RACISM BY THE BAY: California Democrats Are Handing Out Cash to Everyone—EXCEPT WHITE PEOPLE

The Constitution of the United States guarantees the basic rights of all U.S. citizens, including equal protection under the law. Many Democrats, however, do not believe our founding document should apply to white individuals.
San Francisco Bay Area Democrats are applying this noxious principle to guaranteed minimum income (aka basic income) programs. These initiatives, unlike traditional welfare programs, provide taxpayer dollars with absolutely no strings attached. Hypothetically, one could purchase drugs and booze without worrying about running afoul with the law.
The Washington Free Beacon on Tuesday revealed that three basic income programs in the Bay Area are barring white residents from participating. One of the initiatives is the Guaranteed Income for Transgender People program (GIFT), which TGP’s Cassandra Fairbanks covered in November.
From The Beacon:

“The initiatives include the Black Economic Equity Movement, which provides $500 a month exclusively to “Black young adults,” the Abundant Birth Project, which provides $1,000 a month to “Black and Pacific Islander mothers,” and the Guaranteed Income for Transgender People program, which will dole out $1,200 a month and “prioritize enrollment” of transgender “Black, Indigenous, or People of Color (BIPOC).”
“They are financed by the National Institutes of Health, the California Department of Social Services, and the city of San Francisco, respectively.”
“All three initiatives appear to violate the 14th Amendment, which bans states from discriminating based on race, said Dan Morenoff, the executive director of the American Civil Rights Project, as well as the California constitution and the Civil Rights Act of 1866, which ban racial discrimination in contracting.”
“In addition, the Black Economic Equity Movement appears to violate Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, which bans racial discrimination by the recipients of federal funds. The National Institutes of Health, whose “health equity” initiative funded the program, did not respond to a request for comment.”
Democrats in the San Francisco area are handing out free money to nonwhite individuals. At the same time, they are openly defying the United States Constitution by denying white people government handouts.
The new Democrat motto: we will care for you cradle to grave unless you have white skin.
This is far from the first time Democrats have attempted to utilize government to discriminate against white individuals, however. The so-called American Rescue Plan (which is largely responsible for the inflation crisis) contained a $4 billion loan forgiveness program exclusively for minority farmers to “address” previous racial wrongs in farming.
Advertisement - story continues below

The program, which was known as Section 1005, said the federal government must provide debt relief to “socially disadvantaged farmers.” This term refers to farmers who are Black, Hispanic, Asian, Pacific Islander, and Native American. Guess which ethnic group is missing?
Thankfully, white farmers sued the Biden Administration and forced a reversal of course. The Democrats reworked the loan relief package in the ironically named “Inflation Reduction Act” so it no longer mentioned race.
Another example of anti-white racism occurred when the State of New York prioritized non-white individuals for COVID treatments last December. The state claimed being non-white was a risk factor for COVID due to “long-standing systemic health and social inequities.”
During the days of Jim Crow, southern states denied basic human rights and services to black people. Thankfully, America rediscovered her moral clarity to eventually end this evil.

Leftists today are practicing their own form of Jim Crow against white people. Time for our nation to rise to the occasion once again.

Biden tapped big donor friend to get his niece Caroline an $85,000-a-year job while she was on probation for shoplifting - and she slammed it as minimum wage because she wouldn't accept anything below $180,000

President Biden helped his convict 31-year-old niece Caroline Biden land an interview for a job at Masimo Corporation, whose owner is one of his biggest donors, but she balked at the $85,000-a-year salary, records from Hunter Biden's laptop show.
Caroline, the daughter of Joe Biden's brother Jim and his wife Sara, in 2017 pled guilty to buying more than $100,000 worth of makeup on a stolen credit card.
She managed to get out of a grand larceny charge and the two-year prison sentence that carried, but was sentenced to two years' probation, which she wanted to serve in Los Angeles to be near her cousin Hunter Biden.
Hunter then applied for an apartment for her in Los Angeles under his own name - only messages and emails on the laptop revealing he wouldn't be the one living there, according to correspondence on Hunter's abandoned laptop first reported by the Free Beacon.

