Previously: Will Whites Support A Globalist American Empire That Picks Fights Abroad And Wars Against Them At Home?

Everyone knew the Biden Regime would use the January 6 Mostly Peaceful Protest as an excuse to crack down on patriotic Americans and Trump supporters. But news reports through the past two weeks demonstrate just what Biden and his Leftist allies on Capitol Hill, Big Tech, and the Regime Media have in mind: A major surveillance operation involving not only the usual federal alphabet agencies but also private informers to designate dissidents as “terrorists” and “white supremacists;” and co-opting the private sector to punish them—as in putting America First Nicholas Fuentes on the no-fly list.

Let’s start with today’s alarming news: Biden plans to pay “outside entities” to surveil social media for information about “extremist groups.” And “extremist groups” doesn’t mean Antifa and Black Lives Matter:

The Department of Homeland Security is limited in how it can monitor citizens online without justification and is banned from activities like assuming false identities to gain access to private messaging apps used by extremist groups such as the Proud Boys or Oath Keepers.

Instead, federal authorities can only browse through unprotected information on social media sites like Twitter and Facebook and other open online platforms.

The plan being discussed inside DHS, according to multiple sources, would, in effect, allow the department to circumvent those limits. A source familiar with the effort said it is not about decrypting data but rather using outside entities who can legally access these private groups to gather large amounts of information that could help DHS identify key narratives as they emerge.

[Biden team may partner with private firms to surveil suspected domestic terrorists online, by Zachary Cohen and Katie Bo Williams, May 3, 2021 Emphases added]

It’s a good guess the “outside entities” will likely be the CultMarx vigilantes already tracking such “extremists.”

Fuentes only learned he was on the no-fly list last week when multiple airlines barred him under orders from the Transportation Security Administration. Fuentes is not charged with any crimes and he is certainly no terrorist. But he is a nationalist and backed the protest in Washington, D.C., on January 6. He says things the Regime doesn’t want said.

And Fuentes is only one of many patriots under the heel of the globalist regime. The day after Fuentes learned he can’t fly, FBI agents raided the home of a Trump-supporting couple in Alaska. The agency mistakenly identified the wife as someone who had stolen Nancy Pelosi’s laptop when protesters stormed the Capitol on January 6 [Homer Residence Raided By FBI Wednesday, by Anthony Moore, KSRM, April 29 2021]. While oth husband and wife attended the rally, neither entered the building, but agents did enter their home. They had guns drawn and refused to show warrants for hours. They also threatened her for obstruction of justice for refusing to confess that she was the laptop thief.

Similarly, authorities have jailed several Capitol protesters indefinitely and without bail essentially because of their political beliefs [Indefinite Incarceration for Protesters With ‘Wrong’ Politics, by Julie Kelly, American Greatness, April 12, 2021]. Federal judge Emmet G. Sullivan, right, a Clinton appointee who has ruled in favor of illegal aliens and against Trump in lawsuits, refused bail to an arrested protester because Donald Trump continues to cast doubt on the 2020 election results [Judge denies bond for Ga. man accused in Jan. 6 assault, by Chris Joyner, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, April 21, 2021]. The judge said the former president’s comments “reflect the continued threat posed” by the protesters.

Federal authorities red-flagged and interrogated Dana Kurtbek, an ordinary Trump supporter, when she tried to fly weeks after January 6. Authorities claim she entered the Capitol, but like the couple in Alaska, she had merely attended Trump’s speech that day [Trump supporter flagged with facial recognition technology at airport, interrogated by DHS, FBI, by Mia Cathell, The Post Millennial, February 2, 2021]. Apparently, that’s all it takes to be considered a terrorist.

These aren’t mistakes or minor hiccups. They are the result of Biden’s obsession with the “worst attack on our democracy since the Civil War,” as he falsely called the events at the Capitol during his recent speech to Congress.

And we won’t ignore what our intelligence agencies have determined to be the most lethal terrorist threat to the homeland today: White supremacy is terrorism. We’re not going to ignore that either.

[Remarks by President Biden in Address to a Joint Session of Congress, WhiteHouse.gov, April 29, 2021]

That’s particularly ominous given that Biden said it right after he declared that America would pull back from Afghanistan so it could focus on the real threat—by which he means conservative whites. Biden essentially said he would use the machine created by the War on Terror against his own people. Or should we say Trump’s people?

We also learned last week that the FBI sifted through NSA’s stored communications to spy on domestic “racially-motivated violent extremists,” meaning “white nationalists.” The agency vacuumed those data without a warrant and in direct violation of a court order—and they’re still doing it! Yet this brazen violation of the law has not, apparently, invited sanctions or punishment [Secret Court Reveals: FBI Hunted for Domestic Terrorists Without a Warrant, by Spencer Ackerman, Daily Beast, April 26, 2021].

Even the U.S. Postal Service is in on the game. Its Internet Covert Operations Program (iCOP) targets right-wing accounts on Twitter, Facebook, and Parler and was used to keep an eye on peaceful protesters involved in the right-leaning World-Wide Rally for Freedom and Democracy in March.

Additionally, the Department of Homeland Security is adding more resources to its programs. “We know that this [domestic terror] threat is fueled mainly by false narratives, conspiracy theories and extremist rhetoric read through social media and other online platforms,” a DHS official is quoted as saying. “And that's why we're kicking off engagement directly with social media companies.” [The Postal Service is running a ‘covert operations program’ that monitors Americans' social media posts, CITE April 21, 2021].

And of course the Covid “pandemic” was another excuse to ratchet up government surveillance. The “COVID Hate Crimes Act” will allow the government to spy even more. Yet only one senator—Josh Hawley—voted against it. “My big problem with Sen [Mazie] Hirono’s bill that Senate voted on today is that it turns the federal government into the speech police - gives government sweeping authority to decide what counts as offensive speech and then monitor it,” Hawley tweeted [Josh Hawley Explains Why He Was Sole Vote Against Anti-Asian Hate Crime Bill, by Darragh Roche, Newsweek, April 23, 2021].

— Josh Hawley (@HawleyMO) April 23, 2021

Meanwhile, Biden’s Justice Department is considering a new domestic terror law. DOJ officials say they might need more “authorities” to crack down on … you guessed it … “white nationalism.” Federal officials echo Biden’s claim that “white supremacy” poses the most lethal threat to America. Several Democratic lawmakers (and a few Republicans) demand the domestic terror law to combat the “cancer on our country,” as Democratic Rep. Matt Cartwright calls it. State Department officials say America is now an “exporter” of terrorist ideas [Domestic Terrorism Law Being Weighed by Justice Department, by Chris Strohm and Shaun Courtney, Bloomberg, April 29, 2021].

And no, they don’t mean that America inadvertently backs Islamic terror groups. They mean ordinary Americans are radicalizing the world with “extremist” rhetoric.

And no American who dissents from globalist ideology will be safe if Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer gets his way. He has introduced a resolution that demands the FBI uncover the membership of right-wing groups and prioritize their prosecution. A House bill would authorize similar spying [Dems’ domestic-terror bills set their sights on peaceful right-wingers, by Betsy McCaughey, New York Post, April 23, 2021].

Lawmakers also want to monitor conservative veterans for possible “extremist” ties. The military vows to purge its ranks of any suspected “white nationalists,” but Leftists see that as insufficient. They want to keep any eye on anyone who served in the military. Some, such as the $PLC’s Heidi Beirich, want veterans with the wrong politics to lose benefits [Post-Riot Effort to Tackle Extremism in the Military Largely Overlooks Veterans, by Paul Sonne et al., The Washington Post, April 20, 2021].

Remember, all this is directed only at the political Right. Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and other left-wing domestic terrorists need not worry. Federal officials don’t view the Left as a problem, even though Antifa has laid siege to the Pacific Northwest for nearly a year. As Attorney General Merrick Garland made clear in his confirmation hearing, these officials don’t consider Antifa’s attacks on federal buildings on terrorism. That is why federal prosecutors invariably drop charges against the Leftist hoodlums [Almost Half of Federal Cases Against Portland Rioters Have Been Dismissed, by Aruna Viswanatha and Sadie Gurman, Wall Street Journal, April 15, 2021].

The authorities don’t even count assassination attempts against Republican congressmen as terrorism. Only in April did we learn that the FBI labelled the shooting of GOP congressman at a baseball practice “suicide by cop.” It couldn’t have been terrorism; the culprit was a Leftist. The FBI refused to reclassify the shooting after Republican lawmakers protested [FBI defends ‘suicide by cop’ designation for 2017 baseball field shooting, by Kyle Cheney, Politico, April 29, 2021].

Only one thing explains the bias: The Biden Regime sees Leftist terrorists as useful allies in its war against the historic American nation.

Some Republicans, such as Hawley, are waking up. Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson continues to question the Capitol “Insurrection” Hoax. Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz denounced Fuentes’s inclusion on the no-fly list and with nine other GOP congressmen proposed legislation to eliminate the USPS’s social media spying [Gaetz, House Republicans introduce bill to defund Postal Service covert operations program, by Maggie Miller, The Hill, April 30, 2021].

Thought crimes should not get people on the no-fly list, as Dem Chairman of Homeland Security Bernie Thompson suggested about Sen. Josh Hawley.

Are we really a better, stronger nation if access to air travel is the next frontier of cancel culture? https://t.co/WxkByPPlsb
— Matt Gaetz (@mattgaetz) April 28, 2021

But never forget something: Republicans played an instrumental role in building the modern security state. They supported the Patriot Act and cheered NSA surveillance. They cheered as Bush 43 used 9/11 and the “war on terror” to expand the surveillance power of the government. Now that war machine is turned against their own voters instead of foreign terrorists. It was even used against Trump, a target of FBI surveillance and disinformation.

It’s time for the GOP to repent and fight to downsize the monster it helped create. That monster is now directed against the party’s own constituents. Republicans must oppose any new domestic terror legislation, demand hearings and answers on domestic spying, support bills such as Gaetz’s, and debunk the lies about January 6 and “white supremacist” domestic terrorism.

The security state no longer defends America. It’s a direct threat to the Historic American Nation. The Generic American Party must act accordingly.

Censorship footnote: as we go to pixel, there has been not one Regime Media report on Nick Fuentes’ Travel Ban. Nor has it been mentioned in Respectable Right mouthpieces like National Cuckview, the Daily Cucker, or Cuckbart.

Biden Intelligence Community Breaches Authority to Target the Right

Instead of prioritizing resources to confront the menace posed by America’s foreign adversaries the IC is devoting most of its time to pursuing Americans on the political Right.

The freshly reelected Republican senator from Nebraska had kind words this week for Joe Biden’s intelligence chiefs. “The American people are blessed to have an [intelligence community] as serious as ours,” Senator Ben Sasse said during Wednesday’s Senate Intelligence Committee hearing. He called the group, which included FBI Director Christopher Wray and CIA Director William Burns, “heroes” and wanted a chance to “say thank you” in front of the American people.

Sasse, who is supposed to act as a fierce skeptic not a fawning cheerleader of the world’s most powerful intelligence apparatus, singled out Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines for praise. “Your opening statement . . . was incredibly strong,” Sasse swooned.

