NEW ORLEANS -- New Orleans police have issued an arrest warrant for a man wanted in connection with the sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl.
Arrow Carter
Arrow Carter, 27, faces aggravated rape. He is accused of assaulting the girl several times from June 2003 until December 2004 in the 3800 block of Gibson Street.
Crimestoppers, at (504) 822-1111, is offering up to $2,500 for information leading Carter's arrest and indictment. Callers may remain anonymous.
