This glimpse of “fear in a handful of dust” already ranks as one the prime breakthroughs of the young 21st century, presented this week by Chief of Russian Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Protection Force Igor Kirillov.
The provisional results of evidence being collected about the work of U.S. bioweapons in Ukraine are simply astonishing. These are the main takeaways.

1. U.S. bioweapon ideologues comprise the leadership of the Democratic Party. By linking with non-governmental biotechnology organizations, using the investment funds of the Clintons, Rockefellers, Soros and Biden, they profited from additional campaign financing – all duly concealed. In parallel, they assembled the legislative basis for financing the bioweapons program directly from the federal budget.
2. COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers Pfizer and Moderna, as well as Merck and Gilead – of Donald “known unknowns” fame, and affiliated with the Pentagon – were directly involved.
3. U.S. specialists tested new drugs in the Ukraine biolabs in circumvention of international safety standards. According to Kirillov, acting this way “Western companies seriously reduce the costs of research programs and gain significant competitive advantages.”
4. According to Kirillov, “along with U.S. pharmaceutical companies and Pentagon contractors, Ukrainian government agencies are involved in military biotechnology activities, whose main tasks are to conceal illegal activities, conduct field and clinical trials and provide the necessary biomaterial.”
5. The Pentagon, Kirillov pointed out, expanded its research potential not only in terms of producing biological weapons, but also gathering information on antibiotic resistance and the presence of antibodies to certain diseases among the population in specific regions. The testing ground in Ukraine was practically outside the control of the so-called “international community”.

These findings, amply documented, suggest a vast “legitimized” bioweapon racket reaching the highest levels of the American body politic. There’s no doubt the Russians plan to thoroughly unmask it for the benefit of world public opinion, starting with a War Crimes Tribunal to be set up this summer, most probably in Donetsk.
An ongoing U.S. bioweapons program in Ukraine was one of the Top Three reasons that led to the launch of Operation Z, side by side with preventing an imminent NATO-managed blitzkrieg against Donbass and Kiev’s desire to re-start a nuclear weapons program. These are Top Three red lines for Russia.
The strength of the collected evidence may directly correlate with what was largely interpreted as a carefully measured Victory Day speech by President Putin. The Kremlin does not bluff. It will certainly privilege the meticulous presentation of – bioweapon – facts on the ground over grandstanding rhetoric.

The return of Nord Stream 2
Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Dmitry Polyaniskiy announced Russia’s demand for an open meeting of the UN Security Council to present further evidence related to U.S. biolabs in Ukraine. Even if the meeting would be vetoed by the U.S., the evidence will be entered by Russia on the UN records.
These developments provide an extra indication there’s absolutely no space left for diplomacy between Russia and the U.S./collective West, as Polyaniskiy himself suggested when commenting the possible accession of Ukraine to the EU: “The situation has changed after Mr. Borrell’s statement that ‘this war should be won on the battleground’ and after the fact that the European Union is the leader in deliveries of arms [to Ukraine].”
It gets worse. The next chapter is Finland’s drive to join NATO.

The Americans gamble that Finland – and Sweden – joining NATO will totally discredit Putin’s Operation Z as having accomplished next to nothing strategically: after all, in the near future, potential U.S. hypersonic missiles stationed in Finland and Sweden will be very close to Saint Petersburg and Moscow.
Meanwhile, Russian unmasking of the bioweapon racket will drive a toxic section of American political elites to turbo-charge their warmongering. It’s all following a carefully calculated script.

First, these bioweapon-supervising “elites” ordered the massive Kiev shelling of Donbas in early February. That forced the Kremlin’s hand, pushing it to launch Operation Z.

We should always remember that the ultimate goal in the U.S. plan of training Ukrainians for war since 2014 was to alienate Germany from Russia – as Germany de facto controls Euroland economically.

Imperial control of the oceans allows the Empire to strangle Germany at will into subservience by cutting them off from Russian energy – as the British did to Germany in WWII when Britannia ruled the waves. The Wehrmacht could not supply their mechanized army with fuel. Now, in theory, Germany and the EU will have to look to the seas – and total U.S. dependency – for their natural resources.

The remote-controlled Kiev regime dominated by SBU fanatics and Azov neo-Nazis is making it even harder – by shutting off all natural gas from Russia through Ukraine into Europe, reducing the flow by more than one third.

That translates as U.S.-enforced blackmail to force the EU to increase the Ukro-weaponizing against Russia. The practical consequences for Germany and the EU will be dire – in terms of shut down industries and cost of home heating and electrical power.

Russia, meanwhile, will rely on a bolstered Pipelineistan maze to China and East Asia as well as high-speed rail to transport all its natural resources.
Blowback against the Americans though is not off limits. Stranger things have happened. If gas transit to Europe via Ukraine is totally cut off, there are no alternatives. And that – assuming there are working IQs in Berlin – would open the way for a renegotiation on the future of Nord Stream 2.
As the head of the Energy Development Center Kirill Melnikov notes, “the Yamal-Europe gas pipeline is practically idle and one of the Nord Stream 2 lines is also ready for operation though the German regulator has not issued permission for its launch yet.”

That prompted Melnikov to a priceless comment: “If purchases remain the same, Germany will probably need to urgently allow the launch of one of the Nord Stream 2 lines in order to replace the Ukrainian transit route.”

No one ever lost money betting on the astonishing stupidity permeating EUrocrat decision levels. Even facing economic suicide, the EU is desperate to “abandon” Russian oil. Yet a full ban is impossible, because of energy-deprived Eastern Europe.

Every impartial energy analyst knows replacing Russian oil is D.O.A., for a number of reasons: the OPEC+ deal; the ghastly divide between Washington and Riyadh; the never-ending JCPOA renegotiation, where the Americans behave like headless chickens; and the crucial fact – beyond the understanding of EUrocrats – that European oil refineries are designed to use oil from the Urals.

Russia Accuses US and Ukraine Of Conducting Secret Bioweapons Experiments​

UN ambassador Vasily Nebenzya presents evidence that Ukrainian specialists with US assistance collected samples of dangerous pathogens in rivers for biological research.

At a recent United Nations Security Council meeting, the Russian delegation asked why the US is not answering allegations into creating bio-weapons labs and using air and water as spreading vectors.

“Ukrainian specialists, under the supervision of American colleagues, have regularly carried out a collection of water samples from rivers flowing through Ukraine…the aim here is to establish the presence in them of specific dangerous pathogens, including cholera, typhoid, hepatitis A and E, and to evaluate the way in which they spread through the water in order to draw conclusions on the ability of these pathogens to incapacitate,” said Russia’s UN ambassador Vasily Nebenzya.

