Florida Grand Jury: Biden Regime is Facilitating Sex Trafficking of Foreign Children

A Florida grand jury has explicitly accused the Biden administration of facilitating “forced migration, sale, and abuse of foreign children” through its criminally negligent immigration policies.
After a five-month investigation conducted at the request of Governor Ron DeSantis, the Statewide Prosecutors’ Office released a scathing 46-page report that denounces the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) for leaving thousands of vulnerable migrant children with unvetted “sponsors”—and then failing to conduct oversight of their welfare.
The Statewide Grand Jury, which is a branch of Attorney General Ashley Moody’s office, released its third presentment regarding unaccompanied alien children (UAC) on Thursday. The report accused the Biden regime of encouraging children “to undertake and/or be subjected to a harrowing trek to our border,” and then ultimately abandoning them. The federal government has lost track of more than 20,000 children, the grand jury found.
“This process exposes children to horrifying health conditions, constant criminal threat, labor and sex trafficking, robbery, rape and other experiences not done justice by mere words,” the presentment states.
The grand jury found that more than 250,000 unaccompanied minors have entered the United States since Joe Biden took office.
These children are immediately shipped to a federal facility where there is “incessant pressure on case managers to process UAC speedily with minimal, if any, scrutiny of sponsors or questionable documents, addresses, or stories told to them,” the report alleges.
The grand jury also accused the Biden regime of misleading the public about the abusive and dangerous situation.
“The public is led to believe that the process described by our federal government in documents and popular media accounts at least resembled the truth,” the report said. “ORR asserts that children fleeing from danger are adequately identified, properly cared for, and reunited with their family here in this country.
“In reality, ORR is facilitating the forced migration, sale, and abuse of foreign children, and some of our fellow Florida residents are (in some cases unwittingly) funding and incentivizing it for primarily economic reasons.”
HHS and the U.S. Department of Justice have received thousands of allegations of sexual abuse, including testimony of a UAC who was “pimped out” by their “aunt” (whom they did not know prior to arriving in the U.S.), according to the presentation. In another case, ORR allegedly placed a teenage girl in the house of unknown men with no private bedroom. A number of UACs have run away from sponsors after being sold for sex, the report alleges.
This sad state of affairs is the result of ORR’s lax verification process for potential sponsors, according to the report. “Criminal history, lack of citizen status and even total refusal to submit to a background check does not disqualify sponsors from receiving a UAC,” Moody pointed out in a press release. “One sponsor was given custody despite having been to Florida prison before for battery on a child.”
The grand jury also found a “disturbing pattern” in which unverified sponsors applied for and received multiple UAC. “One address in Texas showed 44 children sent to a single residence,” Moody noted. “One contractor testified that it placed 598 UAC with only 132 sponsors or each sponsor receiving 4.5 UAC.”
The Florida grand jury’s findings corroborate last year’s whistleblowers allegations regarding the Biden administration’s lax immigration policies. As American Greatness reported in June of 2022, an employee from the ORR’s unaccompanied minors program in Brownsville Texas claimed that the feckless policies were putting children at risk of being exploited by human traffickers and pedophiles.
And last November, whistleblower, Tara Lee Rodas, gave James O’Keefe her first hand account of how the regime’s corrupt child sponsorship program was exploiting and endangering vulnerable UACs.
The grand jury suggested the Biden regime’s corrupt policies amount to criminal child neglect.
The report cited Florida Statute §827.03, which states “neglect of a child” means “a caregiver’s failure to make a reasonable effort to protect a child from abuse, neglect, or exploitation by another person.”
Neglect of a child may be based on repeated conduct or on a single incident or omission that results in, or could reasonably be expected to result in, serious physical or mental injury, or a substantial risk of death, to a child.
While acknowledging Florida’s inability to influence the Biden Regime’s appalling immigration policies, the grand jury said the state “can and should regulate those living among us who seek out the responsibility of raising a child not their own.”
The grand jury called on the Florida Legislature, which enjoys a GOP supermajority, to create new criminal penalties for harboring undocumented immigrants.
Other recommendations include:

Mandating shelters and sponsors to report all unaccompanied children living in the state to the Department of Children and Families within 30 days, and to initiate legal proceedings to determine legal custody of the minors. Failure to do so would be a felony offense of at least the third degree. Investigations of such crimes would be conducted by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and prosecuted by the Office of Statewide Prosecution.

Requiring child placement organizations to document the relationship between an undocumented migrant child with a “purported biological parent” with either a birth certificate or DNA testing.
Moody discussed the grand jury’s findings on Fox and Friends, Wednesday.

