Russia goes on to cite that this methamphetamine Ukraine are using, Pervitin, was also used by US soldiers during Vietnam and Korea. It’s designed to reduce the psycho-emotional burdens of war.
However, an intended side effect is excessive aggression, which Russia alleges is one of the main factors for the Nationalist Ukrainian forces displaying “extreme cruelty” to civilians and the shelling of their own people in Donbas. Next, we find perhaps the most explosive slide to date, in which Russia FINALLY comes out and DIRECTLY accuses the US of being responsible for the creation and release of Covid-19. What I have been saying from the beginning, is that this allllll leads to C-19, which will be the nail in the coffin and the red-pill that wakes up the world.
The backlash the US are facing from Russia and the rest of Eastern world, is directly because the world found out THE UNITED STATES CREATED COVID. Specifically the “DNC/Liberal Globalists”, as the Russians allege. Not Trump.
Russia clarifies they have record of over 16,000 biological samples, including blood and serum samples, transported from Ukraine to the US, Georgia, European countries.
The US claimed that all of these biological samples would be used “exclusively for peaceful purposes”, but we can see that they were not.
Russia then pointed to US Congressman Jason Crow of the House Intelligence Committee, warned Americans about the dangers of giving their DNA to private companies (Think 23&Me) for testing because:

"...there is a possibility that test results will be sold to third parties... and the information obtained could be used to develop biological weapons targeting specific groups... or individuals."

Sounds exactly like what Russia have been alleging all along. That the US have been producing biological weapons to ethnically cleanse certain individuals of select genome sequences. Idk about you all, but ethnic cleansing with biological weapons doesn’t sound very “Democratic”, but maybe that’s just me.
Russia says this activity gives reasonable cause to question US military biologists in the emergence and spread of the COVID-19 pathogen. Russia cites:

“In May 2022, Jeffrey Sachs - a leading expert in the respected medical journal The Lancet and professor at Columbia University, the leading academic institution for global biosecurity, told a conference in Spain that ‘..the coronavirus was artificially created and is very likely to have been created using American advances in biotechnology...’.”

Take that in for a moment. Yup. Russia just accused the United States of creating and releasing Covid-19. But wait, there’s more.
Russia confirms the unnatural behavior of C19 proves that this virus was not only man-made, but being constantly worked on and “artificially fueled” via the introduction of different variants to different regions.
Myself and many others have been leaning towards the idea that Wuhan was not the only “origin” of the C19 outbreak. It was released at multiple labs around the world, with different specially engineered variants, designed to target the people of the region with genome specific C19 virus.
The DNC Globalists were using Ukraine as the home base for production of the virus, then shipping the genome specific viruses to labs around the world, to be released to ensure the virus infected the entire world…

According to our experts, this is evidenced by the uncharacteristic variability of the genovariants that cause different peaks in the incidence of coronaviruses, significant differences in lethality and contagiousness, uneven geographical distribution, and the unpredictable nature of the epidemic process as a whole. It appears that despite efforts to contain and isolate the disease, the pandemic is being artificially fuelled by the introduction of new variants of the virus in a particular region.

Russia goes on to directly accuse the US Agency of International Development, (USAID), of involvement of the creation of the new Covid variants. Citing that they have been studying coronavirus since 2009 (Obama), and that one of the main contractors for the project is the infamous Biden biolab company, Metabiota, the main source of biological malfeasance in Ukraine.

The implementation of the COVID-19 scenario and USAID's emergency wind-down of the Predict programme in 2019 suggest the deliberate nature of the pandemic and US involvement in its emergence.

Russia believes not only did the US create and release C19, but they did so with deliberate intentions.

Ukraine's Shame: An Epidemic of Human Trafficking​

Ukraine remains one of Europe's most notorious sources of human trafficking.
Since 1991, more than 160,000 men, women and children have been exploited for labor, sex, forced begging and organ removal, according to a mid-2015 report from the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
Ukraine's Ministry of Social Policy, with recommendations from domestic and international nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), is currently in the final stages of updating the country's five-year action plan on combating human trafficking.