Haines, the top deputy to former CIA Director John Brennan during the Obama Administration, undoubtedly marveled at winning such a groveling endorsement from a sitting Republican senator—or perhaps she internally laughed at winning over yet another reliable GOP dupe. (In fairness, most Republicans on the committee joined in Sasse’s praise for Haines.)

But Senate Republicans should have been outraged rather than starry-eyed over Haines’ opening statement as well as her conduct in office since taking the reins of the intelligence community the day after Joe Biden’s inauguration. Haines is wasting no time accelerating the weaponization of a sprawling organization that is supposed to identify threats to the homeland by foreign actors, not target Americans with the wrong political views.

Another Collusion Conspirator

It’s a practice, however, that Haines perfected as a trusted aide to Barack Obama; her fingerprints are all over the fabricated Trump-Russia collusion storyline and, as part of Brennan’s inner circle, Haines at least knew of—if she did not partially approve—the unleashing of insidious government surveillance tools against Trump and his campaign.

“Domestically, lone actors and small cells with a broad range of ideological motivations pose a greater immediate threat” than ISIS and al-Qaeda, Haines said in her opening statement to the committee. “We see this threat manifest itself in individuals who…commit terrorist acts for ideological goals stemming from other influences, such as racial bias and antigovernment sentiment, which we refer to as Domestic Violent Extremism or DVE. DVE is an increasingly complex threat that is growing in the United States.”

Instead of prioritizing resources to confront the menace posed by America’s foreign adversaries, which is her job, Haines is devoting most of her time to pursuing Americans on the political Right. Her first official missive as Biden’s DNI didn’t raise alarm over China or North Korea or Iran—it warned that Americans represent a “heightened threat” to the homeland this year.

Over the past several years, sadly, it’s become almost impossible to tell who poses the biggest threat to our democracy—foreign adversaries or our own government. Tens of millions of Americans undoubtedly would argue it’s the latter.

“Newer sociopolitical developments—such as narratives of fraud in the recent general election, the emboldening impact of the violent breach of the U.S. Capitol, conditions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, and conspiracy theories promoting violence—will almost certainly spur some DVEs to try to engage in violence this year,” Haines claimed in her March report. “Domestic violent extremists are U.S.-based actors who conduct or threaten activities that are dangerous to human life in violation of the criminal laws of the United States or any state; appearing to be intended to intimate or coerce a civilian population; . . . or affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping.”

That terrifying scale of violence, Haines suggested, could come from those involved in the January 6 protests on Capitol Hill; apparently not one for subtlety, Haines even included a sketch of the Capitol building in her report. (In a recent NPR interview, Haines referred to the events of that day as an “assault on our own democracy.”)

Overstepping Authority

But there is a slight—major?—problem with Haines’ alert; she clearly exceeded the boundaries of her authority. Haines’ definition of a DVE, per her report, is “an individual based and operating primarily in the United States without direction or inspiration from a foreign terrorist group or other foreign power.” Haines’ purview, however, is solely vested in gathering intelligence related to bad actors allied with hostile regimes beyond our shores, not Trump-supporting veterans from Virginia.

Fortunately, Biden’s intel chiefs did not find the same fawning audience in House Republicans that they found in their Senate Republican counterparts.

During a separate hearing Thursday morning, Haines, Wray, and NSA Director Paul Nakasone were blasted by GOP members of the House Intelligence Committee for abusing their authority to advance the Democrats’ political agenda. Representative Chris Stewart (R-Utah) asked each official whether he or she was statutorily empowered to spy on Americans with “no foreign nexus”; each answered no.

“It’s very clear the IC has no authority to turn your tools or your resources on American citizens,” Stewart scolded. Holding up a copy of Haines’ report, Stewart asked her if she used intelligence community resources to draft the document in violation of an executive order clearly limiting the IC’s reach to “foreign security threats.”

Haines tap-danced around the question, insisting her office merely received, and did not collect, the domestic-based intelligence. But Stewart was having none of it. “Your analysts helped prepare, you did an analysis on this.” The American people, Stewart warned, “should be deeply troubled” by intelligence agencies turning their sights on Americans.

Representative Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), the committee’s ranking member, denounced the group for “characterizing wide swaths of American citizens, particularly Republicans and conservatives, as politically suspect, politically violent, and deserving of government surveillance.” He warned any attempt to abuse their authority will be met with “severe repercussions” by Republican lawmakers and the American people.

But Nunes, once again, will be fighting not just the Democrats, the news media, and the administrative state but members of his own party. As they made clear in their shameful performance this week, Senate Republicans have no plan to protect Americans—many of whom support the GOP—from an unbridled intelligence community hell-bent on exacting revenge for the election of Donald Trump nearly five years ago.

“The politicization of the intelligence community, and its use as a weapon by the Democrats to harass their political opponents, threatens Americans’ security and civil liberties, and plays into the very foreign disinformation campaigns that the Democrats claim threaten our democracy,” Nunes told me through a spokesman on Thursday.

Over the past several years, sadly, it’s become almost impossible to tell who poses the biggest threat to our democracy—foreign adversaries or our own government. Tens of millions of Americans undoubtedly would argue it’s the latter.

US’ New “Foreign Malign Influence” Center Is Just Official Cover for American Intelligence Interference in Domestic Politics

By Scott Ritter
Global Research, May 03, 2021
RT Op-Ed 28 April 2021

The Director of National Intelligence has ostensibly created a new “center” for the sharing and analysis of information and intelligence about foreign interference in US elections. Its real focus is much more nefarious.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) announced in a statement on Monday that it was creating a new intelligence “center” focused on tracking so-called “foreign malign influence,” reported Politico. This new entity, known as the Foreign Malign Influence Center, was mandated in the recent intelligence and defense budget authorization acts, representing the reality that the impetus for its creation came from Congress, and not the intelligence community.

For example, the most recent defense expenditure authorization required that the ODNI establish a “social media data analysis center” to coordinate and track foreign social media influence operations by analyzing data voluntarily shared by US social media companies. Based upon this analysis, the ODNI would report to Congress on a quarterly basis on trends in foreign influence and disinformation operations to the public. As envisioned by Congress, the intelligence community would determine jointly with US social media companies which data and metadata will be made available for analysis.

In short, the intelligence community, using data obtained from the social media accounts of American citizens, will report to Congress how this data influences the political decision making of these same American citizens.

If this does not make the most ardent defender of the US Constitution ill, nothing will.

It is not as if the US intelligence community wasn’t trending in this direction on its own volition. The straw that broke the camel’s back, so to speak, was the publication in March 2021 of an intelligence community assessment entitled ‘Foreign Threats to the US 2020 Presidential Election’. In this document, the US intelligence community assessed that “Russian President Putin authorized, and a range of Russian government organizations conducted, influence operations aimed at denigrating President Biden’s candidacy and the Democratic Party, supporting former President Trump, undermining public confidence in the electoral process, and exacerbating sociopolitical divisions in the US.”

But the most damning portion of this assessment came when it delved into the specific methodology employed by Russia to achieve these nefarious aims.

“Throughout the election cycle”, the assessment declared, “Russia’s online influence actors sought to affect US public perceptions of the candidates, as well as advance Moscow’s long standing goals of undermining confidence in US election processes and increasing sociopolitical divisions among the American people. During the presidential primaries and dating back to 2019, these actors backed candidates from both major US political parties that Moscow viewed as outsiders, while later claiming that election fraud helped what they called ‘establishment’ candidates. Throughout the election, Russia’s online influence actors sought to amplify mistrust in the electoral process by denigrating mail-in ballots, highlighting alleged irregularities, and accusing the Democratic Party of voter fraud.”

As an American citizen who is politically engaged, I read the intelligence community assessment with a combination of interest, concern, and outrage. The notion of “Russian online influence actors” affecting “US public perceptions of the candidates” is as intellectually vacuous as it is factually unsustainable. The stupidity encapsulated by such analysis can only be excused by the fact that the intelligence community assessment is a document produced more for the benefit of domestic political consumption than a genuine effort at identifying and quantifying legitimate threats to the US.

The assessment itself is short on hard data. However, the House Intelligence Committee has documented some 3,000 social media ads bought by Russian “troll farms” between 2015-2017, at a cost of some $100,000. These ads were in addition to so-called “organic posts,” some 80,000 of which were published on US social media, free of charge, by alleged Russian “bots” resulting in 126 million “views” by Americans. These ads were crude, unfocused, and simply inane in terms of their content.

To put the alleged Russian influence campaign into perspective, one need only reflect on the fact that during his short bid for the Democratic nomination, Michael Bloomberg spent nearly $1 billion underwriting the single most sophisticated public relations campaign, including hundreds of millions of targeted social media ads put together by the most brilliant political minds money could buy. All this money, time and effort, however, could not change the reality that, to the American public, Michael Bloomberg was an unattractive candidate – in the end his $1 billion bought him exactly two delegates.

The fact is, the political opinions of most American citizens are formed based upon a lifetime of exposure to issues that matter for them the most, whether it be education, right-to-life, gun control, social justice, agriculture, energy, environment, law enforcement, or any other of the multitude of sources of causation that impact the day-to-day existence of the American electorate.

Some of these beliefs are inherited, such as the working-class attachment to unions. Some are driven by current affairs, such as the growing awareness of climate change. But all are derived from the life experience of each American, and the thought that these deeply held beliefs could be bought, changed, or otherwise manipulated by social media posts published by foreign actors, malign or otherwise, is deeply insulting to me, and should be to every other American as well.

The irony is that by creating an intelligence organization whose task it is to help prevent the political Balkanization of America by analyzing the social media accounts of Americans who hold differing political beliefs than “the establishment” the newly minted Foreign Malign Influence Center ostensibly serves, the resulting process will only cause the further political division of the United States.

Some 74 million Americans voted for a candidate, Donald Trump, who has promulgated the very issues that the Democratic-controlled Congress seeks to denigrate and suppress through the work of this new intelligence center. These ideas will not simply disappear because the Democrats in Congress have empowered a “center” within the intelligence community whose sole function is to demonize any political thought that does not conform with the powers that be.

As it is currently focused, the Foreign Malign Influence Center is the living, breathing embodiment of politicized intelligence, two words which, when put together, represent the death knell for any intelligence organization. Worse, the work it will be doing, when turned over to a Democratically controlled Congress desperate to undermine the political viability of those 74 million American citizens, will only further fracture an already divided nation.

The Foreign Malign Influence Center was specifically mandated to examine the social media influence campaigns operated by Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea. It is particularly telling that they were not directed to investigate the two largest foreign sources of political influence in America today, namely the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee and the Murdoch media empire. President Putin could only dream about being able to buy congressional seats the way AIPAC does, or control what information becomes magnified (and, by extension, suppressed) by the newspapers, television and radio enterprises owned by Rupert Murdoch.

These are the true villains when it comes to foreign corruption of American politics. These foreigners, however, have a seat at the establishment table. Their malign influence will never be labeled as such, and they will never have to withstand the ignominy of having their work scrutinized under the politicized microscope of an intelligence community that has allowed itself to be corrupted by domestic American politics to the point that it no longer serves the American people as a whole, but only a select class of American persons.

