BALTIMORE -- Police announced Tuesday afternoon the arrest of a man allegedly connected to the slaying of a father of three children last month.
Baltimore police said Alvin Williams, 25, turned himself in last Friday because of pressure from police and relatives.
Authorities charged Williams with the murder of Brian Jones, 33, of Millersville, and two unrelated armed robberies.
WBAL-TV 11 News reporter Lowell Melser reported Jones was shot in what police have called a random act -- a robbery in which nothing was taken.