As a term of transferring her probation from New York City to Los Angeles, Caroline had to accept a job.
The property manager never accepted the application for the apartment, and Caroline never made it out to Los Angeles, as she bombed the interview for the job at Masimo, a medical technology company.
Records show Jim Biden had asked Hunter to convince his cousin Caroline to accept a job, after a lifetime of only holding cushy jobs she had secured through her family name, according to the Free Beacon.
Emails show the job she was interviewing for in July 2018 at Masimo promised $85,000 per year plus a guaranteed 10 percent bonus plus stock options.
'That's below minimum wage in California after taxes,' Caroline wrote in an email to her father. 'I cannot take this job. I have never made this little money in my life.'
Caroline said she could not accept a job that would pay her 'less than $180,000.'
She then appeared to 'bomb' the interview, get passed up for the job, but was offered an internship at the company as a favor to her uncle Joe.
'I didn't get the job,' Caroline texted her cousin Hunter. 'I was given an intern job at 31 years old because of your dad asking him to give me something even though I bombed it.'
By July 28, Caroline texted Hunter that his father Joe was 'done' with her.
'Your dad told me he was done with me yesterday,' she said, adding her dad wouldn't let her go out to California to see Hunter without a place to stay.
After taking over the presidency Biden put the founder of Masimo, Joe Kiani, on the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology.
Kiani's company has received almost $3 million in federal government contracts since Biden took office.
In 2017 the Masimo Foundation donated at least $1 million to the Biden foundation and Kiani and his wife donated $500,000 to the Biden foundation personally.
Kiani bundled more than $1 million in campaign donations, gave $750,000 of his own money to a pro-Biden super PAC and his foundation gave another $1 million to Biden's inaugural committee.

Text exchanges between Hunter and Caroline reveal how they knew themselves to be the 'two crazies' of the Biden family.
'Your dad thinks you're a good influence which you are,' Caroline wrote to Hunter, then in the throes of drug addiction. 'The majority of my family thinks I'm nuts and untalktoable,' she wrote in another message.
In other messages, she complained 'our family's sick' and said she had 'no relationship with my nuclear family.' She insisted she had to do 'everything on my f***ing own.'
Caroline's father Jim also reached out to Hunter for help with his daughter. 'I need help with Caroline, she is off the rails,' he told Hunter in a July 13, 2018 text message.
After the job and apartment fell through, Caroline texted her cousin: 'I'm a LOSER. THERE IS NO PLAN.'
'Please stop Caroline you promised you wouldn't do exactly what youre [sic] doing. So stop take your f***ing meds stop going tisane [sic] at 2Am and live [sic] everyone aloe [sic] until you get back here to torture me. And dont stress about the job s***head. The National Archives on Friday released 74 pages of emails showing an Archives lawyer coordinating with President Joe Biden’s attorneys to secretly retrieve classified materials from the Penn Biden Center before the 2022 midterm elections.
According to House oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY), the Archives was previously instructed by either the White House or the Department of Justice (DOJ) to hide initial revelations of the Biden classified document scandal from the American people.
In addition, the establishment media reported at least three times that Biden and the DOJ agreed to hide the scandal from public view with likely no plans to disclose it until the scandal was leaked to CBS News on January 9, weeks after the initial trove was found by Biden’s personal lawyers November 2.
The emails released Friday due to a Freedom of Information Act request filed by Bloomberg, show the Archives secretly coordinating with and accommodating Biden’s personal attorneys to retrieve classified records. The emails also show questions were raised about whether classified materials were also stored in Boston and Philadelphia.
The initial reason or cause for the search at the Penn Biden Center by Biden’s attorneys remains unknown.
The emails indicate Biden’s personal attorneys and Archives lawyer Gary Stern had a “conversation” as early as November 4 about the classified scandal.
On November 7, one day before the midterm elections, Stern emailed Biden’s personal lawyers Bob Bauer and Pat Moore to arrange a time to secretly collect materials in a “US Gov van” from the Penn Biden Center in Washington, DC.
“Bob/Pat, following our conversation on Friday, we would like to make arrangements for our staff to come back to the DC PennBiden Center space to assess the remaining boxes and take custody of whichever ones we deem appropriate for further review,” Stern wrote Bauer and Moore.
A second email from November 7 shows more accommodation from the Archives. Stern asked Biden’s lawyers if personnel from the Archives could return to the Penn Biden Center “to assess the remaining boxes and take custody of whichever ones we deem appropriate for further review.”
Bauer said the Archives could return and pick up more documents the next day, and noted that he was “also currently checking to determine whether there are any similar materials in the Pennsylvania Penn-Biden space, and we will report back to you today.”
Stern also told Moore to ensure the boxes of materials were kept in a secure location. “Please ensure that the boxes in your office in Boston remain secure in a locked space and are not accessed by anyone,” he said in relation to the Boston location.
The emails come after the Archives failed to provide information about the document scandal to Comer before the January 24 deadline. Comer called the missed deadline “very disappointing.”
Comer has also said the Archives was previously instructed by either the White House or the DOJ to hide initial revelations of the Biden classified document scandal from the American people.
“There are only two people that could have given those orders, and that’s either the Department of Justice with [Attorney General] Merrick Garland or the White House with Joe Biden,” Comer told Fox News.
“I don’t think we would know about these documents had it not been for investigative reporting, so we want to know why the administration wasn’t transparent sooner,” Comer said.

