The starving and hungry people of collapsing Sri Lanks have been rioting over the cost of food and lack of energy. As if things couldn’t get worse, the ruling class has taken to gunning down those who stand against being ruled.
People are starving and are without gas or electricity, and now they are rioting as a society completely collapses. To make matters worse, the military is gunning people down. This is a glimpse into the future here if the rulers of Western countries continue. Once they collapse it around us, we will be the ones starving while the government makes sure it can remain intact and functional. That means we’ll still get stolen from and be forced at the barrel of the fun to comply with whatever they say.
According to a report by StrangeSounds, troops fired in Visuvamadu, 365 kilometers (228 miles) north of Colombo, on Saturday night as their guard point was pelted with stones, army spokesman Nilantha Premaratne said. “A group of 20 to 30 people pelted stones and damaged an army truck,” Premaratne told the Associated FreePress.
Police said four civilians and three soldiers were wounded when the army opened fire for the first time to quell unrest linked to the worsening economic crisis.

Sri Lanka is suffering its worst economic crisis since “independence”, with the country unable to find dollars to import essentials, including food, fuel, and medicines. (Anyone who actually believes anyone other than the rulers are “independent” in Sri Lanka has a lot of cognitive dissonances to evaluate).
The nation’s population of 22 million has been enduring acute shortages and long queues for scarce supplies while President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has for months resisted calls to step down over mismanagement. Sri Lanka has deployed armed police and troops to guard fuel stations. The rulers will put their armed thugs in front of the fuel, keeping it for themselves while the slaves can only beg. And people wonder why the world is reaching a tipping point.
A motorist was shot dead by police in April in the central town of Rambukkana when a clash erupted over the distribution of rationed petrol and diesel. Police have said that clashes involving motorists have erupted at three locations over the weekend. At least six constables were wounded in one clash while seven motorists were arrested.
Four out of five people in Sri Lanka have started skipping meals as they cannot afford to eat, the United Nations has said, warning of a looming “dire humanitarian crisis” with millions in need of aid.
This will not be limited to Sri Lanka, it is only just beginning there. People in Belgium are being starved right now.

The rulers have been broadcasting that this is what they intend to do to the world.

Millions of Yemenis to go hungry as UN forced to slash food aid

UN’s World Food Programme says it will have to ration the food aid it sends to Yemen as a result of a lack of funding.

The World Food Programme (WFP) has announced further dramatic cuts to food aid in Yemen, leaving millions of Yemenis already suffering through war unable to get enough food.
The WFP said on Sunday that it was forced into the rationing as a result of not receiving enough funding, global economic conditions and the continued knock-on effects of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The WFP provides food aid to 13 million people in Yemen, but the new cuts mean it will only be able to provide five million of them with 50 percent of their daily food requirements, with the remaining eight million only getting 25 percent.
Caught between a protracted war and economic collapse, at least 17.4 million people – more than half of Yemen’s population – are in need of food assistance.
“Critical funding gaps, global inflation and the knock-on effects of the war in #Ukraine have forced @WFP in #Yemen to make some extremely tough decisions about the support we provide to our beneficiaries,” the organisation said on Twitter.
The WFP, which is the food-assistance branch of the United Nations (UN) added that “resilience and livelihood activities, and school feeding and nutrition programs” would be cut for four million people, leaving it available for only 1.8 million people.
Nearly eight years of fighting between Saudi-backed government forces and Houthi rebels in Yemen has created what the UN has called the world’s worst humanitarian crisis.
Earlier cuts to WFP food aid were announced at the end of 2021 due to a lack of funds, as the UN was only able to raise a quarter of the $2bn it said it needed for Yemen this year from international donors.
Some 19 million people in Yemen are projected to be in need of food assistance in 2022, an increase from the current 17.4 million. Of these, 7.3 million people will be facing emergency levels of hunger.
According to the UN children’s fund (UNICEF), about 2.3 million children under the age of five currently suffer from acute malnutrition in Yemen, with 400,000 expected to suffer from life-threatening severe malnutrition in the coming months.

Disruption to global wheat supplies due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine and a wheat export ban by India risk deepening Yemen’s hunger crisis and pushing up food prices, which had already doubled in just two years in some parts of the country.
Houthi rebels took control of the capital of Sanaa in 2014 causing the government to flee and prompting a Saudi Arabia-led coalition to intervene militarily in 2015 in support of the government.
Yemen’s economy has collapsed amid a Saudi-led coalition blockade of its main ports, which is limiting access to food and fuel, as well as non-essential commodities entering the country.
Parties to the conflict, including the Houthis and the Yemeni government, have also restricted the transfer of fuel and goods across the country.
The planning minister in the Saudi-backed government warned on Friday that Yemen’s wheat stockpile could be depleted by mid-July and urged European Union states to help secure new markets to replace Ukrainian and Russian wheat.

