Ex-Intel Chief on Durham Probe: There’ll Be ‘Quite a Few More Indictments’

No "proper predicate to open a criminal investigation into the Trump campaign, yet that happened," says John Ratcliffe

Former US Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe has expressed hope that new indictments will come out of Special Counsel John Durham’s inquiry into the origins of the FBI investigation of ex-President Donald Trump’s alleged links to Russia during the 2016 presidential campaign.

In an interview with Fox News, Ratcliffe said that “[then-Attorney General] Bill Barr, John Durham, and I, all looking at this intelligence, agreed there was not a proper predicate to open a criminal investigation into the Trump campaign, yet that happened.”

“So, those are the issues that John Durham is looking at, and I think there’ll be many more — I would expect there to be quite a few more indictments because of that. There was not a proper predicate to begin that investigation. John Durham has said that publicly already”, the ex-DNI chief added.

Ratcliffe did not elaborate on who exactly he expected to be indicted. He instead moved on, referring in the interview to a discussion he had with Durham in the fall of 2020, when the former DNI boss ordered the declassification of documents related to the FBI’s “Russiagate” probe.

“We talked about [then-CIA Director] John Brennan’s notes, talked about, you know, [former Secretary of State] Hillary Clinton’s campaign advisers. Obviously, the pleadings talk about Hillary Clinton’s campaign lawyers, now you’re talking about consultants”, Ratcliffe said.

He claimed that Brennan briefed then-President Barack Obama and then-Vice President Joe Biden as well as other members of the national security team about “this specific intelligence, that John Durham now has, about a Hillary Clinton plan to falsely accuse and vilify Donald Trump with a scandal, and the discussion around that and whether or not it was good intelligence”.

According to the former DNI chief, Durham found evidence of “a conspiracy, meaning two or more people in furtherance of a crime; and anyone that was aware that this campaign plan was going to be falsely pitched to the FBI or the CIA or law enforcement or intelligence authorities would be subject to criminal prosecution for any number of criminal crimes — mail fraud, wire fraud, lying under oath, congressional testimony, false testimony to prosecutors, all of those things”.

Ratcliffe argued that the evidence “could go broadly and deeply” and that he thinks “it does, based on intelligence that I have seen and that I discussed with John Durham”.

The remarks came as Fox News reported that the Durham probe has “accelerated”, with more people “cooperating” and testifying before a grand jury than was previously revealed. The news network cited an unnamed source as saying that there has been “much more activity” behind the scenes “than has been visible to the public”, and that Durham “does this right and keeps it a secret”.

The claims were preceded by the special counsel revealing in a new filing that in the run-up to the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign paid a tech company to “infiltrate” Trump Tower and White House servers, with the alleged goal of smearing the then Republican presidential hopeful by linking him to Russia.

Trump responded by claiming Durham’s filing “proves indisputable evidence” that his campaign and presidency “were spied on by operatives paid by the Hillary Clinton campaign in an effort to develop a completely fabricated connection to Russia”, which has repeatedly rejected all “collusion” allegations.

In April 2019, a report by then-Special Counsel Robert Mueller revealed that his probe found insufficient evidence to prove collaboration between Russia and Trump’s campaign team ahead of the 2016 election.

Poll: Two Thirds Of DEMOCRATS Want Hillary Spying, Fake Russia Narrative Planting Investigated

“Right now she is a certified political criminal."

A poll has revealed that a stunning 66 percent of DEMOCRATS want to see a new investigation into Hillary Clinton’s role in spying on the Trump 2016 campaign, and the baseless charges of Russian collusion that followed his victory in the election.

The issue has come back into the spotlight following revelations of the Durham probe into the FBI’s investigation, which found that Clinton operatives paid a tech company to “infiltrate” servers at Trump Towers and the White House, not only to spy on the Trump team and dig up dirt, but also allegedly with the intention to manufacture a “narrative” of Russian collusion.

Now we know. The 2016 Clinton campaign was a criminal enterprise. Paying tech executives to infiltrate Trump servers & the White House. Time for someone to go to jail https://t.co/JmCWI8RrwW

The poll, conducted by TechnoMetrica Institute of Policy and Politics reveals that almost three quarters of those polled who were following the story want prosecutors to investigate Hillary and members of her campaign team.

Those figures include two thirds of Democrats who were polled, twenty percent more than supported the move back in October. A total of 91 percent of Republicans want further investigation, with 65 percent of independents demanding a fresh probe.

The poll was even conducted before the very latest expositions, and so the figures are likely now even more damning for Clinton.

The same poll also found that 68 percent of respondents want to see more scrutiny of the Bidens’ business activities, including Hunter Biden’s involvement with his father’s administration.

A total of 71 percent of BOTH Democrats and Republicans said that they believe Biden family business should be kept separate from Biden administration activity.

When asked repeatedly about the unfolding scandal with Clinton, Biden’s deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre refused to answer, stating “That’s something I can’t speak to from this podium so I refer you to the Department of Justice.”

Fox News host Jesse Watters presented a powerful report on the scandal Monday:

Watters further declared Monday that the failed presidential candidate “should be banished from polite society,” if the allegations are true.

“I’m not comparing her to O.J., because, you know, we have no proof that he ever murdered anybody, but I would like to see Hillary treated the way O.J. is. He’s not really welcome places, he’s kind of a pariah,” Watters stated.

The host added “Right now she is a certified political criminal. Her husband has been #metooed and has been fingered to be on Epstein’s island and you know the Foundation, that’s just like a washed up money laundering operation.”

“She paid people to hack into Trump’s computers and frame him for being a Russian traitor!” Watters asserted, adding “That would be like paying someone to break into Trump Tower at 2:00 in the morning, plant a bunch of guns and drugs and Russian documents and then call the FBI and say hey guys, I got a tip, why don’t you go raid the tower. That’s the same thing,”

He continued “And we now know too that this was happening as far back as 2014. The CIA knew Crooked was trying to frame him, they briefed Obama that Hillary was going to frame him. They briefed the FBI that this was a frame job so Mueller was just a clean-up operation to tee up the impeachment – and it failed.”

Former Director Of National Intel. Drops A BOMB: ‘Biden AND Obama KNEW About Clinton’s Plot To Hack Trump Servers’ And There’s ‘Enough Evidence’ For Criminal Indictments

Former Director of National Intelligence John Radcliffe has dropped a bomb on the Obama Administration, including both the former President and current President, Joe Biden.
According to Ratcliffe, both Joe Biden and Barack Obama were well aware that Hillary Clinton’s team was attempting to hack into Trump’s servers in order to discover ties to the Kremlin, since John Brennan briefed them on Clinton’s strategy to taint Trump with a scandal.
Ratcliffe has asserted that there is more than ‘enough evidence’ to indict ‘multiple people’ connected to the scandal.