However, recent challenges—like Russia's continued aggression in eastern Ukraine and the country's 1.5 million internally displaced persons (IDPs)—have diverted the government's attention and resources from meaningful anti-trafficking collaboration.
The result has been an extreme overreliance on NGOs to raise awareness, assist victims of trafficking and promote legislative reform to comply with international standards.
"Since the security situation started in the east of Ukraine, other things were blocked. All money went to subsidies, to the military, to IDPs," says Olga Streltsova, the IOM's adviser to the Ministry of Social Policy, the main body in charge of Ukraine's anti-trafficking program.
The predicted budget for this next action plan has been slashed by 30 percent relative to the previous plan, which covered 2013–15. Outside contributors, such as human rights organizations and foreign governments, will continue to supply the vast majority of funds to the program.

These donors will contribute the equivalent of $1.47 million through 2020, or more than 92 percent of the entire bill. The other 8 percent will be divided almost equally between local governments and the central government. Funding from the latter will not kick in until 2017.
The money issue "is a big problem for our government," says Tetyana Taturevych, social programs manager for the NGO La Strada–Ukraine. "When we start talking about trafficking, they start to think, 'Oh, that's not a big problem for our society. We don't have money, we have a war.'"
While the government of Ukraine has consistently pledged reform to meet international obligations—for example, as a signatory of the United Nations's Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children—it has failed to adequately support anti-trafficking organizations that do the bulk of the work.
"Our government so far has not given civil society a defined role in the national referral mechanism," says Hanna Antonova, a counter-trafficking coordinator at the IOM. The referral mechanism is the process by which law enforcement refers alleged victims of trafficking to anti-trafficking organizations to receive psychological, legal and social support.
For the past four years, the number of trafficking victims referred to the IOM for assistance by Ukrainian law enforcement agencies has decreased by roughly half annually.
In 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, there were 232, 105, 52 and 27 victims referred, respectively. These numbers are dramatically different from those of the IOM; the average number of victims identified annually by the IOM has remained close to 1,000.
Moreover, President Petro Poroshenko's effort to push through legislation that would decentralize authority and empower Ukraine's regions threatens to reverse progress in efforts to combat trafficking.
If passed, NGOs may have to collaborate with officials from more than 20 different oblasts. Each regional administration would decide how to prioritize anti-trafficking prevention efforts and assistance to victims, if at all, throwing nationwide coordination efforts into disarray.
"We don't know what decentralization will look like," says Antonova. "If the local administration does not believe that trafficking is a problem for this specific region, then they are not going to allocate any funding, or they will allocate so little funding that it is not going to make any difference."
International bodies such as the U.S. Department of State and the Council of Europe's Group of Experts on Action Against Trafficking in Human Beings (GRETA) have also criticized Ukraine's government for not devoting enough attention to the issue.
For instance, for the third straight year, Ukraine has been placed on the State Department's Tier 2 Watch List, avoiding an otherwise mandatory downgrade to Tier 3 (the worst ranking) simply because it has a written anti-trafficking action plan.

The State Department notes with concern the decreasing number of prosecutions of traffickers, as well as "poor coordination at the national level" between the 15 ministries responsible for anti-trafficking work.
GRETA's first-ever report on Ukraine's anti-trafficking program, published in September 2014, also acknowledged poor coordination among government ministries. The executive interdepartmental council on human trafficking—headed by ministers, deputy ministers and representatives from civil society—has not convened for five years.
Despite the government's shortcomings, some positive steps have been taken. The Ministry of Social Policy plans to re-adjourn the interdepartmental council in early 2016, and has sent letters to NGOs in the anti-trafficking coalition requesting that they nominate representatives to the council. And throughout the past few years, the ministry has implemented campaigns to raise awareness about human trafficking through television and radio broadcasting, and the publishing and distribution of books and pamphlets.
Yet more needs to be done, especially since the war in the east has created a large population of individuals prone to exploitation.
"We have a proverb," warns La Strada–Ukraine's Taturevych. Translated from Russian, it states: "Sink or swim; if you are drowning, you are on your own." Currently, only NGOs—and not the Ukrainian government—are struggling to keep those vulnerable to trafficking afloat.
Officials from Ukraine's Ministry of Social Policy did not respond to interview requests.