The U.S. Intelligence Community, Flouting Laws, is Increasingly Involving Itself in Domestic Politics

A letter from House Intelligence Committee members demands answers from the DNI about illegal breaches of the wall guarding against CIA and NSA domestic activity.

By Glenn Greenwald

Link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/56498.htm

March 25, 2021 "Information Clearing House" - A report declassified last Wednesday by the Department of Homeland Security is raising serious concerns about the possibly illegal involvement by the intelligence community in U.S. domestic political affairs.

Entitled “Domestic Violent Extremism Poses Heightened Threat in 2021,” the March 1 Report from the Director of National Intelligence states that it was prepared “in consultation with the Attorney General and Secretary of Homeland Security—and was drafted by the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with contributions from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).”

Its primary point is this: “The IC [intelligence community] assesses that domestic violent extremists (DVEs) who are motivated by a range of ideologies and galvanized by recent political and societal events in the United States pose an elevated threat to the Homeland in 2021.” While asserting that “the most lethal” of these threats is posed by “racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists (RMVEs) and militia violent extremists (MVEs),” it makes clear that its target encompasses a wide range of groups from the left (Antifa, animal rights and environmental activists, pro-choice extremists and anarchists: “those who oppose capitalism and all forms of globalization”) to the right (sovereign citizen movements, anti-abortion activists and those deemed motivated by racial or ethnic hatreds).

The U.S. security state apparatus regards the agenda of “domestic violent extremists” as “derived from anti-government or anti-authority sentiment,” which includes “opposition to perceived economic, racial or social hierarchies.” In sum, to the Department of Homeland Security, an “extremist” is anyone who opposes the current prevailing ruling class and system for distributing power. Anyone they believe is prepared to use violence, intimidation or coercion in pursuit of these causes then becomes a “domestic violent extremist,” subject to a vast array of surveillance, monitoring and other forms of legal restrictions:

Department of Homeland Security report, Mar.1, 2021

It goes without saying that violence of any kind — including that which is politically motivated — is a serious crime under U.S. law, and it is the proper role of the U.S. Government to investigate and prevent it. But there are real and important legal and institutional limits on the authority of the intelligence community to involve itself in domestic law enforcement, or other forms of domestic political activity, that seem threatened here, if not outright violated.

In particular, the Report’s acknowledgement that it was compiled by institutions including “the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with contributions from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)” has alarmed numerous members of the House Intelligence Committee. On Thursday, all ten minority members of that Committee wrote a previously unreported letter to Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines “to raise serious concerns about the production of this document by the Intelligence Community (IC) and to seek clarification of the facts related to its production.”

Among the issues raised was that the DHS Report was not subject to the standard rigors of an intelligence community finding, yet continually makes sweeping claims that it prefixes with the authoritative phrase “the IC assesses.” The Committee members found this “to be misleading,” adding: we “urge you to clarify which elements in the IC concurred with this judgement and the intelligence basis, if any, for that concurrence.” In other words, Haines claims that these dubious assertions about various threats faced by Americans are the findings of the intelligence community when that is not true: just like the originally false claim widely spread by the media that “all seventeen intelligence agencies” endorsed the 2016 election findings about Russian interference when, in fact, it was only a few which had done so. Haines’ claims have support only from a few agencies as well.

But the more substantive danger is the role played by the CIA and other intelligence agencies in the domestic politics of the U.S., all in the name of fighting “domestic terrorism” (similar dangers were previously created by the Bush and Obama administrations in the name of fighting “international terrorism”). As the committee members’ letter details:

The Intelligence Committee members, citing the fact that the intelligence community is “subject to longstanding prohibitions against domestic activities,” then demanded answers to a series of questions based on this substantive concern:

Involvement of the intelligence community in the domestic activities of U.S. citizens is one of the most dangerous breaches of civil liberties and democratic order the U.S. Government can perpetrate. It was after World War II when the CIA, the NSA and other security state agencies that wield immense and unlimited powers in the dark were created in the name of fighting the Cold War. Legal and institutional prohibitions on wielding that massive machinery against the American public were central to the always-dubious claim that this security behemoth that operates completely in the dark was compatible with democracy. As the ACLU noted, “in its 1947 charter, the CIA was prohibited from spying against Americans, in part because President Truman was afraid that the agency would engage in political abuse.”

Since then, Truman’s fear has been realized over and over. Some of the worst post-WW2 civil liberties abuses have been the result of breaches by the CIA and other agencies of this prohibition. As the ACLU documents, the CIA in the 1960s was caught infiltrating and manipulating numerous domestic political activist groups. Under the auspices of the War on Terror, entire new bureaucracies (such as the Department of Homeland Security) and new legal regimes (such as the Patriot Act and the FISA Amendments Act) were designed to erode these long-standing limitations by dramatically increasing surveillance powers aimed at U.S. citizens. And by design, the infiltration of these security state agencies in U.S. domestic politics has dramatically escalated.

As the first War on Terror was escalating, The Washington Post — under the headline “CIA Is Expanding Domestic Operations” — reported in October, 2002, that “The Central Intelligence Agency is expanding its domestic presence, placing agents with nearly all of the FBI's 56 terrorism task forces in U.S. cities.” The Post added that in the name of that War on Terror:

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III recently described the new arrangement as his answer to MI5, Britain's internal security service. Unlike the CIA, MI5 is empowered to collect intelligence within Britain and to act to disrupt domestic threats to British national security. "It goes some distance to accomplishing what the MI5 does," Mueller told a House-Senate intelligence panel last week in describing the new CIA role in the FBI task forces.

In the years following, two NSA whistleblowers — William Binney and Edward Snowden — both cited their horror over the turning of the surveillance machinery against American citizens as the reason for their decision to denounce their agency. One of the aspects that most disturbed me about the Russiagate conspiracy theory from the start was that it was created and disseminated by the CIA and related agencies with the intent, first, to alter the outcome of the 2016 election, and then to undermine the elected president with whom they were at war. Shortly before Trump’s inauguration, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) went on The Rachel Maddow Show to warn — or more accurately: threaten — Trump that the CIA would destroy his presidency if he continued to criticize or otherwise oppose them:

It is encouraging to see Republican members of the House Intelligence Committee starting to express serious concerns over the dangers of intelligence community involvement in domestic politics. That is underscored by their approving citation to the mild mid-1970s reforms of the intelligence community ushered in by the Senate’s Church Committee, once primarily a liberal cause. Indeed, many of the same House Republicans who wrote this important letter to the DNI have in the past supported laws that allow greater involvement of the CIA, NSA and other agencies in activities on U.S. soil — including the Patriot Act.

The head of the Church Committee, Sen. Frank Church (D-ID), made clear in his iconic quote on Meet the Press in 1975 that those reforms were primarily motivated by fears that the U.S. Government would one day turn its vast intelligence powers onto the American people, rendering core civil liberties an illusion:

In the need to develop a capacity to know what potential enemies are doing, the United States government has perfected a technological capability that enables us to monitor the messages that go through the air. (...) We must know, at the same time, that capability at any time could be turned around on the American people, and no American would have any privacy left: such is the capability to monitor everything—telephone conversations, telegrams, it doesn't matter. There would be no place to hide.

(That quote from Sen. Church was the first one that appeared in my 2014 book on the NSA reporting I did with Edward Snowden, and the title of that book, No Place to Hide, was a nod toward Church’s chilling warning, now come true).

As I have been repeatedly noting over the last two months, the Biden administration, along with leading Democrats such as Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), have been stating explicitly that one of their top priorities is the adoption of new laws designed to import the Bush/Cheney/Obama War on Terror onto U.S. soil for domestic purposes. As recently as February 14, The Washington Post — under the headline: “The agency founded because of 9/11 is shifting to face the threat of domestic terrorism” — noted that Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.), chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, is now demanding that homeland security resources be re-directed toward domestic extremists, and “lawmakers of both parties spoke favorably of new legislation to specifically address domestic terrorism.”

Nobody from the Biden administration or Congressional members demanding enactment of Schiff’s proposed new “domestic terrorism” law can identify any activities that are not now criminal that they believe ought to be. Unless it is to permit intelligence agencies to start policing constitutionally protected speech and associational activities among U.S. citizens, why are any new laws needed? Unless it is to empower them to escalate their already-aggressive use of War on Terror tactics against U.S. citizens, what do they want security state agencies to be able to do on U.S. soil that they cannot now do?

But just as the fear of international terrorism was constantly inflated to place such questions off limits when it came to the War on Terror, and just as critics of the excesses of the first War on Terror were constantly accused of downplaying the threat of Islamic extremism if not harboring outright sympathy for it, the same tactics are being used now. Anyone raising civil liberties concerns about what is being done in the name of combating “domestic extremism” is vilified as ignoring and even supporting such domestic extremism.

No matter: there are few dangers more acute than the weaponization of these security state instruments against U.S. citizens for political ends. The DNI should provide full, complete and truthful answers to the important questions posed by these Intelligence Committee members, and should do so promptly. The evidence of growing incursions by the intelligence community in U.S. domestic politics is already strong and ample, and further incursions would be both dangerous and illegal.

Kremlin Monitoring Biden’s Persecution Of January 6th Protesters – Potential Violation of Human Rights

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov confirmed his country is closely following the situation

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov confirmed on Monday that his country is closely following the politically motivated persecution of 1/6 election integrity protesters at the Capitol, and has indicated that the Biden regime may be responsible for human rights violations, rebuffing an attack Joe Biden made against Russian President Vladimir Putin ahead of an upcoming summit.

Biden had declared on Monday that, “I’ll be meeting with President Putin in a couple of weeks in Geneva. Of course, we will be ready to discuss everything, including problems that exist in the United States.”

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov responded to Biden later that day, stating “We are ready to talk, we have no taboo topics. We will discuss whatever we think is necessary. We will be ready to answer the questions that the American side will raise. This also applies to human rights.”

“For example, we are following with interest the persecution of those persons who are accused of the riots on January 6 this year,” Lavrov added. “A lot of really interesting things are happening from the point of view of the rights of the opposition and protecting those rights.”

Biden ducked a debate challenge from Putin in March after accusing the Russian president of being a “killer,” as reported by National File:

President Joe Biden has turned down a debate challenge from Russian President Vladimir Putin after being called for labeling Putin a “killer” with no “soul,” in a massive optical foreign relations defeat for the Biden administration.

The New York Post reported Thursday that White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki immediately shut down any prospects of a Biden-Putin debate.

“I don’t have anything to report to you in terms of a future meeting. The president will, of course, be in Georgia tomorrow and quite busy,” Psaki said.

As National File reported Thursday afternoon, Putin’s response to the Biden “killer” comments dealt a serious verbal counterpunch to the U.S. President.

“I remember in my childhood, when we argued in the courtyard with each other we used to say: it takes one to know one,” Putin said.