“Then the collections of these samples were sent to the United States. We have a logical question: why? Why is a collection of dangerous pathogens being collected by the United States which might then spread through the waters of this region?”

“…the results of this scientific experiment might be used to create a biological catastrophe, not only in Russia, but on the whole through the waters of the Azov and Black Seas and in Eastern Europe,” he added.

Russia Plans to Launch UN Investigation Into Violation of Biological Weapons Convention in Ukraine​

Russia noted that the US is deliberately concealing information regarding Pentagon-sponsored bio-warfare research in Ukraine.
Moscow intends to initiate a UN probe into posible violations of the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC), Russian senator Konstantin Kosachev stated on Monday. He noted that the parliament commission on biolabs received evidence from the Russian diplomats, suggesting that the US and Ukraine do not follow the convention.

"We are talking about our activities at a UN platform, where, we hope, an international investigation will be initiated in full accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the UN Convention [banning the development of bioweapons]", he stated.
At the same time, Deputy Speker of Russian State Duma Irina Yarovaya said that Washington and Kiev provided false information to the secretariat of the BWC.

"Thanks to the special operation [in Ukraine], we have the opportunity to assess their reliability ... The facts have been established that both the United States and Ukraine provided incomplete or inaccurate information. Thus, there is a complete concealment in the reports of information on biological programmes with the support of the US Department of Defense in Ukraine. All Ukrainian reports inform of a lack of national biosecurity research and development programmes," Yarovaya told the commission's meeting.
Addressing the issue, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov stated that Moscow is concerned with the American bio-weapons activity not only in Ukraine, but across the globe.
Back in March, the Russian MoD revealed that 30 Pentagon-funded biological laboratories involved in developing components of bioweapons were located in Ukraine. The main goal of this project was to research the especially dangerous infections which are endemic to Ukraine.
Moscow also noted that the US president's son Hunter Biden has been linked to the financing of the DoD's biological military programme in the country.

United States DOD Issued a Contract for ‘COVID-19 Research’ in Ukraine 3 Months Before COVID-19 Officially Existed​

US government either knew Covid-19 existed naturally, or they were involved in constructing this virus in a lab.

The world first started to hear about a novel coronavirus in early January 2020, with reports of an alleged new pneumonia-like illness spreading across Wuhan, China. However, the world did not actually know of Covid-19 until February 2020, because it was not until the 11th of that month that the World Health Organisation officially named the novel coronavirus disease Covid-19.

So with this being the official truth, why does United States Government data show that the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) awarded a contract on the 12th November 2019 to Labyrinth Global Health INC. for ‘COVID-19 Research’, at least one month before the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus, and three months before it was officially dubbed Covid-19?

The shocking findings, however, do not end there. The contract awarded in November 2019 for ‘COVID-19 Research’ was not only instructed to take place in Ukraine, it was in fact part of a much larger contract for a ‘Biological threat reduction program in Ukraine’.

Perhaps explaining why Labyrinth Global Health has been collaborating with Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance, and Ernest Wolfe’s Metabiota since its formation in 2017.


The Government of the United States has a website called ‘USA Spending‘, an official open data source of federal spending information. According to the site as of 12th April 2021, the US Government has spent a mind-blowing $3.63 trillion “in response to COVID-19”. But that’s not the only information on Covid that can be found on the site.

Hidden within the ‘Award Search’ are details on a contract awarded by the Department of Defense to a company named ‘Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp‘, which is allegedly “a global engineering, procurement, consulting and construction company specialising in infrastructure development”.

The contract was awarded on September 20th, 2012 and is described as “Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services”. Obviously, this is very vague and most likely of little interest to anyone who happens to stumble across it. But there is something contained deep within the details that should be of interest to anyone and everyone.

The ‘Award History’ for the contract contains a tab for ‘Sub-Awards’ detailing the recipients, action date, amount, and a very brief description for 115 Sub-Award transactions. Most of the Sub-Awards are extremely mundane for things such as “laboratory equipment for Kyiv”, or “office furniture for Kyiv”.

But there is one Sub-Award that stands out among the rest, and it was awarded to Labyrinth Global Health INC for “SME Manuscript Documentation and COVID-19 Research”.

An award for Covid-19 research isn’t exactly shocking when the world is allegedly in the grip of a Covid-19 pandemic, but considering the fact the sub-contract was awarded 12th November 2019, at least one month before the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus, and three months before it was officially dubbed Covid-19, the award for Covid-19 research should come as a shock to everyone.

But the shock doesn’t end there, because the place the contact for Covid-19 research was instructed to take place was Ukraine, as was the entire contract awarded by the DOD to Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp.

The contract details found on the ‘USA Spending’ site actually reveal that the specific DOD department that awarded the contract was the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). The contract was awarded 20th September 2012, and concluded on 13th October 2020.

Whilst the details are vague, the US Government site also reveals that $21.7 million of the $116.6 million contract was spent on a ‘Biological threat reduction program in Ukraine’.


Why did the Department of Defense pay a company that is allegedly “a global engineering, procurement, consulting and construction company specialising in infrastructure development”, to help implement a “Biological threat reduction program in Ukraine’?

And why did both the DOD and said company then pay Labyrinth Global Health INC to carry out COVID-19 research in Ukraine at least one month before the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus, and three months before it was officially dubbed Covid-19?

Founded in 2017, Labyrinth Global Health is allegedly a “women-owned small business with deep expertise and a proven track record supporting initiatives for scientific and medical advancement.”

They describe themselves as “a multicultural and international organization with offices in four countries and a team of experts with diverse backgrounds and competencies, including microbiology, virology, global health, emerging infectious disease nursing, medical anthropology, field epidemiology, clinical research, and health information systems.”

One of those offices just happens to be located in Kyiv, Ukraine, which the company dubs “a gateway to Eastern Europe”.

Karen Saylors, PhD, who co-founded Labyrinth Global Health, has allegedly worked in the international public health field for over a decade and has spent many years living in Africa establishing global surveillance networks, “working with partners to improve Global Health policy on infectious disease detection, response, and control”.

At Labyrinth, Dr Saylors specialises in studies that aim to understand and mitigate the biological and behavioural risks of disease transmission. Dr Saylors worked with Oxford University Clinical Trials Network in Vietnam on zoonotic disease surveillance research and continues to coordinate with regional partners on emerging outbreaks in animal and human populations.

But who are the partners that Dr Karen Saylors and Labyrinth Global Health choose to work with? They are none other than the ‘Eco-Health Alliance’ and ‘Metabiota’.

Dr Karen Saylors, Eco-Health Alliance and Metabiota worked together on the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) ‘PREDICT’ program from 2009, while Labyrinth Global Health worked alongside EHA and Metabiota on the PREDICT program from 2017.