Ukraine bombs nuclear waste storage site – official​

The Ukrainian military has fired multiple rockets directly at coolant systems and nuclear waste storage site inside the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant in Energodar, local government administration member Vladimir Rogov told Russian media on Tuesday. He warned that a successful strike may result in a radiation release equivalent to a “dirty bomb.”
“One of the guided missiles hit just ten meters” from the barrels with spent nuclear fuel,” Rogov told Soloviev Live. “Others hit a bit farther away, 50 to 200 meters.”
Since the storage site is out in the open, any hit will result in the release of nuclear waste ranging from dozens to hundreds of kilograms and contamination of the area, the official explained. “In plain language, that would be like a dirty bomb,” said Rogov.
While the reactor itself can only be destroyed with a tactical nuclear weapon, the coolant systems and waste storage are far more vulnerable and damage to them could easily cause a disaster, the official said. Ukrainian troops have already fired “several dozen” heavy projectiles at the cooling systems, Rogov added. If they succeed in disabling such a system, it could produce a meltdown bigger than the 1986 catastrophe at Chernobyl.

Russian troops established control of the Zaporozhye NPP, Europe’s largest facility of the kind, early on in the course of military operations in Ukraine. Russia and Ukraine have been accusing each other of shelling the facility, warning that combat in the area could trigger a nuclear disaster. Russia accused Ukraine of launching artillery and drone strikes on the facility, denouncing the operations as “nuclear terrorism.” Ukrainian troops claimed that the Russians were shelling themselves to discredit Kiev.
Russian requests to the UN and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to inspect the site firsthand have been met with excuses that inspectors can only access the station via Kiev, and Ukraine can’t guarantee their safe passage.
On Monday, Rogov accused the UN of blocking the IAEA visit because it was covering for Kiev. If the inspectors actually showed up, he said, they would be forced to conclude that Ukraine and not Russia was shelling the power plant.
“It is obvious, it’s all been documented, and not only that, it’s also well known who is being supplied with American guided missiles. Obviously, not Russia, but the Zelensky regime,” he said.

Russian Defense Ministry: Proof of Ukraine’s ‘Chemical Terrorism’ to Be Sent to OPCW Soon​

"Against the backdrop of military defeats in the Donbass and other regions, the regime of [Volodymyr] Zelensky authorized terrorist acts with the use of chemical poisons against Russian military personnel and civilians," Russians tell chemical weapons watchdog.

Moscow previously presented to the public the documents that Russian servicemen had recovered from several laboratories in Ukraine, which suggested the work was being carried out there on compounds and pathogens that could be used, among other things, in biological weapons. The Kremlin stressed that these labs were funded by the US.

The Russian Defense Ministry has announced that documents confirming cases of “chemical terrorism” by Ukraine will soon be relayed to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) by the Russian envoy.


Namely, the ministry plans on sending the lab test results of Russian soldiers, who had been poisoned as a result of Kiev’s “chemical terrorism”. The ministry elaborated that some servicemen sustained severe chemical poisoning during Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine.

“Against the backdrop of military defeats in the Donbass and other regions, the regime of [Volodymyr] Zelensky authorized terrorist acts with the use of chemical poisons against Russian military personnel and civilians,” the statement said.

According to the ministry, a group of Russian soldiers, located near the town of Vasilievka in the Zaporozhye region, was delivered to a field hospital on July 31 with signs of a major poisoning. The tests showed the presence of the botulinum toxin type B in their organisms, the statement said. This toxin is an organic man-made poison, the ministry clarified.

In the light of these findings, Russia is thoroughly investigating the poisoning of the head of the temporary administration of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo. It is suspected that he could have been targeted with a military-grade chemical agent.

Moscow previously accused Ukrainian forces of deliberately targeting the chemical plants in Donbass in order to create leaks and accuse Russia of causing them. The Kremlin lambasted Kiev’s disregard for the health and safety of civilians living in the areas surrounding the plants.

The Russian Defense Ministry also previously released documents that Russian service personnel retrieved from seized Ukrainian laboratories. These docs suggest that biolabs have been conducting work on compounds and dangerous pathogens that could have been used in biological weapons. Moscow accused Kiev or plotting attacks with these weapons against Russia.