Make Way for the Snitch State: The All-Seeing Fourth Branch of Government

Link: https://www.infowars.com/posts/make...e-the-all-seeing-fourth-branch-of-government/

We are victims of an interconnected, tightly woven, technologically evolving web of real-time, warrantless, wall-to-wall mass surveillance that makes the USA Patriot Act look like child’s play.

How do you hold accountable a government that lies, cheats, steals, sidesteps the law, and then absolves itself of wrongdoing?

“It is just when people are all engaged in snooping on themselves and one another that they become anesthetized to the whole process. As information itself becomes the largest business in the world, data banks know more about individual people than the people do themselves. The more the data banks record about each one of us, the less we exist.”—Marshall McLuhan, From Cliche To Archetype

We’re being spied on by a domestic army of government snitches, spies and techno-warriors.

This government of Peeping Toms is watching everything we do, reading everything we write, listening to everything we say, and monitoring everything we spend.

Beware of what you say, what you read, what you write, where you go, and with whom you communicate, because it is all being recorded, stored, and catalogued, and will be used against you eventually, at a time and place of the government’s choosing.

This far-reaching surveillance has paved the way for an omnipresent, militarized fourth branch of government—the Surveillance State—that came into being without any electoral mandate or constitutional referendum.

Indeed, long before the National Security Agency (NSA) became the agency we loved to hate, the Justice Department, the FBI, and the Drug Enforcement Administration were carrying out their own secret mass surveillance on an unsuspecting populace.

Even agencies not traditionally associated with the intelligence community are part of the government’s growing network of snitches and spies.

Just about every branch of the government—from the Postal Service to the Treasury Department and every agency in between—now has its own surveillance sector, authorized to spy on the American people. For instance, the U.S. Postal Service, which has been photographing the exterior of every piece of paper mail for the past 20 years, is also spying on Americans’ texts, emails and social media posts. Headed up by the Postal Service’s law enforcement division, the Internet Covert Operations Program (iCOP) is reportedly using facial recognition technology, combined with fake online identities, to ferret out potential troublemakers with “inflammatory” posts. The agency claims the online surveillance, which falls outside its conventional job scope of processing and delivering paper mail, is necessary to help postal workers avoid “potentially volatile situations.”

Then there are the fusion and counterterrorism centers that gather all of the data from the smaller government spies—the police, public health officials, transportation, etc.—and make it accessible for all those in power. And that doesn’t even begin to touch on the complicity of the corporate sector, which buys and sells us from cradle to grave, until we have no more data left to mine.

It’s not just what we say, where we go and what we buy that is being tracked.

We’re being surveilled right down to our genes, thanks to a potent combination of hardware, software and data collection that scans our biometrics—our faces, irises, voices, genetics, even our gait—runs them through computer programs that can break the data down into unique “identifiers,” and then offers them up to the government and its corporate allies for their respective uses.

All of those internet-connected gadgets we just have to have (Forbes refers to them as “(data) pipelines to our intimate bodily processes”)—the smart watches that can monitor our blood pressure and the smart phones that let us pay for purchases with our fingerprints and iris scans—are setting us up for a brave new world where there is nowhere to run and nowhere to hide.

For instance, imagine what the government could do (and is likely already doing) with voiceprint technology, which has been likened to a fingerprint. Described as “the next frontline in the battle against overweening public surveillance,” the collection of voiceprints is a booming industry for governments and businesses alike. As The Guardian reports, “voice biometrics could be used to pinpoint the location of individuals.”

We are now the unwitting victims of an interconnected, tightly woven, technologically evolving web of real-time, warrantless, wall-to-wall mass surveillance that makes the spy programs spawned by the USA Patriot Act look like child’s play.

Fusion centers. See Something, Say Something. Red flag laws. Behavioral threat assessments. Terror watch lists. Facial recognition. Snitch tip lines. Biometric scanners. Pre-crime. DNA databases. Data mining. Precognitive technology. Contact tracing apps.

These are all part and parcel of the widening surveillance dragnet that the government has used and abused in order to extend its reach and its power.

The COVID-19 pandemic has succeeded in acclimating us even further to being monitored, tracked and reported for so-called deviant or undesirable behavior.

Consequently, we now live in a society in which a person can be accused of any number of crimes without knowing what exactly he has done. He might be apprehended in the middle of the night by a roving band of SWAT police. He might find himself on a no-fly list, unable to travel for reasons undisclosed. He might have his phones or internet tapped based upon a secret order handed down by a secret court, with no recourse to discover why he was targeted.

This Kafkaesque nightmare has become America’s reality.

Despite the fact that its data snooping has been shown to be ineffective at detecting, let alone stopping, any actual terror attacks, the government continues to operate its domestic spying programs largely in secret, carrying out warrantless mass surveillance on hundreds of millions of Americans’ phone calls, emails, text messages and the like.

The question of how to deal with government agencies and programs that operate outside of the system of checks and balances established by the Constitution forces us to contend with a deeply unsatisfactory and dubious political “solution” to a problem that operates beyond the reach of voters and politicians: how do you hold accountable a government that lies, cheats, steals, sidesteps the law, and then absolves itself of wrongdoing?

Certainly, the history and growth of the NSA tracks with the government’s insatiable hunger for ever-great powers.

Since its official start in 1952, when President Harry S. Truman issued a secret executive order establishing the NSA as the hub of the government’s foreign intelligence activities, the agency—nicknamed “No Such Agency”—has operated covertly, unaccountable to Congress all the while using taxpayer dollars to fund its secret operations. It was only when the agency ballooned to 90,000 employees in 1969, making it the largest intelligence agency in the world with a significant footprint outside Washington, DC, that it became more difficult to deny its existence.

In the aftermath of Watergate in 1975, the Senate held meetings under the Church Committee in order to determine exactly what sorts of illicit activities the American intelligence apparatus was engaged in under the direction of President Nixon, and how future violations of the law could be stopped. It was the first time the NSA was exposed to public scrutiny since its creation.

The investigation revealed a sophisticated operation whose surveillance programs paid little heed to such things as the Constitution. For instance, under Project SHAMROCK, the NSA spied on telegrams to and from the U.S., as well as the correspondence of American citizens. Moreover, as the Saturday Evening Post reports, “Under Project MINARET, the NSA monitored the communications of civil rights leaders and opponents of the Vietnam War, including targets such as Martin Luther King, Jr., Mohammed Ali, Jane Fonda, and two active U.S. Senators. The NSA had launched this program in 1967 to monitor suspected terrorists and drug traffickers, but successive presidents used it to track all manner of political dissidents.”

Senator Frank Church (D-Ida.), who served as the chairman of the Select Committee on Intelligence that investigated the NSA, understood only too well the dangers inherent in allowing the government to overstep its authority in the name of national security. Church recognized that such surveillance powers “at any time could be turned around on the American people, and no American would have any privacy left, such is the capability to monitor everything: telephone conversations, telegrams, it doesn’t matter. There would be no place to hide.”

Noting that the NSA could enable a dictator “to impose total tyranny” upon an utterly defenseless American public, Church declared that he did not “want to see this country ever go across the bridge” of constitutional protection, congressional oversight and popular demand for privacy. He avowed that “we,” implicating both Congress and its constituency in this duty, “must see to it that this agency and all agencies that possess this technology operate within the law and under proper supervision, so that we never cross over that abyss. That is the abyss from which there is no return.

The result was the passage of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), and the creation of the FISA Court, which was supposed to oversee and correct how intelligence information is collected and collated. The law requires that the NSA get clearance from the FISA Court, a secret surveillance court, before it can carry out surveillance on American citizens. Fast forward to the present day, and the so-called solution to the problem of government entities engaging in unjustified and illegal surveillance—the FISA Court—has unwittingly become the enabler of such activities, rubberstamping almost every warrant request submitted to it.

The 9/11 attacks served as a watershed moment in our nation’s history, ushering in an era in which immoral and/or illegal government activities such as surveillance, torture, strip searches, SWAT team raids are sanctioned as part of the quest to keep us “safe.”

In the wake of the 9/11 attacks, George W. Bush secretly authorized the NSA to conduct warrantless surveillance on Americans’ phone calls and emails. That wireless wiretap program was reportedly ended in 2007 after the New York Times reported on it, to mass indignation.

Nothing changed under Barack Obama. In fact, the violations worsened, with the NSA authorized to secretly collect internet and telephone data on millions of Americans, as well as on foreign governments.

It was only after whistleblower Edward Snowden’s revelations in 2013 that the American people fully understood the extent to which they had been betrayed once again.

Even so, nothing really changed.

Since then, presidents, politicians, and court rulings have come and gone, but none of them have done much to put an end to the government’s “technotyranny.”

At every turn, we have been handicapped in our quest for transparency, accountability and a representative democracy by an establishment culture of secrecy: secret agencies, secret experiments, secret military bases, secret surveillance, secret budgets, and secret court rulings, all of which exist beyond our reach, operate outside our knowledge, and do not answer to “we the people.”

Yet the surveillance sector is merely one small part of a shadowy permanent government comprised of unelected bureaucrats who march in lockstep with profit-driven corporations that actually runs Washington, DC, and works to keep us under close watch and, thus, under control. For example, Google openly works with the NSA, Amazon has built a massive $600 million intelligence database for the CIA, and the telecommunications industry is making a fat profit by spying on us for the government.

Most recently, the Biden Administration indicated it may be open to working with non-governmental firms in order to warrantlessly monitor citizens online.

This would be nothing new, however. Vast quantities of the government’s digital surveillance is already being outsourced to private companies, who are far less restrained in how they harvest and share our personal data.

In this way, Corporate America is making a hefty profit by aiding and abetting the government in its militarized domestic surveillance efforts.

Cue the dawning of what The Nation refers to as “the rise of a new class in America: the cyberintelligence ruling class. These are the people—often referred to as ‘intelligence professionals’—who do the actual analytical and targeting work of the NSA and other agencies in America’s secret government. Over the last [20] years, thousands of former high-ranking intelligence officials and operatives have left their government posts and taken up senior positions at military contractors, consultancies, law firms, and private-equity firms. In their new jobs, they replicate what they did in government—often for the same agencies they left. But this time, their mission is strictly for-profit.”

The snitch culture has further empowered the Surveillance State.

As Ezra Marcus writes for the New York Times, “Throughout the past year, American society responded to political upheaval and biological peril by turning to an age-old tactic for keeping rule breakers in check: tattling.”

This new era of snitch surveillance is the lovechild of the government’s post-9/11 “See Something, Say Something” programs combined with the self-righteousness of a politically correct, technologically-wired age.

Marcus continues:

“Technology, and our abiding love of it, is crucial to our current moment of social surveillance. Snitching isn’t just a byproduct of nosiness or fear; it’s a technological feature built into the digital architecture of the pandemic era — specifically when it comes to software designed for remote work and Covid-tracing… Contact tracing apps … have started to be adapted for other uses, including criminal probes by the Singaporean government. If that seems distinctly worrying, it might be useful to remember that the world’s most powerful technology companies, whose products you are likely using to read this story, already use a business model of mass surveillance, collecting and selling user information to advertisers at an unfathomable scale. Our cellphones track us everywhere, and our locations are bought and sold by data brokers at incredible, intimate detail. Facial recognition software used by law enforcement trawls Instagram selfies. Facebook harvests the biometric data of its users. The whole ecosystem, more or less, runs on snitching.”