It is shocking to me that we are having to talk about such a flimsy case against a former President, instead of talking about a months-long Florida grand jury investigation showing the Biden administration facilitating the trafficking and abuse of children. pic.twitter.com/Jl8WUosfyZ

The Statewide Grand Jury continues to investigate the impact of international human-smuggling networks on the state of Florida and other violations of state laws related to the placement of UACs with sponsors.

A Florida grand jury has found the Biden Administration’s immigration policies of open borders a disaster that has led to unaccompanied children (UAC) abused and victims of human trafficking and declared the policy is a danger to the welfare of the state.
The grand jury submitted its report to Judge Ellen S. Masters in Florida and recommended that the court take action.
Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody released the Third Presentment of the Twenty-First Statewide Grand Jury Regarding Unaccompanied Alien Children.
The Florida preliminary grand jury report has concluded that more than 20,000 unaccompanied minors have gone missing and more than 250,000 unaccompanied minor children having crossed into U.S. since Biden has been president in January 2021 with “nearly a five-fold increase” of unaccompanied minors in 2022 alone. Approximately 72% of the minors are ages 15-17 and 16% were under the age of 13.

“This process exposes children to horrifying health conditions, constant criminal threat, labor and sex trafficking, robbery, rape, and other experiences…, notes the grand jury. “We will never be able to forget or un-see some of the heart-wrenching testimony, disturbing videos, wrenching testimony, for example regarding brutal and horrific murders committed against civilian tourists, law enforcement officers, and even sponsors of immigrants, by those who had no legal right to be in the country in the first place, and about the significant cost to our State due to the unlawful presence of such individuals and the resources which must be diverted to deal with them and infuriating abuse we have observed in the course of our five-month investigation.”
And, the grand jury notes that President Biden cannot claim he is unaware of the situation.
“In 2014, then-Vice President Biden warned that between 75 and 80 percent of unaccompanied alien children are brought into the United States by smugglers, many of whom “routinely engage in physical and sexual abuse, and extortion,” reminds the jurors.
“We understand that one of the typical defenses of this process is that only a small number of children fall prey to any of these misfortunes. To that we say two things: (1) this is a false trope, presented either by those who are utterly ignorant of reality or those who would see the current conditions continue- the number and percentage of UAC experiencing problematic scenarios is n[o]t small by any stretch; and (2) even one such easily preventable case is unacceptable,” further states the report.
The surprise is that it has taken this long for any U.S. authority to finally realize the magnitude of what “open borders” is and what the massive migration into the U.S. under Joe Biden is causing – a massive wave of risk to children and his administration has intentionally refused to come clean on the facts.
Horrible atrocities have been inflicted on immigrant children in Florida and elsewhere who are under the authority of the Biden administration and nonprofit organizations receiving taxpayer money.
Not only have these children been traumatized and lost into the abdominal US federal government system, but there have been no background checks on the minors’ sponsors.
In June 2022, Gov. Ron DeSantis filed a petition with the Florida Supreme Court to impanel a statewide grand jury to identify and investigate persons and international human-smuggling networks that move illegal immigrants, particularly children, across the Southwest Border into Florida and other states. The court approved the petition.
“I want to thank Gov. DeSantis for standing up for children and calling for an investigation into the Biden administration’s abject failure to protect unaccompanied minors in dangerous situations. As a mother, I am outraged at how the Biden administration and others in authority have encouraged this nightmare through policy and are neglecting hundreds of thousands of children, subjecting them to abuse and sexual assault even after they cross the border. The federal government is knowingly aiding and abetting trafficking organizations and allowing horrific harm to happen to these children. I am calling upon Congress to investigate and consider federal law to stop these misguided programs,” stated Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody stated.
Jurors spent months investigating the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) and the organizations it contracts with to find sponsors for unaccompanied minors.

According to the grand jury report, “ORR is facilitating the forced migration, sale, and abuse of foreign children…This process exposes children to horrifying health conditions, constant criminal threat, labor and sex trafficking, robbery, rape and other experiences not done justice by mere words.”

