The General Michael Flynn case is at the heart of Barack Obama’s attempt to set up and destroy President Trump and have him removed from office.

The persecution of General Michael Flynn continues. The General knew too much and had to be set up and indicted. The Obama gang just cannot let him go.

The litany of evidence collected during the investigations led the Justice Department to request a dismissal Flynn’s case. Unfortunately, the request to dismiss the case was politicized by Judge Sullivan, who is overseeing Flynn’s case. He has been fighting the request and accusing Barr of intervening on behalf of Trump. Because of this, Sullivan appointed an amicus curiae, a friend of the court, to argue on his behalf as to why the case should not be dismissed until he reviews it further.

Powell fought back against Sullivan’s unusual actions but could not persuade the appellate court last week to order Sullivan to dismiss the case against Flynn based on the Justice Department’s motion to have his case dismissed.

In effect, Flynn and his family have faced an extraordinary ordeal over the past three years that has left the three-star general and war hero depleted of funds and emotionally strained.

The Flynn case is at the heart of Obama’s attempt to set up and destroy President Trump and have him removed from office. Flynn had to be stopped because he knew where the most alarming criminal acts of the Obama Administration likely occurred. Sidney Powell stated that Obama went after Flynn because he was going to audit Obama’s Intel Agencies where billions of off-balance sheet transactions were hidden and covered up.

The corrupt case devised by corrupt agents working with corrupt prosecutors was reviewed by DC outsiders and the DOJ decided to end the case. So corrupt DC judge Emmet Sullivan and the corrupt DC court brought in corrupt and outspoken Judge John Gleeson. Now no one really knows what the hell is going to happen.

Amicus Judge John Gleeson filed his brief reply today in the ongoing deep state persecution of General Michael Flynn.

Federal charges were dropped against General Michael Flynn on May 5, 2020 after internal memos were released raising serious questions about the nature of the investigation that led to Flynn’s late 2017 guilty plea of lying to the FBI. This came after the DOJ found that the interview of General Flynn in the White Hous was conducted without any legitimage investigative basis.

It was over four months ago now that ALL charges were dropped against General Flynn.

But Clinton-appointed Judge Emmet Sullivan made a dirty, political move to delay justice for General Mike Flynn. This far left DC judge refused to drop the case after all charges were dropped about General Flynn.
This is unheard of and proves the rule of law is broken in the country today.

Judge Sullivan extended the case by soliciting amicus briefs to allow for public comment on Flynn’s criminal case.

Judge Sullivan also appointed retired Clinton appointee judge John Gleeson to argue against the government’s motion to dismiss the charge against Flynn!

This move by Judge Sullivan came after the US Supreme Court ruled just one week earlier that rogue judges CANNOT do what Judge Sullivan just did!
The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 to prevent judges like Emmet Sullivan from becoming tyrants on the bench.

On Friday Judge Gleeson released his amicus brief. He believes charges were dropped against Flynn due to politics.

In fact, the exact opposite took place and Judge Gleeson is part of it!

Gleeson is also an ally of corrupt and unscrupulous Andrew Weissmann.

Gleeson was assisted in his argument today by David O’Neil the lawyer for Sally Yates.

This is such a travesty of justice!

Corrupt Judge Sullivan Redacts Yesterday’s Document Drop in Flynn Case – Now AG Barr Sending Big Hitter to Today’s Hearing ​

The documents dropped yesterday in the General Flynn case showing the General was set up and wrongfully targeted, prosecuted and indicted were redacted – by JUDGE SULLIVAN. AG Barr is now sending a top DOJ attorney to today’s hearing.

Some more documents were dropped by the Justice Department in the General Flynn case. The documents were more proof of the General’s innocence and the efforts by Obama’s Deep State FBI to target and wrongfully arrest and indict the hero General.

Overnight there was some additional analysis regarding yesterday’s document drop.

First of all we find out that the documents were heavily redacted but not by the DOJ – the documents were redacted by Judge Sullivan:

The portion of the notes that are unredacted show that the FBI was no longer looking at collusion. However, in public the entire message was regarding Trump – Russia collusion. The FBI was lying to the American public and knew there was no Russian collusion:

Next we see that the FBI was trying to remove General Flynn’s security clearance. They were doing anything they could to prevent President Trump from transitioning into power peacefully. By taking away Flynn’s security clearance, for no reason, they could hinder the incoming President:

The wholly corrupt judge in the General Flynn case, Judge Emmet Sullivan, has delayed Flynn’s right to a speedy trial and continues to abuse the General who the DOJ admitted a half a year ago was wrongfully prosecuted.

While General Flynn endures years of Deep State prosecutorial abuse based on no crimes and made up crimes and deep state lies, others like Hunter Biden are allowed to walk freely after taking millions from foreign entities in shady deals while Barack Obama was President.

American general and war hero, General Michael Flynn obtained attorneys from Covington to represent him in the filing of a FARA form in December of 2016, shortly after the 2016 election. A few months later, General Flynn’s life was turned upside down and he eventually hired Covington again, but this time to represent him on charges being leveled against him by the Mueller gang. Eventually, the Covington lawyers working for the General coerced him to sign a guilty plea on charges he did not believe he was guilty of. He agreed to the plea in part because the Mueller gang was threatening his son. The Mueller gang agreed with the Covington lawyers to not prosecute Flynn’s son on bogus charges if the General agreed to lying to the FBI. It was all a set up.

After millions in legal fees, and untold negative stories in the MSM, General Flynn obtained new lawyers and the government finally released Brady documents showing he committed no crimes. The documents showed he was set up and the courts were lied to.

When this occurred General Flynn released an explanation for his actions and provided an idea of what he had endured over the past few years in a tweet.

