Mike McCormick says he was with current national security adviser Jake Sullivan — then a Biden aide — in the press cabin of Air Force Two en route to Kyiv on April 21, 2014, as he outlined how the world’s wealthiest country would help the deeply corrupt post-Soviet state build its gas industry.
Giving a rundown of priorities for the trip, Sullivan — described in a transcript as an anonymous “senior administration official” — said Biden would “discuss with [Ukrainian officials] medium- and long-term strategies to boost conventional gas production, and also to begin to take advantage of the unconventional gas reserves that are in Ukraine.”
Asked for details, the Biden aide said the US was interested in providing “technical assistance to help [Ukraine] be able to boost production in their conventional gas fields, where presently they aren’t getting the maximum of what they could be” while offering “technical assistance relating to a regulatory framework, and also the technology that would be required to extract unconventional gas resources; and Ukraine has meaningful reserves of unconventional gas according to the latest estimates.”
In December of that year, amid broader Obama administration support for Ukraine, Congress approved $50 million to support the country’s energy sector, including the natural gas industry.

“Joe Biden was over there telling them, ‘You can’t be corrupt! You can’t be corrupt!’ while he was corrupt,” McCormick says. “Look, this is Air Force Two. This is Joe Biden’s plane. He’s in control of it. Jake Sullivan was in the front of the plane with Joe Biden in a meeting and then he walks back in the plane to talk to the press.”
Now, McCormick tells The Post that he wants to testify before the federal grand jury in Delaware considering charges against Hunter — saying he has relevant information that the FBI ignored.
“They’ve been looking at Hunter Biden, but this ties Joe Biden and [Sullivan] into promoting a kickback scheme with Ukraine,” he said. “It’s the timeline that does it.”
Hunter’s role at Burisma was not made public until a May 12, 2014, press release from the company.

A BuzzFeed article, citing company documents filed in Cyprus, said Hunter had joined Burisma on April 18 of that year and emails from Hunter’s abandoned laptop include discussions in the run-up to his dad’s visit to the country.
McCormick provided The Post screenshots of an online FBI tip submission form that he says he completed in February. He has yet to hear back. Lying to the FBI is a crime punishable by up to five years in prison.
“Right now, they are three years into an investigation doing nothing and it seems like they’re stonewalling,” McCormick said. “I’ll go under oath before anyone who needs to hear the truth about Joe Biden’s criminal activities.”
He added: “Joe Biden committed crimes in Ukraine in a conspiracy with Jake Sullivan. I’m a witness to that happening.”

“As to the HB I do believe that we have to reach reasonable balance here. I realize fully that his role … is of long term perspective and taking into account the political weight of our Directors we have to ‘use’ their personality carefully and strategically wise, I do realize their vulnerability in this respect,” Pozharskyi wrote.
“Therefore I kindly suggest to indeed now or after his father left our country just put him on our website without going for public camping [sic],” he added. “And then after we meet in May we agree on joint plan and move forward accordingly, with media campaign or without it, just concentrating on informal talks with relevant interested parties etc.
“In some sense we cannot ‘hide’ our directors.”
Pozharskyi went on: “Please have a thought about it before tomorrow phone call, it’s just my ideas now as I have not yet talked to [Burisma owner] Nikolay [Zlochevsky]. (we both traveling now and do not use mobile phones for such conversations-)).”

“Hunter Biden had no credentials to sit on the board of a Ukrainian energy company other than his last name being ‘Biden,'” said House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.), who is leading a congressional inquiry into Joe Biden’s role in his relatives’ foreign business ventures.
“The fact that then-Vice President Joe Biden pushed natural gas production in Ukraine days after his son was appointed to the board of Burisma reeks of corruption,” Comer told The Post.
Fourth-ranking House Republican Elise Stefanik (R-NY) added, “House Republicans are leading the charge in shining a light into the corrupt and illegal dealings of the Biden Crime Family.”
“The American people now know that Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings have compromised Joe Biden,” she said.
“The truth is coming out, and I am committed to ensuring that the entire Biden Crime Family is held accountable for compromising our national security.”
Hunter Biden was on the board of Burisma in Ukraine when Sullivan briefed reporters as an anonymous “senior administration official.”The FBI and the US Attorney’s Office in Delaware did not respond to requests for comment.
Sullivan’s office did not dispute McCormick’s claim that he was the unnamed “senior administration official” who briefed reporters on the flight to Kyiv, which happened about two months after pro-Western protesters ousted Ukraine’s pro-Russian president, Viktor Yanukovych.
A spokesperson for Sullivan referred The Post to another White House spokesperson who did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Attorneys for Hunter Biden also did not respond to inquiries.
The 80-year-old commander-in-chief is reportedly not a focus of the wide-ranging probe into the first son — though at least one witness before the Delaware grand jury was asked about the identity of the “big guy” described in a May 2017 email as due a 10% cut in a Chinese energy venture.
The US Attorney’s Office in Delaware reportedly is investigating Hunter Biden for possible tax fraud, illegal foreign lobbying, money laundering and lying about his drug use on a federal gun purchase form.
Hunter Biden last year paid about $2 million in back taxes in a bid to avoid prosecution, though doing so does not legally absolve him of the original non-payment.

