Man Robs Bank Without Using Weapon

There's a bank robber on the loose in South Jersey.
Police said a man robbed a TD Banknorth Monday in the 100 block of White Horse Pike in Berlin Borough.
He did not show or use a weapon.
He just handed the teller a note.
The man got away on foot.