As I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, what we are dealing with today is not just a beast that has outgrown its chains but a beast that will not be restrained.

Republicans tell the DOJ that Capitol rioters are facing 'unequal justice' in comparison to 'recent instances of mass unrest' including BLM and Antifa riots

Link: http://www.domigood.com/2021/06/republicans-tell-doj-that-capitol.html

A group of Republican senators wrote Attorney General Merrick Garland Monday to say January 6th rioters who are being prosecuted may be receiving 'unequal justice' – and called for similar treatment of those who clashed with police in protests sparked by the death of George Floyd last summer.

The senators did not defend the rioters who stormed the Capitol during the electoral vote count – saying they 'fully support' prosecutions of those who took part. But they called into question what they cast as a disparity and demanded information from DOJ about tactics authorities used to run down Capitol rioters, while seeking similar information on protests last summer that sometimes turned violent.

'The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) is currently dedicating enormous resources and manpower to investigating and prosecuting the criminals who breached the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. We fully support and appreciate the efforts by the DOJ and its federal, state and local law enforcement partners to hold those responsible fully accountable,' the senators wrote Garland.

A mob of supporters of then-U.S. President Donald Trump climb through a window they broke as they storm the U.S. Capitol Building in Washington, U.S., January 6, 2021. A group of Republican senators wrote AG Merrick Garland to say there may be 'unequal justice' in the treatment of people who took part in 'mass unrest' last summer and those who stormed the Capitol.

The complaint about 'unequal' prosecutions comes as some Republicans have sought to soften the melee that took place at the Capitol, with Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-Ga.) comparing rioters to those on a 'normal tourist visit.'

But they pointed to people who 'used peaceful protests across the country to engage in rioting and other crimes that resulted in loss of life, injuries to law enforcement officers, and significant property damage.'

It was a reference to clashes between protesters and police in Portland, Seattle, and other U.S. cities over the spring and summer.

'A federal court house in Portland, Oregon, has been effectively under siege for months. Property destruction stemming from the 2020 social justice protests throughout the country will reportedly result in at least $1 billion to $2 billion in paid insurance claims,' they wrote.

The senators sought information on arrests from protests this summer

They sought information about 'mass unrest, destruction, and loss of life throughout the United States' in the spring and summer of 2020

Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisc., in April compared the riot to a 'peaceful protest'

The letter was signed by Rick Scott (l), Ron Johnson (second from l) and Tommy Tuberville (r), all Republican senators

'We join all Americans in the expectation that the DOJ’s response to the events of January 6 will result in rightful criminal prosecutions and accountability,' the senators wrote Garland.

Among them were Sens. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, Tommy Tuberville of Alabama, Mike Lee of Utah, Rick Scott of Florida, and Ted Cruz of Texas.

Tuberville has said he spoke by phone with former President Trump on Jan. 6th. He says he informed Trump that Secret Service agents had taken former Vice President Mike Pence out of the building – a sign of just how risky the event had become. The episode featured in the impeachment debate.

'Mr. President, they've taken the vice president out. They want me to get off the phone, I gotta go,' Tuberville says he told Trump, who maintained in weekend remarks that he was the victim of election fraud. He said 2020 would 'go down as the crime of the century.'

Scott, who runs the GOP's Senate campaign arm, went to Mar-a-Lago this past spring to present Trump with a new 'Champion of Freedom' award.

Johnson has compared Jan. 6th in comments on Fox News to a 'peaceful protest.'

'Even calling it an insurrection, it wasn't,' Johnson said in April. 'You know, I condemned the breach. I condemned the violence, but to say there were thousands of armed insurrectionists breaching the Capitol intent on overthrowing the government is just simply false narrative.'

The senators wrote Garland: 'As you are aware, the mission of the DOJ is, among other things, to ensure fair and impartial administration of justice for all Americans. Today, we write to request information about our concerns regarding potential unequal justice administered in response to other recent instances of mass unrest, destruction, and loss of life throughout the United States.'

The senators asked a series of questions which appeared to put a focus on hardball police tactics.

'Did federal law enforcement utilize geolocation data from defendants’ cell phones to track protestors associated with the unrest in the spring and summer of 2020? If so, how many times and for which locations/riots?' they asked.

'How many individuals who may have committed crimes associated with protests in the spring and summer of 2020 were arrested by law enforcement using pre-dawn raids and SWAT teams?

'How many individuals were incarcerated for allegedly committing crimes associated with protests in the spring and summer of 2020?'

'How many of these individuals are or were placed in solitary confinement? What was the average amount of consecutive days such individuals were in solitary confinement?'

'How many of these individuals have been released on bail?' they asked Garland.

They asked the same series of questions about the Capitol riots – where a series of indictments contained snippets of information about how law enforcement tracked down people who breached the Capitol despite making few arrests on Jan. 6th, when a mob overran police.

COVID WITCH HUNT: DC AG subpoenas Facebook for data on ALL users that have spread “COVID-19 misinformation”

Thursday, July 08, 2021 by: News Editors

Link: https://www.naturalnews.com/2021-07-08-dc-ag-subpoenas-facebook-for-data-covid-misinformation.html

(Natural News) The District of Columbia (DC) Attorney General (AG) Karl Racine, a Democrat, has subpoenaed Facebook for a wide range of records related to “COVID-19 misinformation” on the platform.

(Article by Tom Parker republished from ReclaimTheNet.org)

The subpoena was filed on June 21 and demands that Facebook identify all groups, pages, and accounts that have violated the platform’s far-reaching COVID-19 misinformation rules.

It also calls for Facebook to release an internal study that looked at vaccine hesitancy among its users. Media reports on this study in March claimed that it showed that non-rule breaking Facebook content may be causing “substantial” harm.

If Facebook were to comply with this subpoena, it would likely impact millions of users. Facebook has removed more than 18 million pieces of content from Facebook and Instagram for violating its COVID-19 misinformation rules and applied warning labels to more than 167 million pieces of COVID-19 content.

The subpoena is part of a previously undisclosed investigation into whether Facebook is violating consumer protection laws.

Racine’s director of communications, Abbie McDonough, told Politico that the investigation is part of an effort to ensure that Facebook cracks down on “vaccine misinformation.”

“Facebook has said it’s taking action to address the proliferation of COVID-19 vaccine misinformation on its site,” McDonough said. “But then when pressed to show its work, Facebook refused. AG Racine’s investigation aims to make sure Facebook is truly taking all steps possible to minimize vaccine misinformation on its site and support public health.”

The move follows previous reports of Democrats working with Big Tech to censor content that they deem to be misinformation.

Most notably, a recent lawsuit showed evidence of Democrats flagging alleged misinformation to Twitter via a “partner portal” and Twitter responding by removing the flagged tweets.

Another example of this is Democrats demanding that Facebook and Twitter “address” 12 prominent vaccine skeptics in April. Since they made their demands, four of these vaccine skeptics have had their social media accounts shut down.

Lawmakers have also suggested that the federal government may have “induced Facebook to censor certain speech in violation of the First Amendment” and demanded that the tech giant explain why it censored lab leak theories.

This attempt from the DC AG to identify Facebook users for posting COVID-19 misinformation comes as the tech giant is using increasingly aggressive measures to target people based on the content they share and interact with.

Yesterday, it started asking users whether they’re concerned about their friends “becoming an extremist” and warned users that they “may have been exposed to harmful extremist content.”

And in May, a whistleblower revealed that Facebook is using a secret internal filter to flag “liberty-based” and “religious-based” vaccine skepticism and using a secret algorithm to suppress negative vaccine experiences.

The January 6 ‘insurrection’ narrative debunked

LifeSite journalist Patrick Delaney has done an in-depth and explosive report into the events surrounding the events of January 6.

Wed Jul 14, 2021 - 5:35 pm EST

Link: https://www.lifesitenews.com/blogs/...debunked-trump-supporters-are-still-in-prison

July 14, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) – The most incredible part of the entire “January 6 was an insurrection” narrative has been how it’s led to severe persecution of conservatives and pro-freedom Americans. LifeSite journalist Patrick Delaney has done an in-depth and explosive report into the Capitol riot, including the players involved, such as governmental agencies and Trump-supporting citizens, the latter of whom continue to be targeted for so-called domestic terrorism.

I brought Patrick on The John-Henry Westen Show today to discuss and analyze this story and to debunk the false “insurrection” angle pushed by the mainstream media, which he said has been used “as a justification for ever more intrusive infringements upon civil liberties.”

Patrick told me how the “Stop the Steal” rally on January 6, 2021 in Washington, D.C. was peaceful and prayerful. But, according to eyewitnesses on the ground, it was infiltrated by agent provocateurs dressed in “militant-like” clothing to instigate conflict. However, he noted how this element “was very much a minority of the crowd.”

St Annes Helpers-300x250-originalad-provided by SAH

He further said that these people were part of a “prearranged plan to storm the Capitol building and to manipulate the unsuspecting crowd as cover and as a ‘follow on force’ into the Capitol.” He stated that prior to the event and on the day of, police failed to secure the Capitol in advance. Video even shows them letting people enter the building.

But despite this, a furious campaign against the Trump supporters who innocently walked into the Capitol has been launched for months. Patrick highlighted exactly how these freedom-loving patriots have been treated, and said that “they are being tortured for their political beliefs.”

He mentions that it’s very possible that among these agent provocateurs were FBI operatives. In fact, the FBI actually suggested they knew, prior to January 6, that a “planned attack” would happen.

“It's been documented how the FBI uses entrapment and often encourages sort of hapless, often maybe even mentally deranged people to commit crimes, and then they swoop in, and they ‘save’ everybody from terrorism,” he said.

Our conversation concluded with Patrick calling on people to seek spiritual help and guidance. “We need to pray and we need to work together and ask the Lord's protection and the Holy Spirit’s guidance in how to engage [with] these serious injustices that are happening.”

I highly recommend you read Patrick Delaney’s analysis in full here. [ck site link, above, top]

Video: Capitol Defendant’s Attorney Says Detainees Are Being Subject To “TORTURE!” In Car Crash CNN Interview

"Are you OK with people being tortured five miles from the White House?”

[neat vid at site link, above]

An attorney for one of the defendants charged with infiltrating the U.S. Capitol building on January 6th alleged that his client and others are being brutally tortured “five miles from the White House” in an awkward interview on CNN Tuesday.

Joseph McBride was asked for comments relating to the eight month prison sentence given to Paul Hodgkins for merely walking into the building and sitting at Nancy Pelosi’s desk.

McBride, who represents another of the accused told CNN host John Avlon that “there are people who showed up to attack the Capitol, there are people who showed up to protest, and there are people who showed up to protest that got involved with the greater events of that day. And it is very important not to lump everybody in, not to define every protester that showed up that day as an insurrectionist — which, by the way, no one has been charged with.”

Avlon then asked McBride about a comparison he made between the conditions the suspects are being held in and Nazi gulags, pouring scorn on the notion.