When the foreign unaccompanied chilldren arrive in the US, they are immediately shipped to a federal facility. Then there is “incessant pressure on case managers to process UAC speedily with minimal, if any, scrutiny of sponsors or questionable documents, addresses, or stories told to them,” the grand jury found.
Most NGOs do not even have trauma-trained experts on staff.
The short list of findings include, but are not limited to:
  • · During a 10-month period in 2021, ORR lost contact with nearly 20,000 UAC;
  • · A report showed HHS and the U.S. Department of Justice received thousands of allegations of sexual abuse;
  • · Testimony of UAC revealed that a minor was ‘pimped out’ by their ‘aunt’ (whom they did not know prior to arriving in the U.S.), some UAC ran away from sponsors for being sold for sex, and ORR placed a teenage girl in the house of unknown men with no private bedroom;
  • · ORR discouraged close checking of addresses of sponsors and some sponsors utilized addresses in Jacksonville including a strip club, empty lots surrounded by stacked shipping containers or open fields;
  • · During the Biden administration, case managers are only performing home studies in approximately 4.5% placements and discretionary home studies in less than one percent of cases.
  • · One case manager reported having to release a teenage girl to a male sponsor with multiple other unknown males living in the same residence—all unidentified. The presentment stated this is not an isolated incident.
  • · Criminal history, lack of citizen status and even total refusal to submit to a background check does not disqualify sponsors from receiving a UAC. One sponsor was given custody despite having been to Florida prison before for battery on a child;
  • · A disturbing pattern emerged with sponsors applying to receive multiple UAC. One address in Texas showed 44 children sent to a single residence. One contractor testified that it placed 598 UAC with only 132 sponsors or each sponsor receiving 4.5 UAC;
  • · In Florida, neither U.S. Department of Homeland Security or HHS actively coordinates or consults with the state on the UAC resettled in Florida. The state doesn’t receive meaningful notice when UAC are transported here. Florida receives no information on backgrounds, criminal history or immigration status of the UAC brought here, nor does the state have any assurance the UAC are in-fact minors; and
  • · During a six-month period in 2021, more than 70 airplanes landed at Jacksonville International Airport, arriving in the middle of the night at the commercial terminal with UAC. One of these UAC was actually 24 years old and ended up brutally killing his sponsor. ORR now conceals small groups of UAC on regular commercial flights.
The scathing report found that ORR has intentionally denied access to information and internally silenced those who are speaking up about the situation.
“This obfuscation extends beyond just ORR in the immigration context…We also learned that ORR actively discouraged its employees, including case managers and those tasked with conducting sponsor verifications, UAC interviews and post release followup, and fingerprint and background checks, from questioning the process even internally; some were transferred, some terminated, some threatened, and some smeared simply for not processing the UAC as quickly as possible. One was fired for reporting a case of suspected human trafficking (of over 100 UAC shipped off to a single house in Texas) to a government hotline because her ORR superiors refused to investigate the matter. One facility went so far as to set up a “reporting station” for employees to bring their concerns to; it was purported to be staffed with FBI agents, but was later learned to have simply other ORR employees—the agency was reporting itself, to itself. In one memorable instance, a federal employee was told by an ORR attorney to stop asking questions about potentially unsafe sponsors because doing so caused delay, and “[W]e only get sued for keeping them too long. We don’t get sued by traffickers. Are we clear?” reads the report.
“Two Senators and thirteen U.S. Representatives from Florida wrote letters to DHS demanding to know what was going on when airplanes full of children were landing in Jacksonville in the middle of the night; they got no cooperation,” wrote the grand jurors.
The grand jury reviewed financial records.
“The testimony we have received corroborates this clear pattern; people here send funds to facilitate the migration of others to the border, and in so doing some of them are (wittingly or otherwise) funding trafficking operations, gangs, cartels, and other unsavory characters. Some of the people sending these funds are not citizens, but themselves are recent arrivals or even UAC who have aged out of ORR custody,” reads the report.
It is clear to the jury that this model has turned into a cash cow.
“In fiscal year 2021, $2.14 billion was transferred to the unaccompanied minor program within HHS,” according to the agency’s website.
“ORR has a rather spotty record when it comes to vetting sponsors, and has intentionally gutted many of the protections for minors that were in place regarding the identities and backgrounds of the adults to whom they were given. We believe this is why the agency does all it can to keep the public from knowing what is going on,” concluded the report.
The report cited a labor trafficking examples across the country.
As a result of their findings, the grand jury has asked the presiding judge to enforce the law in Florida.
“Willful Blindness.” In some cases, the issue to be determined is whether the defendant had knowledge of a certain fact. Florida law recognizes a concept known as willful blindness, which is sometimes referred to as “deliberate avoidance of positive knowledge.” Willful blindness occurs when a person has his or her suspicion aroused about a particular fact, realized its probability, but deliberately refrained from obtaining confirmation because he or she wanted to remain in ignorance. A person who engages in willful blindness is deemed to have knowledge of that fact,” concluded the jury.
The statewide grand jury remains in session.

