PASADENA -- About 100 residents of a low-income apartment building were evacuated early Sunday morning after a man pointed a gun at a security guard's head and then ran into the building, police said.
Police described him as an African-American man in his 30s, 6 feet tall with a thin build and a mustache, wearing a black baseball cap and a brown T-shirt, and with a tattoo on his upper body.
