Secondhand Smoke and Death
Exposure to secondhand smoke—sometimes called environmental tobacco smoke—causes nearly 50,000 deaths each year among adults in the United States:1

•Secondhand smoke causes 3,400 annual deaths from lung cancer.1
•Secondhand smoke causes 46,000 annual deaths from heart disease.1,9,10

http://www.cdc.gov/tobacco/data_statistics/fact_sheets/health_effects/tobacco_related_mortality/#shs

How long does it take for second hand smoke to kill you? Maybe a life time, if a nigger doesn't kill you first? What's up wif dis? Which is more dangerous, second hand smoke or niggers? Why doesn't the CDC spend one sixth of the effort it spends warning people about second hand smoke to warn people about the health risks of niggers?

da dog aka T.N.B. :steamin:

• CDC estimates that between about 8,880 and 18,300 2009 H1N1-related deaths
occurred between April 2009 and April 10, 2010. The mid-level in this range is about 12,470 2009 H1N1-related deaths.

All the fuss about H1N1 and nothing at all about the dangers that niggers pose to the general public.

Government statistics are not very reliable; for example, take the U.S. census stats for New York city. Gov't claims there are about 8 million people: 2 million Jews, 2 million Muds, 2 million niggers, 2 million Hispanocoons and 2 million Caucasians.

Kinda sorta impossible, noamsayin'?

The government is the only entity that can mandate the collection, dissemination, publication etc. of data. As bad as it may be, there is no other source. Lawsy Mercy if Obummer starts mess'n wit da stats.

Census data is used as a cudgel to force employers to hire niggers, schools to bus in niggers, neighborhoods to house niggers, etc. By expanding the categories, they're able to force a small company to hire two spics, a latrino, a chink, a dot head, a gook, AND a nigger. Before long, fags will also be on that list.

How Race, Ethnicity Questions On Census Boost Anti-White Quotas

Let’s turn to the government’s second purpose, finding out your Race and Ethnicity. These questions on the Census form provoke a little more public discussion. Hence, the Census Bureau’s official justification of its Race question claims:

"Race data are also used to assess fairness of employment practices, to monitor racial disparities in characteristics such as health and education and to plan and obtain funds for public services."

You may wonder what data have to do with "fairness of employment practices." After all, civil rights laws are usually justified as being about blacks not having to sit in the back of the bus, which you probably haven’t seen much of lately.

So how does anti-discrimination compliance get assessed by race data, anyway? Because, in reality, civil rights programs these days are mostly based on numbers—"Disparate Impact"—not actual, you know, discrimination ("Disparate Treatment").

Statistics can’t measure equal opportunity, just equal results. The government starts with the assumption that if, say, employment rates diverge from population makeup by more than one-fifth, it’s the employer’s obligation to disprove the presumption of illegal discrimination. In other words, the feds’ message is: Impose quotas upon yourselves or expect to pay a fortune in legal fees.

As the Census Bureau says, these numbers are thus used to calculate the size of these implicit and explicit quotas. And not just for employment. For example, the 2010 Census questionnaire was specifically designed to enable the government to calculate conveniently ethnic and racial disparities in home ownership. As you may recall, George W. Bush cited ethnic and racial differences from the 2000 Census at his 2002 White House Conference on Increasing Minority Homeownership to justify zero down payment mortgages and other government-encouraged tricks to undercut old-fashioned credit standards. Similarly, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac quotas are assigned by Census tract.

(Remind me again: How’d that work out for us last time?)

Disparities in Secondhand Smoke Exposure

Racial and Ethnic Groups
•Although declines in cotinine levels have occurred in all racial and ethnic groups, cotinine levels have consistently been found to be higher in non-Hispanic black Americans than in non-Hispanic white Americans and Mexican Americans.6,7,8 In 2007–2008:
◦55.9% of non-Hispanic blacks were exposed to secondhand smoke.
◦40.1% of non-Hispanic whites were exposed to secondhand smoke.
◦28.5% of Mexican Americans were exposed to secondhand smoke.

This is crazy. Instead of warning the citizenry about secondhand smoke, the CDC should be warning the public about niggers.

Doctors Warn of Third-Hand Smoke Dangers

(CNN) — We know smoking can harm us. And if we live with a smoker, that second hand smoke we inhale can affect us as well. What about niggers?

“Second-hand smoke is when somebody smokes in the presence of other people and they inhale that smoke. That causes all kinds of problems such as lung cancer, such as COPD, such as asthma and respiratory infections in children,” said Dr. Norman Edelman, American Lung Assn. Sr. Med. Advisor. Fine, what about niggers?

Now scientists are finding that third-hand smoke, which is the fumes that come off somebody who has smoked elsewhere can have a negative impact on our health, as well as our children’s. Be that as it may, how many decades does it take to affect you in any way? And what about niggers?

“There’s evidence now that third-hand smoke is a risk factor in children, like chronic ear infections and chronic respiratory infections. And if your clothes reek of smoke, your hair reeks of smoke, your little child who has asthma is going to get an asthma attack, more than likely,” Dr. Edelman said. I get that, what about niggers? Have you ever read, "Dare go da welfare check"?

How to avoid passing on your smoke to others? The American Lung Association says try to quit. If that’s not possible, take the smoking outside where the air is less concentrated and the smoke fumes are not as heavy and won’t be left on clothing. But no warning about niggers?

