Little Rock Police Arrest Bank Robbery Suspect

Little Rock - Quick work by Little Rock Police nets an arrest for a bank robbery just hours after the crime. The robbery happened just before 2:00 Friday afternoon at the Bank of America branch on Kavanaugh Boulevard.
Twenty-two-year-old Damtris Brooks is now in police custody, accused of entering the bank demanding large bills from a female teller and threatening to shoot her. The teller complied and handed over an undisclosed amount of cash. Brooks then fled the scene in a vehicle, never displaying a weapon. He was later caught along Interstate 430.