That was in April. After four years of prosecutorial abuse, lying attorneys and agents in the government, a grotesque lying media and numerous claims of his sedition, the government came to the realization that there was no case against Flynn. He had done nothing wrong. But when his attorneys and the government approached the judge to end the case, the corrupt Judge Sullivan declined.

In the most disgusting investigation, set up, prosecution and kangaroo court in US history, General Flynn and his family wait for his release from his bogus case from the courts. Now today, Corrupt Judge Sullivan from the corrupt DC court has decided to prolong justice again.

The Hill reports:

Judge Emmet Sullivan gave the Department of Justice (DOJ) until Monday to attest to the evidence, which includes handwritten notes from former FBI agent Peter Strzok. He also ordered the prosecutors to provide the dates and authors for each filing as well as a transcription for each handwritten document.

Strzok’s attorney, Aitan Goelman, flagged the alterations in a letter to Sullivan late last month, saying that the DOJ had added dates to the documents and that at least one of them was inaccurate.

The DOJ told the court earlier this month that investigators reviewing the case had mistakenly included the dates on the documents that were submitted.

Strzok’s comments have nothing to do with Flynn’s innocence. Strzok and others were behind the framing and set up of General Flynn and now Judge Sullivan is working with them in denying Flynn justice.

In the meantime, Hunter Biden and many others in and connected to the Obama Administration walk free. Although there were known crimes being committed by the Clinton Foundation, although Americans were spied on by the Obama Administration and raw data from the USA’s Intel Community were sent freely to outside organizations, nothing is done.

Judge tosses criminal charge against Flynn following Trump pardon ​

A federal judge has closed the four-year-old criminal case against former national security adviser Michael Flynn, acknowledging the pardon that President Donald Trump issued last week to the only Trump administration official charged in special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of alleged ties between the Trump campaign and Russia.

U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan — who’d been wrestling for months with a highly unusual request from Attorney General William Barr to drop the prosecution — said Tuesday that bid was rendered moot by Trump’s decision to grant Flynn a sweeping pardon for his alleged lies to the FBI and any other offenses he may have committed in connection with Mueller’s probe.

“The history of the Constitution, its structure, and the Supreme Court’s interpretation of the pardon power make clear that President Trump’s decision to pardon Mr. Flynn is a political decision, not a legal one,” Sullivan wrote in a 43-page opinion. “Because the law recognizes the President’s political power to pardon, the appropriate course is to dismiss this case as moot.

Although Sullivan ultimately ended the case, he lambasted the Justice Department for what he said was a highly questionable, if not indefensible, decision to drop the charges against Flynn. Sullivan also asserted that judges have the power to reject the dismissal of charges in a criminal case when the government’s actions are called into question.

Sullivan declared that the explanations Barr offered through his deputies for the decision to abandon the case were “dubious to say the least” and would arguably overcome the long-held “presumption of regularity” that government officials are generally afforded by the courts.

Sullivan said many of the rationales offered by the government “appear pretextual, particularly in view of the surrounding circumstances.”

“For example, Mr. Flynn was serving as an adviser to President Trump’s transition team during the events that gave rise to the conviction here, and, as this case has progressed, President Trump has not hidden the extent of his interest in this case,” Sullivan said.

Sullivan also noted that Flynn’s attorney, Sidney Powell, had acknowledged conferring with Trump about the status of the case in the weeks preceding a September hearing.

Flynn pleaded guilty in December 2017 to lying to the FBI about his pre-inauguration contacts with Russia’s U.S. ambassador, Sergey Kislyak. After initially cooperating with Mueller, Flynn came before Sullivan for sentencing in late 2018 at a hearing in which Sullivan excoriated the former national security adviser for his conduct. But Sullivan opted against sentencing Flynn immediately, instead giving him a chance to finish his cooperation with prosecutors.

Several months later, Flynn fired his legal team and hired Powell, a firebrand who has since become a key figure in Trump’s attempt to subvert the 2020 election results. With Powell as his attorney, Flynn accused prosecutors and the FBI of “egregious misconduct” and later moved to withdraw his guilty plea. That effort was aided earlier this year when Barr authorized DOJ to drop the case against Flynn, claiming that the initial January 2017 interview where he allegedly lied was not legally justified and that other evidence undermining Flynn’s guilt had just been unearthed.

But rather than quickly dismissing the case, Sullivan pushed back, appointing an outside adviser who urged him to reject DOJ’s motion as a thinly veiled effort to protect an ally of the president who was implicated in the same investigation that threatened Trump. Flynn’s lawyers asked a federal appeals court to step in and shut down the case, but that effort was ultimately unsuccessful.

Sullivan’s consideration of the government’s motion to dismiss the case it filed three years ago was still pending when Trump moved to pardon Flynn last month.

In his ruling Tuesday, Sullivan pointedly cited Supreme Court precedent declaring that accepting a pardon amounts to a “confession” of guilt. The judge also said it did not mean Flynn had committed no crime.

“The pardon ‘does not, standing alone, render [Mr. Flynn] innocent of the alleged violation,’” Sullivan added.

Sullivan noted questions some critics have raised about whether Trump’s pardon sought to rule out future charges against Flynn. While a president can block future charges for past conduct, the pardon power does not permit clemency for future actions.

But the judge said the intricacies of those issues would be left for another day, if they arise.

“The scope of the pardon is extraordinarily broad – it applies not only to the false statements offense to which Mr. Flynn twice pled guilty in this case, but also purports to apply to ‘any and all possible offenses’ that he might be charged with in the future in relation to this case and Special Counsel Mueller’s investigation,” the judge wrote. “However, the Court need only consider the pardon insofar as it applies to the offense to which Mr. Flynn twice pled guilty in this case.”
