A FORTY-SEVEN-YEAR-OLD Kawambwa man had sex with his 17-year old daughter on Sunday.
Felix Mwape of Mutuna Village in Chief Mukanta's area took advantage of his daughter after his wife left home for fear of being beaten
Luapula Province deputy Police chief Webby Shula, who confirmed the incident yesterday, said Mwape was being investigated and could be charged with incest.
"We are investigating a case of incest in which Felix Mwape is alleged to have had sex with his biological daughter, Chiluba Mwape on Sunday after quarrelling with his wife.
"The wife is step mother to the daughter," he said.
His body has since been retrived. Police say they do not suspect any foul play in Kapela's death.
