A 26-year-old fiend who tried to rape a woman as she walked her small dog on a Bushwick sidewalk has been arrested, according to cops.

Teenager Patrick Serrano allegedly approached the 30-year-old victim from behind, placed her in a chokehold and forced her to the ground around 8:25 a.m. July 30 near Woodbine Street and Ridgewood Place in Brooklyn, cops said.
He continued to strangle the woman and began to hump her over her clothing before fleeing on foot, cops said.
She suffered injuries to her neck and face and was treated at Interfaith Medical Center.

Serrano has one unsealed prior arrest for petit larceny in 2017 and three sealed arrests, police sources said.


He was busted around 9 p.m. Saturday.
