Four people have been indicted after a deadly hostage situation and home invasion, according to Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien.
It happened on July 19 at the Wedgewood Village Apartments near Briggs Road in west Columbus. Police said two people were killed, and three were injured.
O'Brien said the Franklin County Grand Jury has indicted Julius Ledale Anderson, Aden Abdikadir Hassan, Joshua B. Radabaugh and Desmond L. Webster in connection to the felonious assault of Ashley Tucker [UNK race], attempted murders of Mulhidin Haji, and Omar Mohamed Omar, and the double murders of Abdul Cadir Ali Yussef and Mohamed Ali Mohamed.
Anderson, Hassan, Radabaugh and Webster are accused of breaking into the apartment and holding four victims hostage for 10 hours. O'Brien said the men opened fire, killing two of the men, injuring two of them and injuring a woman in the apartment below when bullets went through the floor.
Two of the suspects were picked up in Oklahoma after fleeing the scene, according to O'Brien.
