TWO young holidaymakers became the victims of an indecent assault at Jackson's Corner, Ingoldmells.
At around 9.15pm on Wednesday August 12 the two girls aged 16 and 10 were approached by two Asian men on the beach between the Beachcomber and the Lookout Pubs.
The men engaged the girls in conversation and claimed to be students living in Lincolnshire or Leicestershire, the girls are not sure which.
The 16-year-old girl was indecently assaulted and one of the men tried to persuade the 10-year-old to go for a walk along the beach with him.
The girls went into the Beachcomber Pub to see their family and it is thought that the two offenders also visited the pub but left after a few m
inutes.
The offenders are described as:
1. Asian male, aged approx 26, 5'5" to 5'6" tall with short black hair, clean shaven. Wearing a light blue top , light blue jeans and sandals.
2. Asian male, aged approx 26, 5'3" tall with black hair, clean shaven with a silver hooped earring in his left ear. Wearing a white tee shirt, light blue denim jeans and green flip flops.