McCormick says he suspects Hunter and Joe Biden met before the then-vice president’s trip to Europe and may have discussed Burisma.
The then-second son emailed Archer a lengthy analysis of developments in Ukraine on April 12, 2014, stoking suspicions about whether he somehow gained access to privileged official assessments.
“A grand jury is an investigative tool. So they can go to the Secret Service, and they can subpoena the Secret Service and say, ‘We want to see where Joe Biden was on the 12th. We want to see where Hunter Biden was on the 12th,'” McCormick said.
The former stenographer, who also is a book and Substack author, openly acknowledges that he supports the 2024 candidacy of former President Donald Trump.
He also speculates that Hunter Biden may be linked to classified documents that were recovered last year at the president’s Wilmington, Del., home.
Hunter Biden is being investigated for crimes including tax fraud, illegal foreign lobbying, money laundering and lying about his drug use on a federal gun purchase form.“That may feed into … the document storage, because if he, if Hunter was at his dad’s house where these documents were found, on the day he wrote this email, that’s a pretty serious part of an investigation that puts Joe in the middle of handing off these documents to his son for illegal use,” McCormick said.
Hunter Biden wrote in documents retrieved from his laptop that he paid as much as “half” of his income to his father.
The FBI in December 2019 took possession of the now-53-year-old’s abandoned laptop, which contained a trove of communications detailing Joe Biden’s interactions with his son’s Chinese, Kazakhstani, Mexican, Russian and Ukrainian business associates — contradicting his campaign-trail claims to have never discussed with Hunter or first brother James Biden their overseas business dealings.
At an April 16, 2015, dinner at DC’s Cafe Milano, then-VP Biden joined his son and a small group including Pozharskyi, who emailed Hunter Biden the next day to thank him for “giving an opportunity to meet your father.” The note formed the basis of The Post’s first bombshell report in October 2020 on documents from the first son’s laptop.
Former Moscow Mayor Yury Luzhkov and his wife, Yelena Baturina, who sought out property investments with Hunter Biden, and a trio of Kazakhstani business associates also made the guest list.
Baturina and another oligarch who sought out American real estate with Hunter Biden, Vladimir Yevtushenkov, are among the dwindling list of Russian elites not yet sanctioned by President Biden in response to last year’s invasion of Ukraine by Moscow.
The White House has said Biden stands by his claims that he has “never spoken” with his son about “his overseas business dealings” and that “I have never discussed, with my son or my brother or with anyone else, anything having to do with their businesses.”

Biden's White House Is Turning Into A Family Hostel With SHOCKING Security Risks

In recent decades, no President has had as many adult family members living in the White House as President Joe Biden.
According to reports researched by the Washington Free Beacon, the President's official residence has become a convenient housing option for his extended family.
Rumors suggest that President Biden's son, Hunter Biden, resides at the White House to evade being served with legal papers related to his ongoing child custody dispute. Furthermore, the President's granddaughter Naomi and her then-fiancé, Peter Neal, lived at the White House for several months in the previous fall, as revealed by the couple in an interview with Vogue last year.
The New York Times also mentioned in a report about the couple's extravagant White House wedding that Naomi Biden and Peter Neal were living in the White House, citing two sources familiar with the situation.
Presidential historian Tevi Troy spoke to the Washington Free Beacon about the issue, stating that having adult children and other relatives living in the White House is "not normal," but also "not unheard of" in modern times. Troy pointed out that former President Barack Obama's mother-in-law resided at the residence primarily to assist with childcare.
In contrast, former President Harry Truman's mother-in-law lived in the White House mainly for nagging. He also mentioned that former President Gerald Ford's children, who were in their 20s when their father left office, were often around the White House.
However, Biden's relatives seem to be living at the White House out of convenience. Last year, Naomi Biden, Hunter Biden's oldest child, told Vogue that she and her fiancé moved into the White House because their apartment lease expired.
The magazine described the couple's journey from their living quarters on the White House's third floor to practice their first dance.
The White House, with its 16 bedrooms, 35 bathrooms, full-time chef, and staff, is significantly more luxurious than the $12,000-per-month Hollywood Hills home that Hunter Biden inhabited three years ago while refusing to pay child support.