Even Democrats are now demanding for Mrs. Clinton’s involvement in Russiagate to be examined.

The Mail Online reports:
Ratcliffe said former CIA Director John Brennan told Obama and the then-president and Vice President Biden in 2016 about allegations Clinton was trying to fabricate Trump’s links to Russia to distract from the scandal over her deleted emails.
The former DNI also told Fox News Digital on Monday there is ‘enough evidence’ to indict ‘multiple people’ in Special Counsel John Durham’s probe into the origins of the Russia investigation into ex-President Doanld Trump.
It follows Durham’s bombshell claims in legal filings over the weekend that Clinton’s campaign paid a firm to target servers in Trump Tower to create a fake scandal while he was still in office.
Clinton allegedly approved in the 2016 election ‘a plan concerning U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering U.S. elections as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server,’ according to a CIA Counterintelligence Operational Lead (CIOL) first revealed when a heavily-redacted version became declassified in October 2020.
The September 2016 memo was forwarded from the CIA to the FBI to the attention of then-FBI Director James Comey and then-Deputy Assistant Director of Counterintelligence Peter Strzok – the ‘FBI lover’ who had a relationship with Lisa Page.
Trump sent a short statement Monday morning with feelings of vindication after Durham’s filing revealed Clinton’s plot to link him to Russia.
‘I was proven right about the spying, and I will be proven right about 2020!’ he wrote, insisting his claims of fraud and meddling in the 2020 presidential election will also be confirmed.
‘What did John Brennan tell President Obama in the Oval Office in 2016?’ Fox News’ Bill Hemmer asked Ratcliffe during an interview Monday.
‘Well, I can talk about this because this part has been declassified,’ he prefaced. ‘He briefed President Obama and Vice President Biden and other members of the national security team about this specific intelligence that John Durham now has about a Hillary Clinton plan to falsely accuse and vilify Donald Trump with a scandal, and the discussion around that and whether or not it was good intelligence.’
‘And so everything that happened after that is one of the reasons that John Durham is investigating,’ Ratcliffe added.
‘Those are the issues that John Durham is looking at and I think there will be many more,’ he said. ‘I would expect there to be quite a few more indictments because of that. There wasn’t a proper predicate to begin that investigation and John Durham has said that publicly already.’
DailyMail.com reached out to an Obama spokesperson regarding the alleged briefing but did not get a response.
White House Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked about the Ratcliffe claims during Monday’s briefing and referred reporters to the Justice Department for all questions related to the Durham report.
Brennan was questioned by Special Counsel John Durham’s team for eight hours in August 2020 as part of the ongoing investigation, specifically focusing on whether the former CIA director pushed for a more blunt assessment of Russia’s motivations
Ratcliffe told Durham, sources told Fox News, that the indictments could be connected to Clinton’s lawyers hacking Trump’s servers to try and fabricate ties to his campaign and the Kremlin in order to distract from her own email scandal.
A source familiar with the matter told Fox that Ratcliffe has privately raised concerns regarding the CIOL directing its memo specifically to Comey and Strzok.
Ratcliffe met with Durham more than once and shared his assessment that multiple people can be charged with a crime in the events that ultimately led to Trump’s first impeachment, in which he was acquitted by the Senate.
Before becoming Trump’s director of National Intelligence, Ratcliffe served as U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Texas and after that was a congressman for Texas’ 4th congressional district.
A growing chorus of Democrats believe Clinton should be questioned by Durham for her alleged role in the Russian secret server scandal in a poll conducted before the bombshell revelations that her team spied on Trump’s campaign.

“Why isn’t the media asking who gave Crooked Hillary Clinton’s “plumbers” their orders?"

A new video released by the Trump campaign has vowed that “justice is coming for Hillary Clinton” amid revelations that her campaign attempted to frame a ‘Russian collusion’ narrative by infiltrating and planting ‘evidence’ on Trump’s servers.

The video features Trump making previous charges that Hillary spied on his campaign and being dismissed by the media.

Watch: [ck site link, above, top]

Trump himself issued another statement Wednesday in which he asked “Why isn’t the media asking who gave Crooked Hillary Clinton’s “plumbers” their orders?”

Trump adds “With Watergate it was the coverup that turned out to be the far bigger crime. With Hillarygate it is the Mainstream Media Coverup that is almost as big of a crime as the act of treasonous espionage itself.”

“It is showing the world why our media is truly the enemy of the people!” the statement concludes.

a crime as the act of treasonous espionage itself. It is showing the world why our media is truly the enemy of the people!”

Meanwhile, Hillary herself addressed the scandal professing her innocence and declaring “The more his misdeeds are exposed the more they lie”.

Trump & Fox are desperately spinning up a fake scandal to distract from his real ones. So it's a day that ends in Y.

The more his misdeeds are exposed, the more they lie.

For those interested in reality, here's a good debunking of their latest nonsense.https://t.co/iYY8Uxuogx

Journalist Glenn Greenwald pointed out that it is actually Hillary’s lawyer that is the confirmed liar:

Hillary Clinton's lawyer has been criminally indicted by the Durham probe for lying to the FBI about Russiagate/Alfa Bank. An FBI lawyer pled guilty to lying to the FISA court to spy on Carter Page. Nothing Hillary or Dems' media servants can say will ever negate these facts. https://t.co/2NRLABkkgn

Ekaterina BlinovaAll materialsWrite to the authorSpecial Counsel John Durham's latest court filing alleged "treason at the highest level" on the part of Hillary Clinton and her team, ex-President Donald Trump told Fox News. However, the mainstream media in the US has either neglected or downplayed the exposure while spinning the narrative of the Capitol Riot "plot". Is Trump's stance justified?
"This is much worse than Watergate!", says Earl Rasmussen, executive vice president of Eurasia Group, referring to the special counsel's allegation that a tech firm tied to Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign spied on Trump. "It involved the illegal spying on a presidential candidate and a standing president. Moreover, it included elements at very senior levels of 'trusted' government organisations to include the Justice Department, the FBI, and the CIA along with members of Congress. I also believe that elements of the Obama administration were aware and fully cooperated".
Special Counsel Durham alleges in the latest court filing concerning former Perkins Coie lawyer Michael Sussmann, that Tech Executive-1 (identified by The Epoch Times as Rodney Joffe) asked his researchers "to mine Internet data to establish 'an inference' and 'narrative' tying then-candidate Trump to Russia".
According to the special counsel, Joffe and his associates particularly exploited internet data from "the Executive Office of the President of the United States" (EOP) to damage President Trump. They obtained the information because they had "come to access and maintain dedicated servers for the Executive Office of the President". This effort wasn't limited to the EOP: Joffe allegedly also exploited data from Trump Tower, another Trump building, and a "healthcare provider".

