Police are now calling Montre Kelley, 27, a suspect in a string of Northeast side rapes. There have been at least four attacks in the past few weeks all in the same area. Authorities caught Kelley Thursday night on the opposite side of town at an apartment complex near Loop 410 and Interstate 10.