Fake meat grown in labs might make investors rich, but it’s a nightmare for human health

Fake meat grown in labs might make investors rich, but it’s a nightmare for human health

The inputs used to make cell-cultured “meat,” which can hardly be called meat at all, are so unknown in terms of their effects on the human body that it truly is a crime against humanity for the stuff to be gradually making its way into the food supply.
Currently, fake meat is only available to consumers in Singapore. But there are effects to get it into the meat cases in North America and elsewhere in the not-too-distant future, which worries Michael Hansen, a senior staff scientist at Consumer Reports.
Differing from the fake meat offered by companies like Impossible Foods, lab-cultured meat involves the use of bio-engineered proteins to artificially induce undifferentiated animal stem cells into differentiating into muscle tissue.
“This is done in bio-reactor vats similar to those used to make beer,” explained Martha Rosenberg, writing for the Defender.
It is a promising industry for wealthy fat cats like Bill Gates and Sir Richard Branson, who stand to become even more obscenely wealthy than they already are from lucrative investments. But it is a nightmare for human health as nobody knows what lab-cultured meat really does to the body.
In order to make lab-cultured meat, Hansen said, recombinants or manipulated DNA segments must be inserted into the biopsied flesh of animals. And the end product has never actually been tested for nutritional content, as academics have never received a single sample for testing.
“This implies problems behind the scenes,” Hansen said. “I doubt this technology will work.”
Brighteon.TV

There won’t be anything left that’s natural once these demons get finished tampering with the entire food supply

The only reason to even make fake meat like this is so one smaller group of people can get rich or richer off the backs of the “useless eaters,” whom the “elite” consider to be non-deserving of real meat.
While the rest of us gobble down crickets and mealworms at best – and lab-cultured meat at worst – the upper crust will be fine-dining on real steaks taken from real animals the way nature intended.
The way they are officially branding it, though, is to claim that lab-cultured meat is “great for the environment” and will help to stop “global warming” and “climate change.”
Just like genetically modified organisms (GMOs), lab-cultured meat is also a proprietary thing that is owned and patented by private corporations rather than available to the general public like real plant seeds and real animals.
At least 70 different companies are trying to get into the lab-cultured meat businesses at this very moment. And many more, if they see enough dollar-sign potential, are likely to pile in as well.
The really disturbing part of all this is the ease with which these companies will likely be able to get their products to market, seeing as how the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is a fully compromised “captured” agency.
Chances are that once lab-cultured meat is ready for the big time, the FDA will quickly usher it to market under its “Generally Recognized As Safe” (GRAS) program. This was according to Tom Neltner, the chemicals policy director at the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF).
“Under the program,” explained Rosenberg, “a company simply tells the FDA its product is safe, based on the company’s own documentation, and bypasses the public comment process.”
Neltner would prefer to see such products have to be approved using a “food additive petition,” which includes a “right to challenge.” But time will tell how the FDA handles this emerging industry.
“Wouldn’t touch this fake crap with a ten-foot pole,” wrote a commenter at the Defender. “Poison just like the jabs. No thanks we pass on both.”

Dutch Government to Ban All Farming

by Chris Black

The crazies in the Dutch government plan to cut nitrogen emissions by 50% – 95% by 2030, which basically means farming will be banned.
78% of the Earth’s atmosphere is Nitrogen gas.
The world is facing a serious food supply situation and when I see things like this, I tend to believe they are trying to kill off a portion of the global population.
I can’t explain it any other way.
Even purely incompetent individuals would make a decision that helps citizens once in a while, purely by chance.
Everything that they have done has been detrimental.

Needless to say, the farmers are not happy.

Sri Lanka collapsing fast as government suspends fuel sales, while asking Russia for assistance

(Natural News) The broke, increasingly cash-strapped government of Sri Lanka is continuing to collapse along with the rest of the country in what many economists see as a precursor for the rest of the world.
Last week, the government suspended all fuel sales with the exception of essential services like police, fire and public agencies in a desperate effort to deal with a massive fuel shortage. The decision has bought the government precious little time to send a couple of officials to Russia in order to try and negotiate a new fuel deal.
“From midnight today, no fuel will be sold except for essential services like the health sector, because we want to conserve the little reserves we have,” government spokesman Bandula Gunawardana noted in a pre-recorded statement, obtained by AFP News.
The Sri Lankan government announced only essential services would operate and be allowed access to fuel until July 10 because of the shortages.
“Sri Lanka has never faced such a severe economic crisis in its history,” Gunewardena added.
Naturally, fuel powers many elements of the Sri Lankan economy including agriculture, so the fuel suspension is only going to worsen an already bad situation.