Launched in 2009 and funded by USAID, PREDICT was an early warning system for new and emerging diseases in 21 countries. It was led by the University of California’s (“UC”) Davis One Health Institute and core partners included EcoHealth Alliance (“EHA”), Metabiota, Wildlife Conservation Society, and Smithsonian Institution, and as we’ve just revealed; Labyrinth Global Health. PREDICT was a forerunner of the more ambitious Global Virome Project.

The USAID describes PREDICT as having made “significant contributions to strengthening global surveillance and laboratory diagnostic capabilities for both known and newly discovered viruses within several important virus groups, such as filoviruses (including ebolaviruses), influenza viruses, paramyxoviruses, and coronaviruses“.

PREDICT partnered with the non-profit Eco Health Alliance (EHA) to carry out its 9-year effort to catalogue hundreds of thousands of biological samples, “including over 10,000 bats.” A PREDICT-funded 2015 study on “diversity of coronavirus in bats” also included Peter Daszak, president of EHA, among its participants.

Eco Health Alliance is listed as a partner of the Wuhan Institute of Virology (“WIV”) on archived pages of its website and was mentioned as one of the institute’s “strategic partners” by the WIV’s Deputy Director-General in 2018.

Notably, the relationship between the WIV and the American Biodefense establishment was advanced by EHA policy advisor, David R. Franz, former commander at the US bioweapons lab at Fort Detrick.

WIV’s Dr. Shi Zhengli, a.k.a. “Batwoman,” had also worked with EHA’s Daszak on bat-related studies. As far back as 2005, Daszak and Zhengli were conducting research on SARS-like coronaviruses in bats. Several PREDICT-funded studies on SARS-like coronaviruses and Swine Flu count with both Zhengli’s and Daszak’s contributions. Perhaps the most noteworthy of these is a 2015 PREDICT and NIH-funded study she co-authored entitled: ‘A SARS-like cluster of circulating bat coronaviruses shows potential for human emergence’.

Meanwhile, Nathan Wolfe is the founder of Metabiota and the non-profit Global Viral. He spent over eight years conducting biomedical research in both sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia. Unsurprisingly, Wolfe is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader. More notably, since 2008 he had been a member of DARPA’s DSRC, Defence Science Research Council, until it was disbanded.

All of these people and organisations have been working for at least the last decade studying coronaviruses and helping to set up Biolabs in Ukraine. All using US Department of Defense funds to do so. You can read much more about this here, here and here.

Putting the Biolabs in Ukraine to one side, for now, let’s return to the subject of Covid-19. If the US Government was funding Covid-19 research before Covid-19 was publicly known to exist then this suggests they either knew Covid-19 existed naturally, or they were involved in constructing this virus in a lab.

But if the contract evidence isn’t enough for you to come to this conclusion (it should be), then perhaps coupling it with evidence that the US National Institute of Allergy & Infectious Diseases (NIAID), and Moderna had a coronavirus candidate in December 2019 will be.

A confidentiality agreement which can be viewed here, states that providers ‘Moderna’ alongside the ‘National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) agreed to transfer ‘mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidates’ developed and jointly-owned by NIAID and Moderna to recipients ‘The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’ on the 12th December 2019.

The material transfer agreement was signed the December 12th 2019 by Ralph Baric, PhD, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and then signed by Jacqueline Quay, Director of Licensing and Innovation Support at the University of North Carolina on December 16th 2019.

The agreement was also signed by two representatives of the NIAID, one of whom was Amy F. Petrik PhD, a technology transfer specialist who signed the agreement on December 12th 2019 at 8:05 am. The other signatory was Barney Graham MD PhD, an investigator for the NIAID, however, this signature was not dated.

The final signatories on the agreement were Sunny Himansu, Moderna’s Investigator, and Shaun Ryan, Moderna’s Deputy General Councel. Both signautres were made on December 17th 2019.

All of these signatures were made prior to any knowledge of the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus. It wasn’t until December 31st 2019 that the World Health Organisation (WHO) became aware of an alleged cluster of viral pneumonia cases in Wuhan, China. But even at this point, they had not determined that an alleged new coronavirus was to blame, instead stating the pneumonia was of “unknown cause”.

All of this requires much further research to fit all of the pieces of the puzzle together, but here’s what we definitely know so far –

• A novel coronavirus emerged in Wuhan in December 2019.
• The world did not get to hear about this novel coronavirus until early January 2020.
• The world did not know this novel coronavirus was called Covid-19 until February 2020, when the World Health Organization officially named it so.
• The US Department of Defense awarded a contract for Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services to Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp‘, which is allegedly “a global engineering, procurement, consulting and construction company specialising in infrastructure development”.
• That contract involved a Biological threat reduction program in Ukraine.
• As part of this larger contract, another contract was awarded to Labyrinth Global Health for ‘COVID-19 Research’ on 12th November 2019.
• This was awarded at least one month before the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus, and three months before it was officially dubbed Covid-19.
• Labyrinth Global Health works alongside the ‘Eco Health Alliance’, and ‘Metabiota’, and participated in the USAID PREDICT program. All of these people and organisations have been working for at least the past decade studying coronaviruses and helping to set up Biolabs in Ukraine. All using US Department of Defense funds to do so.
• Information found here points to Eco Health Alliance having a hand in creating the Covid-19 virus.
• Information found here points to Moderna having a hand in creating the Covid-19 virus.
• ‘Moderna’, alongside the ‘National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases’ (NIAID) agreed to tranfer ‘mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidates’ developed and jointly-owned by NIAID and Moderna, to recipients ‘The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’ on the 12th December 2019.

MOSCOW, May 20. /TASS/. The US researched Ebola and smallpox viruses in Ukraine, says Irina Yarovaya, Co-Chair of the Parliamentary Commission on Investigation of US Biological Laboratories in Ukraine.
"Today, we presented an analysis of which pathogens the US was particularly interested in in Ukraine," she told reporters Friday. "Aside from the pathogens that are territorially bound to Ukraine, [the laboratories] researched viruses and pathogens that are endemically very far from Ukraine, such as Ebola and smallpox."
According to the legislator, the information obtained indicates "aggressive goal-setting that underpins the foundation of these programs, de facto implemented by US Department of Defense on Ukrainian soil."
"Unfortunately, it is necessary to particularly emphasize that the betrayal that the Ukrainian regime carried out against its own people has effectively left Ukrainian citizens defenseless in the face of these manipulations, experiments and clandestine research that the US is carrying out on Ukrainian territory," Yarovaya underscored.

