Man cut with knife while stopped at sign

1. A man's arm was cut with a knife by a potential carjacker Wednesday night, according to a report filed by Officer William Evans. The victim said the assailant approached him while he was at a stop sign on Jordan Road. The victim was cut as he drove away.
The suspect, described as a black male in his mid 20s, 6 feet 1-inch tall and 190 pounds, ran northbound on Jordan Road after the 8:30 p.m. incident.
The victim told Evans the assailant put a pocketknife to his chest and said demanded the car. The dr
ver received a 2-inch cut on his arm.