The FBI’s reputation problems have accelerated with the arrest on corruption charges of Charles McGonigal, the former chief of counterintelligence for the FBI’s New York field office, one of the most powerful spy-hunters in the country — who also happened to be connected to Hunter Biden.
In twin indictments last month, McGonigal was charged with taking secret cash payments from a former Albanian intelligence officer, holding secret meetings with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, and attempting to remove top Kremlin oligarch Oleg Deripaska from a US sanctions list.
The Albanians cited by prosecutors tie this scandal to Hunter Biden and the Chinese energy company CEFC that paid him and uncle Jim Biden millions of dollars in a deal which Joe Biden was slated to join after his vice presidency ended.
According to prosecutors, McGonigal received $225,000 in cash in the fall of 2017 while he was the FBI’s counterintelligence chief in New York, from an Albanian former intelligence official, identified in the Albanian and European media as Agron Neza.

In turn, Neza introduced McGonigal to another well-connected Albanian, Dorian Ducka, who was an adviser to Rama and also worked for CEFC.
A photograph published last month in Albanian media sourced from China Daily in May 2017 shows Ducka standing with CEFC chairman Ye Jianming, who famously gave Hunter a 3.16-carat diamond estimated to be worth $80,000 in February 2017.
Ye also put Hunter on a $1 million legal retainer in mid-2017, which ultimately was paid to assist CEFC colleague Patrick Ho after his arrest.

Hunter Biden finally admits infamous laptop is his as he pleads for criminal probe

Someone with the same unusual first name as Ducka appears in Hunter’s abandoned laptop in an email discussion about CEFC between Hunter and associates James Gilliar and Rob Walker.
“Dorian was a real help early on so we should consider how we include him,” Gilliar wrote in the May 13, 2017, email.
“No way we don’t do it,” replies Hunter, “and if majority says no I’ll take it out of my salary.”
This was uncharacteristic generosity from Hunter, who at the time was crying poor to his business partners and demanding a larger cut of the profits.
“Hunter wouldn’t give up a penny,” says a source, who believes that the “Dorian” mentioned could be Ducka, as Gilliar had been doing business for CEFC in Albania. “So Hunter saying he would pay [Dorian] is a demonstration of strong ties.”
Why were the Albanians paying McGonigal?
According to Belind Kellici, the Opposition Democratic Party candidate for May’s mayoral election in Tirana, Albania, McGonigal opened FBI investigations into political opponents of Albanian Socialist Party PM Rama, probes used to declare them personae non gratae, unable to do business or open a bank account in the US.

McGonigal ‘blacklist’

About a dozen opposition politicians or business people supporting the opposition party were added to the McGonigal “blacklist.”
That included former opposition leader Sali Berisha, who was slapped with persona non grata status and forbidden to travel to the US by Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
Last weekend, the McGonigal scandal played a starring role in an anti-government protest in Albania in front of the main government building calling for the PM’s resignation for alleged corruption because of his meetings with McGonigal.
Placards with the former FBI agent’s name were ubiquitous.

Hunter’s connections with the FBI also were a topic of discussion among his business partners. One source recalls being told about a conversation that occurred sometime between July and September 2017, in which Hunter was asked by Chairman Ye of CEFC if he could discover through his FBI or DOJ contacts if Ye or Ho were targets of an FBI probe.
Hunter then reported back to Ye that the two were in the clear and were not being investigated.
Soon after, in November, Ho arrived back in the US and was arrested by FBI agents at JFK Airport.
“Chairman Ye was livid” that Hunter’s intelligence was wrong, recalls the source.