Durham's indictment of Sussmann released in September 2021, detailed Joffe/Tech Executive-1's collaboration with the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign and cited him as bragging that Hillary offered him a position in her administration in the event she won the presidency.
"According to multiple reports, not only Durham, then-CIA Director John Brennan made Barack Obama aware well before November 2016 that Hillary Clinton and her allies were intent on smearing candidate Trump over alleged Russian ties", says Wall Street analyst and investigative journalist Charles Ortel. "While [the FBI's] Jim Comey and Peter Strzok were directed to look into these suspicions, Obama did not order Hillary and her campaign to cease and desist, which arguably makes Obama and others co-conspirators in a seditious plot, perhaps".

Government resources were apparently used to spy upon and attack candidate and president-elect Trump, Ortel says, adding that by 6 January 2017 "Joe Biden, Susan Rice, and others were woven into the conspiracy to flatten Trump, a conspiracy that continued through the Trump presidency and runs on today".

"Essentially, [they] eroded the credibility of the US government and crippled a presidency with seditious actions", Rasmussen claims. "Watergate pales in comparison to these meticulously planned and executed actions".

'US Media in Denial of Spygate Because It's Complicit in It'

The mainstream media in the US has largely downplayed Durham's purported exposure. Yahoo News claimed, citing "a leading cybersecurity expert", that the special counsel's document "does little to support Trump's claim that his allegations of spying have been vindicated". Joffe's spokesman has also stepped forward, insisting that "Mr Joffe is an apolitical internet security expert with decades of service to the US government who has never worked for a political party".
For her part, Hillary Clinton tweeted on 16 February that "Trump and Fox [News] are desperately spinning up a fake scandal to distract from his real ones".

The American media has good reason to ignore and downplay the spying scandal because it is "complicit in shaping the narrative with false allegations on nearly a daily basis", according to Rasmussen.
"They are linked financially, politically, and personally to the Democratic Party", the scholar explains. "They were the megaphone, the loudspeaker trumpeting the Russia collusion hoax! Their reputation is on the line and will likely want to avoid publicly acknowledging any role or may take steps to attempt to question evidence of the conspiracy against President Trump".

In addition, the ongoing investigation may further affect the Democratic Party's election odds in the forthcoming midterms, adding to the "failed" policies of the current administration, according to him.

A poll conducted by the TechnoMetrica Institute of Policy and Politics indicated that 66 percent of Democrats want prosecutors to investigate Hillary Clinton and her team's alleged role in spying on the Trump campaign. The survey also found that 91 percent of Republicans want further investigation, while 65 percent of independents want a new probe into the matter.

Travesty to Democracy: Capitol Riot or Trump's Spygate?

The alleged spying plot has all the earmarks of a "seditious conspiracy" while the events of 6 January 2021 – called the "biggest blow to democracy" by the Democrats – is nothing but a political stunt, according to the observers.
"My colleague Jason Goodman and I spent five hours on video in Washington, DC on 6 January 2021", says Charles Ortel. "There were many tens and perhaps hundreds of thousands of people there, most of whom were peaceful, even cheerful. Yes, there was some violence in the end but it is still not clear who may have instigated the trouble or why".

As for the Democrats, "guilty people tend either to shut up or to gaslight the opposition", according to the analyst.

The Democratic Party's purported actions to destroy Trump and his administration were nothing short of a "travesty to democracy" in contrast to the 6 January DC riots, according to Rassmusen.
"Let’s face it, the Democratic Party or at least many senior members of the party have lost all credibility and any sense of integrity. They are self-serving in seeking both power and financial gain", the scholar says. "Sadly, many do not care about 'democracy'".

While the mainstream media in America is still in denial over spygate and offers extremely weak counter-arguments to Durham's claims, the special counsel is likely to have much more than the public has so far seen, Ortel concludes.

Media Vapors: How Special Counsel John Durham Has Triggered a Media Meltdown

Link: https://www.cracknewz.com/2022/02/media-vapors-how-special-counsel-john.html

Pediatricians call it “breath-holding spells.” It was when children hold their breath when upset until they experience syncope, or passing out. The media in Washington appears close to a collective faint over the recent filings of Special Counsel John Durham. While the media has largely buried or downplayed the disclosures by Durham on the origins of the Russian conspiracy claims, Durham keeps adding new details implicating top Democratic figures in what he describes as an ongoing investigation. You can only hold your breath so long and Durham shows no signs that he is done by a long shot.

