An off-duty NYPD traffic agent was arrested this week for allegedly choking his girlfriend in Queens, cops said.
Shahidul Islam, 37, allegedly became violent during an argument with the woman on Monday, police said.
He was arrested and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment.
The agent was busted in the confines of the 107th Precinct, which covers a portion of northern Queens, including Fresh Meadows.