McBride urged that “People are being tortured. Tortured!” asking Avlon “Are you OK with people being tortured five miles from the White House?”

Avlon responded by saying that the claim was “an extraordinary statement that would seem to be utterly un-based in fact.”

McBride shot back yelling “Torture is never OK! TORTURE! TORTURE! TORTURE! TORTURE! TORTURE!” prompting Avlon to end the interview

“Keep yelling torture. We’ll stick with the facts,” he said.

“The facts are torture!” the attorney yelled back.

It isn’t the first time that the claims of torture have arisen in regards to the Capitol ‘rioters’ who have been held for months without trial.

The inmates and some of their lawyers have alleged that they are being held in solitary confinement and have been subject to beatings, threats and verbal abuse by guards.

On attorney described his client Ryan Samsel’s face as looking “like a tomato that was stomped on,” after a beating by correctional officers that left him “blind in one eye, [with] a skull fracture and detached retina.”

Inmate Ronald Sandlin has also alleged that minority guards are targeting the mostly white inmates with racial abuse, specifically noting that one guard shouted “I hate all white people and your honky religion.”

American war hero Joe Biggs being treated like a terrorist while Antifa & BLM rioters walk free

Pro-Trump activist and media personality Joe Biggs, a two-time Purple Heart recipient who served honorably in both Iraq and Afghanistan, published a letter from prison Thursday describing his poor treatment.

Today is my 3 month anniversary being locked up. Not allowed to work out. My body feels as if it’s aged so much. Can hardly move. Walking has become very difficult. I sleep on a piece of steel welded to a wall with a thin mattress. I now have major lower back issues and shoulder pain from the “bed”. I’ve gotten maybe 10hrs outside all together since being here. I get to go outside maybe 3 times a month. The food here is all soy based. So its weakening our bodies. Hardly any protein. Mostly processed foods and some kind of gelatin dog food looking stuff. No privacy allowed when ****ting allowed. You have to be in view of everyone. Each cell has a shelf. You are not allowed to use it. Nothing can be placed on it. Lights go out at 11:45 pm and back on @ 4am for “breakfast”. Luckily the showers are only one person allowed at a time. Every cell has a Small window that has been sand blasted so you can never see outside. Breaking any rules can result In losing ability to talk to family or a trip the hole for a few weeks where you are stripped naked a left in a bright freezing room. I have anxiety bad now. Panic attacks so bad I black out. There are actual white supremacist gang members here who hate the fact the media call proud boys white supremacist. They tested me on what it means to be one of them a I failed miserably. Good. I have a mixed baby so that automatically keeps me away from that gang life! I live amongst actual racial supremacist groups and they all say Im too nice and nothing like the media makes me out to be. The black guys in here say if I’m any kind of representative for the PB’s then they like us and wanna be in our group. Its funny all these bad people shunned by society have taken the time to see me for me and the media won’t even try. I tend to stay to myself alone in my cell. Reading the bible and other Christian books. The plus side to this God was able to get ahold of me in this place. In the end I just pray people see the truth. I had nothing to do with that day. I never planned what happened. I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. ~Joe Biggs political prisoner aka inmate 202100002744

Infowars senior producer Darrin McBreen posted about the message on Facebook, saying he decided to share the letter “in hopes it may shed light on the treatment he and other Jan. 6 ‘insurrectionists’ are receiving in the gulag.”

Joseph McBride, an attorney for some of the January 6 defendants, made an appearance on CNN Thursday to describe some of the treatment those being held are receiving.

In the segment, McBride explained that “there are people who showed up to attack the Capitol, there are people who showed up to protest, and there are people who showed up to protest that got involved with the greater events of that day. And it is very important not to lump everybody in, not to define every protester that showed up that day as an insurrectionist — which, by the way, no one has been charged with.”

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) made similar comments last week in a discussion with the Epoch Times.

“They’re being treated like third-world country political prisoners,” Gohmert said of January 6 defendants. “I mean, very, very vindictive—like a third world country, except it’s happening in this country.”

“Some of them were violent, and I would have no problem sending them to prison,” he explained. “But there are so many that just did very little. And if they were Democrats, and were burning down stores, they would already have been out on bail.”

Rep. Gohmert continued, saying, “The two-tier justice system has really become so apparent to anybody that’s paying attention. It is really tragic. But the Justice Department has been able to scare a lot of Republicans and their people that were thinking about coming back to Washington and protesting. And they’re scared to do that because they read and hear about these people being put in jail, who did nothing wrong, some of them—an 18-year-old that gets put in prison and 23 hours a day in solitary, and then after a story came out … and they went to 24-hour lockup.”

“They’re being treated like third world country political prisoners,” Gohmert said.

People accused of participating in the Jan. 6 breach of the US Capitol are facing treatment akin to that seen in 3rd-world countries, @RepLouieGohmert says. https://t.co/ztSTMEfZZa

DHS Secret Terror Watchlist With Nearly 2 MILLION People On It Exposed Online With NO PASSWORD

by Chris Menahan | Information Liberation

Link: https://www.infowars.com/posts/dhs-...people-on-it-exposed-online-with-no-password/

The Department of Homeland Security under Alejandro Mayorkas earlier this year revealed plans to declare their political opposition “suspected domestic extremists” and strip them of their rights by placing them on the No Fly List.

Every indicator suggests Mayorkas has followed through on those plans and has been rapidly expanding the regime’s No Fly List and terror watchlist by adding dissidents such as America First talk show host Nick Fuentes to them.

According to a newly released report from security researcher Volodymyr Diachenko, DHS last month had their highly-secretive terror/no fly watchlist with nearly 2 million so-called “suspected terrorists” on it exposed on the open internet “without a password or any other authentication required to access it.”

Despite DHS being immediately alerted to the astonishing act of incompetence by Diachenko, they took three weeks to take the exposed database down. That means the entire list could potentially be in the hands of our foreign adversaries’ while American dissidents are being blocked from knowing whether they are on these lists and being forced to go through legal hell to fight to get off the lists in order to get their rights back.

Apparently, this is the TSC (Terrorist Screening Centre) dataset publicly exposed (tsc_id is the only clue), with 1.9M+ records. In any case, any thoughts as of where to responsibly report? pic.twitter.com/e31pSrHnoM
— Bob Diachenko (@MayhemDayOne) July 19, 2021

From Volodymyr Diachenko, “America’s secret terrorist watchlist exposed on the web without a password: report”:

On July 19, 2021 I discovered a terrorist watchlist containing 1.9 million records online without a password or any other authentication required to access it.

The watchlist came from the Terrorist Screening Center, a multi-agency group administered by the FBI. The TSC maintains the country’s no-fly list, which is a subset of the larger watchlist. A typical record in the list contains a full name, citizenship, gender, date of birth, passport number, no-fly indicator, and more.

I immediately reported it to Department of Homeland Security officials, who acknowledged the incident and thanked me for my work. The DHS did not provide any further official comment, though.

Timeline of the exposure

On July 19, 2021, The exposed server was indexed by search engines Censys and ZoomEye. I discovered the exposed data on the same day and reported it to the DHS.

The exposed server was taken down about three weeks later, on August 9, 2021. It’s not clear why it took so long, and I don’t know for sure whether any unauthorized parties accessed it.

What data was exposed?

The exposed Elasticsearch cluster contained 1.9 million records. I do not know how much of the full TSC Watchlist it stored, but it seems plausible that the entire list was exposed.

Each record in the watchlist contained some or all of the following info:

– Full name
– TSC watchlist ID
– Citizenship
– Gender
– Date of birth
– Passport number
– Country of issuance
– No-fly indicator

The data also included a couple of categorical fields that I was unable to identify, including “tag,” “nomination type,” and “selectee indicator”.

Notably, the database was found on a Bahrain IP address, not a US one.

Dangers of exposed data

The terrorist watchlist is made up of people who are suspected of terrorism but who have not necessarily been charged with any crime. In the wrong hands, this list could be used to oppress, harrass, or persecute people on the list and their families. It could cause any number of personal and professional problems for innocent people whose names are included in the list.

With all due respect Mr. Diachenko, DHS Secretary Mayorkas himself is already using the list to oppress, harass and persecute people.

Across the world, humanity is awakening to the scourge of medical tyranny and fighting back! Tune in and share this broadcast to join the resistance! Meanwhile, known Chicom agent Joe Biden is emboldening the CCP to take Taiwan with his disastrous handling of Afghanistan!

While there may be some foreign terrorists on the list who deserve to be on there, Mayorkas has made it clear through his actions he is using the list as a tool for punishing the regime’s political enemies.

There have been several reports of US authorities recruiting informants in exchange for keeping their names off of the no-fly list. Some past or present informants’ identities could have been leaked.

About the TSC watchlist

The Terrorist Screening Center was set up by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in 2003. It shares information on suspected terrorists with the following US federal agencies:

– Department of State
– Department of Defense
– Transportation Security Authority (TSA)
– Customs and Border Protection (CBP)

… as well as some international partners.

The TSC maintains a watchlist of suspected terrorists. The notorious no-fly list is a subset of the TSC watchlist. The watchlist is supposed to be classified, with access only granted to “agencies and officials who are authorized to conduct terrorist screening in the course of their duties…”

Americans are being put on the No Fly List and being stripped of their right to fly with no due process.

Americans are also being put on the Terror Watchlist with no due process and being subject to various expanded surveillance measures and invasive screenings at airports.

Odds are it’s no coincidence this list happened to be exposed right as Mayorkas appears to be expanding it for use as a “social credit score” system to punish the regime’s political opposition. Just last week, the Atlantic published an article from a former Obama DHS official calling for all unvaccinated people to be added to the No Fly List.

DHS also just issued a bulletin claiming Americans opposed to corona lockdown measures are potential terrorists.

Mayorkas has big plans for these blacklists and he’s clearly working behind the scenes to implement them!

Bombshell: General Milley Aided BLM During 2020 Riots And Stopped Trump From Invoking Insurrection Act

General Mark Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, prevented Donald Trump from invoking the Insurrection Act against Black Lives Matter during their 2020 riots.
Milley, according to Bob Woodward and Robert Costa’s new book, ‘Peril,’ drastically minimized the riots to Trump, suggesting that they were mostly centered upon the use of “spray paint.”
Despite the violent protests spreading across the country like wildfire, Milley insisted that they had only impacted two cities and were peaceful, echoing CNN’s absurd description of the riots as “fiery, but most peaceful.”