Biden White House is the Child Trafficking Racket’s Silent Partner

An important weapon in the Biden Administration’s quest to completely destabilize America’s borders has been the talking point that its immigration policies are designed to help the less fortunate of the world, children in particular. It has proven to be an effective shield against those who would question the wisdom of importing the world’s poverty problem en masse.
Like most ideas of the radical Left, however, even the most noble-sounding policies end up hurting the very people they are said to be meant to help. For children making the dangerous journey north to the United States, Joe Biden’s policies mostly offer them the threat of slavery, abuse, and death.
The latest proof of this assertion comes from a leaked memo from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). It reveals that, as of May 31, the federal government ended familial DNA testing at the southern border. Don’t expect to hear about this on the news, but it is a move that will have tragic consequences while also revealing the galling cruelty and hypocrisy of the Biden Administration.
For those who do not follow the border crisis closely, child trafficking has been a growing problem. Because recent U.S. immigration policy has favored family units over individuals crossing illegally, cartels have begun to “rent” children to their migrant customers looking to enter the United States. Once the migrants successfully cross the border, the children are then recycled back to Mexico and assigned to another client.
Along the way, these “rentals” are often subjected to violence and sexual abuse. Breaker boys, children who worked in coal mines in late 19th century America, faced an easier predicament by comparison.
DNA testing started in 2019 to combat the child rental practice. If CBP officers suspected a migrant was falsely claiming to be a child’s parent, they would submit the case to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), who would then test to verify the familial relationship. It was an effective way to limit the sickening exploitation of children. Now, thanks to the illogical, agenda-driven bureaucracy of the Biden White House, it is inexplicably gone.
To address the inevitable civil liberties questions, the program required all testing results to be destroyed after use, ensuring that the results could not be used against migrants in any future criminal cases.
The practice worked. In one month of testing in 2019, ICE officials identified 101 possible instances of fraudulent families and determined that one-third of them were, in fact, fraudulent. The children caught up in the surge of migrants north were unquestionably safer with the DNA testing program in place.
Despite the preposterous claims by Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas that his department is “taking it to the cartels,” the U.S. government has become the silent partner of the ruthless criminal enterprises that are profiting from human misery at our border.
The cartels transport the migrants from the Northern Triangle or other points south to the U.S. border, and Biden’s immigration agents process them at the border so that various nonprofit groups can disperse them throughout the interior of the United States. It’s an efficient pipeline that benefits all the partners. The best part is that the enterprise is mostly funded by the U.S. citizen taxpayers, who then must suffer under the numerous bad consequences that come from a reckless mass migration policy.
Are the architects of this ghoulish flesh-peddling market held accountable for what reasonably could be called crimes against humanity? Quite the opposite. Biden, Mayorkas, and other fellow travelers hide behind the rhetoric that they are the compassionate saviors of children, and their co-conspirators in the corporate media willfully refuse to fill their constitutional role as a watchdog on government. Anyone seeking to stop human trafficking by securing our borders is branded as a heartless xenophobe.
Whenever Biden, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi or other establishment elites advocate dismantling our borders for the benefit of “the children,” know that the children will suffer the most. If the best interests of the children really mattered, the border would be sealed, and our immigration laws would actually be enforced. This is about creating obedient new voting blocs that will maintain the status quo. The children are just stepping stones on the road to bolstering entrenched power.

Adrenochrome, Child Sex Trafficking & Ukrainian Biolabs: Jesus Actor From ‘Passion of the Christ’ Tells Steve Bannon U.S. Intel Agencies Behind Deadly Slave Trade

Jim Caviezel claims Hunter Biden-linked Ukrainian biolabs are purchasing barrels of human remains

Hollywood actor Jim Caviezel, who starred as Jesus Christ in Mel Gibson’s epic film The Passion of the Christ, spoke with political strategist Steve Bannon on Tuesday about disturbing child trafficking networks exploiting kids worldwide.

Jim Caviezel says that adrenochrome is ten times more potent than heroine, he says there are multiple Epstein Islands run by intelligence agencies/governments, he once again calls out the Rothschilds, and says the conspiracy theory of nazis in Ukraine happened to turn out to be… pic.twitter.com/guiJ36AhiY
— Green Lives Matter (@Ultrafrog17) June 21, 2023

Caviezel joined Bannon’s War Room to promote his new film Sound of Freedom, which is based on the true story of former government agent Tim Ballard going on a rogue mission to rescue children from Columbian sex traffickers.

Speaking with Bannon, the actor explained he’s been in contact with several law enforcement agents and 30 Navy SEALS while working on the film and that his sources have informed him of a lucrative trafficking scheme used by globalists to get high off human adrenochrome.

Adrenochrome is a chemical compound created when human adrenaline is oxidized, first popularized by writer Hunter Thompson in his hit book Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

See Greg Reese’s epic adrenochrome report from February 2019, below!

According to Caviezel, adrenochrome is used as a drug by the elite as it is ten times more potent than heroin and has some qualities that may make the user appear younger.

The actor also said his government sources told him Mexican drug cartels are selling barrels of human body parts to be used for extracting adrenochrome at $77,000 a pop to a network of Ukrainian biolabs.