U.S. in Damning Admission of Long-Planning War Against Russia

The United States and its allies are guilty of perpetrating a deliberate war of aggression against Russia that has long been in the planning works.
A study by the Rand Corporation published more than three years ago demonstrates incontestably that the war in Ukraine is in fact the manifestation of a bigger willful confrontation against Russia whereby the United States is attempting to weaken and subjugate Moscow.
What is happening is without doubt the culmination of U.S. long-held planning. That puts a wholly different meaning on the current conflict in the Ukraine – now in its eighth month. This is not, as the Western governments and media would make out, an “unprovoked” assault on Ukraine and “Western democratic values” by “Russian aggression”. The conflict has been deliberately fomented, stoked and now exacerbated by policy choices made by Washington and its NATO partners.
The Rand Corporation is one of the oldest think tanks in the U.S., established in 1948. One of its cofounders was air force commander General Curtis LeMay, the architect of the 1945 firebombing of Tokyo and the atomic holocaust at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. LeMay was an arch-Cold War hawk who advocated preemptive nuclear strikes on the Soviet Union to President John F Kennedy in the early 1960s. The corporation he set up, Rand, is funded by the U.S. government and in some ways can be seen as the public brains and mouth of the Pentagon and CIA.
The study cited above, entitled ‘Overextending and Unbalancing Russia’ and published in April 2019, has caught the attention recently of many independent observers (see, for example, a recent episode of the Jimmy Dore show in the U.S.). What makes it topical is how real, current events are unfolding in a way that the American planners envisaged.
Among a list of “cost-imposing options” (see our SCF graphic) urged by the Rand authors to be meted out against Russia were:

• Providing lethal military aid to Ukraine
• Mobilizing European NATO members
• Imposing deeper trade and economic sanctions
• Increasing U.S. energy production for export to Europe
• Expanding Europe’s import infrastructure to receive U.S. liquefied natural gas (LNG) supplies

The U.S.-backed coup d’état in Kiev back in February 2014 was the key event to make all this subsequent planning possible. The regime that came to power was rabidly anti-Russian and infested with Neo-Nazi ideology. It was a zealous tool for American and NATO policy to antagonize and threaten Russia. For eight years, the Kiev regime repudiated peace treaties and waged a genocidal war with full U.S. and NATO backing against Russian-speaking people in the self-declared Donbass republics. Those republics have now joined the Russian Federation, along with two other former Ukrainian regions.
Russia’s military invasion of the Ukraine on February 24, 2022, was precipitated by relentless NATO-backed aggression not just against ethnic Russians in Ukraine but against Russia itself. Arguably, it became a war of necessity for Russia to defend its national interests, prompted by a proxy war of choice engendered by the United States and its NATO allies.
The Rand Corp study makes it abundantly clear that the incipient dangerous conflict between nuclear powers has been orchestrated from the outset by the U.S. The world is witnessing an abysmal situation that amounts to a quasi-World War Three, as our columnist Declan Hayes wrote this week.
Atrociously, the U.S. and its NATO partners keep piling ever-more lethal weapons into Ukraine that are making possible direct attacks on Russian territory. Under the nefarious tutelage of Washington and London, the Kiev regime spurns any diplomatic effort to find a political solution for peace. Well-meant proposals for peace put forward by international figures like entrepreneur Elon Musk or music artist and Pink Floyd co-founder Roger Waters are met with derision and death threats.
There seems to be a spiral of insanity that the U.S., European elites and the Kiev regime are beholden to.
The Kremlin has warned that it will use “all means necessary” to defend itself if Russia’s existential security is threatened even by “conventional weapons”. The dynamic here is perilous for catastrophic nuclear all-out war in a way that makes the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962 pale by comparison.
It needs to be emphasized that the present dangerous dilemma has been consciously driven by U.S. policy choices.
Recall that Zbigniew Brzezinski, the former U.S. presidential strategist to Jimmy Carter (1977-1981), hailed Ukraine as the “pivot” for hegemonic control over Eurasia and a bridgehead to destabilize Russia in his 1997 book entitled ‘The Grand Chessboard’.
Brzezinski was also the architect of the “Afghan Quagmire” which the U.S. covertly instigated to draw in Soviet troops into a ten-year war (1979-1989). That war was deliberately engineered by massive American weaponization of Afghan proxies (who later evolved into Al Qaeda and other Islamist terror networks) to give the Soviet Union “their Vietnam”. The debilitating drain on Moscow from the “Afghan Trap” was arguably a causal factor in the eventual collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991.
What is happening currently in Ukraine has unerring parallels. As the Rand Corp eagerly anticipated, the conflict is aimed at “overextending and unbalancing Russia”. It is no doubt heavily invested that the military, economic and political pressures being generated and imposed on Moscow will lead to the weakening of the Russian state, the collapse of governing structures, regime change and the splintering of the national territory into disparate mini-states over which the U.S. can exert hegemonic dominance for exploitation of Russia’s vast natural wealth. Russian President Vladimir Putin recently pointed out that this geopolitical objective of defeating Russia is the touchstone of our time.
Other sources corroborate the conclusion that this conflict is a war of choice. NATO secretary-general Jens Stoltenberg disclosed – probably unintentionally – in an opinion article for the Financial Times last month that the U.S.-led military bloc has been weaponizing the Ukraine since 2014 for the purpose of agitating tensions with Russia.
Thus, NATO weapons being pumped into the Ukraine are not a “response” to “defend” against Russia. The offensive military aid is merely being accelerated after years of provocative arming of the former Soviet republic and Russia’s immediate western and historically close neighbor.
Last month, another senior NATO commander, Admiral Rob Bauer, chairman of the bloc’s military committee, made the brazen admission that: “The planning for that [the current war] began years ago but we’re now implementing it.”
It is therefore indisputable that a legal case can and should be made. The United States and its allies are guilty of perpetrating a deliberate war of aggression against Russia that has long been in the planning works.
That’s not only a supreme war crime, according to Nuremberg principles. It is also placing the very existence of the entire planet at grave risk. Can anything be more God-damn evil?