She noted that Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) Director Sergey Naryshkin spoke as the main expert at Friday’s commission meeting.
"I would like to underscore that the dialogue that we had with the SVR chief today, combined with the proof obtained by the commission, fully confirms the US-created network of biological intelligence worldwide and the implementation of active military-biological exploitation of the globe, and Ukraine in particular. This essentially poses a serious global threat," Yarovaya warned.
According to the lawmaker, Russia’s main goal today is to guarantee the protection of its national interests and the security of the Russian people.
"But at the same time, [it should] urge the global community to seriously get to the bottom of this secret and dangerous military biological activity, implemented by the US. So that comprehensive measures pertaining to common, equal and indivisible security could be developed. Given the distinction between peaceful and non-peaceful use of bacteriological research and the study of toxins, it must be completely transparent and controlled. And there simply must not be any bacteriological weapons in the world, this is Russia’s principal position," Yarovaya stressed.

US infiltrated post-Soviet states with biolabs – Russia​

In the 1990s, post-Soviet nations were weak and inexperienced while the US had the guile and resources to find footholds in them, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told RT Arabic. Washington took advantage of that, establishing a webwork of biolabs that Russia believes to be conducting military research, he explained in an interview.

The collapse of the USSR left in its wake nations that were poor and in desperate need of even the most basic necessities, which left them open for the US to exploit, Lavrov said.

“Our Western partners then, so to speak, vigorously scrambled. They offered their services in every aspect and infiltrated every area of the newly-independent states. They sent advisers. And now we are experiencing what came as a result of those times,” the minister said.

In particular, the diplomat was referring to US-funded labs that many post-Soviet states host in their territory. Operating under the umbrella of the Pentagon’s Defense Threat Reduction Agency, they conduct biological research.

Washington says the network is benign and serves to detect and identify emerging pathogens that may pose a threat to humanity. But some nations, including Russia, believe them to be clandestine bioweapons research facilities.

Evidence of the labs’ true nature was uncovered by the Russian military during its offensive in Ukraine, Lavrov said, adding that Moscow will not allow the issue to slide.

“The experiments they conduct in those labs. We have long suspected that they are not peaceful and harmless,” he said.

“The samples of pathogens that were stored [at Ukrainian labs], the paperwork showed clearly the military character of the experiments. And the documents made it clear that there are dozens of these labs in Ukraine,” he added.

Moscow wants to update the Biological Weapons Convention, a 1972 international treaty that bans any research, stockpiling and use of such weapons and which both Russia and the US signed. The agreement has a major flaw in lacking a verification mechanism, similar to what the International Atomic Energy Agency or the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons use to ensure compliance in their areas of non-proliferation.

The US has been stonewalling a proposal to establish such a mechanism for over two decades, since 2001, Lavrov stressed. “Now it has become clear to us why they took this position while creating military biological laboratories throughout the world over all these years,” he said.

The well-documented connections between Hunter Biden, the DOD and a controversial network of US-funded biolabs in Ukraine were recently covered in a report by One America News Network anchor Pearson Sharp.

In a segment airing last week, Pearson explained how the War in Ukraine is being used by the American political establishment to launder hush money to Ukrainian politicians and oligarchs with dirt on the Biden crime family.


“In all the tens of thousands of emails from Hunter Biden’s disgusting laptop, it’s been confirmed by independent cybersecurity experts that Joe Biden’s son was actually financing biological laboratories in Ukraine,” Pearson noted.

Infowars was among the first outlets to highlight the Hunter Biden connection to the Ukraine biolab network.

Continuing, Pearson touched on Moscow’s repeated complaints about the biolabs and their calls for transparency regarding Hunter Biden’s connection to the facilities.

The OAN reporter described how Hunter’s firm Rosemont Seneca invested over a million dollars into a company called Metabiota to engage in work on the Ukraine biolabs.

Metabiota is a subcontractor for a DOD engineering firm called Black & Veatch.

Government records show the DOD funded Ukrainian biolabs in Ukraine for Covid-19 research three months before the name Covid-19 was given to the virus.


The specific laboratory selected for the Covid-19 research prior to the virus being identified was the Black & Veatch lab directly connected to Hunter Biden via Metabiota.

Breaking down the spider web of connections, Pearson told his viewers, “You have the disgraced son of the Vice President of The United States hired to do favors for a corrupt Ukrainian gas company, and who is also connecting that company with a bioweapons research firm doing research on the coronavirus before it was even released.”

Continuing, the OAN anchor asked, “Is Joe Biden personally responsible for helping to create Covid-19? Maybe this isn’t the China virus at all, but the Biden Virus.”

Pearson pointed out the Covid-19 virus that helped Joe Biden “rig” the 2020 election, is now being covered up via the war in Ukraine where the illegal Hunter Biden-linked biolabs were working on Covid research prior to the actual outbreak.

Russia has been accusing the Biden family of engaging in illegal biological weapon research for months now, but mainstream media largely ignores the claims.

For example, Western media never told citizens diplomats representing billions of people worldwide voiced their concerns about the labs during an emergency United Nations Security Council meeting in early March.

Representatives for Ghana, India, Brazil, Kenya, China, Mexico and Gabon requested further information regarding the United States secretly funding illegal biological research in Ukraine and other countries across the globe.

The media cannot allow the people of the globe to learn about the Covid-19 connection to the Ukraine biolabs because it would create a justifiable reason for Putin’s invasion of the country.

After all, Russia has stated the labs as the number two reason for the military operation behind “deNazifying” Ukraine.

In March, the Russian Embassy in Bosnia accused the U.S. of “filling Ukraine with biolabs, which were – very possibly – used to study methods for destroying the Russian people at the genetic level.”

Summarizing his report, Pearson stated, “Russia may have even had a moral obligation to fight back against the bioterrorism that America is apparently conducting in Ukraine. Is it a coincidence that one of the biggest bioweapons labs in the world is located in Mariupol which Russia just fought to liberate from the Ukrainian Nazis who are funded and trained by America.”

“Russia is not the aggressor here,” he continued. “In reality, it’s the United States and the Pentagon, with its allies in Europe and NATO, who are responsible for triggering and instigating this conflict. The critics and warmongers will call this Russian propaganda, but if you’ve listened to a single word of this report, you know that’s not true.”

An independent German journalist is being targeted by her government for documenting the ongoing atrocities by the Ukrainian government in the Donbas region.

Alina Lipp claims the German government has opened a criminal case against her and frozen her and her father’s bank accounts pending a trial that she is forbidden to appear at over her reporting of Russia’s military operation in the Donbas region over the last several months.


“I’m an independent German journalist living in Donetsk. I’m living here for half a year now telling Germans what is going on in the Donbas region in the Ukraine. And for that, the German authorities have started to persecute me,” Lipp explained on video.

Lipp went over the government documents accusing her reporting of the genocidal acts by Ukraine against the people of the Donbas region as a violation of the law.

“These are the documents, and for Germans, support of the special operation of Russia in the Ukraine is already a criminal act, for which you can obviously get 3 years in prison,” Lipp said.

