"Liberal world order"?--it's satanism, suckers--satanism, remember, is extreme subjectivism, holding reality is product of consciousness/mentality, morons. Reality is whatever u want it to be, making the subject to be creator/god. And when u consider the Jews' COLLECTIVE subjectivism (group-think, in which they all agree upon what is pushed to be reality--always serving kikes first, most), u begin to see more clearly and where it's all going--eventually to genocidal "de-population," u stupid puke--just like they've always said, through the globalists, Council on foreign relations (CFR), and Trilateralists.

Let’s call these things ‘The Big Four’.

1- Policies designed to disenfranchise the majority ethnic group, usually (but not limited to) mass immigration, affirmative action, & hate speech laws.

2- Feminism, abortion, no fault divorce.

3- State-backed sexual degeneracy, LGBT indoctrination.

4- Promotion of anti-Christianity and mindless consumerism.

If your country has all or most of these things, you know it’s at the heart of the liberal world order.

America’s illegitimate rulers have declared they will bleed Americans dry for as long as it takes to preserve the “Liberal World Order.”

Simply, the American empire exists solely to secure global hegemonic power through the bludgeon of judeo-liberal ideology, which has metastasized into an anti-White, anti-tradition, anti-Christ death cult based on empty platitudes and virtue signaling.

If you cannot pay for gas or food, feel good knowing it’s more important for your government to promote LGBTQ rights, BLM, and anti-White hate while they, by policy, replace Americans in our own country by invasion from the third world and attempt to stoke a nuclear world war on behalf of military contractors and jewish oligarchs.

Biden Gives Away More Of Your Money To The War In Ukraine, Nearly $63 Billion Now

JULY 02, 2022

Link: http://www.yourdestinationnow.com/2022/07/biden-gives-away-more-of-your-money-to.html

On Friday, The Biden administration announced another $820 million in new Ukraine military aid, including advanced mid to long-range air defense systems and counter-artillery radars to defend against Russia’s invasion in the proxy war.

The U.S. has committed more than $8.8 billion in weapons and military aid to Ukraine. About $7 billion of that aid was announced following Russia’s initial invasion in February. This is on top of the initial $54 billion in aid Congress approved since the beginning of the war, bringing the estimated total to just over $62.8 billion in assistance since February.

As part of the new package, the U.S. will purchase two systems known as NASAMS, a Norwegian-developed anti-aircraft system used to protect the airspace around the White House and Capitol in Washington. A senior defense official told NBC News reporters that NASAMS intended to help Ukraine transition away from using Soviet-era air defense systems.

The Pentagon will also provide the Ukrainians up to 150,000 rounds of 155-millimeter artillery ammunition. The U.S. will also provide additional ammunition for medium-range rocket systems it provided Ukraine in June, known as the High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems, or HIMARS. And the Pentagon will also buy four counter-artillery radars for Ukraine. Those new purchases, funded by the Pentagon’s Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative, require weeks at a minimum for defense companies to build.

“We are going to support Ukraine as long as it takes,” Joe Biden said this week at a press conference during the NATO summit in Madrid.
Biden made erroneous claims that Russia had already suffered a blow to its international standing and significant damage to its economy due to Western sanctions.

However, the war has appeared to strengthen Russia’s relationships with China, India, and a handful of other nations with whom America’s democracy holds tension. The Russian currency currently outperforms expectations, while its stock market resembles the Nasdaq. The war has seemed to strengthen Russia, only damaging some foreign affairs.

The worst impacts of the economic waves are being felt by Americans who are funding this proxy war through higher gas prices and soaring food prices due to sanctions.

'Gender Identity' Policies Stop Therapists From Asking Important Questions | Opinion

On June 15, the White House issued an executive order promoting the expansion of gender-affirming services, including for children and teenagers. The order represents the Biden administration's latest effort to expand legal protections based on sexual orientation and "gender identity."
While sexual orientation is widely acknowledged and respected, the concept of "gender identity" remains novel and highly contentious. Dissenters, including many feminists, argue that allowing people to identify into whichever sex category they choose carries negative consequences—particularly for women and children's rights.
Biden's executive order seeks to "promote expanded access to comprehensive health care for LGBTQI+ individuals, including by working with States on expanding access to gender-affirming care." When it comes to sex and gender issues, the "gender-affirming" model argues that health care professionals must not question, challenge or even explore ideas or alternatives with patients who identify with the opposite sex. Therapists are simply tasked with affirming patients' rejection of their biological sex, forbidden from questioning the underlying reasons behind these feelings.
The federal government's decree that this model is the only way to deal with cross-sex identification raises important questions about the medicalization of youth who desperately want to escape their bodies, and the freedom of professionals whose first commitment is to do no harm.