Infowars readers should be familiar with the Hunter Biden connection to the Ukrainian biolab network as well as the labs being linked to the Pentagon, CIA, Bill Gates, Jeffrey Epstein, Klaus Schwab, Barack Obama and others.

In fact, Hunter Biden’s laptops revealed he once texted his dead brother’s widow, with whom he was having a sexual relationship, to see if she believed he had “children burned alive in DONETSK” or “children killed in Donetsk, Ukraine.”

#4 Text messages found on Hunter Biden's laptop show the President's son asking his brother’s widow-turned-mistress, Hallie Biden if she believed that he had “children burned alive in DONETSK” or “children killed in donetsk, Ukraine.”https://t.co/Z7VL2YQB9N pic.twitter.com/bwtD5p1xST
— KanekoaTheGreat (@KanekoaTheGreat) March 1, 2023

The message likely referred to Hunter’s connections with Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, who has been funding the neo-Nazi Azov Battalion behind war crimes such as illegally shelling civilians in eastern Ukraine since 2014.

During his interview with Bannon, Caviezel mentioned the Azov Nazis in Ukraine and said their alleged human body part trafficking network appears to be run by Western “three-letter agencies.”

The banks and intelligence agencies are also reportedly running multiple “sex islands” similar to the infamous Jeffrey Epstein Island.

The global child trafficking “business” has reportedly reached a $152 billion yearly market.

'America's Darkest Secret': Sex Trafficking, Child Abuse and the Biden Administration

  • Currently, at least 85,000 children are believed to be missing.
  • "Whether intentional or not, it can be argued that the US Government has become the middleman in a large scale, multi-billion-dollar, child trafficking operation run by bad actors seeking to profit off the lives of children.... Realizing that we were not offering children the American dream, but instead putting them into modern-day slavery with wicked overlords was a terrible revelation.... They threatened me with an investigation. They... took my badge. It is a terrible thing when you blow the whistle to try to save children and you're retaliated against for trying to help. The HHS [The United States Department of Health and Human Services] did everything they could to keep all of this silent." — Tara Lee Rodas, testimony before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement, April 26, 2023.
  • "Over the last two years, this country has become an international hub for child trafficking. And the US government is behind it. Under Biden, hundreds of thousands of children have come into this country illegally. Once they get here, most are sold for sex, used for cheap labor, or forced to join gangs." — Rachel Campos-Duffy, Fox News, April 26, 2023.
  • "In April 2021, when Texas Gov. Greg Abbott learned of allegations of abuse of unaccompanied minors in a federal facility in San Antonio, he said, 'The Biden administration is presiding over the abuse of children.' He also called on the administration to shut these facilities down. Instead, the administration has only expanded them without communicating with state or local authorities. Local communities are not told how long the minors will be there, or where they will go when released and with no concern of the impact to local citizens. I am requesting that Congress launch a full investigation into the federal agencies responsible for approving the contracts for these facilities." — Sheena Rodriguez, president of the Alliance for a Safe Texas, testimony before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement, April 26, 2023.
  • "The mass migration crisis instigated by the Biden administration's misguided immigration policies has caused incalculable harm.... These migrants were enticed by these policies to... cross the border illegally, led by criminal smuggling and trafficking organizations, and enabled by government agencies and contractors.... The Biden administration has implemented policies that incentivize the illegal entry of unaccompanied alien children on a massive scale, to the profit of criminal smugglers and traffickers, even with full knowledge of the risks that such policies will endanger the safety and well-being of the migrant children. Some supporters of these policies have defended them on the belief that they are aiding the reunification of families, providing a safe haven from difficult living environments in their home countries, and even benefiting US employers. On the contrary, I submit that there is no possible rationalization for policies that have facilitated the abuse and exploitation of child migrants on such a large scale for so many years. There is no possible humanitarian or economic motive that could justify or make up for the damage that has been done to the victims by the smugglers, traffickers, abusive sponsors, and even family members who participated in these dreadful arrangements." — Jessica M. Vaughan, director of Policy Studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, testimony before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement, April 26, 2023.
  • Florida Governor Ron DeSantis described what is happening as "effectively the largest human smuggling operation in American history."
  • "This is criminal... The FBI needs to be involved. They need to go find every single one of these kids — 85,000 or more — who are lost. The FBI needs to find them. We need to have an investigation by the FBI into the Homeland Security Department, into HHS to figure out who is facilitating these smuggling rings, are they deliberately not doing their job, are they deliberately or negligently turning these kids over to smugglers? We need to find out. The FBI needs to get on it and launch a full-scale investigation right now." — Senator Josh Hawley (R- MO), Fox News, April 26, 2023.
  • "To solve the problem, Congress must change the immigration laws and rein in the executive policies that are incentivizing the mass illegal migration of both adults and minors." What is needed is "more opportunity for state and local governments to investigate and penalize human trafficking and the illegal migration, human smuggling, identity fraud, and illegal employment." — Jessica M. Vaughan, testimony before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement, April 26, 2023.