“What is interesting, in the end of the letter, they are writing that they are not going to invite me to a hearing because this would disturb the investigations. That’s very interesting. So they are persecuting me but don’t want to hear me out,” she added.

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian government had labeled Lipp as a “Russian terrorist” in March over her reporting on Donbas that undermined its narrative that Ukraine is the victim.

In the U.S., the government’s responded to reporting on the Ukraine conflict that didn’t fit its prescribed narrative by creating the so-called “Disinformation Governance Board,” tasked in part to counter “disinformation” related to Ukraine.

Notably, the board’s disgraced former chair Nina Jankowicz previously advised the Ukrainian government on strategic communications in her role as a holder of a Fulbright-Clinton Public Policy Fellowship.

Freedom of the press is effectively dead in Europe and under attack in the US because open debate and reporting only endangers specific narratives Western governments want to advance.

Confirmed: The CIA is running Ukraine’s fight against Russia

A report published earlier this week provides fresh evidence that the U.S. Deep State is heavily invested in Ukraine and is going all-out to prevent the country from falling into Russian hands.
Readers likely recall that despite the fact that the U.S. and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) knew months in advance that Russia was building up its forces around Ukraine in preparation for an invasion, Washington and Brussels appeared to do little to shore up Kyiv’s defenses. Once Russia sent its forces into Ukraine on Feb. 24, most outside observers figured that the Red Army would make quick work of the lesser-armed and overmatched Ukrainian army.
But shortly thereafter, out of nowhere, the Biden regime moved quickly to provide Ukraine with lethal aid even after the same people criticized then-President Donald Trump for doing the same thing during his administration. This, of course, after tens of millions of Americans learned that the Obama regime meddled in Ukraine in 2014, causing a coup, and Hunter Biden scored lucrative business deals in the corrupt country, much of which he was forced to share with his dad.
And since then, the globalists in Congress have gotten on board as well, approving billions in weapons aid and money to what was one of the most corrupt countries in all of Europe.
Now we learn that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has been heavily involved in Ukraine as well, likely running operations there like the Cold War never ended.
The New York Times has now confirmed what many have suspected for some time.


“As Russian troops press ahead with a grinding campaign to seize eastern Ukraine, the nation’s ability to resist the onslaught depends more than ever on help from the United States and its allies — including a stealthy network of commandos and spies rushing to provide weapons, intelligence and training, according to U.S. and European officials,” the Times reported.
“Much of this work happens outside Ukraine, at bases in Germany, France and Britain, for example. But even as the Biden administration has declared it will not deploy American troops to Ukraine, some CIA personnel have continued to operate in the country secretly, mostly in the capital, Kyiv, directing much of the vast amounts of intelligence the United States is sharing with Ukrainian forces, according to current and former officials.”
Meanwhile, “a few dozen commandos” from other NATO member countries such as Britain, Canada, France, and Lithuania have also deployed inside Ukraine, though the U.S. reportedly withdrew some 150 military instructors ahead of Russia’s February invasion (a further indication that the U.S. and NATO were aware of what was coming). That said, “commandos from these allies either remained or have gone in and out of the country since then, training and advising Ukrainian troops and providing an on-the-ground conduit for weapons and other aid,” the Times added, quoting three unnamed U.S. officials.
The paper said there are not many more details regarding what the CIA personnel and associated commandos are actually doing. However, the fact that they are in Ukraine at all appears to suggest that the effort to provide lethal assistance to Ukraine was not only happening secretly (and without the approval of American voters), but is much bigger in scope than previously known.
Also, having any U.S. military and intelligence personnel in the country entails huge risks, especially if any of them are captured.
Army Secretary Christine E. Wormuth offered a few details regarding the operation in May at a national security event held by the left-leaning Atlantic Council. She noted that the special ops cell was providing assistance in managing the flow of weapons and other gear into Ukraine.
“As the Ukrainians try to move that around and evade the Russians potentially trying to target convoys, you know, we are trying to be able to help coordinate moving all of those different sort of shipments,” she said.
The globalists running Biden’s regime are doing all they can to pick a fight with nuclear-armed Russia. Americans did not vote for this.

West will brush Ukraine biolab allegations under the carpet just like those of Kosovo organ trafficking​

In crisis after crisis, Western narrative control kicks into overdrive to shift blame, whitewash culprits, or make sure inconvenient lines of questioning are never pursued

Soon after US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s recent descent on Taiwan, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, called out Nicholas Burns, America’s ambassador to China, for “keeping an embarrassed silence” regarding the “insolent stunt.”

The silence was quite a change from how vocal Burns had been a mere month prior at the World Peace Forum in Beijing, where he demanded that China stop relaying “Russian propaganda” by “accusing NATO of starting” the conflict in Ukraine. He used the opportunity to accuse the Chinese Foreign Ministry’s spokesperson of “telling lies about American bioweapons labs, which do not exist in Ukraine.”

But that was then and this is now in the West’s ‘rules-based order’, where each occasion requires a new set of rules. Thus, it goes without saying that, for the time being, Burns will also keep an ‘embarrassed silence’ about another potentially tectonic event – the latest, even more damning statement regarding alleged US-run biolabs in Ukraine made by the Russian Defense Ministry on August 4. Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov, the head of the Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Protection Troops of the Russian Armed Forces, said Moscow was assessing the possibility of US involvement in the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as investigating US-funded research of various other pathogens.

The reason for Burns’ silence is not difficult to guess – the serious allegations made in Kirillov’s presentation, if properly investigated and proven true, could serve as an indictment of what could be America’s use of Ukraine as a vast pathogen testing ground. And since the Western media mostly chose to ignore it, the ambassador was certainly not going to make a statement they would have to quote, drawing attention to the issue. And now that Twitter has suspended the Russian Foreign Ministry’s account for daring to quote key parts of Kirillov’s media presentation about the possible origins of Covid-19, Burns and company don’t have to say anything at all. If it’s memory-holed by the social media, then it’s as if it never happened.

That’s the modus operandi of the Western elites – it’s not the truth that matters, but successfully managing the narrative so that it doesn’t leave room for doubt in people’s minds. In other words, they think they can do whatever they want.

Perhaps we should remind ourselves of the post-Cold War Western formula announced during the heady days of the early 2000s, an era marked by another famous American political quote, Karl Rove’s “we’re an empire now and, when we act, we create our own reality.” As Tony Blair’s policy adviser, Robert Cooper, nonchalantly put it on the pages of The Guardian in April 2002: “The challenge to the postmodern world is to get used to the idea of double standards. Among ourselves, we operate on the basis of laws and open cooperative security. But when dealing with more old-fashioned kinds of states outside the postmodern continent of Europe, we need to revert to the rougher methods of an earlier era – force, pre-emptive attack, deception, whatever is necessary to deal with those who still live in the 19th century world of every state for itself. Among ourselves, we keep the law but when we are operating in the jungle, we must also use the laws of the jungle.”