It is of paramount importance that therapists explore why an increasing number of children and teenagers feel so distressed by their own bodies. Oftentimes, it is actually sexist expectations around femininity and masculinity that young people are seeking to escape. When left alone without any medical intervention, the vast majority outgrow this distress. Many children and young people who reject their sex have experienced abuse or trauma, are on the autism spectrum or feel uncomfortable with developing same-sex attraction. Yet policies and legislation that demand clinicians—and broader society—never ask why young patients wish to "change sex" risks harming the very population they seek to protect.

Therapists wanting to explore the underlying discomfort behind these feelings risk being accused of engaging in "conversion therapy"—that is, seeking to coerce young people out of their "gender identity." And the White House has, in the same executive order, signaled support for eradicating this practice. Biden states:
My Administration must safeguard LGBTQI+ youth from dangerous practices like so-called "conversion therapy"—efforts to suppress or change an individual's sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression—a discredited practice that research indicates can cause significant harm, including higher rates of suicide-related thoughts and behaviors by LGBTQI+ youth.

Around the world, proponents of "gender identity" policies have been working hard to impose legislation that bans conversion therapy based on "gender identity" precisely as gender-affirming care for children and teens is becoming increasingly controversial. As a result of grassroots pushback from ordinary people and campaigners, countries are being forced to pause and commit to better scrutiny of this medical model. Simply put, an abusive training program that seeks to indoctrinate a boy out of being attracted to other boys is not equivalent to a therapist who wants to explore why a girl with a history of sexual abuse suddenly demands to be medicalized with testosterone and be perceived as a male by society.
This past May, the U.K. government was determined to outlaw conversion therapy for both sexual orientation and "gender identity," but pushback from the public forced it to separate the concepts and eliminate the second from its proposals. Feminist campaigners argued that therapists need the freedom to explore sex and gender issues with their patients without the threat of being charged with a crime.

Studies from Sweden show that referrals of young people to gender clinics have dropped following media exposure of the experimental nature of these clinics, and of the long-term health ramifications for young people. Australia's biggest gender clinic used to tell patients and their parents that puberty blockers—prescribed to children 9 to 13 to suppress their natural sex hormone development—were fully reversible and caused no long-term damage, and has had to backtrack. It now admits that puberty blockers "might conceivably delay brain development" and states in its June newsletter, "We do not know whether using puberty blockers affects development of the brain."
Given the global context, why the rush to affirm children and teenagers who reject their sex and to condemn anyone who wants to explore why so many young people feel desperate to escape their bodies? Around the world, feminist campaigners have been raising awareness of the dangers of medicalizing children and encouraging them to hate their biological sex. Now people from all walks of life are pushing back and demanding more scrutiny around "gender identity" policies and what it means for their lives.
At the same time, society is finally beginning to hear from young people who lived through the gender-affirmative medical model, and have since regretted it. Detransitioners, as they are often called, risk rejection from the very community that encouraged their transition and the deep shame of admitting they'd made a grave mistake. Having to live with the consequences of a gender-affirmative model that did not encourage them to pause and think things through, detransitioners now advocate for more caution and thoughtfulness rather than rushed legislation and policy initiatives.
When it comes to demands to affirm young people who reject their sex, the voices of powerful lobby groups and politicians should not be prioritized above all others. We must listen to the voices of the young people who bear the physical and psychological scars of a gender-affirmative model that was quick to diagnose and medicalize them as children, but slow to ask questions about what would happen to them once they became adults.

The current price for a gallon of regular gas in the United States hit $4.84 on Friday before the 4th of July Weekend.
This is more than twice the cost from two years ago.
Gas prices under Joe Biden have exploded! The cost is destroying the Middle Class and it does not look like the price will be easing anytime soon.
gas-prices-biden.jpg

In response to these record prices, Joe Biden’s Director of the National Economic Council on Thursday told CNN, “This is about the future of the Liberal World Order and we have to stand firm.”