“They used spray paint, Mr. President, that’s not an insurrection. […] We’re a country of 330 million people. You’ve got these penny packet protests,” Milley told Trump.
According to Summit.news, Milley reportedly informed Trump that most of the riots drew just about 300 people and that they paled in comparison to the 1968 Washington riots sparked by Martin Luther King Jr.’s assassination and the Battle of Fort Sumter in 1861, which kicked off the Civil War.
The riots took mere days to spread to virtually every major city in the country, with looting, arson and violent attacks becoming commonplace, eventually causing around $2 billion dollars in property damage as well as at least 19 deaths and over 17,000 arrests.
At one point, demonstrators took over an entire area of downtown Seattle, completely obliterating official law and order for a number of weeks.
Trump’s failure to act strongly and decisively led to him looking weak, derailing a lot of momentum he would have had going into the election.
According to other reports, Trump wanted to invoke the Insurrection Act and put Milley in charge of National Guard troops to end the unrest, leading the two to have a shouting match where Milley refused to take charge.
Back in June, Milley appeared to side with the kind of ‘woke’ rhetoric spewed by far-left groups like BLM when he told the House Armed Services Committee that he was concerned about “white rage” in the United States.
As we highlighted earlier this week, Milley was also accused of treason by Trump after it emerged that he had promised to warn China ahead of any military operations.
Fox News host Tucker Carlson labeled the revelation, “One of the scariest things that has ever happened in this country.”

Attorney General Merrick Garland may have sicced the FBI on parents protesting against anti-white critical race theory training in public schools because his family is getting rich off selling anti-white CRT training materials to public schools, according to a new report.

From The Conservative Treehouse (Via ZeroHedge), "AG Merrick Garland’s Daughter Married to Co-Founder of Education Company Selling Critical Race Theory Resource Material to School Districts":
U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland recently instructed the FBI to begin investigating parents who confront school board administrators over Critical Race Theory indoctrination material. The U.S. Department of Justice issued a memorandum to the FBI instructing them to initiate investigations of any parent attending a local school board meeting who might be viewed as confrontational, intimidating or harassing.

Attorney General Merrick Garland's daughter is Rebecca Garland. In 2018 Rebecca Garland married Xan Tanner [LINK]. Mr. Xan Tanner is the current co-founder of a controversial education service company called Panorama Education. [LINK and LINK] Panorama Education is the "social learning" resource material provider to school districts and teachers that teach Critical Race Theory.

TechCrunch - September 2021 – Panorama Education, which has built out a K-12 education software platform, has raised $60 million in a Series C round of funding led by General Atlantic.

Existing backers Owl Ventures, Emerson Collective, Uncork Capital, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and Tao Capital Partners also participated in the financing, which brings the Boston-based company’s total raised since its 2012 inception to $105 million.

Panorama declined to reveal at what valuation the Series C was raised, nor did it provide any specific financial growth metrics. CEO and co-founder Aaron Feuer did say the company now serves 13 million students in 23,000 schools across the United States, which means that 25% of American students are enrolled in a district served by Panorama today.

Over 50 of the largest 100 school districts and state agencies in the country use its platform. In total, more than 1,500 school districts are among its customers. Clients include the New York City Department of Education, Clark County School District in Nevada, Dallas ISD in Texas and the Hawaii Department of Education, among others.

Since March 2020, Panorama has added 700 school districts to its customer base, nearly doubling the 800 it served just 18 months prior, according to Feuer. […] Former Yale graduate students Feuer and Xan Tanner started the company in an effort to figure out the best way for schools to collect and understand feedback from their students (read more)

More from ZeroHedge:
In June, several meeting attendees and newly elected board members at the Moore County School District in North Carolina pushed back against continuing their contract with Panorama - with one calling it an "indoctrination platform" which aims to mold students into "social justice warriors."

Those claims are based more on the company's webinars and virtual workshops for teachers than the surveys Moore County Schools plans to conduct over the three-year term of the contract. The district would pay $184,300 for Panorama's services over that time period.

Before starting in on their business agenda Monday night, the board heard from about 10 speakers who opposed the contract extension. At the core of the debate is resistance to the idea that public schools might teach Critical Race Theory: in short, the hypothesis that racism has persisted in American institutions throughout history to the detriment of minorities and still does.

Board members Robert Levy and David Hensley pointed to one of the company's leaders having done economic development work in Cuba, and online webinars dealing with things like "equity, care, and connection" and "dismantling white supremacy" to suggest that Panorama is a vehicle for what Levy termed "really hardcore Critical Race Theory." -The Pilot

In May, the Johnston County Report - a local North Carolina outlet - did a deep dive on Panorama in an article entitled "Activists In Our Schools: Big Data" in which they described Panorama as a "Big Data company that collects and performs analytics. Data Analytics takes in raw data and formulates it to make process decisions."

I came across a Twitter post from Johnston County Public School (JCPS) Student Service Counseling Office -- Social Emotional Learning (SEL). It was a graphic with a bunch of buzzwords like Restorative Justice, Adult SEL, Staff Equity Committees, and Panorama. All of the terms were familiar to me, but not Panorama. I had no idea what it meant or just how deep the well would go with that one word.

... From a 2013 interview in Inc. "Feuer says it was the promise of Panorama's social impact, not its financial return, that first caught Zuckerberg's eye." Zuckerberg's foundation called Startup:Education infused $4 million dollars into Panorama in 2013. Panorama has found multiple social change and educational technology equity partners including; Spark Capital a San Francisco Bay area company- capital funders behind Twitter and Tumblr, Emerson Collective a Palo Alto company self described as a social change organization, and Owl Ventures, the world's largest holder of education technology with $1.2 billion in assets- based out of Silicon Valley founded in 2014. By 2017 Panorama Education had raised $32 million in venture capital to data mine children and implement social transformation into schools.

The rolling out of Panorama as an educational tool that measured feelings, observable behaviors, and thought perception was timed perfectly with the implementation of the 2015 Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) which replaced No Child Left Behind. The Obama era Act gave a new opening to measure emotions as an academic category. Under ESSA federal public school funding was more able to be funneled directly to school counseling programs. The schools had money and Panorama was ready to provide service.

Panorama charges between $500 to $3,000 per school for their basic data tools and Playbook. Just the annual survey screener for the Chapel Hill- Carrboro City Schools was $29,000 for a one year contract. Through a records request it was disclosed in 2020-2021 JCPS paid $214,000 for a one year contract with Panorama Education.

Meanwhile, Panorama officially took a 'stand against systemic racism' in the wake of the George Floyd murder - in which they say "Decisively: Black people matter. Black students matter. Black educators matter. Black teammates matter. Black lives matter."

"We attack racism, discrimination, and oppression, and work towards justice, equality, and opportunity," the statement continues.

And for any parent who has a problem with this, daddy Garland just activated the FBI.

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Clayton Missouri School District Is Using US AG Garland’s Son-In-Law’s Panorama Books Pushing CRT – Is Your District Too?

Link: http://www.stationgossip.com/2021/10/breaking-exclusive-clayton-missouri.html

AG-Garland.jpg

We have uncovered that the Clayton Missouri Board of Education is using the controversial Panorama literature in the school district’s educational curriculum. How many school districts around the country are paying for this racist garbage?

On Monday US Attorney General Merrick Garland ordered his FBI to mobilize against parents who oppose the racist critical race theory (CRT) at school and other local board meetings across the country.

Then yesterday we revealed the fact that AG Garland’s son-in-law runs a company that sells CRT literature across the country. This is big business and very profitable. His company is named Panorama.

To determine the extent of the Panorama material being used across the country, we looked into one St. Louis School District that had a School Board meeting this week. Clayton, Missouri, a city in St. Louis County, has rapidly embraced all things ‘Equity’. This is code for pushing the Critical Race Theory (CRT). The timeline has been breathtaking.

We watched the September 29, 2021, Clayton School Board Meeting to see what is happening in regards to CRT and Panorama. The Chief Equity and Diversity Officer presented a quarterly update. In his update, Panorama is mentioned numerous times. Notably, the Equity Officer states:
…it’s a marathon not a sprint. I think we’re changing up entirely how we create a educational experience for a student using our Panorama data… I think right now we’re in kind of a reset mode in terms of changing a mindset, in terms of what professional learning and growth looks like. I think you know like I said in terms of setting up these systems, it’s a 5 year system in setting up curriculum in terms of building capacities…”
The School District of Clayton’s September 29, 2021, School Board Meeting is on Youtube. The comments above start at the 2:29:02 mark and can be viewed in the video below.
Note that over a third of the three-hour meeting was devoted to ‘Equity’. At no time in the meeting is there a discussion of excellence or actual academics in the entire three hours per our review. There appears to be no discussion of costs, despite the calls to provide Masters Certificate training for staff thru McDaniel University. The Board and the Equity Officer expressed a desire to create “Equity Leaders” in each building who would receive a “stipend” for their efforts (undoubtedly pushing CRT.)
One board member also stated he could see a day when they would mandate the certificate discussed above. The same board member joked that he would mandate the program if he was superintendent. Panorama-related assessments that are given to staff and students are clearly driving this train and providing the “data” to justify the programs.

Listen to the discussion below from the Clayton School District’s Board of Education Meeting on September 29, 2021. At the 2:28:42 mark, the discussion turns to ‘Panorama’ and its use in the district.

This is just one school district in Missouri.

There are thousands of school districts around the country. AG Garland’s family is getting rich pushing this garbage. No wonder he wants to quash any resistance to his family’s future fortune.

Americans Don’t Buy the Insurrection Narrative

November 01, 2021 1 Comment Facebook

Link: http://www.yourdestinationnow.com/2021/11/americans-dont-buy-insurrection.html

Americans never bought House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s “insurrection” narrative about the January 6 violence at the Capitol, and the majority believe the incident was not as serious as portrayed, according to a new pair of polls.
More Americans identify the mayhem as a “riot” or as “protests” rather than an “insurrection,” armed or otherwise, according to polls published in June and October.
The Center for Security Policy commissioned the polls with TIPP in May and September, asking the same respondents for multiple answers to identify precise public perceptions about the riot that occurred during the January 6 protest.
As the congressional January 6 committee began hearings in late September, the percentage of Americans who agreed with the insurrection narrative had declined since spring.
More Americans describe January 6 events as “unlawful entry” and “vandalism” than Pelosi’s favored term “insurrection.”
In June, a survey of 1,308 adults showed that only 13 percent identified with the “insurrection” term, and 14 percent with “armed insurrection.” Those views decreased to 10 and 12 percent respectively by early October.
Rejection of the insurrection narrative is strongest among Republicans, independents, and people of color.
The poll results show no majority view as to what Americans call the events of January 6.
In June, nine percent of Republicans and 13 percent of independents identified with the “insurrection” label, and five and 13 percent with the “armed insurrection” term. By October, those numbers had decreased.
Democrats held the strongest views, with 18 percent choosing “insurrection” in June and 15 percent in October, and “armed insurrection” at 22 and 19 percent, respectively.
Blacks and Hispanics showed more skepticism about the insurrection narrative than whites. The June poll showed that 11 percent of people of color agreed with the “insurrection” label and nine percent with “armed insurrection.” For months later those numbers held steady at 10 percent and nine percent respectively.

One-Third of Democrats Call It “Domestic Terrorism”

The term chosen most often by respondents to describe January 6 was “domestic terrorism,” at 25 percent in June and 23 percent in October.
That was not the term of choice for Pelosi, and the Justice Department has not charged any January 6 suspect with terrorism-related crimes, but the opinion is strong among the sizeable minority that favors the description.
Armed-Insurrection-Or-Insurrection-Net-1030x773.png

Variations were small in both polls among race and sex, with the sharpest differences being according to political affiliation: 34 and 33 percent of Democrats in both polls called January 6 “domestic terrorism,” compared to 14 and 11 percent of Republicans, and 21 and 22 percent of independents.
Fewer people of color than whites called it “domestic terrorism” in June (21 percent among blacks and Hispanics and 26 percent among whites), but practically matched in October (24 and 23 percent respectively).

