NEW ORLEANS -- New Orleans police have issued an arrest warrant for 22-year-old Cecil Banks, wanted in connection with the June 24 robbery of Algiers
Bar at 500 Elmira St.
Cecil Banks
According to investigators, two armed men robbed the business. Fourth District Detective Michael Thomassie conducted an investigation and obtained an arrest warrant for Banks relative to armed robbery.
Crimestoppers, at (504) 822-1111, is offering up to a $2,500 reward for information leading to a