And we know the high gas prices are on purpose.
Joe Biden admitted that the current record gas crisis in America is ALL ON PURPOSE during a speech to reporters in Japan in May. That was back when gas was “only at” a record $4.60 per gallon.
Joe Biden told reporters, “When it comes to the gas prices, we’re going through an INCREDIBLE transition… And, God willing, when it’s over we’ll be less reliant on fossil fuels.”
Then in early June, Joe Biden said it again.
Joe Biden told reporters, “My mother had an expression: out of everything lousy, something good will happen. We have a chance to make a fundamental turn toward renewable energy, electric vehicles, and across the board.”

And earlier this week Biden’s climate advisor Gina McCarthy cheered the news that fossil fuel workers are losing their jobs.
These demons!
Gina McCarthy: “We have opportunities now to transfer to clean energy in a way that grows thousands of jobs. We just had a recent report that is showing that all of the energy and the employment stats from last year. Clean energy is winning. Fossil fuels losing jobs.”
Gina McCarthy won’t tell you that wind power provides only 9% of our electricity needs.
Democrats won’t tell you this. They would rather have blackouts than use fossil fuels to cool your home.

This weekend as you fill your tank over the holiday weekend remember that the price you are paying today is on purpose.
The Biden regime is crushing the middle class — And that was the plan all along.

Western Countries Are Orchestrating A Global Food Crisis While Blaming Russia For It

foodcrisis.jpg.webp

The United Kingdom-based Telegraph media outlet is reporting that the escalating global food crisis is an inside job perpetrated not by Russia but by corrupt Western powers.
The UK is essentially the ringleader, the Telegraph claims, along with the United States. Both of these globalist-controlled countries want the world to believe that Vladimir Putin is somehow holding the world’s food trade hostage when nothing could be further from the truth.
We are constantly told by Western propaganda outlets that Russia placed mines at Black Sea ports to prevent food from getting in and out. Russia says this is a lie, and that Ukraine planted those mines itself upon its retreat from the area.
UK Prime Minister and circus clown Boris Johnson told Brits that Russia is to blame for Ukraine’s food supply – Ukraine is a top exporter or grains and other key commodities – not being able to leave Black Sea ports. These goods must be exported by sea, Johnson alleged, further claiming that Russia is holding the world “ransom.”
BoJo, as many now call him, also claims that the Russian navy was “given orders to lay mines” in Odessa and Ochakov and that it “mined” the Dnieper River.” This is according to “newly declassified U.S. intelligence,” BoJo further stated, alleging that the UK is now trying to help Ukraine “at a technical level to help demine Odessa.”

Russia is trying to create safe passage for grain ships through Black Sea waters while Ukraine plants mines and refuses to cooperate

Russia meanwhile, is actually trying to clear the area of mines with the help of Turkey. Russia’s goal, it says, is to ensure the security of all ships leaving the nation’s territorial waters.
On June 2, Vasily Nebenzya, Russia’s permanent representative to the United Nations, stated that if Kiev demines the waters surrounding its ports, Moscow will ensure safe passage for all Ukrainian ships, which are currently carrying 20 million tons of grain.
In late May, the Russian Ministry of Defense indicated that the Russian Navy had established safe zones in the Black and Azov Seas for ships departing Ukrainian ports via humanitarian routes.
“The 139-mile-long and 3-mile-wide Black Sea corridors are open every day from 8 am to 7 pm (GMT+3) for ships based in the ports of Kherson, Nikolaev, Chernomorsk, Ochakov, Odessa, and Yuzhny,” reported Great Game India.
Russia’s Ministry of Defense says that despite all this effort on Russia’s part to keep trade going and the world fed, authorities in Kiev “continue to do everything possible to evade interaction with representatives of foreign states and ship-owning companies in resolving the issue of ensuring the safe exit of blocked ships.”
Turkey shares similar concerns, as its Foreign Minister Ahmet Cavusoglu told the Anadolu Agency that Western sanctions imposed on Russian ships and mines planted by the Ukrainian military in Odessa water territory are the two main factors impeding grain exports out of Ukraine.
It turns out that the number-one cause of food inflation all around the world right now is the anti-Russian sanctions imposed by NATO and the West. This retaliation against Russia’s “special operation” in Ukraine is destroying global trade, including Western populations whose leaders are essentially starving them out to get back at Russia.
“Sanctions against Russia have aggravated the situation with the supply of grains and fertilizers to African countries,” announced Senegalese President and head of the African Union Macky Sall in a statement earlier this month during an official visit to Russia.
“We no longer have access to them, and this poses a serious threat to food security on the continent.”