The latest disclosures by Durham are difficult for many in the media to cover because they directly refute years of prior coverage. Many in the media lampooned Donald Trump for claiming that the FBI and the Clinton campaign spied on Trump Tower and his campaign. Yet, we later learned that the FBI did spy on the campaign. In 2020, the media largely ignored that finding.
That is when the first stage of syncope began: the “prodrome” with signs of media “discomfort, extreme fatigue, weakness, yawning, nausea, dizziness, and vertigo.
Now, Durham has told a court that he has evidence that Clinton operatives “exploited” access to systems at the Trump Tower, Trump’s apartment building, and “the Executive Office of the President of the United States.” While Durham does not use the term “spying,” he states that the operation allegedly targeted the campaign and the Trump Tower as well as the Executive Office.
We are now in the second syncopal phrase: loss of media consciousness.
There is no way to cover this story without many admitting that it facilitated a false narrative created by the Clinton campaign, including attacking those who suggested that the Clinton campaign would ever engage in such disreputable conduct.
The case itself remains a single false statement (much like some of the charges brought by Special Counsel Robert Mueller). It is not an easy case to prove. However, the details emerging in the case are filling in gaps on how the Clinton Campaign’s funded and directed the development of the now debunked narrative of a conspiracy between Russian and the Trump campaign. What is also notable in the filing is the extent to which the Clinton campaign used lawyers to carry out this work, including hiding its funding while denying connections to the work of figures like Christopher Steele.
The new information was revealed in a filing raising conflicts of interest in the law firm of Latham Watkins, which is representing indicted former Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann. The firm has represented other Clinton related figures. It was a fitting objection in a case where a circle of Democratic lawyers and law firms have featured prominently as well as the liberal think tank, Brookings Institution. The cross pollination of these law firms is one of the least discussed elements in the scandal.
The Durham filings repeatedly return to the work of Perkins Coie, a firm with a long and deep connection to the Democratic Party. The Clinton campaign reportedly used a screen of lawyers to hide that it was behind the Russian conspiracy claims.
The key to many of these operations is someone referred to by Durham as “Campaign Lawyer-1,” who is widely believed to the then Perkins partner and Clinton Campaign General Counsel Marc Elias. Elias was called before the grand jury. It was Elias who made the key funding available to Fusion GPS, which in turn enlisted Steele to produce his now discredited dossier on Trump and his campaign. The firm listed the payouts as “legal fees.”
During the campaign, a few reporters did ask how the possible connection to the campaign, but Clinton campaign officials denied any involvement. It was only weeks after the election that journalists discovered that the Clinton campaign allegedly hid payments for the Steele dossier as “legal fees” among the $5.6 million paid to Perkins Coie. New York Times reporter Ken Vogel said at the time that Elias denied involvement in the anti-Trump dossier. When Vogel tried to report the story, he said, Elias “pushed back vigorously, saying ‘You (or your sources) are wrong.’” Times reporter Maggie Haberman declared, “Folks involved in funding this lied about it, and with sanctimony, for a year.” Elias also reportedly sat next to campaign chair John Podesta when he also reportedly denied the connection.
Sussmann was indicted for allegedly hiding his representation of the Clinton Campaign as he spread a different Russian collusion allegation involving the Trump Organization and Russia’s Alfa Bank. (Elias is also referenced in meetings on that operation). Sussmann filed a response this week and asked the Court to strike the entirety of the factual section of the Durham filing as unsubstantiated and sensational. (That could open the door for Durham in response to substantiate these claims even further).
Durham added details showing how Perkins Coie used its attorney-client relationships to further the Russian conspiracy operation for the campaign. He alleges that Elias and Sussmann enlisted an Internet executive, Rodney Joffe, to help build the foundation for the claims. Joffe alerted Sussmann about the Alfa Bank claims by July 2016, and “over the ensuing weeks, and as part of their lawyer-client relationship,” Sussmann and Joffe “engaged in efforts with Campaign Lawyer-1 .”
The use of lawyers to shield such work is nothing new in Washington. During the Nixon Administration, lawyers were used extensively to maintain slush funds and enable “dirty trick” operations.
What is striking about the Durham filings is the audacity of the Perkins Coie operation. While the funding was buried away, the lawyers were seemingly unconcerned about approving such efforts or personally reaching out to sympathetic government and media figures. They were, to some degree, justified in their sense of immunity.
Indeed, to this day, many refuse to cover extensive evidence of how the Clinton campaign manufactured this story that largely occupied the entire term of President Donald Trump. Before the Steele dossier was given to the FBI and the press, then-CIA Director John Brennan briefed former President Obama on Clinton’s alleged “plan” to tie candidate Trump to Russia as “a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server.” That operation appears to have been launched through Elias and Perkins Coie.
After the 2020 election, Democratic members and legal experts demanded the disbarring of a host of Republican attorneys for their spreading disinformation of a widespread election fraud. These same figures, however, are entirely silent about the role of Clinton lawyers in secretly funding the debunked Russian collusion claims. There is no interest in whether, as alleged by reporters, figures like Elias lied about the involvement of the Clinton campaign.
Sussmann is now facing a trial on his allegedly false statement. Elias remains unindicted. With little sense of irony, he has established a law firm to deal with ethics and campaign disclosures.
Durham’s continued investigation may be pushing the media to the final stage called “postsyncope,” which involves “protracted confusion, disorientation, nausea, dizziness, and a general sense of poor health.” That has reflected in the flailing effort by some to deflect from the alarming disclosures. New York Times reporter Mike McIntire seemed to express alarm that the Durham story was “trending.” However, McIntire offered “a periodic reminder that Trump’s campaign chairman secretly met and shared info with a Russian intelligence agent.” The “info” was polling data on the campaign that Paul Manafort gave a person with Russian intelligence ties.
That, of course, has no relevance to the question of whether the Clinton Campaign spied on the Trump Tower, campaign, or the White House itself. The “periodic reminder” seemed to be to other media that they needed to continue to hold their breath and not recognize a major story. Such “protracted confusion” is natural, but it will not dissipate any time soon. Durham apparently is calling more people into the grand jury.

Tulsi Gabbard Rips Into ‘Power Elite’, the ‘Biden-Clinton-Neocon-Neolib Foreign Policy’ at CPAC

Former Hawaii congresswoman also hit at Clinton for generating a fake narrative about Trump-Russia "collusion."

Earlier in February, after Special Counsel John Durham revealed that Hillary Clinton paid cyber-security experts to hack into Donald Trump’s election campaign and even White House computer servers, former Democrat congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard accused the former secretary of state of stoking the Cold War with Russia, while undermining US democracy.

Former Democratic Rep. Tulsi Gabbard raged against the “power elite” and “their co-conspirators in the mainstream media and the security state” as she delivered a keynote address at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Orlando on Friday night.

As long as we are committed to this foundation of freedom enshrined in our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, we can work together through all the differences that we may have, to overcome the obstacles and challenges we face. @CPAC Watch full speech -> https://t.co/vpfh9BvkgZ pic.twitter.com/ERgrpBLxXa
— Tulsi Gabbard ? (@TulsiGabbard) February 26, 2022

The Hawaiian US Army Iraq War veteran, who sought the Democrat presidential nomination in 2020 before endorsing Joe Biden in March that year, slammed what she dubbed the “Biden-Clinton-neocon-neolib foreign policy,” saying that in an ideal world “our leaders would haul James Clapper”, Former Director of National Intelligence under Barack Obama, “before a judge to answer for his lies to Congress about how the government is collecting information… And they would support the Durham investigation and Clinton corruption in 2016… .”

Special Counsel John Durham has been investigating the legality of the FBI probe into the allegations of Donald Trump’s collusion with Russia, which turned out to be unsubstantiated. While Trump earlier denounced the FBI’s RussiaGate probe, officially known as “Crossfire Hurricane”, as the “crime of the century”, Moscow has repeatedly denied attempting to meddle in US domestic affairs during the 2016 election.

Gabbard, at this point in her Friday speech, was referring to the discovery by John Durham that Hillary Clinton paid cyber-security experts to hack into Trump’s election campaign, White House computer servers, to help establish a “narrative” to back her false claim that the Republican ex-president “colluded” with Russia to defeat her in the 2016 election.

The American politician, who is of both Samoan and European descent, ripped Democrats and Republicans in Congress for ostensibly talking “a good game about civil liberties, but voting on the side of the “power elite” when it came to such things as scrapping “secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) courts… stopping “three letter agencies like the NSA, FBI and CIA from illegally spying on Americans.”

“The latest strategy and tactic that they’re using is to try to undermine our free speech by taking it upon themselves to say they’ve got the responsibility to protect us from so called misinformation,” emphasised the former Hawaii congresswoman observed.

Furthermore, Gabbard said that rather than enter into a debate with those who criticise it, the current administration opts to instigate a “cancel culture” for detractors.

