Muslim appeared in court for stubbing
Mohamed Muse, 20 of Melbourne suburb West Brunswick, facing a magistrate accused for stabbing another [COLOR="Red[B][COLOR="Blue"]"]”�’Muslim;' ’Amrish Jusrut’ on passengers train, with pocket knife and stealing his mobile phone last Friday. He faces five charges, including intentionally causing serious injury and assault.
Magistrate Donna Bakos ordered him to undergo alcohol abuse counseling and report to police twice weekly.
He is to appear again on April 30, 2007
