Police department spokesperson Lieutenant Joe Cecile says finding him has proven difficult.
"He's got family members in different locations around the city, and those are the addresses we've been trying to check to see if we can talk to him. But he has no specific address himself," Cecile said
.
Cecile says a statewide bulletin has been issued for Deshazon. North Syracuse police spotted Dashazon driving a stolen car through the village Wednesday afternoon.