Naomi Biden and her husband resided in a suite on the residence's third floor, the same level where former President Zachary Taylor reportedly housed enslaved people. The bottom has since been modernized and now features amenities such as a gym, billiards room, solarium, and a room where former First Lady Hillary Clinton stored her Eleanor Roosevelt memorabilia.
Naomi Biden reflected on her time living in the White House, stating, "I try to remind myself it's the White House, but it also gets normalized over time." She and her husband were also married on the White House's South Lawn, marking the first time a President's grandchild has used the Executive Mansion as a wedding venue.
The living arrangements of the President's extended family could pose a security risk, as these individuals have easy access to the West Wing and White House offices where sensitive business is conducted. Richard Painter, former White House ethics counsel, expressed concern about this issue to the Free Beacon.
He said, "The problem is that people who stay in the residence with the President have access to the entire building. There's nobody sitting at a guard desk keeping you from going from the residence to the West Wing."
Painter emphasized that family members residing in the White House "should be staying out of the West Wing unless they're accompanied" by the President or authorized staff. He added, "What you don't want is family members just drifting on down there on their own or even being invited down there and getting involved in official meetings. They need to stay away from U.S. government business."
The Biden family has faced housing controversies in the past. After Hunter Biden's affair with his late brother's widow, Hallie ended poorly in Delaware; he fled to California, where he reportedly spent weeks cooking crack on the stove in a luxurious Chateau Marmont hotel suite.
President Biden's niece, Caroline, sought her family's help finding housing while serving probation for credit card theft, preferring to spend her time in Los Angeles. The family entrusted Hunter Biden to find her an apartment in California, but he failed.
Recently, according to a source familiar with the couple, Naomi Biden and her husband moved out of the White House to live in nearby Georgetown, where she grew up as a child.
The New York Post has reported that Hunter Biden has been repeatedly seen boarding Marine One for the weekend and official trips with his father, fueling rumors in Washington, D.C., that he is living at the White House.
The publication also noted that an elaborate swing set suitable for a toddler was spotted at the White House last year, prompting speculation that Hunter Biden's three-year-old son and wife, Melissa Cohen, might also reside there.
Hunter Biden is embroiled in a contentious child support battle with Lunden Alexis Roberts, his former mistress and the mother of his four-year-old daughter. An Arkansas judge recently ruled that Hunter Biden must attend a court hearing in person in May, and he is presently fighting a request by Roberts to change their daughter's name to "Biden."
The White House did not respond to a request for comment on this matter.

The Biden family is getting hit by an unlikely source as a former official in the Obama administration has come forward to allege that then-Vice President Joe Biden was involved in a “kickback scheme” with his son Hunter Biden’s overseas business dealings.
Mike McCormick, who served as a stenographer for 15 years in the White House said that the FBI has been ignoring him even though he is willing to testify under oath before the federal grand jury investigating Biden’s son.
“In February, I went to the FBI and filed one of their tips on their website. If you do that, and you’re lying to them, you go to jail. I’m not lying. I’m telling the truth, and I’m not going to jail,” he said. “Joe Biden is a criminal. He was conducting malfeasance in office to enrich his family. Jake Sullivan is a conspirator in that, and there’s more… Obama officials involved in it, I believe.”
“McCormick, who worked with Biden from 2011 to 2017, detailed a key dialogue involving the vice president, aide Jake Sullivan and the press on Air Force Two before a trip to Kyiv, Ukraine, on April 21, 2014. Sullivan, who is the current national security adviser, outlined in a White House transcript Biden’s priorities for his trip to the country, which included U.S. investment in the Ukrainian energy sector days after Hunter joined the board of Burisma Months later, and well after the trip, Congress allocated $50 million to Ukraine’s energy market,” the outlet reported.
“I’m sitting back there with a tape recorder. Jake Sullivan comes back and somebody asks about fracking. His answer is, well, we’re bringing a lot of American assistance over for fracking. Burisma was the direct beneficiary of that fracking, and that’s what I recorded, and that’s in a White House transcript,” the former stenographer said.
“In the transcript, you don’t know who Jake Sullivan is. It’s a senior administration official. I’m the witness that says Jake Sullivan is the guy who said it and he should be investigated because at the time Hunter Biden was on the board of Burisma and Joe Biden is bringing American taxpayer money to enrich that company and himself and his family,” he said.
Hunter Biden joined Burisma three days before Biden’s trip to Ukraine and McCormick alleged that the timeline showed Biden sending American money overseas to “enrich” himself and his family.
The former stenographer claims that he has information that directly implicates President Biden and other officials in what he said was an influence-peddling scheme.
“If I went in there, I would tell them to have Barack Obama called in as a witness because he’s part of the conspiracy. He’s an ex-president. He has to answer who was in charge of this, putting Joe Biden into this role. Did Barack Obama know about it?” McCormick said.
Last week, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan said some FBI whistleblowers may be willing to “publicly” testify about alleged improper business dealings involving President Biden and several members of his family.
A number of GOP lawmakers revealed damning evidence allegedly implicating at least nine members of President Joe Biden’s family raked in as much as $10 million from sources in Romania and China while Biden was serving as Barack Obama’s VP.
Republican lawmakers claimed that around 20 companies linked to Biden family members were established after Joe Biden assumed the vice presidency in 2009. The companies allegedly formed a complex network of intermediaries and conduits.
House Oversight Chairman James Comer said the committee has obtained evidence revealing payments amounting to $1 million from Romania to the Biden family during Joe Biden’s tenure as vice president while he was involved in matters pertaining to Romania.
Additionally, Comer asserted that the committee has uncovered millions of dollars sent from several Chinese companies to the Bidens, utilizing multiple banks in what appears to be an intricate network constructed to mask the transfers.