“I’m sure you’ve all heard them before. I have. Like today… Russian asset. White supremacist. Bigot. Racist. Extremist. Traitor,” she continued, pointing to the wording of a DHS.gov bulletin issued earlier in February, entitled: “Summary of Terrorism Threat to the U.S. Homeland.”

According to her, one is thrown into the crosshairs as an “enemy of the state” if one even questions the president, his administration on his policies.

Gabbard, who had quit her vice-chair post at the National Democratic Committee in 2016 to publicly support self-identifying democratic socialist Bernie Sanders’ run for the party’s presidential nomination, against Hillary Clinton, joked that once her speaking slot was announced “the blue checkmarks started lining up.”

“Hillary was right… Get her out of here,” she continued.

In 2019, Hillary Clinton suggested the Russians were “grooming” a Democrat in the presidential primary to run as a third-party candidate in a comment that appeared to be directed at Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard.

“She’s the favourite of the Russians,” Clinton had stated, speaking on a podcast with former Obama adviser David Plouffe. While there had been five women running for President at the time: Gabbard, California Sen. Kamala Harris, Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar and author Marianne Williamson, Clinton’s team had previously pointed to allegations that Russian news and propaganda sites often reported on Gabbard’s campaign.

Gabbard, who always denied those allegations, responded on Twitter at the time, writing to sarcastically thank Hillary Clinton, the “queen of warmongers, embodiment of corruption, and personification of the rot that has sickened the Democratic Party.”

Great! Thank you @HillaryClinton. You, the queen of warmongers, embodiment of corruption, and personification of the rot that has sickened the Democratic Party for so long, have finally come out from behind the curtain. From the day I announced my candidacy, there has been a …

Tulsi Gabbard attacked what she slammed as tribalism in the country, warning it was dangerous and “emblematic of an erosion of a spiritual foundation in this country.”

Gabbard concluded her remarks on an upbeat note, saying that the future path “will be lit by the fire of freedom that burns brightly in the hearts of Americans in every community.”

Connecting the dots between Russiagate and Hillary

russiagate clinton

Let’s connect the dots between John Durham, Russiagate, the FBI, and Hillary Clinton. They strongly suggest the Clinton campaign ran a sophisticated, multi-prong coordinated intelligence operation against Trump with either the active or tacit support of the FBI.

In the case of prong one, the dossier, the Clinton campaign hired MI6 intelligence officer Christopher Steele. The hiring was through its law firm, Perkins Coie, which hired Fusion GPS, which hired Steele to hide the funding source. The use of the law firm as a cutout allowed Hillary to deny that she’d funded the dossier, and the media to claim for a year or more that it was actually the Republicans themselves who paid for it. This also set up the distracting he said/she said cover that Clinton would use throughout the operation.

Once they had hired Steele, the Clinton campaign itself fed lies to Steele. Steele used credibility to hide the non-credibility of his pushed sources. They were taken seriously only because Steele was taken seriously, albeit only because he was paid by Clinton to do so. You could not achieve much putting a thug like Igor Danchenko on CNN. This is known as embellishing your sources.

Here are some of Steele’s sources and connections. See if they connect any dots: one of Steele’s key sources is Igor Danchenko, now indicted by Durham. Steele was introduced to Danchenko by Fiona Hill. Hill would go on to play a key role driving the Ukraine-related impeachment of Donald Trump.

When Danchenko did not make up stuff himself, he was spoon-fed lies by Charles Dolan, a long-time Clinton hack (it was Fiona Hill who introduced Dolan to Danchenko). Dolan had close ties not only to the Clintons but to the Russians as well; he did PR work for the Russian government and was registered as a foreign agent for Russia.

Dolan also fed bogus info to Olga Galkina, another Russian who fed info to Danchenko for inclusion in the dossier. Galkina expected Dolan to get her a job in the Hillary administration.

Steele then took his dossier down two tracks. He used his role as a former FBI informant to push the info deep into the Bureau to help trigger the Crossfire Hurricane investigation which would ultimately feed the Mueller Report. When cracks in Steele’s dossier appeared early on, they were taken care of.

For example, one of the Trump staffers Steele accused of being a Russian agent, Carter Page, was actually a CIA agent. Yet when the FBI sought a FISA warrant, the Bureau deleted his association with CIA from the application. Special Counsel Robert Durham prosecuted the man who did that, Kevin Clinesmith, who was found guilty, albeit years after the warrant was issued.

Steele was worth his weight in gold to Clinton: he got the FBI to launch a full-spectrum investigation that included eavesdropping, use of a honey pot dangle, and foreign agents, all of which led to three years of Mueller.

Steele’s second track was the media. Steele set himself up as a source to compliant press outlets about the dossier without revealing to them that he was the author of the dossier. This information loop made it appear that a second entity was confirming the contents of the dossier, when in fact it was Steele surreptitiously confirming himself.

It’s an old spy trick, becoming your own corroborating source. In intelligence work, for the receiver of information, this is known as cross-contamination, an amateur error the FBI seemed okay with. The scam also generated cover for all the politicians and intelligence operatives. They could go to their bosses and say the New York Times had found a source that confirms what they’d been hearing from Steele.

Every element of the dossier job is present in prong two of the broader operation, Clinton’s electronic spying on Trump. As with the dossier, it begins with the statement that Trump is connected to Russia and the job is to create something plausible enough to “confirm” that connection. A cutout was again used to fund things, in this case Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann and again the firm Perkins Coie.

Sussmann, with the lure of a big job in the Hillary administration, recruited Rodney Jaffe, a tech guy whose company Neustar obtained a contract with the Obama administration to provide DNS servers to the White House. That got the whole op inside the Executive Office. Joffe also had connections deep into the DNS research community, and used them to gain access to DNS data from Trump Tower and other properties (see what you can do with DNS data).

Though the DNS data results were no more credible than the dossier, Sussmann follows Steele’s playbook. Sussmann first takes his story, as an anonymous source, to the New York Times in late August 2016. He then goes to the FBI and CIA on September 16, 2016, misrepresents himself as not working for the Clinton campaign (he is currently under Durham indictment for that) and pitches them the same story that Trump and the Russian Alfa Bank have set up some sort of backdoor communications. Sussmann later adds another unproven tale, that Russian smartphones were connecting regularly with the White House.

The Alfa story then made the press in October 2016 when Slate wrote that an anonymous “benevolent posse of computer scientists spurred by a sense of shared idealism” had discovered data showing secret communications between Trump and Alfa. Even after the FBI had largely abandoned the investigation as fruitless, in October 2018, the New Yorker revived it, attributing the story to anonymous “self-appointed guardians of the Internet.”

The source for the latter article was Joffe, who did not disclose that he was working with Sussmann, who was working with Fusion GPS, who was working for Clinton. That no Alfa connection was ever found is irrelevant; the story that Trump was running with the Russians was headlines for months. Despite knowing it was not true as the ultimate source of the false info, Hillary herself pushed it.