“Smokers should know that they’re not only doing damage to their own hearts and lungs and other organs, but they’re doing damage to the people around them,” Dr. Edelman said. Doctor, your admonitions would be better received if you would warn people about a more immediate threat to their health and well being, knowha'm'say'n.

A Localized Culture of Violence by David Waciski

H.L. Mencken once said “For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong.” This quote seems applicable to the activists who blame a “culture of violence” for the high rate of firearms-related homicides in the United States and propose restrictions on or elimination of 2nd Amendment rights as the solution. A previous article “Guns Don’t Kill People, Democrats Kill People” examined three diverse states and demonstrated that the majority of firearm homicides in 2013 occurred in the small fraction of the voter precincts that overwhelmingly voted for Democrat candidates. This dataset of homicides will be mapped against socioeconomic Census data to quantify the characteristics of the neighborhoods where firearm homicide is prevalent. The intent is not to generate counterintuitive or surprising results, but to provide data that supports the premise that the United States does not have a systemic firearm violence problem. Then, by identifying the characteristics of these localized areas, suggest that more effective, albeit more difficult, approach to reducing firearm homicides would be to address the root causes of the “culture of violence” that appears to exist in these neighborhoods.
191951_5_.png

The first breakdown was based on the percentage of the census tract population that was “Black or African American” (Census ID DP05). The firearm homicide rate (per 100,000 people) was plotted as a function of the percentage of the census tract population that was African American, as shown in Figure 1. The firearm homicide rate was determined by considering all census tracts with similar population compositions. The results for the three states are given as blue, purple, and red, for Minnesota, Virginia, and Louisiana, respectively. The firearm homicide rates are below 1 per 100,000 for census tracts with few African American residents and rises almost monotonically to rates above 20 for increasing African American population composition. Note that none of the census tracts in Minnesota had an African American population that exceeded 90%, hence the firearm homicide rate is displayed as zero. A firearm homicide rate of less than 1 per 100,000 is similar to that of European countries with severe restrictions of firearm ownership rights and rates approaching 20 are similar to that of the most violent Third World countries. The majority of the firearm homicides and the highest firearm homicide rates occur in the small subset of the census tracts with an African American racial composition of greater than 30%.

191953_5_.png

191954_5_.png

The influence of census tract per capita income (Census ID DB03) and population density was examined in the plots shown in Figures 2 to 4 for Virginia, Minnesota, and Louisiana, respectively. The census tracts with racial composition greater than 30% African American were shown Figures 2a, 3a, and 4a, while those in Figures 2b, 3b, and 4b have a racial composition less than 30% African American. The black and white symbols indicate census tracts with firearm homicides. The dashed black lines highlight the census tracts with a per capita income less than $25,000 (lowest quadrant) and a population density greater than 640 people per square mile (1 per acre). The census tracts within the dashed black lines consist of the lower income, urban neighborhoods. Two observations are immediately apparent from the data in the three figures:
1.The firearm homicides that occurred in census tracts with a mostly white racial composition (less than 30% African American) were randomly distributed across the per capita income and population density spectrum.
2.The firearm homicides that occurred in census tracts with an African American composition of greater than 30% were highly concentrated in lower income, urban neighborhoods.
191955_5_.png

The localization of firearm homicides in census tracts characterized by lower incomes (LI), high density (HD), and predominantly African American populations is highlighted in Figure 5. These census tracts, with about 15% of the population and about 1% of the land area, account for up to 67% of the firearm homicides. Two additional observations can be made from the data in this figure:
1.The firearm homicide rates are significantly lower for census tracts with predominantly African American populations that do not have the LI/HD socioeconomic characteristics than for the predominately African American census tracts with LI/HD socioeconomic characteristics.
2.The census tract with predominantly White populations that have LI/HD social-economic characteristics do not have the dramatic increase in firearm homicide rates that were observed in the LI/HD African American census tracts.

The data for Minnesota, Virginia, and Louisiana indicate that 67% of the firearm homicides (a rate of more than 14 per 100,000 people) occurred in neighborhoods with a racial composition of more than 30% African American, a per capita income of less than $25,000, and a population density greater than 640 people per square mile. The firearm homicide rate in the remaining 99% of the land area was 1.3 per 100,000 people. Predominantly African American communities that are not LI/HD and predominantly white communities that are LI/HD do not exhibit the Third World levels of firearm violence seen in predominantly African American LI/HD communities. Thus, the United States may have a culture of violence, but one that is isolated in easily identifiable communities.

The results from Virginia, Minnesota, and Louisiana bring into question the veracity, pragmatism, or true objectives of activists who propose broad restrictions of Constitutional rights when high firearm homicide rates are almost exclusive to less than 1% of the land area and a small fraction of the population. A more logical and effective approach would be to address the root causes of the culture of violence in these communities, but this is more difficult and the required introspective self-analysis appears to be outside of the comfort zone of most community activists. I should only say thank you to David Waciski for writing and publishing this article, but it is a shame his article is damn near unreadable. Even this BOJ document is better; the race stats start at page 11. Homicide Trends in the United States, 1980-2008

I sincerely hope nobody takes this to mean that critical mass occurs at 30%. Critical mass occurs at three. That means 3, tres, trois. Not 3%, knowha'm'say'n.