The criminal practice of trafficking and abusing hundreds of thousands of migrant children who cross the southern border is now, thanks to the open-border policy of the Biden Administration, apparently "normal" inside the US. The criminal practice of trafficking and abusing hundreds of thousands of migrant children who cross the southern border is now, thanks to the open-border policy of the Biden Administration, apparently "normal" inside the US:
"According to Customs and Border Protection, since January 2021 when Biden took the oath of office, there have been 5,118,661 encounters with illegal immigrants along the southern border."
These numbers do not include reports that "at least 1.2 million illegal immigrants," or "gotaways," who "were confirmed to have unlawfully crossed the U.S.-Mexico border."
"The actual number of illegal immigrants... [is] unknown. It could be double the number of known gotaways, it could be three times worse, or more. We just don't know...."
Currently, at least 85,000 children are believed to be missing.
According to Customs and Border Protection statistics,
"[T]he number of UACs [Unaccompanied Alien Children] who arrive at the border has swelled from 33,239 in fiscal year 2020 to more than 146,000 in fiscal year 2021 and 152,000 in fiscal year 2022. So far in fiscal year 2023, there have been more than 70,000 encounters of unaccompanied children."
Many of those children are raped, used for forced labor, and forced to undertake brutal jobs ostensibly to "work off" their debt by the criminal cartels who reportedly now control the Mexican side of the border and brought the children in.
According to Tara Lee Rodas, a Health and Human Services whistleblower, in testimony before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement on April 26:
"Whether intentional or not, it can be argued that the US Government has become the middleman in a large scale, multi-billion-dollar, child trafficking operation run by bad actors seeking to profit off the lives of children."
She described the practice as "modern-day slavery".
"Today, children will work overnight shifts at slaughterhouses, factories, restaurants to pay their debts to smugglers and traffickers. Today, children will be sold for sex. Today, children will call a hotline to report the are being abused, neglected, and trafficked.....
"I must confess; I knew nothing about their suffering until 2021 when I volunteered to help the Biden Administration with the crisis at the Southern Border. As part of Operation Artemis, I was deployed to the Pomona Fairplex Emergency Intake Site in California to help the HHS [Department of Health and Human Services] Office of Refugee Resettlement reunite children with sponsors in the US.
"I thought I was going to help place children in loving homes. Instead, I discovered that children are being trafficked through a sophisticated network that begins with being recruited in home country, smuggled to the US border, and ends when ORR [Office of Refugee Resettlement] delivers a child to a Sponsors – some sponsors are criminals and traffickers and members of Transnational Criminal Organizations. Some sponsors view children as commodities and assets to be used for earning income - this is why we are witnessing an explosion of labor trafficking.
".... I want to see the children protected, so I want to tell you some what I witnessed at the Pomona Fairplex:
  • I saw vulnerable indigenous children from Guatemala who speak Mayan dialects and can't speak Spanish. That means they can't ask for help in English and they can't ask for help in Spanish. These children become captive to their Sponsors.
  • I've sat with Case Managers as they cried retelling horrific things that were done to children on the journey.
  • I saw apartment buildings where 20, 30 & 40 unaccompanied children have been released.
  • I saw sponsors trying to simultaneously sponsor children from multiple ORR sites.
  • I saw sponsors using multiple addresses to obtain sponsorships of children.
  • I saw numerous cases of children in debt bondage and the child knew they had to stay with the sponsor until the debt was paid.
"Realizing that we were not offering children the American dream, but instead putting them into modern-day slavery with wicked overlords was a terrible revelation."
Rodas added that after she went public, her bosses retaliated against her.
"They threatened me with an investigation. They walked me off the emergency intake site in Texas and took my badge. It is a terrible thing when you blow the whistle to try to save children and you're retaliated against for trying to help. The HHS [The United States Department of Health and Human Services] did everything they could to keep all of this silent."
In another testimony, Jessica M. Vaughan, an expert on immigration, said:
"Numerous investigative journalism reports published over the years in the Washington Times, Reuters, and the New York Times, Project Veritas, and others, that provide graphic details of the experiences of UACs during and after their illegal crossing and placement with sponsors in the United States, including domestic servitude, sexual abuse, forced labor, labor exploitation, and illegal employment in manufacturing, landscaping, and other inappropriate and dangerous jobs."
Rachel Campos-Duffy reported on April 26 on the crimes committed against migrant children:
"Over the last two years, this country has become an international hub for child trafficking. And the US government is behind it. Under Biden, hundreds of thousands of children have come into this country illegally. Once they get here, most are sold for sex, used for cheap labor, or forced to join gangs. Nobody deserves this. Especially not children."
Campos-Duffy called the mass trafficking, abuse, and exploitation of migrant children "America's darkest secret."
Sheena Rodriguez, president of the Alliance for a Safe Texas, presented eyewitness testimony regarding what is happening to children at the southern border:
"In April 2021, when Texas Gov. I am requesting that Congress launch a full investigation into the federal agencies responsible for approving the contracts for these facilities."
Among the several examples Rodriguez gave:
"I have also been a witness to several incidents where children were intentionally put in harm's way by adults who forced the children into the deadly currents of the Rio Grande instead of walking through a legal port of entry feet above from their crossing point in the river...
"I also met teenage boys between the ages of 14 to 17, who claimed cartel operatives often transported children through Mexico and held them at bodegas or warehouses where armed cartel members stood guard. Many were told they were going to stay with sponsors in America, with several claims that the teens had never met or personally communicated with their supposed sponsors.
"Since January 2021, there have been over 356,000 UACs...encountered at the southern border, a majority of which have been released into the U.S.: more than 10,000 of which have been released in my respective area of north Texas.
"The Biden administration has admitted they do not keep track of their whereabouts when they are released into the U.S. With the use of taxpayer dollars, tens of thousands of children are simply missing."
Jessica M. Vaughan also offered detailed testimony,
"The mass migration crisis instigated by the Biden administration's misguided immigration policies has caused incalculable harm to American communities, to the integrity of our immigration system, and, tragically, to many of the migrants themselves. These migrants were enticed by these policies to put themselves in risky situations to cross the border illegally, led by criminal smuggling and trafficking organizations, and enabled by government agencies and contractors that have looked the other way at the abuse and exploitation that frequently occurs en route and after resettlement. The most vulnerable group that has been endangered by the Biden policies are the more than 300,000 minors who have arrived on his watch (out of 660,000 total since 2012). They have been carelessly funneled through the custody of U.S. government agencies and contractors, and handed off to very lightly vetted sponsors (who are usually also here illegally) in our communities without regard to their safety and well-being...
"Several major investigative reports conducted by branches of the U.S. government and news media outlets have documented how U.S. policies and practices have facilitated not only this mass migration episode, but also the resulting exploitation and abuse of the participants, which has been present since the onset of this episode. These studies and reports have exposed numerous incidents of abuse, fraud, and trafficking for the purposes of commercial sex and forced labor.
"The Florida Grand Jury observed:
"'Some 'children' are not children at all, but full-grown predatory adults; some are already gang members or criminal actors; others are coerced into prostitution or sexual slavery; some are recycled to be used as human visas by criminal organizations' some are consigned to relatives who funnel them into sweatshops to pay off the debt accumulated by their trek to this country; some flee their sponsors and return to their country of origin; some are abandoned by their so-called families and become wards of the dependency system, the criminal justice system, or disappear altogether.'"
Vaughan gave examples of how children are exploited by gang members for sex and other criminal purposes, such as:
"In the Virginia MS-13 sex trafficking case, after running away from a group home in Fairfax, Va, the teen victims were horribly beaten to initiate them into the gang, and then repeatedly forced to engage in prostitution both to members of the gang and outsiders. From one court document:
'MINOR 2 was sex trafficked by numerous MS-13 gang members and associates shortly after she and MINOR 3 ran away from Shelter Care on August 27, 2018. According to MINOR 2, MINOR 3 informed her that she would engage in sex in exchange for money, food, and other things that MINOR 2 needed'." ....
"The Biden administration has implemented policies that incentivize the illegal entry of unaccompanied alien children on a massive scale, to the profit of criminal smugglers and traffickers, even with full knowledge of the risks that such policies will endanger the safety and well-being of the migrant children. There is no possible humanitarian or economic motive that could justify or make up for the damage that has been done to the victims by the smugglers, traffickers, abusive sponsors, and even family members who participated in these dreadful arrangements."
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis describes what is happening as "effectively the largest human smuggling operation in American history."
Senator Josh Hawley referred to the Biden policy "the biggest child smuggling ring and the biggest child labor ring in American history." He told Fox News not only that the FBI needs to be involved in finding the 85,000 migrant children that the federal government has lost track of, but that the FBI should investigate the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services (HSS) over their handling of migrant children.
"This is criminal... The FBI needs to get on it and launch a full-scale investigation right now."
"There is no question," Vaughan said, "that that the system for processing minors who cross illegally is dysfunctional, and has been for some time, and needs to be fixed.
"To solve the problem, Congress must change the immigration laws and rein in the executive policies that are incentivizing the mass illegal migration of both adults and minors" What is needed is "more opportunity for state and local governments to investigate and penalize human trafficking and the illegal migration, human smuggling, identity fraud, and illegal employment."

