Lumberton, N.C. — A man considered "armed and dangerous" who was wanted in the shooting death of a 64-year-old was taken into custody on Sunday night.


Officials found Tracy Worriax dead inside a home on Troy Drive in Lumberton on Friday around 8 p.m.


Law enforcement were looking for Demarreon McDaniel, 28, of Rowland, in connection to the shooting. McDaniel was wanted for first-degree murder and larceny of a motor vehicle.
