Police say a 30-year-old Edwardsville man passed out drunk in his car and awoke to a felony charge of possessing cocaine near a school.

Edwardsville Police arrested Jelani Jackson at three a-m last Sunday after an officer saw him sit through several traffic light changes. Police say Jackson was asleep with his foot on the brake.â┚¬Ã…¡ÃƒÆ’”�Å¡  ( :rotfl: )

Police say they found almost two ounces of packaged cocaine found in Jackson&#39
;s car
. So Jackson now faces felony charges of possessing cocaine for distribution and -- because he was fewer than one-thousand feet from a Kindercare day-care center -- six to 15 years in prison.

Erring on the side of caution, I'll put this in "suspected TNB" - but it sure smells certain to Herr Doktor.
