Judge Throws Out Calico Charge For Lack Of Evidence
A Davidson County judge has thrown out a charge of public indecency against Tennessee receiver Tyrone Calico.
Judge Casey Moreland ruled there was not enough evidence against Calico, who appeared in General Sessions Court Thursday morning.
Police cited the receiver on May 12 for public indecency for having sex with an 18-year-old woman in the back seat of his sports utility vehicle. He had been parked near Nashville's Music Row area.
Calico, 24, is entering his third season with the Titans and is expected to be a starter after having his left ACL re
paired last October.
The judge said, "Bad judgment does not rise to the point of criminal activity." [