Manufacturing Plants Aren’t Just Mysteriously Getting Burned Down In The United States, It’s Happening Around The World…

JULY 05, 20220 COMMENTS

plant-fire.jpg

As Americans tackle accelerating inflation, skyrocketing gas prices and food and baby formula shortages following the manufactured COVID pandemic, manufacturing plants are mysteriously being burned down on a regular basis.
In 2021, Resilinc, a leading global supply chain monitoring and risk management firm that has been tracking disruptions at manufacturing plants for over a decade, was prompted to create a WarRoom to track the sudden uptick of supply chain disruptions.
The company issued 11,642 to alerts notifying its, which include today’s largest multinational organizations, about supply chain disruptions; an 88 percent increase in supply chain disruptions in a single year.
North America experienced the 5,417 supply chain disruptions, more than any other developed nation, followed by Europe which saw 2,838 and Asia, 2,128.
Manufacturing plants aren’t accidentally getting destroyed in the United States. Destructive fires like those raging across in food factories across the United States have suspiciously become commonplace around the world.
More factory fires occurred in 2021 than any year in recorded history.
Nearly a quarter of the supply chain disruptions globally were attributed to manufacturing plants being set aflame, according to exclusive data compiled from Resilinc’s EventWatch monitoring database.
“Resilinc issued 1,946 Factory Fire alerts in 2021, an increase of 129 percent year-over year,” Resilinc communications director Melissa Gieringer said in a statement issued to the Gateway Pundit.
The company attributes the sudden cause of fires to labor shortages caused by the pandemic.
“The uptick is due mostly to gaps in regulatory and process execution as well as shortage of skilled labor in warehouses. Factory fires are contributing to record breaking supply shortages. If a warehouse goes down for a month due to a factory fire the trickle-down effect is huge,” Gieringer said. ” If no one is checking that the fire sprinklers work, or if there are flammable materials – like cardboard – left on the floor because there is not enough staff available to clean up, it can turn into a bad scenario.”
“Take this example: In October 2020 a fire broke out at a semiconductor manufacturing plant in Japan; it took three days to put the fire out and when the dust settled, production lines were estimated to be down a minimum of six months,” she continued. “As a result, procurement teams – from the hi-tech to automotive sectors – were scrambling. The price of some chips went from $5 to $110 in a matter of days and ultimately cost sourcing organizations tens of millions of dollars. A risk assessment survey later revealed that the site did not have anyone checking the automatic sprinkler or fire suppression system. This fire also contributed to the current chip shortage that is significantly impacting carmakers.”
While Reslinc correlates the uptick in fires at manufacturing plants to a global workforce shortage, more factories have been mysteriously set aflame in the United States than any other country.
Workers around the world were forced to leave work when the pandemic hit amid COVID lockdowns and vaccine mandates and have yet to return to factories. But there have been more than twice as many fires at manufacturing plants in the U.S. than any other country.
“Among the countries that saw the highest number of factory fire alerts [in 2021] were the United States (425), India (159), Germany (122), South Korea (117), Mexico (97), the United Kingdom (78) and Japan (72),” Resilinc reports.
Resilinc has yet to release data showcasing the number of fires at manufacturing plants throughout 2022, but the Gateway Pundit has compiled a list documenting the number of major fires that have erupted at food industry facilities to date in 2022:

  102. 6/23/22 George’s Inc.: Poultry and Prepared Foods announced it will close one of its food processing plants in Campbell County, Tennessee
Fact-checkers, including Reuters and Snopes, insist claims that fires at processing plants are intentionally orchestrated to create supply chain shortages is conspiracy theory.
But the string of fires that continue to damage manufacturing plants across the United States appears to be a deliberate effort to sabotage food processing operations.
According to the FBI’s Cyber Division, cyber-attack threats on agricultural cooperatives are an imminent threat.
“Ransomware actors may be more likely to attack agricultural cooperatives during critical planting and harvest seasons, disrupting operations, causing financial loss, and negatively impacting the food supply chain,” the bureau warned in an April memo.
“A significant disruption of grain production could impact the entire food chain, since grain is not only consumed by humans but also used for animal feed … In addition, a significant disruption of grain and corn production could impact commodities trading and stocks.”
The string of fires at food plants comes as the World Economic Forum and global elites call for a “global reset.” after the Rockefeller Foundation outlined plans to exploit the COVID crisis to transform America’s food system.
The “Reset The Table: Meeting the Moment to Transform The U.S. Food System,” a document published by the Rockefeller Foundation on July 28, 2020, months after COVID was declared a national emergency, warns the U.S. food system must be seized and transformed in the name of “social justice” and “environmental protection.”
Rockefeller Foundation’s managing director of Food Initiative Sara Farley detailed plans about “How to reimagine our food system for a post-COVID world” in an article published in June on WEF’s website.
It makes you wonder — So what are they plotting?

Newly Unsealed Court Documents Reveal FBI Got Warrant For Beverly Hills Raid of 1,400 Safe-Deposit Boxes, Seizure of $86 Million in Cash by Misleading Judge

As previously reported, the feds seized $86 million in cash, precious metals and family heirlooms stored in about 800 safe deposit boxes in Los Angeles in spring 2021.
A class-action lawsuit claimed the FBI “exceeded the search warrant approved by the court” when it raided storage provider, US Private Vaults (USPV) and snooped through the contents of the safe deposit boxes.
USPV was indicted by the feds for conspiracy to sell drugs and launder money, however the owners of the boxes are not accused of committing any crimes.
The search warrant only authorized the FBI to inspect the safe deposit boxes to “identify their owners in order to notify them” about claiming their property.

The FBI agents were caught on video going through the boxes, tearing open packages with coins after already identifying the owner’s name.
“Items appear to be missing” – The owner’s lawyer told the Los Angeles Times the FBI’s list of inventory left out $75,000 in gold coins.
The Institute for Justice, a watchdog accountability group is spearheading the fight and filed a temporary restraining order last year on behalf of several owners who stand to lose the contents of their safe deposit boxes if a federal judge doesn’t intervene.
This is the “most outrageous Fourth Amendment abuse that the Institute for Justice has ever seen,” Frommer, the IJ attorney, said when it announced the case. “It is like the government breaking into every apartment in a building because the landlord was dealing drugs in the lobby.”
In June 2021, US District Judge R. Gary Klausner, a George W. Bush appointee issued a temporary retraining order preventing the federal government from seizing safe deposit boxes from four individuals who are seeking the return of their assets until the feds can provide the “specific factual and legal basis” for trying to initiate civil forfeiture.
The judge scolded the feds and said the planned forfeiture likely violates the individuals constitutional due process rights.
Now this…
According to newly unsealed court documents, the FBI and US Attorney’s office in Los Angeles obtained the raid by misleading the judge who approved of the raid.
Sound familiar?
“Records from dozens of lawsuits stemming from the raid make clear, though, that it produced a windfall of tens of millions of dollars for the Justice Department. Local police departments that assisted in the raid have sought shares of the money.” The Los Angeles Times reported.
The Los Angeles Times reported:
The privacy invasion was vast when FBI agents drilled and pried their way into 1,400 safe-deposit boxes at the U.S. Private Vaults store in Beverly Hills.
Eighteen months later, newly unsealed court documents show that the FBI and U.S. attorney’s office in Los Angeles got their warrant for that raid by misleading the judge who approved it.
They omitted from their warrant request a central part of the FBI’s plan: Permanent confiscation of everything inside every box containing at least $5,000 in cash or goods, a senior FBI agent recently testified.
The FBI’s justification for the dragnet forfeiture was its presumption that hundreds of unknown box holders were all storing assets somehow tied to unknown crimes, court records show.

It took five days for scores of agents to fill their evidence bags with the bounty: More than $86 million in cash and a bonanza of gold, silver, rare coins, gem-studded jewelry and enough Rolex and Cartier watches to stock a boutique.
The U.S. attorney’s office has tried to block public disclosure of court papers that laid bare the government’s deception, but a judge rejected its request to keep them under seal.
The failure to disclose the confiscation plan in the warrant request came to light in FBI documents and depositions of agents in a class-action lawsuit by box holders who say the raid violated their rights.
The court filings also show that federal agents defied restrictions that U.S. Magistrate Judge Steve Kim set in the warrant by searching through box holders’ belongings for evidence of crimes.