There will be more. But what is clear even at this point is that the Clinton campaign used textbook modern espionage techniques to build a wholly false narrative about Trump and the Russians. It deployed this campaign against Trump the candidate and still got beaten. Clinton then kept it alive, in part with the FBI and Crossfire Hurricane as a proxy, even after Trump took office. Was that simple vengeance? Or part of some even more elaborate campaign to somehow end with Hillary in the Oval Office?

We also know the FBI was likely either in on the conspiracy or at best a willful idiot alongside it. Signs that the dossier was garbage appeared early, and even the slightest investigative efforts by the FBI would have revealed how weak Steele’s sources and methods were, and that Steele was being paid by Clinton. Indeed, when the FBI found one crack, that Carter Page was an American CIA agent, they simply covered it up.

The same with Sussmann and his DNS data. It would have been obvious that White House DNS data could have only come from inside the White House, yet there are no signs the FBI questioned how Sussmann, supposedly a private citizen, came to possess it. And was the FBI really unable to determine that Sussmann was paid by Clinton? It is chilling to remember that FBI agents and illicit lovers Peter Strzok and Lisa Page exchanged texts: “Page: ‘Trump’s not ever going to become president, right?’ Strzok: ‘No. No he’s not. We’ll stop it.’”

“The fact pattern that John Durham is methodically establishing shows what James Comey and Andrew McCabe likely knew from day one, that the Steele dossier was politically-driven nonsense created at the behest of the Clinton campaign,” said Kevin Brock, the FBI’s former intelligence chief. “And yet they knowingly ran with its false information.”

We may now know why Robert Mueller walked so close to the edge of indictment and backed off. If his indictments failed under court scrutiny, the conspiracy would have been exposed. Beyond Clinton and Trump, Mueller was protecting someone in his beloved FBI. This goes deep.

The Russiagate Hoax Goes Deeper Than We Thought

by Peter Van Buren | Apr 18, 2022

Link: https://libertarianinstitute.org/articles/the-russiagate-hoax-goes-deeper-than-we-thought/

The latest filing by Special Counsel John Durham, investigating Russiagate and the Hillary Clinton campaign, suggests the rabbit hole goes a bit deeper than we thought. One hates to sound like Rachel Maddow, but it is just that much more likely the walls are closing in.

Durham filed a new, 34-page motion on April 15, 2022, in answer to defendant Michael Sussman’s request to dismiss the case against him. Durham accused Sussman of lying to the FBI about his working for the Clinton Campaign while he was trying to sell the Bureau on an investigation into Trump’s ties to Russia, focusing on alleged Internet pings between a Trump server and the Russian Alfa Bank. Sussman’s claims also included a number of pings against Trump Tower WiFi and later White House WiFi by a Russian-made Yota cell phone.

Sussman’s motion basically called Durham case garbage, which pressed Durham to explain to the court why the case needed to proceed, hence the new motion. The court subsequently ruled against Sussman and the full trial will commence May 15.

As he has done in the past, Durham used the required motion as a chance to tip over a few cards he is holding. It looks like aces.

Durham previously established CIA knew about what we’ll call “Russiagate” as of at least July 2016, and briefed President Obama on the same only five days before the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane full-spectrum investigation into Trump/Russia began. The new filing adds the next chapter. Sussman met with unknown persons at CIA to tell them a Russian Yota cell phone seemed to be following Trump around, attempting to log into the WiFi network wherever he was. This included Trump Tower and later the White House.

At January and February 2017 CIA meetings Sussman claimed the phone first “appeared” in April 2016 (about the time the DNC hack supposedly took place) and even “appeared with Trump in Michigan” when he was interviewing a future Cabinet secretary. Sussman went on to disingenuously claim to the CIA the Yota smartphone used is often gifted to Russian officials.

The problem was the information Sussman passed to the FBI was fake. Phony. Fabricated, much like the Dossier. CIA “concluded in early 2017 Russian Bank-1 data [Alfa] and Russian Phone Provider-1 [Yota] data was not “‘technically plausible,’ did not ‘withstand technical scrutiny,’ ‘contained gaps,’ ‘conflicted with [itself]’ and was ‘user created and not machine/tool generated.’” Reuters‘ own tech people also said they could not authenticate the data and passed on the story. While the CIA declined to open an investigation based on such data, the FBI did, leaving open additional questions on whether or not the FBI was technically unschooled, or in on the greater conspiracy.

This new information also begs the question of why Robert Mueller or DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz did not ask why the FBI was so easily fooled when their CIA cousins across the river (and some journalists) saw through the grift. The FBI were warned — on September 7, 2016 the CIA sent FBI Director James Comey and Peter Strzok a warning that Hillary Clinton approved a plan to tie Trump to Russia to distract from her email scandal. Then, only 12 days later, Sussman approached the FBI, who despite the heads-up, took the hook. Hillary Clinton tweeted “Computer scientists have apparently uncovered a covert server linking the Trump Organization to a Russian-based bank.”

This all should also raise questions about Michael Sussman and his role representing the Democratic National Committee and the DNC server hack. Careful research by retired NSA persons suggest the server was accessed from inside the U.S., not hacked from Russia as widely alleged. One hates to go down the conspiracy road, but is Julian Assange, whose Wikileaks released some of the DNC emails, imprisoned in part because he could prove his source for the hacked emails was not Russian, as he has claimed?

Who knows, right? Maybe Researcher-2 (identified elsewhere as David Dagon of Georgia Tech, whose research focus is Botnets.) Dagon previously bragged of using a “bag of tricks” to prove Trump-Russia collusion.) Durham granted Researcher-2 immunity to “uncover otherwise-unavailable facts underlying the opposition research project.”

Durham also granted immunity to someone at Fusion GPS, the front organization which moved money from the DNC/Clinton Campaign to both Dossier author Christopher Steele and Alfa/Yota pitchman Michael Sussman. The Fusion person is likely Laura Seago. Seago helped sell the fake Alfa data to Slate.

Earlier articles established the Alfa/Yota conspiracy mirrored the Dossier conspiracy in style, funding, and execution. This new information from Durham adds now as with the Dossier, the Alfa/Yota data was fake. The commonalities between the two as yet legally unlinked conspiracies strongly suggest a common backstage element.

We spoke with a former U.S. intelligence officer about what would be involved in managing an operation this size, Alfa, Yota, Dossier, liaison with the FBI, all the media planted bells and whistles, but just the admin side, not the actual spy work. She said it would be a very large job, likely bigger than many overseas stations would take on, something that would need its own working group in Washington. She said keeping the finances clean but covert alone would be a near full-time job.