Two decades later, despite the rise of both China and Russia and the world’s inexorable evolution to multipolarity, imperial habits die hard – usually until they hit a wall of reality, as is currently happening in Ukraine and is bound to happen in Taiwan. But back to Burns for a moment. He’s far from new in enforcing double standards in the ‘jungle’. Before his present work on poking the Dragon regarding Taiwan, and the Bear regarding just about everything, he distinguished himself as a partisan and apologist of NATO’s illegal aggression against Serbia back in the 1990s, which resulted in Kosovo’s unilateral secession.

Meanwhile, in 2009, when he was the US under-secretary of state for political affairs, Burns explained to the media that the recognition of Pristina’s independence was in fact an expression of the US’ “interest in good relations with Serbia.” Will he, in due time, express himself similarly vis-à-vis China and Taiwan? Outside the West, it’s all still a jungle to Burns and his ilk, and the ‘natives’ are to be dealt with accordingly. So, in Burns-talk, Pelosi’s Taiwan sojourn and pledge of continuing US support for the island is actually a sign of America’s interest in good relations with China.

Another notable Anglo-American figure visible across the Kosovo-China-Ukraine crisis landscape is the Englishman Geoffrey Nice, who gained international notoriety as a prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), whose sole purpose was to shift the blame for the Western-inspired bloody breakup of that multinational country solely onto the Serbs. In addition to his selective prosecution of former Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic for ‘crimes against humanity’, Nice’s ICTY legacy also includes accusations of destroying evidence related to human organ trafficking in Kosovo.

Nice subsequently offered his legal services to former Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, one of the main figures in not just the trafficking but the alleged “forcible extraction” of human organs of still-living, mostly Serb prisoners, as outlined in a stunning Council of Europe 2011 report, ‘Inhuman treatment of people and illicit trafficking in human organs in Kosovo’. The report also cites anti-drug agencies of “at least five countries” as saying Thaci “exerted violent control over the trade in heroin and other narcotics.” Nice’s subsequent attempt to discredit the report was, however, brilliantly dissected and exposed by American journalist Diana Johnstone as the latest attempt by a representative of “self-righteous Western democracies” to reserve the privileges of a “culture of impunity” exclusively for themselves and their clients. Of course, the clients in the ‘jungle’ still have to pay for the imperial ‘double standards’ umbrella, so in the end, Nice reportedly accused Thaci of owing him “almost a half a million euros” for his work for the Kosovo government.

Zakharova just recently more fully described the house of horrors over which Thaci allegedly presided: “Kosovo is the territory of ‘black’ transplantation. People were dissected alive, taking out internal organs for sale to those people in the West… In the West they stood in line for organ transplant operations. And they began to receive these organs when Kosovo turned into a terrible black hole in which people disappeared, who were not just killed, but killed to sell their internal organs.”

To paraphrase Franklin D. Roosevelt’s immortal words justifying US support for Nicaraguan dictator Anastasio Somoza, they may be sons of b****es, but they’re the West’s sons of b****es.

The topics of local military conflicts and illegal human organ trade always go hand in hand, since military actions are not just about solving geopolitical issues and commonplace profiting off the arms trafficking but also about illegal human organ trade. Organ buyer-ups and black-market transplant surgeons have long become ordinary elements of the military landscape just like mercenaries, New Eastern Outlook wrote at the end of March.

On 29 May 2022, the Russian Investigative Committee said it will look into allegations the Ukrainian Red Cross Society was involved in shady activities, including keeping records of children with “healthy organs” in the city of Mariupol.

Vladimir Taranenko claimed the office had medical records for over 1,000 children, but they marked their “healthy organs” instead of any medical conditions or procedures.

Taranenko is the head of the Donetsk-based civic organisation ‘Peoples Retinue,’ a volunteer movement that states one of its goals assisting is law enforcement in the Donetsk People’s Republic (“DPR”).

He also claimed that some of the reading materials discovered at the office were instructions on “how to use weapons, including in a format intended for children.”

History of Organ Harvesting in Ukraine​

A thorough and lengthy investigation would be required to verify or refute events or statements made over the past few decades which is beyond our capabilities. So, to give some idea of the history relating to organ harvesting in Ukraine, what follows are simply extracts from two sources namely, an article published by Frontier Post and another by New Eastern Outlook. There are, however, numerous resources available online.

More than 100,000 people are currently on the waiting list for organ transplants in the United States, most of whom are awaiting kidney transplants, according to data published on the statistical information portal Statista. It should be noted that there is a shortage of donor organs not only in the United States but also in many other countries and demand creates supply.

The main sources of organs for illicit trade are third world countries and hotspots. Many researchers note that Ukraine has become one of the main centres of black-market transplantation in recent years.

After the start of the Russian special operation to demilitarise Ukraine, the advancing Russian troops and the armies of the republics of Donbass discovered mass graves, which, presumably, contain the remains of people who were killed by members of the Ukrainian national battalions. Many of them likely became victims of black-market transplants.

In the 1990s the chief doctor of the Lviv regional clinical hospital Bogdan Fedak founded a crime ring selling children’s organs to foreign countries, mostly to the US. An investigation concluded that around 130 infants went missing in Lviv.

In 2007, Ukraine witnessed a scandal around the Israeli citizen Michael Zis who was accused of practising black-market transplant surgery. Zis was detained on 13 October 2007 in Donetsk on request from law-enforcement agencies.

The flourishing of illegal organ trafficking in Ukraine began to be discussed as early as 2014, when, after the start of the so-called anti-terrorist operation in the east of the country, reports of disappearances began to arrive en masse. At the same time, information began to appear about the activities of mobile hospitals in the country, the main activity of which was to extract donor organs with their subsequent shipment abroad. Their victims were both civilians and LDNR militia, and soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

On September 29, 2014, the OSCE Special Representative for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings Madina Jarbussynova claimed that the mass graves discovered in the Donbas contained bodies missing internal organs, who have most likely become victims of black-market transplant surgeons.

The OSCE issued a statement on 30 October 2014 saying that Jarbussynova’s remarks had been taken out of context and she was merely citing two Russian NGO reports about the possible removal and sale of human organs in Eastern Ukraine. “The OSCE does not possess any evidence regarding possible organ harvesting in Eastern Ukraine,” the statement said.

In 2015 a video was posted online with an interview of an American transplant surgeon “working” in Odessa, Donetsk, Slavyansk, and Kramatorsk, revealing blood-chilling details of the mass removal of organs in Ukraine.

