PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A Philadelphia high school was placed on a brief lockdown after a shooting that injured a teenager Tuesday morning, according to police.

Philadelphia police say a 15-year-old boy was shot at 61st and Jefferson Streets near Overbrook High School, just before 8:30 a.m.

The school was placed on a brief lockdown as a precaution. It was lifted just after 9:30 a.m., according to police.