So what does it all mean? Special Counsel Durham reveals a relentless effort by Democrats to sell the Russia collusion narrative across the U.S. government, to the point where in the absence of derogatory information they created it. The Democrats then enlisted (to date…) Christopher Steele and Michael Sussman to peddle the false information in hopes of stirring someone in the intelligence community to turn their vast resources on Trump and find actual dirt. The venture failed in the initial sense — Trump was elected and completed his term — but large numbers of Americans still believe Trump is allied with the Russians, a hangover likely to last into the next election.

Former DNI Ratcliffe: Russia Collusion Hoax A ‘Coordinated Effort’ By Hillary Clinton & Dem Cronies To ‘Defraud The Government’

"If multiple lawyers from a law firm are attempting to defraud the government...not just commit a campaign dirty trick, but to peddle a false narrative to mislead investigators, an entire law firm like Perkins Coie could be subject to indictment," he says.

The Russia collusion hoax against former President Donald Trump was a “conspiracy” coordinated by Hillary Clinton and her cronies to “defraud the federal government” and “mislead the American people,” according to former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe.

In an interview on “Sunday Morning Futures,” Ratcliffe explained that filings released by special counsel John Durham’s investigation are bringing to light how the Clinton Campaign laundered bogus information through U.S. intelligence agencies.

“This was a coordinated effort by Hillary Clinton Campaign officials, by executives who were working with them, lawyers who work for the campaign, all attempting to defraud the federal government,” Ratcliffe said.

Former DNI Ratcliffe: Trump-Russia Collusion

“Defrauding the government is a felony, making false statements to federal investigators is a felony. And when multiple people do it together I think that is a conspiracy and I think that’s what is being revealed in John Durham’s filings.”

“If multiple lawyers from a law firm are attempting to defraud the government or lie to the government, not just commit a campaign dirty trick but to peddle a false narrative to mislead investigators an entire law firm like Perkins Coie could be subject to indictment,” he added.

Ratcliffe also pointed out how the same intelligence officials who laundered the Russian collusion hoax to the media were also behind suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story.

“This was a coordinated effort to mislead the American people, politicizing intelligence that didn’t exist,” Ratcliffe said. “Adam Schiff claiming that this was Russian disinformation and then having it peddled by Big Tech and former national security officials who all signed on in the weeks leading up to 2020, influenced the outcome of the election and I think they were successful in doing so.”

Durham is seeking more access to Perkins Coie documents, such as emails to Fusion GPS, an effort the Clinton Campaign is working hard to prevent.

From CNN:

In sworn statements, top Clinton officials John Podesta, Robby Mook and Marc Elias maintain that work Fusion GPS did for the Clinton campaign could be considered part of legal work — and should be protected under attorney-client privilege.
Mook, Clinton’s presidential campaign manager in 2016, distanced himself from the hiring of Fusion. He said he enlisted Perkins Coie for legal work as well as advice on fact-finding and research but “was not aware during the campaign of any contractors that Perkins Coie engaged to assist it in providing legal services and legal advice.”
Durham’s latest court filing on Friday showed that the CIA concluded data from Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann alleging collusion between Trump and Russia was “not technically plausible” and was “user created.”

Former Attorney General Bill Barr Says Clinton Guilty Of ‘Sedition’

Former United States Attorney General Bill Barr has given a stark warning to former Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton over her “seditious” conspiracy against former President Donald Trump.
“I thought we were heading into a constitutional crisis. I think whatever you think of Trump, the fact is that the whole Russiagate thing was a grave injustice. It appears to be a dirty political trick that was used first to hobble him and then potentially to drive him from office,” he said on Glenn Beck’s Blaze TV podcast.
“I believe it is seditious,” he said, but he warned that those charges would be tough to prove in a court.
“It was a gross injustice, and it hurt the United States in many ways, including what we’re seeing in Ukraine these days. It distorted our foreign policy, and so forth,” the former attorney general said.

He said that he named Special Counsel John Durham to lead the case in private so it would stop President Joe Biden and Attorney general Merrick Garland from interfering with him.
“I was highly confident he would remain in office and they wouldn’t touch him,” he said.
“The Biden administration had no real interest in protecting either Hillary Clinton or Comey,” he argued.
“And at the end of the day, for them to lose the capital and appear to be covering something up that would then never get resolved, I didn’t think was in their interest,” he said.
“And I think institutionally that would’ve destroyed the new AG if he had tried that.

“If you don’t have the threat of a grand jury, no one will come in and talk to you. You’ll say, the usual thing is, ‘Please come in for a voluntary interview,” the former attorney general said.
“And people come in because they know if they don’t, they’re subpoenaed.
“But if there is no grand jury, they say, ‘No, I’m not coming in,’ and there’s nothing you can do,” he said.
“And people don’t understand that that state of affairs lasted until the month before the election,” he said of the pandemic that delayed the Durham probe.
“So his hands were very much tied as to how far he could push things and how much pressure he could bring on people through most of 2020,” he said.

Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia witch hunt has been heating up for months, with many wanting Hillary Clinton and her allies held accountable.
Former Attorney General Barr, who served under President Donald Trump, believes Durham has made progress in his investigation and that more damning information may come out soon.
Barr said that Durham has “dug very deep” into the origins of the FBI’s investigation into disproven claims that then-candidate Trump was colluding with Russia to interfere with the 2016 election and has uncovered “good information.”
“I think the question all along … has been that this was a campaign-dirty-trick to get the government to investigate allegations — scurrilous allegations — about Donald Trump and then leak that right before the election,” Barr said.
“And so that raises two questions: Was the Clinton campaign developing this false information and feeding it in for that purpose? And what was the FBI’s role on this?”

“It tells me that he [has] dug very deep and he has developed some good information and he thinks he can make a criminal case here,” Barr said.
The federal judge overseeing Durham’s case against former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann said on Thursday that he was “not inclined” to declare a mistrial.
Sussmann’s lawyers said they were considering moving for a mistrial in the first trial from Durham.
Last week, the judge gave Durham another victory in the trial.

Judge Cooper ruled that GPS Fusion, the research firm Clinton’s 2016 campaign hired to dig up dirt on Trump’s alleged ties to Russia, must turn over nearly two dozen emails to Durham’s team.
“Those emails – which are largely exchanges between Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman and Fusion GPS – are part of a batch that prosecutors subpoenaed last year. U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper blocked prosecutors from getting 16 of those emails but allowed Durham to obtain 22,” Fox News reported.
“Cooper ruled that the 16 emails in question were protected by attorney-client privilege and attorney-work-product while the remaining 22 were not. Still, the judge ruled that those emails will not be admissible in the impending trial of Sussman – who is charged with lying to the FBI during a September 2016 meeting – because of the untimeliness of Durham’s request,” the report added.
Durham indicted Sussmann — a prominent lawyer who worked for the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign — for allegedly lying to FBI lawyer James Baker during a 2016 meeting about who he was representing when he gave information about Donald Trump and Russia to the bureau.

