A perv tried to rape a woman in an early-morning attack as she walked in the Bronx this week, police said.
The 24-year-old woman was walking at Bryant Avenue and Jennings Street in Charlotte Gardens around 3 a.m. Tuesday when the creep approached her from behind and put her in a chokehold, causing her to lose consciousness, cops said.
Then he attempted to rape her, authorities said.

The suspect then grabbed the woman’s cellphone and ran off, cops said.
The victim was taken to Lincoln Medical Center for treatment, police said.

Cops released surveillance footage of the suspect, which they say shows him walking prior to the incident.
