A creep declared he could “touch anyone he wants” before he groped a woman on a Manhattan train this week, cops said.
The 24-year-old victim was riding a southbound B train at the 81st Street-Museum of Natural History station on the Upper West Side around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday when the perv approached her and claimed he could “touch anyone he wants,” authorities said.
He also snarled that he would “stab people in the eyes,” police said.