Hillary-Lawyer Sussmann Acquitted Of Lying To FBI In ‘Russia Hoax’ Farce

Jury comprised of Clinton and AOC donors and associates of Sussmann lets him off the hook.

Michael Sussmann, a lawyer representing Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign, has been found not guilty of a single count of lying to the FBI when he said he was not working on behalf of any client when he alleged a covert communications channel between the Trump Organization and Russia’s Alfa Bank.

Sussmann sits back down. His face is impassive. Judge thanks jury and dismisses them. /12

Sussmann was charged under 18 U.S.C. 1001 with lying to the FBI during a meeting with then-FBI general counsel James Baker when he came forward with what he claimed was evidence of possible covert communications between the Trump organization and Alfa, a Russian bank. Sussmann allegedly concealed that he was representing the Clinton campaign, which he billed for his efforts.

The verdict comes after a two week trial led to more than a day of deliberations… by this jury:

TURLEY: “I mean, he is facing a jury that has three Clinton donors, an AOC donor, and a woman whose daughter is on the same sports team with Sussmann’s daughter. — Benny Johnson (@bennyjohnson) May 26, 2022

Baker, who now works for Twitter, said that he likely would not have have met with Michael Sussmann if he knew Sussmann was acting on behalf of the Clinton campaign.

I don’t think I would have,” Baker said on the stand in federal court in Washington, as noted by the Epoch Times.

Knowing Trump’s opponent was behind the allegations “would have raised very serious questions, certainly, about the credibility of the source” and the “veracity of the information,” Baker said. It would also have heightened “a substantial concern in my mind about whether we were going to be played.”

The testimony bolsters a key piece of special counsel John Durham’s case against Sussmann—that knowing the sources propelling Sussmann to meet with Baker would have altered how the FBI analyzed the information, which the bureau ultimately found did not substantiate the claims of a secret backchannel between the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank.

Absent Sussmann’s false statement, the FBI might have taken additional or more incremental steps before opening and/or closing an investigation,” prosecutors said in Sussmann’s indictment, which charged him with lying to the FBI.

Here’s why many thought Sussmann would be found guilty:

Why Sussman is guilty as charged.

The popular leftist narrative goes “who cares what Sussman told Baker? Everyone knew he was working for the Clinton campaign.” It’s flawed because it’s asking the wrong question.

The right question is “would Baker have passed on Sussman’s data to investigators had Sussman informed him he was there representing the Clinton campaign?” The answer is no. In fact Baker said he wouldn’t have even taken the meeting.

Baker testifies that knowing whether or not Sussmann had client was important to him to assess its reliability of information. He says he would not have taken the meeting if Sussmann said he was working on behalf of Clinton camp
— Andrew Goudsward (@AGoudsward) May 19, 2022

“Baker insisted he had a clear memory that, at the 2016 meeting, Sussmann claimed he was not bringing the allegations to the FBI on behalf of any client.
“I’m 100 percent confident that he said that in the meeting,” he said.

The key point overlooked by most: Sussman didn’t lie just to give himself cover. He lied so BAKER would have cover to hand the data over to Cyber Division. In fact the lie was necessary BECAUSE “everyone knew” Sussman was working for the Clinton campaign. Including Sussman.

Sussmann was found not guilty. Many of us viewed the evidence was overwhelming. Yet, the jury either believed he did not lie or that the lie was not material. https://t.co/A20o2GPhQi

And let the arguments begin:

We literally found out that Hillary Clinton OKed dissemination of disinformation meant to undermine trust in our presidential elections — which was spread widely by leftist media outlets (CNN being one of the worst offenders.) But sure, do your thing! https://t.co/MG3MZx8TaZ

WOW! Disgraced Former FBI Agent and Russia Collusion Hoaxer Peter Strzok’s FBI Termination Letter Released

2 MINUTE
READ

Link: http://www.hideoutnow.com/2022/10/wow-disgraced-former-fbi-agent-and.html

On Friday, the FBI released the termination letter of Peter Strzok, the disgraced former FBI agent who spearheaded the Russia Collusion investigation as well as the Clinton e-mail investigation. The Gateway Pundit reported on the ironic statement Strzok made regarding the Durham investigation, where he called it “not honorable.”
The irony comes full circle now that the termination letter has been released and the opinion of the FBI’s Deputy Director David Bowdich is public. In the two page letter, Bowdich does give Strzok credit in a roundabout way for his 21 years of service. But it’s all down hill from there:
“I considered the Douglas Factors drafted by the AD of the Counterintelligence Division, your role as one of the most senior counterintelligence agents in the FBI, and finally I considered the long term damage to the reputation of the FBI. While there is no doubt your 21 years of service to the organization cannot and should not be erased, it is difficult to fathom the repeated, sustained errors of judgement you made while serving as the lead agent in two of the most high profile investigations in the country.“
“…your sustained pattern of bad judgement in the use of an FBI device has called into question for many the decisions made during both the Clinton e-mail investigation and the initial state of the Russian Collusion investigation. In short, your repeated selfishness has called into question the credibility of the entire FBI.“
“As I considered all the known facts associated with the adjudication of your case it was difficult to imagine another incident like yours which brought so much discredit to the organizations. In my 23 years in the FBI, I have not seen a more impactful series of missteps which called into question the entire organization and more thoroughly damaged the reputation of the organization.” (This was 2018…wait until they do the Mar-a-Lago raid!)
“In your adjudication, I removed all the politics, pundits, commentary, and the media from reporting the decision point which I must address. When I strip away all the “noise”, I am left with the facts and extremely damaging impact to the organization, which will take years to overcome.”

Strzok is a partisan hack who was greatly responsible for the onslaught of investigations and slander in the media that President Trump had to navigate through during his first term. There is no doubt that he greatly impacted the opinion of the FBI in the minds of the American public after leading democrats on a “hopium” rollercoaster that President Trump did something wrong and would be indicted.
However, the FBI has self-imploded all on its own since his termination. Whether it was sending Brown Shirts after school board parents, or padding statistics to fuel the narrative of “domestic terrorism”, or entrapping citizens in a kidnapping plot and then refusing to disclose inter agency text messages, or the unprecedented raid on a US President’s home to seize declassified documents that may incriminate agents in the field office that conducted the raid, the American public’s trust in the FBI is plummeting.
Deputy Director Bowdich called out Strzok for discrediting the FBI and damaging their reputation irreversibly, and while he may have been “patient zero” for the Trump Derangement Syndrome infecting the FBI, the agency itself continues to swallow its own tail.