National Security Council Strategic Communications Coordinator John Kirby admitted that the US worked with Ukrainians on "some pandemic prevention research" prior to Russia's special military operation in Ukraine, adding that research facilities had been "safely deactivated."
Earlier this week, the Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) released a new batch of information pertaining to the Pentagon's biological programs in Ukraine. The information was obtained in the course of Moscow's special military operation that was launched on February 24, 2022.
Russia's Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defense (RCB) Troops revealed on Monday that in 2022 the US evacuated Ukrainian specialists working on bioweapons to western countries, including the US, Canada and throughout the European Union. The relocation was undertaken in part to prevent Russia from obtaining more information about activities by Ukrainian and US specialists that may be in contravention of international obligations and treaty norms. RCB troops began exposing the extent of the US bioweapons program in Ukraine last spring.
Responding to the latest findings by the Russian MoD, National Security Council Strategic Communications Coordinator John Kirby claimed: "There are no bioweapons labs, there is no bio weapons work being done by or with the United States with Ukraine in Ukraine."
At the same time, however, Kirby noted that the US "had been working with the Ukrainians on some pandemic prevention research," adding that "all those research facilities were vacated and safely deactivated before" the beginning of the Russian special military operation to demilitarize and de-Nazify the country.
Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov immediately drew attention to a clear contradiction in Kirby's statement: "If such a program was purely peaceful, then why were the works so promptly curtailed? Why are these issues handled by the military, but not the civilian specialists?" the Russian diplomat asked.
Antonov presumed that the US projects were closed, and the laboratories were deactivated strictly before the special military operation started, because Washington did not want the results of its research to fall into the hands of the Russian military.

Nuland's Bizarre Admission About Ukraine's 'Biological Research Facilities'​

Antonov's assumption appears to be not without merit. On March 8, Russia's Foreign Ministry stated that Moscow "obtained documents proving that Ukrainian biological laboratories located near Russian borders worked on the development of components of biological weapons."
On March 10, the Russian Ministry of Defence released documents related to the suspected military biological activities of the United States in Ukraine. Judging from the files presented by the MoD, the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency played the leading role in financing and developing components for biological weapons. Over 30 biological laboratories belonging to the US in Ukraine had been found, according to the MoD.
The US dismissed the accusations as "laughable." However, on March 8, Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland testified before a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing on Ukraine and admitted that "Ukraine has biological research facilities." She hastily added: "We are now in fact quite concerned that Russian troops, Russian forces, may be seeking to, uh, gain control of [those labs], so we are working with the Ukrainians on how they can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces should they approach."

