Teen faces rape charge; second is still at large

Phoenix Staff Writer
A 15-year-old boy charged Monday with kidnapping, sodomizing and raping a Muskogee girl is free on a $20,000 bond while another teen charged with sodomizing the victim remains at large.
Muskogee police said Anthony Dewan Johnson of Muskogee, who was charged as a youthful offender, made arrangements during a telephone conversation to meet the alleged victim in the parking lot of Arrowhead Mall. Police said at some point during that October meeting, the girl got into the Johnson's car and was taken against her will to his home.
Muskogee Police Sgt. A.J. Rudd, said Johnson raped and sodomized the girl, then offered her up to two others who allegedly forced the girl to perform oral sex.

ay as a co-defendant in Johnson's
case.
Robert Hill, 15, of Muskogee remains at large.
A third suspect in the case was not identified.
Johnson, charged with kidnapping, forcible sodomy and first-degree rape, is free on a $20,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear at 9 a.m. Jan. 23 for the sounding docket, at which time a preliminary hearing will be set.
Hill is charged with forcible sodomy.
First-degree rape is punishable by not less than five years in prison.
Forcible sodomy is punishable by imprisonment for up to 20 years.
Kidnapping is punishable by imprisonment for up to 10 years.