The move comes less than a week after Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe said the debt-laden economy of the island nation has “completely collapsed.”
“We are now facing a far more serious situation beyond the mere shortages of fuel, gas, electricity, and food. Our economy has faced a complete collapse,” Wickremesinghe told the parliament on June 22. “It is no easy task to revive a country with a completely collapsed economy, especially one that is dangerously low on foreign reserves.”
“The country is also facing record-high inflation and lengthy power blackouts, all of which have contributed to months of protests — sometimes violent — calling on President Gotabaya Rajapaksa to step down,” AFP reported.
Brighteon.TV

The Sri Lankan government said that it had held talks with the International Monetary Fund and the countries of China, India and Japan in an attempt to establish new lines of credit. Also, negotiations are underway to purchase dramatically discounted Russian crude oil.
Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera said the two government officials arrived in Russia last week to continue talks about directly purchasing Russian fuel, according to The Associated Press.
“There is an advantage for us if we could buy oil directly from the Russian government or the Russian firms. There are talks going on,” Wijesekera told reporters a week ago.
Late last month, “Sri Lanka turned to Russia for cheap oil to purchase crude roughly $30 below the international spot price. The South Asian country said it received 90,000 tons of Russian crude but will need a lot more,” Zero Hedge reported.
But the country’s decision to buy Russian crude has raised concerns in the West since Sri Lanka has remained officially neutral following Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine. The country’s collapse was hastened by a stupendous decline in foreign exchange reserves, which fell more than 70 percent over the past two years, forcing the government to suspend repayments on foreign debt. Some 10 percent of the $51 billion in foreign-owned debt is owed to Beijing.
“The government’s mishandling of the country’s economy and suspension of fuel sales could exacerbate social unrest,” Zero Hedge added.
As fuel shortages began to grow in March, so, too, did the unrest.
Violent protests erupted over skyrocketing prices and shortages and, as citizens waited in long lines for the chance to fill up their cans, some lashed out at each other and fought over access to limited supplies.
Things will get much worse in Sri Lanka before they get better.

Great Reset: Government to Target Farmers with Carbon Emissions Cuts of Around 28 Per Cent

Ireland’s green agenda-loving government is set to impose an emissions cut of around 28 per cent on farmers, a report has claimed.
Farmers in Ireland may soon be forced to make potentially damaging changes to their businesses as climate alarmist ministers within Ireland’s government look set to cut the sector’s emissions by around 28 per cent.
Officials within the Irish government have been haggling over how badly to hammer the country’s farms with green legislation for some time, despite the visceral reactions of farmers in fellow EU member-state the Netherlands to the curbing of nitrogen emissions, due to the damage the EU-inspired restrictions will cause to their businesses.
According to a report by The Times, Ireland’s Minister for Agriculture, Charlie McConalogue, has already agreed to force a cut of either 27 or 28 per cent on the country’s farming sector, a move that will cause significant disruptions to local businesses.
However, the publication also claims that there is still significant pressure on McConalogue to implement a curb of 30 per cent, a measure the head of one of the country’s largest farming organisations has said would result in a massive cut in cattle numbers in the country.
“A target of 30 per cent would result in significantly reduced production, which could devastate the farming sector in Ireland,” Irish Farmers’ Association president Tim Cullinan previously said regarding such a move.
Even at the lower 28 per cent estimate, one of the Irish government’s own officials emphasised that it would not be business as usual, with such a measure requiring drastic changes in Irish farming.
“The targets assigned to each sector must be proportionate and reflective of the overall contribution,” Department of Agriculture chief inspector Bill Callanan reportedly told a parliamentary committee last week.
“Unlike in other sectors where technologies and/or lifestyle changes can be utilised, there are no silver-bullet solutions to reducing emissions from the agriculture and land use sector,” he went on to say.

Ireland’s massive push to see agriculture emissions cut by over a quarter comes as the Netherlands see roads and distribution centres blocked by farmers who claim that they are having their livelihoods obliterated by their country’s enforcement of EU green targets.
The Dutch government is pushing to cut nitrogen emissions in some areas by 95 per cent — a move that would result in as many as 30 per cent of the country’s livestock farms being forced to close.
Despite such a devastating impact, the government has pushed on with the enforcement, describing the closures as simply an “unavoidable transition” that is part and parcel of the EU’s reforms.
“For some reason, they aren’t coming after the airlines or other industries that actually are contributors to these emissions apart from the Dutch farmers,” political commentator Eva Vlaardingerbroek told Breitbart News during an interview with network editor-in-chief Alex Marlow.
“They are saying that the farmers need to give up 30 per cent of their land by 2030 and for a lot of these farmers that means they will go completely out of business depending on where they are in the country, and that land goes to the state, surprise, surprise,” she went on to say.
“Our farmers are being expropriated and the state is stealing their land… and oftentimes these are businesses that they have had in their families for centuries on end because the farming industry in the Netherlands is very strong,” she explained, while noting the links the country’s prime minister Mark Rutte has with the World Economic Forum (WEF).