Some prominent American journalists raised inconvenient questions about Ukraine's biological program which appeared to be dangerous enough, given the US government's grave concerns that some of the "research materials" could end up in Russia's hands.
They quoted, in particular, Robert Pope, the head of the Cooperative Threat Reduction Program at the Pentagon, who claimed in his February 25 interview that some Ukrainian biolabs may hold pathogen strains left over from the Soviet bioweapons program preserved in freezers for research purposes.
Moreover, a conservative British outlet recovered a deleted article titled "Biolab Opens in Ukraine," dating back to June 18, 2010. The article said that the US had built a level-3 biosafety lab in the Ukrainian city of Odessa to study dangerous pathogens, including anthrax, tularemia, and Q fever, "used by bioterrorists".
A 2011 report from the US National Academy of Sciences’ Committee on Anticipating Biosecurity Challenges of the Global Expansion of High-Containment Biological Laboratories, also quoted by the British media outlet, further revealed that the Odessa lab was reconstructed through "a cooperative agreement" between the Pentagon and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine that started in 2005.
To complicate matters further, China's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian raised the red flag on March 13, stating on his Twitter account that "the US Embassy in Ukraine has deleted from its website all documents about Pentagon-funded biolabs in Ukraine recently."

US Senior Officials Involved in Ukrainian Biolab Projects​

On 24 March, the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) revealed, citing documents obtained during the Russian special operation in Ukraine, that Rosemont Seneca maintained "close ties" with the US defense contractors, including Metabiota and Black & Veatch (B&V). It also showed that the firm – which was co-founded by US President Joe Biden's son, Hunter – participated in the financing of the Pentagon's biological program in Ukraine.
The Daily Mail reported on 25 March that Hunter "helped secure millions of dollars of funding" for Metabiota, a Department of Defense contractor, which worked in Ukraine, specializing in research on pandemic-causing diseases "that could be used as bioweapons."
The exposure of US longstanding bio-research in Ukraine continued to unfold in the following months with the White House continuing to deny any cooperation with Kiev in the field. Meanwhile, Russia's MoD detailed in May 2022 that senior Democratic Party politicians were the chief "ideologists" of Washington's bio-research in Ukraine.
According to the MoD, former US President Barack Obama "in 2005 entered into partnership agreements with Ukraine to launch military biological programs in the country," while former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton "initiated the adoption of the American strategy to counter biological threats and contributed to the legalization of dual-use research". Then-Vice President Joe Biden "coordinated the activities of the military biological program and was involved in financial machinations in Ukraine," according to the Russian military.

Pentagon Admitted It 'Collaborated' With 46 Ukrainian Biolabs​

On June 9, the Pentagon released a fact sheet, claiming that "the United States worked collaboratively to improve Ukraine’s biological safety, security, and disease surveillance for both human and animal health, providing support to 46 peaceful Ukrainian laboratories, health facilities, and disease diagnostic sites over the last two decades."
According to the DoD, the collaborative programs "have focused on improving public health and agricultural safety measures at the nexus of nonproliferation."
The fact sheet further claimed that Ukraine "has no nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons programs."
However, evidence presented by Russia's MoD described quite a different picture. Not only did the US-funded labs research dangerous pathogens and potential ways of their spreading, but also used Ukrainian military, prisoners and people with mental disorders as guinea pigs.

"We have repeatedly pointed out that the United States carries out its most controversial research, from the point of view of international law, outside its own territory," Russia's MoD stated earlier this week. "We believe that the actions of officials who have conducted research on Ukrainian military personnel whose blood contained high concentrations of antibiotics, narcotics, and antibodies to pathogens of infectious diseases require an appropriate legal evaluation."

Russia's Investigation Received Huge Public Interest​

According to the Russian military, its publications on the Pentagon's military biological programs in Ukraine have received significant public interest.

"Mass demonstrations against the activities of US-funded biological laboratories have taken place in the countries of the post-Soviet space. Public organizations of the Eurasian Economic Union have adopted a resolution against biolabs funded by the Pentagon. A number of investigations have also been initiated inside the US itself," RCB Troops Chief Igor Kirillov stated on Monday.
Previously, the Chinese government had repeatedly raised concerns with regard to Washington's secretive biolabs scattered around the world. According to Beijing, the US operates roughly 360 overseas bioresearch facilities.
In November 2022, the UN Security Council held a vote on Russia's proposal to kick off an independent international investigation into Ukraine's apparent biowarfare programs. China supported Russia’s resolution, while the US, Britain, and France voted against it.
Contradictory statements by Nuland and Kirby as well as the Pentagon's admission that it did provide support to 40+ bioresearch facilities in Ukraine indicate that the truth is too big to sweep under the rug. The Russian military has made it clear that they will continue to expose the extent of the involvement of the Pentagon and US top political figures in Ukraine's questionable and potentially criminal bio-research activities.