We are awaiting the potential blockbuster ruling of the Supreme Court in the Harvard and North Carolina college admissions cases.

After decades of conflicting and confusing rulings on the use of race as a factor for admissions, the Court could be close to rejecting the practice. That is why the recent Pew survey is interesting. It shows that half of Americans disapprove of the use of affirmative action in admissions and only 33% approve of the practice. The Pew results are consistent with earlier polls. Indeed, even in the most liberal states like California, voters have repeatedly rejected affirmative action in admissions.
There is the expected difference between Democrats and Republicans. Some 54% of Democrats favor affirmative action while roughly 75% of Republicans oppose it. What is interesting is that a sizable number of African Americans disapprove of the practice. Less than half of African Americans support the practice. Pew reports:
Nearly half of Black Americans (47%) say they approve of colleges and universities considering prospective students’ racial and ethnic backgrounds when making admissions decisions, compared with 29% who disapprove (24% are not sure).
Among Hispanic Americans, identical shares approve and disapprove of these practices (39% each). Both White and Asian Americans are more likely to disapprove of colleges doing this (57% of White adults and 52% of Asian adults) than to approve (29% and 37%, respectively).
That means that more white Democrats (59%) than African Americans (47%) support affirmative action in college and university admissions.
There remains a sharp divide between voters and both political and educational leaders on this practice.
Technically, affirmative action was barred decades ago by the Supreme Court. For decades, universities have avoided the type of outright quota the court held unconstitutional in Regents of the University of California v. Bakke (1978). Justice Lewis Powell wrote. “Preferring members of any one group for no reason other than race or ethnic origin is discrimination for its own sake. This the Constitution forbids.”
However, colleges and universities have continued to use race as a factor and many insist that schools have merely become more sophisticated in hiding the weight given to race in admissions.
The last time the court dealt with the issue of race in admissions was 2016 in Fisher v. University of Texas. The court upheld the use of race in the admissions process of the University of Texas at Austin by a vote of 4-3. After the decision, the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg noted that, if Justice Elena Kagan had not recused herself, it would have been 5-3 and “that’s about as solid as you can get.” At the time, she said that she doubted “that we’re going to see another affirmative action case … at least in education.”
Ginsburg’s comment notably omitted two additional facts. First, if Justice Antonin Scalia had not died shortly before the release of the opinion, the vote would have been 4-4 (and 5-4 with Kagan). Second, courts change. While she was right about not seeing another such case during her time on the court, this is now a very different court with two of the Fisher majority no longer among its members.
There is now a 6-3 conservative majority on the court, and Chief Justice John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, and Samuel Alito previously voted against the University of Texas. To quote Ginsburg, with three justices previously voting against such race-based criteria and the three Trump appointees, “that’s about as solid as you can get” for a major reframing of the controlling case law.
The court has spent decades issuing often conflicting and vague 5-4 rulings on the use of race in admissions. In 2003 in Grutter v. Bollinger, the Court divided 5-4 on upholding admissions criteria used to achieve “diversity” in a class at Michigan Law School. However, in her opinion with the majority, Justice Sandra Day O’Connor stated that she “expects that 25 years from now, the use of racial preferences will no longer be necessary to further the interest approved today.” That was 20 years ago.
In their Fisher dissent, the conservative justices noted that the university was being “less than candid” in addressing its use of race in admissions. They objected to the mantra of achieving a “critical mass” in a class without a clear definition or standards. For critics, that is an understatement. For decades, universities have evaded the impact of court decisions limiting the use of race by avoiding mathematical or threshold criteria that could be challenged. Grutter’s “diversity” rationale used race as one of a number of factors.
It appears that the majority of voters are more in agreement with Chief Justice Roberts, who has been widely attacked in the media and academia for his stance against affirmative action in admissions. In 2017, he declared: “The way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminating on the basis of race.” In 2006, Roberts also wrote: “It is a sordid business, this divvying us up by race.”
The rulings in Students for Fair Admissions v. President & Fellows of Harvard College and Students for Fair Admissions v. University of North Carolina are expected soon from the Court.