Most Consider January 6 as Less Serious Than the Narrative Alleges

As the House of Representatives convened its committee hearings in late September, total descriptions of less serious offenses outnumbered the grave offenses by almost two-to-one.
Respondents, when given a broad set of choices, overwhelmingly did not agree with the dominant narrative of “insurrection” or even “domestic terrorism,” even though those terms, plus “armed insurrection,” made up three of the six most popular responses.
Grave-Words-Describing-J6-1030x773.png

The number of respondents who were “not sure” about what to call January 6 (13 percent in June and 14 percent in October) was equal to and greater than those who called it an insurrection.
“Civil disobedience” and “insurrection” got roughly equal responses in the poll, with more choosing civil disobedience in October, just outside the poll’s margin of error.
Ditto for “unlawful entry” (13 in June and 14 percent in October) versus “armed insurrection” (14 and 12 percent).
Seven percent of respondents in June and 5 percent in October described the events of January 6 as “sedition.”
Less-Serious-Words-Describing-J6-1030x773.png

The “coup” narrative never got traction, with numbers unchanged in June and October at 5 percent of total respondents.

Methodology of the Polls

The polls were designed to gauge with precision the public’s opinion about the January 6 events by inviting up to three answers.
About 1,300 respondents in the June and October polls were asked in an online questionnaire, “Which of the following words best describe the events of January 6 in Washington, D.C.? (Please select up to three.)”
So a triple-voting system was allowed to measure mood in a more nuanced way than single answers would provide. For this reason, the total percentage of answers far exceeds 100 percent, so one can safely conclude significant overlap among responses. The polls have a margin of error, or “cred interval,” of 2.8 percent.

Exclusive: Rep. Sabatini Warns ‘Scandal-Ridden’ Biden Admin. Playing ‘Dangerous Game’ Weaponizing FBI Against American People

In an exclusive interview with Breitbart News on Thursday, U.S. congressional candidate and state Rep. Anthony Sabatini (R-FL) discussed the recent January 6 committee subpoenas to numerous former members of the Trump administration, warning of the legal precedents being set by the Department of Justice (DOJ) — an agency he deemed “rotten to its core” by the scandal-ridden Biden administration, which he accused of weaponizing the FBI against the American people.

January 6 Commission:

Sabatini began with his take on the House select committee’s aim to investigate the January 6 Capitol riot.

“The [committee’s] goal is to try and use process crimes to inflict pain on their [political] enemies because if someone did nothing wrong, it’s easier to just launch an investigation and then try to find fault related to where the process rolls out,” he said.

“Usually, it’s an obstruction charge,” he added.

He also expressed his belief that the commission’s real purpose is actually about “finding ways to entangle people in the law.”

“The January 6 commission is simply about keeping [former President] Trump in the spotlight and inflicting pain on anybody that wants to continue to support an America first agenda going forward,” he said. “That’s what it’s really about.”

Referring to the Russia collusion narrative as a “hoax” that “went on for far too long” as it was used to “inflict an enormous amount of process crimes on people related to the Trump campaign and administration,” he described what he saw as similarities between the committee’s moves and the Russia “blueprint” created years ago which is currently on “auto-repeat.”

“It’s just very disgraceful because there was no real reason to begin the [Russia hoax] investigations,” he said, describing the select committee as a “new bludgeoning instrument” being used “to suck in and investigate [and] inflict harm upon anybody related to MAGA.”

“And I think the truth is the only good part, the only real positive aspect happening right now, is that people kind of see through it,” he added. “They realize what’s going on.”

Sabatini described Rep. Stephanie Murphy (D-FL), who is potentially set to be his future opponent in the 2022 midterm elections, as “very well involved” in the select committee.

“She’s an extremely loyal, extremely reliable vote for [House Speaker] Nancy Pelosi — who formed the committee,” he said.

Outside of her “extreme loyalty” to the Democrats’ agenda, Sabatini claims the Florida Democrat was put on the committee because of her willingness to closely align with its bias.

“She is going to go forth with the intent of the chairman and Pelosi, which is to basically create a very large, well-financed, legal operation to bring in as many people related to a potential Trump reelection into the scope of the law and potential harm of the law,” he said.

“That’s what it’s all about,” he added.

According to Sabatini, further evidence of the committee’s “disgraceful” bias can be seen by how it “only included those Republicans who had a bone to pick with anybody that either supported Trump or was neutral for Trump.”

The unwillingness to include any members on that committee with a “differing point of view,” he said, is something “unique in the history of Congress.”

“I don’t think there’s ever been a select committee like this that has said anybody who disagrees with the intention of the committee is not allowed on the committee itself,” he said. “That might be a first in the history of Congress, so a total new low for Pelosi.”

“It [also] explains Murphy’s role,” he added. “They’re not going to put anybody on there who’s not completely and totally in line with the intent of it.”

Calling the new precedents being set by the committee and the DOJ a “dangerous game” the “scandal-ridden Biden administration” is playing, he cautioned that when Republicans retake control, such precedents can be utilized in the course of many legitimate investigations.

“This committee creates enormous damage just in the very limited way in which it’s acted,” he said. “I don’t think this is some short term thing. So yeah, it’s irreparable, they destroyed the committee process; they’ve disgraced the country.”

“They’ve turned Congress’ historically independent oversight function into a mockery,” he added.

Sabatini estimated that the initiative would continue to distract everyday citizens from real issues negatively impacting them.

“I personally think this thing is going to go on for two years,” he added. “They’re gonna ride this past the midterms because they need an outside force to draw the media’s attention away from inflation and other negative effects the current administration is creating.”

“But we’ll see what happens next,” he added.

Oversight:

When asked about potential oversight of the current administration in the event that Republicans take back control of the House in 2022, the second-term Republican stated that much critical oversight of the current administration is needed.

From the “deadly debacle” in Afghanistan to the FBI targeting parents domestically, there are many “critical matters that require immediate oversight,” he said, “so we have real work to do.”

Sabatini called to consider why the supposedly nonpartisan FBI is immediately prompted by the White House whenever there’s a perceived political threat.

“Take parents in angst about critical race theory being taught in schools now being targeted by the Biden administration,” he said.

Republican activist Patti Menders shouted at a rally opposing anti-racism teaching that critics like her say trains white children to see themselves as oppressors. Yes!, answered in unison the hundreds of demonstrators gathered this weekend near Washington to fight against critical race theory, the latest battleground of America's ongoing culture wars. The term critical race theory defines a strand of thought that appeared in American law schools in the late 1970s and which looks at racism as a system, enabled by laws and institutions, rather than at the level of individual prejudices. But critics use it as a catch-all phrase that attacks teachers' efforts to confront dark episodes in American history, including slavery and segregation, as well as to tackle racist stereotypes. “What’s the pipeline from the White House to the FBI that allows what was supposed to be a politically nonpartisan agency to immediately issue a scare letter like they did,” he asked, adding there is “serious stuff to investigate.”

Fighting COVID “Tyranny”:

Asked about his top priorities in Congress in the event of a 2022 congressional win, Sabatini called for an immediate end to the current “COVID tyranny.”

“I think Congress needs to do everything it can to end this COVID tyranny, medical apartheid that exists,” he said.

“Whether it means using the oversight function to do it — just really doing everything we can to inhibit these insane executive orders,” he added.

Noting how the “COVID tyranny is still ongoing” under the Biden administration, Sabatini highlighted the harm it has done thus far.

“The COVID tyranny is still going on. It’s disrupted the economy; it’s disruptive to American liberty, due process, the rule of law; it’s just everything that’s happening under this lawless administration from CMS [Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services] to OSHA [Occupational Safety and Health Administration],” he said.

“For me, COVID tyranny is number one,” he added.

He also called for an investigation into Dr. Anthony Fauci, the nation’s top infectious disease expert, as well as the health body’s questionable research.

“We must investigate Fauci and the gain-of-function research,” he said. “There’s going to be some impeachments that have to be made of cabinet secretaries and high ranking officials like Fauci who are in different roles but also need to be investigated.”

“That’s going to be the focus,” he added.

Highlighting the urgency to “get past this insane extending rolling state of emergency that they’ve taken so much advantage of,” he called to peer further into what “all these agencies” — especially the DOJ — have done in the last couple of years.

“The DOJ, I think, is probably the most rotten to the core agency at this point,” he said, “along with its subdivisions, like the FBI, which have now been completely and totally weaponized against the American people,” he said. “It’s inexcusable.”

Double Standards:

To further illustrate his point, Sabatini suggested looking back at the response to last summer’s Black Lives Matter (BLM) riots.

“Looking back at the riots that occurred, you realize how insane that carnage and destruction was,” he said. “It begs the question: why did the FBI and the DOJ do absolutely nothing towards Antifa and BLM during that period of time?”

BOMBSHELL: Roger Stone Tells Tucker Secret Service Tried To Set Him Up On Jan 6

As more evidence comes out to shed light on what truly happened when the US Capitol building was stormed on January 6th, more Americans have come to doubt whether the account of actors in both the White House and administrative state is truly an accurate representation of what happened that day. The media has been equally complicit, intentionally lying ever since.
Actors in the media even went as far as to maliciously invent a fictional story of a U.S. Capitol Police Officer being bludgeoned in the head to death by a murderous mob of Trump supporters. It turned out that Officer Brian Sicknick had tragically died, but from a different circumstance confirmed to have not involved any kind of blunt force trauma.
The latest bombshell of what appears to look more like a setup every day comes from Roger Stone. Appearing on Tucker Carlson Today, Stone said the Secret Service called him one day asking if he wanted them to “escort” him to the Capitol Building. He declined the offer and noted how conspicuous the timing was. Had Stone accepted the offer at the time of the call, he would have arrived at the Capitol just before the storming began.
Stone also noted that his friends Alex Jones and conservative activist Ali Alexander had received offers to be escorted to the capitol as well at around the exact same time.
“I think I was being set up. I mean, here’s the amazing thing, and that is I watched the President’s speech from my hotel room at the Willard Hotel, and then there was a call on the house phone and two agents from the Secret Service wanted to escort me to the Capitol. Now, I’ve been in politics for a long time. Secret Service doesn’t do political chores. They never have. I would have gotten there had I left at that moment at the exact time that these folks broke into the Capitol. Now I know that my friends, Alex Jones and Ali Alexander, are approached by the Secret Service and asked if they want an escort to the Capitol at the same time.”
As more evidence of involvement by US government agents in the January 6th Capitol riot comes to light, the suspicions of many Americans have continued to rise. Even supposed ‘non-partisan’ actors of the administrative state have shared their opinions on the matter, including Dr. Anthony Fauci, who obfuscated responsibility for his alleged crimes against the American people last month when he suggested that Senator Ted Cruz should be prosecuted for legally objecting to the certification of the electoral college in the 2020 election.
