PLA.”
He explained, “This is why we were put in prison. They had to silence us.”
A defiant Phillips said, “We will not sit down. We will not shut up.”