In 2017, the Russian newspaper Moskovskyi Komsomolets (“MKRU”) reported that the former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Volodymyr Oleinik, predicted a planned Ukrainian kidney donor transplant program due to begin in 2018 would “not only destroy public health but turn Ukraine into a black market transplant centre”. The pilot transplant program was to start in Nezalezhnaya and would “turn Nezalezhnaya into a centre for transplant tourism from rich countries,” Oleinik added.

At the time, Ukraine’s Deputy Health Minister Oleksander Lynchevskyi refuted this and said that such claims are part and parcel of a larger Russian disinformation narrative, that Ukraine is establishing an organ transplant black market.

Recently, a video interview of a former SSU employee was posted to the Internet, saying that being in the war zone in Donbas he was attached to the special medical group in Kramatorsk called “First Aid Group.” Since 2014 the group was engaged in the illegal removal of organs from injured Ukrainian troops in the vicinity of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

In early 2022 the German Minister of Defence, Christine Lambrecht, announced that Ukraine received a field hospital and a crematorium. The Russian Federation, as a responsible party to the Biological Weapons Convention, is aware of the full spectrum of threats associated with the possible consequences of violation when working in Ukrainian biolaboratories.
We learned about US-funded biological research on the territory of Ukraine. The February 24, 2022 Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on the emergency destruction of collections of pathogenic microorganisms has increased our concerns about possible violations of Articles I and IV of the Biological Weapons Convention during the Pentagon-commissioned work. The material obtained prompted the Russian Federation to conduct an investigation into US biological activities in Ukraine.
Research in the Ukrainian biolaboratories was carried out in accordance with the "Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Preventing the Spread of Pathogens, Technologies and Knowledge That Can Be Used for the Development of Biological Weapons" signed in 2005 between the US military and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. , carried out.

Total US spending on biological programs in Ukraine exceeded $250 million.
The work was coordinated by the US Department of Defense Threat Reduction Office (DITRA) and was carried out in secrecy, with limited access to information and premises for Ukrainian specialists.
We are currently witnessing a change in tactics by the US government in an attempt to take the said directorate, whose activities have become the subject of international proceedings, out of the line of fire. In addition, the Pentagon intends to transfer uncompleted programs in Ukraine to other post-Soviet countries as soon as possible, as well as to Eastern European states such as Bulgaria and the Czech Republic and the Baltic States.
The expansion of the network of biolaboratories, on the basis of which components for biological weapons can be manufactured and stored, poses a threat to the military security of the Russian Federation. In contrast to the nuclear weapons that the United States deploys on the territory of NATO partner countries , such a policy of the Alliance in the biological field allows us to approach our borders unchecked. That is the first point we would like to emphasize.

Second, the focus of the work carried out by the Pentagon does not correspond to the current health problems in Ukraine, which are mainly socially significant diseases: measles, rubella, tuberculosis and AIDS.
However, the American organizers are interested in a completely different nomenclature, namely cholera, tularemia, plague, Congo-Crimean fever and hantaviruses. These pathogens were studied as part of the so-called Ukrainian projects UP and TAP. The interest of US military biologists stems from the fact that these pathogens have natural occurrences in both Ukraine and Russia and their use can be disguised as natural disease outbreaks.
The activities of biolaboratories and the program of the so-called “reform” of the Ukrainian health care system implemented by the United States have led to an uncontrollable increase in the occurrence of particularly dangerous and economically significant infections. Cases of rubella, diphtheria and tuberculosis are increasing in Ukraine. The incidence of measles has increased more than 100-fold. The situation regarding African swine fever has deteriorated significantly, with the total losses of the agricultural sector in Eastern European countries from this disease exceeding 2.4 billion euros.
As part of the stated efforts of the US military to combat infectious diseases in Ukraine and ensure sanitary and epidemiological well-being, no humanitarian assistance was provided and no vaccination or treatment of the sick was carried out.
In addition, the number of measles and rubella vaccinations has fallen by 70 percent since 2008. This raises the question of the true goals of the research being conducted.
Third. We have repeatedly emphasized that one of the priority tasks of the Ukrainian laboratories is to collect and send to the United States strains of causative agents of dangerous infectious diseases such as cholera, anthrax and tularemia. At the same time, the movement of pathogens was not controlled by the WHO, the Biological Weapons Convention or other international institutions. According to an inspection report on the collection of microbial strains, 654 containers with anthrax and 422 with cholera were stored at the Mechnikov Plague Research Institute in Odessa. The document notes that it is not necessary to keep a large number of vials of the same strains. However, the nomenclature and quantity of dangerous pathogens call into question the prophylactic, protective or otherwise peaceful nature of the activities undertaken.
According to an employee, the collection of the institute in Odessa was transferred to the United States in February 2022. Noteworthy is the decision signed by the head of the Ethics Committee of the Center for Public Health of Ukraine on June 12, 2019 within the framework of the said project. The document reveals that the research was conducted with unknown risks to the life and health of the participants and that the identities of the subjects were concealed. The research program of this project involves only a normal blood collection procedure. One has to wonder what kind of life consequences the studies are addressing when the document stipulates: "...minor incidents involving subjects must be reported to the U.S. Bioethics Committee within 72 hours of the incident; major incidents, including the... Death of subjects within 24 hours..."
We do not rule out that the official research program is only the "visible part of the iceberg" and that in practice test subjects were infected with the Congo-Crimean fever virus, hantaviruses and leptospirosis pathogens.
The facts of the tests on military personnel and socially vulnerable categories of Ukrainian citizens are confirmed by the testimonies of eyewitnesses interviewed within the framework of the ongoing parliamentary investigation in the Russian Federation.
Fifth. There is information in the United States of America on the development and patenting of technical means for delivery and use of drone-based biological weapons. For example, Document No. 8,967,029 was issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Agency for an unmanned aerial vehicle for aerial delivery of infected insects. The patent's description states that the device can be used to destroy or incapacitate enemy troops without risk to US troops.

With a flight range of drones of up to 300 km and containers filled with biological preparations, there is a real threat of large-scale use of biological weapons on the territory of the Russian Federation.
This raises a question: for what purpose did the United States develop and patent technical means for using biological weapons, and what is the reason for Ukraine's interest in acquiring such technical means?
Of particular concern, in addition to the fact that the Pentagon is conducting the biological research, is the fact that the United States has blocked all international initiatives to review the Biological Weapons Convention since 2001. This precludes review of laboratories both within the United States and outside of its national jurisdiction.
Since 2016, the start of the Ukrainian UP projects, the United States and Ukraine have been deliberately silent about these projects in the annual reports on the implementation of the Biological Weapons Convention as part of the confidence-building measures, although they are clearly military-biologically oriented. The documents do not reveal any US Department of Defense funding for the Ukrainian laboratories. This secrecy, as well as the secrecy of sensitive information, is another reason to ponder the Pentagon's true goals.