A whistleblower has given an explosive statement accusing Democrat President Joe Biden’s administration of acting as a “middleman” in an international child sex trafficking operation.
The allegations were revealed in a damning new report compiled by journalist and Gatestone Institute Senior Fellow Uzay Bulut.
Bulut detailed the claims on the organization’s website, revealing that children are being transported across the porous Southern Border from Mexico.
“The criminal practice of trafficking and abusing hundreds of thousands of migrant children who cross the Southern Border is now, thanks to the open-border policy of the Biden administration, apparently ‘normal’ inside the U.S.,” Bulut writes.
He cites federal statistics about the millions of illegals encountered at the border in recent years.
However, he pointedly notes that “at least 85,000 children are believed to be missing.”
“Many of those children are raped,” he explained.
They are “used for forced labor, and forced to undertake brutal jobs ostensibly to ‘work off’ their debt by the criminal cartels who reportedly now control the Mexican side of the border and brought the children in.”
And he cites the comments from whistleblower Tara Lee Rodas.
Rodas testified before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement just weeks ago.
“Whether intentional or not, it can be argued that the U.S. government has become the middleman in a large scale, multi-billion-dollar, child trafficking operation run by bad actors seeking to profit off the lives of children,” Rodas told lawmakers.
Rodas previously served in the Health and Human Services bureaucracy under Biden.
“Today, children will work overnight shifts at slaughterhouses, factories, and restaurants to pay their debts to smugglers and traffickers,” she testified.
“Today, children will be sold for sex.
“Today, children will call a hotline to report they are being abused, neglected, and trafficked…..”
Rodas said she had volunteered to help with the crisis at the Southern Border.
“I thought I was going to help place children in loving homes.
“Instead, I discovered that children are being trafficked through a sophisticated network that begins with being recruited in their home country, smuggled to the U.S. border, and ends when ORR [Office of Refugee Resettlement] delivers a child to a sponsor – some sponsors are criminals and traffickers and members of Transnational Criminal Organizations.
“Some sponsors view children as commodities and assets to be used for earning income – this is why we are witnessing an explosion of labor trafficking.”
Bulut also cites testimony from immigration expert Jessica M. Vaughan.
Vaughan stated:
“Numerous investigative journalism reports published over the years in the Washington Times, Reuters, and the New York Times, Project Veritas, and others, that provide graphic details of the experiences of UACs during and after their illegal crossing and placement with sponsors in the United States, including domestic servitude, sexual abuse, forced labor, labor exploitation, and illegal employment in manufacturing, landscaping, and other inappropriate and dangerous jobs.”
Bulut also highlighted Fox News’s Rachel Campos-Duffy’s reporting.
“Over the last two years, this country has become an international hub for child trafficking,” Campos-Duffy reported.
“And the U.S. government is behind it.
“Under Biden, hundreds of thousands of children have come into this country illegally.
“Once they get here, most are sold for sex, used for cheap labor, or forced to join gangs.
“Nobody deserves this. Especially not children.”
He also noted comments from Florida’s Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis.
As Slay News reported, DeSantis previously warned that the Biden administration has created the “largest human smuggling operation in American history.”
Republican Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) backed this position from the governor.
In conclusion, Bulut insists that to stop the child sex trafficking industry, Congress needs to “change the immigration laws and rein in the executive policies that are incentivizing the mass illegal migration.”

Jim Caviezel’s thriller “Sound of Freedom” is setting records at the box office and has dethroned movies, such as “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny,” from first place.

The film is based on a true story, with Caviezel playing Tim Ballard, a U.S. Department of Homeland Security special agent who quit his job and focused his efforts to rescue children from sex trafficking.

Ballard founded the anti-trafficking group Operation Underground Railroad, which has one mission: end child sex trafficking.

Sound of Freedom” was the third most-watched film in the U.S. last weekend, according to The Daily Beast.

The movie has been in the works for some time, with its script written in 2015 and filming completed in 2018, as reported by Screen Rant

“We’re getting messages from all over the country telling us about packed theaters, sold-out theaters and spontaneous standing ovations for the film in numerous locations. Seeing this film has become a must, thanks to incredible word-of-mouth,” Purdie added.

On Wednesday, according to Forbes, the movie achieved second place in box office totals trailing behind Tom Cruise’s “Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning — Part One,” which received over $16 million on its opening day.

Deadline reported, “’Sound of Freedom’ is looking at second place with $3.9M and a running total of $53.4M. That daily gross is holding steady with Monday and Tuesday. Very impressive.”