The Russian Federation has always sought to establish a legally binding Biological Weapons Convention control mechanism.
Measures proposed by several countries to strengthen the Biological Weapons Convention, notably the French initiative on voluntary visits to biolaboratories, while attractive, do not provide comprehensive oversight of their activities.
The lack of clear verification procedures and control lists for microorganisms and toxins allows western countries, especially the USA, to interpret the provisions of the Biological Weapons Convention subjectively. I would like to recall the West's collective disregard for the so-called "principle of 10". According to this principle, a decision must take into account an alternative point of view, even if it is only represented by one state.
A clear example is the platform of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), where, at the instigation of the United States and contrary to the opinion of most countries, it was decided to give the organization attributive powers. This mechanism makes it possible to "manufacture" necessary evidence and assign blame at one's discretion, which has already been practiced several times in the course of the investigation into the chemical incidents in Syria. We believe that the UN Security Council's approach to decision-making when investigating chemical and biological incidents needs to be reviewed.
After the collective West's unfulfilled promises not to expand NATO eastward, we have no right to take the United States' word on the peaceful nature of Pentagon-sponsored biological research.
The Russian Federation has repeatedly appealed to the United States and Ukraine on various international platforms to clarify the following issues:

• What did the Americans hide when they worked in conditions of secrecy and limited access of Ukrainian specialists to information and premises?
• Why were strains of pathogenic microorganisms – potential biological warfare agents and biomaterials of Ukrainian citizens – exported from the territory of Ukraine without a clear purpose being stated?
• Why have the facts of cooperation in the military-biological field been concealed in international reporting under the Biological Weapons Convention and why has the USA been blocking the development of the control mechanism since 2001?
• Why are US officials, including Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland, so concerned about the possibility that the results of US Department of Defense activities in Ukraine and the materials in the biolaboratories could come under the control of Russian specialists? We have addressed only a subset of the issues that cause us extreme concern.

In a memo written by the US State Department on October 12, 2018 to allay Russian concerns about US compliance with the Biological Weapons Convention, Washington emphasizes strict compliance with the convention and once again suggests taking "their word." .

I would like to draw your attention to another document that is available to us concerning the 2004 US military testing of a tularemia vaccine developed by the US Army's Walter Reed Infectious Disease Research Institute. The study, which involved 1,064 people, had 468 cases of complications.
This largely explains the fact that such high-risk trials are carried out outside their national jurisdiction. This emerges from the agreement signed by the Ukrainian Ministry of Health and the US Department of Defense on August 29, 2005, a year after these tests.
Now we are witnessing Washington's nervous reaction to articles in the international press about the highly sensitive documents released by the Russian Defense Ministry. Journalists point out that the US intelligence services are taking unprecedented measures to ensure that the Russian side does not get potential witnesses from the Pentagon's secret military-biological projects in Ukraine.
These White House concerns once again confirm the threatening nature of the US military-biological program, disguised as peaceful, both for Russia and for the entire international community.

The chronology of Russian publications​

At the beginning of March, the Russian Ministry of Defense published documents proving that Ukraine rushed to destroy dangerous pathogens after the start of the Russian military operation . In the West, meanwhile, it was denied that these pathogens even existed in Ukraine. And also in early March, the Russian Ministry of Defense published details about the pathogens that were being researched and also announced which American organizations were researching them.
What was still "Russian propaganda" at the beginning of March was indirectly confirmed under oath by Deputy Secretary of State Nuland a few days later at a hearing in the US Parliament , but the Western media didn't think it was newsworthy. More and more evidence is emerging about illegal US biomedical activities in ex-Ukrainian territories. Several companies participated in the experiments, including large Big Pharma corporations, such as “Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Celltrion, Novatris International AG, IQVIA, Sanofi, Galapagos NV, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Abbott Laboratories, Covance, Merck KGaA, Centocor Biopharmaceutical and [even] a branch of Samsung that produces medical equipment.”

In the same place where the documents were stored, boxes containing biomaterials were also found. The materials were apparently ready to be sent to laboratories in the US, UK and Switzerland. With this, the Russian authorities were able to obtain biological evidence, not just documentary one, about such research – showing that the experiments were in fact carried out.
“According to the results of studying the documents, it became known that the drugs were tested on people with numbers, without names. The drugs themselves were in white envelopes and also without names. The main purpose of the research was to evaluate the effectiveness of drugs in relation to the proportion of patients who achieved a response to it according to the criteria of the American College of Rheumatology. In addition, boxes were found containing many envelopes from logistics companies and containers for biomaterial with recipient addresses in laboratories in Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States,” Russian report says.
The selection of psychiatric patients appears to have been a “strategic” decision on the part of Western companies and Ukrainian authorities.
Obviously, people with fragile psychiatric conditions are an “easier” target to be convinced to undergo such experiments. More than that, many of the patients may have been subjected to the tests completely unconsciously, having their bodies abusively exploited by foreign doctors.
These practices do not sound surprising, however. It had previously been revealed that foreign agents had carried out tests with neuromodulators on socially vulnerable patients in the Kharkov region. In 2022, Russian forces exposed evidence that experiments of this type had taken place in American military biolaboratories, causing irreversible damage to the nervous systems of several patients submitted to the illegal procedures.
“In accordance with the available information, highly active substances of neuromodulators were tested on socially vulnerable citizens of Ukraine, which caused, among other things, irreversible damage to the central nervous system. This is a clear violation of the norms of international treaties in the field of human rights (…) Thanks to the documents obtained during the special military operation, we became aware that such studies have been carried out in Ukraine since at least 2011, and Alharoun has repeatedly visited the branch of the Merefa laboratory, built at the expense of the Pentagon in the village of Sorokovka, Kharkov region,” Lt. Gen. Igor Kirillov, the head of the radiation, chemical and biological defense of the Russian Armed Forces said at the time.
In fact, American biolaboratories in Ukraine were joint civilian-military schemes, having received funding not only from the Pentagon but also from private organizations such as Big Pharma companies and even “philanthropic” foundations. This broad network to promote biomedical research operated in a cooperation system in which the Pentagon developed biological weapons and private companies used military facilities to operate irregular experiments by inoculating their drugs on vulnerable native patients.
It is shocking to know that the Ukrainian government cooperated with this type of practice and allowed its citizens to be subjected to such abuse by foreign agents. This just shows how in fact the Kiev regime never cared about its own people, being willing to even allow operations of high biological, health danger in its territory just to please its Western “partners”.
Indeed, territorial liberation through Russian military force was the only way to prevent the continuation of these brutal acts.