John Paul Mac Isaac says Hunter Biden broke the law with false ‘stolen’ claims

“He specifically asked Hunter to look into whether Patrick Ho or he was a target. [Hunter] goes back to Chairman Ye and says no. Ho then flies into the US and is detained at JFK.
People went apes–t … Whoever Hunter talked to at the FBI lied to him and said Ye and Ho were not targets.”
We know Hunter had at least one mole in the FBI because New York lawyer Edward Kim, to whom Hunter offloaded the legal work to assist Ho after his arrest, asked Hunter in an email if he could lean on his FBI contacts.
“If you’re able to find the names of the FBI agents you spoke with, that would be helpful,” Kim wrote to Hunter on Nov. 18, 2017, in response to Hunter’s request that his firm act for Ho.
At that time, McGonigal was in charge of the FBI ‘s Counterintelligence Division in the New York field office that conducted the arrest.
A tenuous link also exists between Hunter and McGonigal in their personal lives, as their names appear together as recipients of 29 lacrosse-match emails referring to their then-teenage daughters from a posh DC school attended by Hunter’s children, at the time when McGonigal was working at the FBI Washington field office. There is no evidence they met at that time.
McGonigal left the bureau in September 2018 after a former mistress reportedly spilled the beans to his boss about bags of cash lying around his Brooklyn apartment.

But, ironically, he was one of the well-connected experts tapped by the Atlantic Council before the 2020 election to warn about Russian interference on behalf of President Donald Trump.
At the time he allegedly was taking money from Deripaska.
McGonigal, a protégé of former FBI chief James Comey, also was involved in the bogus FBI investigation into Trump-Russia collusion, as section chief of the Cyber-Counterintelligence Coordination Section at the FBI DC field office. He reportedly was instrumental in opening the original Crossfire Hurricane probe.

After he moved to New York one month before the 2016 election, McGonigal also reportedly was involved in the fraudulent surveillance warrants on Trump campaign aide Carter Page.
While both GOP and Dem lawmakers are trying to spin the McGonigal scandal in their own political favor, there is nothing FBI Director Chris Wray can do to restore the public’s faith in his tattered agency.

Hunter Biden was asked to use contacts in the FBI to help his Chinese business partner who was arrested for bribery and money laundering, emails reveal.
The news comes as a whistleblower claims Hunter used a top former or current FBI official code-named 'One Eye' to funnel secret bureau information to his Chinese business partners.
Patrick Ho – convicted of bribery and money laundering in 2018 – was secretary general of CEFC, the Chinese oil giant Hunter partnered with, and which sent the Biden family more than $5million.

But that didn't stop Hunter taking a $1million wire payment to represent Ho as his attorney before he was arrested in November 2017, or agreeing to speak to FBI agents to glean information on the case against his Chinese Communist Party-connected client.
On September 18, 2017, Ho retained Hunter with a $1million contract.
The agreement, obtained by DailyMail.com from Hunter's abandoned laptop, describes Ho as 'Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of China Energy Fund Committee' (CEFC) and says Hunter would provide 'Counsel to matters related to US law and advice pertaining to the hiring and legal analysis of any US Law Firm or Lawyer'.
Two months later, Ho was cuffed by FBI agents who intercepted him at JFK Airport in New York on November 18, 2017 on charges of bribing African government officials for CEFC.
Emails from Hunter's laptop show he hired lawyers at Krieger Kim & Lewin, a law firm specializing in cross-border criminal cases, to represent Ho alongside him.
The afternoon of the arrest, law partner Edward Kim wrote to Hunter: 'if you're able to find the names of the FBI agents you spoke with, that would be helpful.'
Hunter replied: 'Working on it.'
Hunter's apparent contact with the FBI over the case has taken on a new significance, following allegations that he was involved in a scheme to buy secret bureau information for his Chinese colleagues.

Luft, 56, came forward with the claims after he was arrested on gun running and illegal foreign lobbying charges in Cyprus, and is currently fighting the US authorities' attempt to extradite him.
He claims the charges are a trumped-up attempt to silence him over his alleged dirt on the Bidens.
The energy expert claimed that Hunter's 'One-Eye' contact was either a current or former FBI official, 'extremely well placed, who they paid lots of money to [provide] sealed law enforcement information.'
Luft claims that he was told this information by CEFC Chairman Ye Jianming.
He said Ye was tipped off by 'One-Eye' that prosecutors for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) were investigating the Chinese oil giant executives in late 2017.
Luft's story was recounted to the New York Post last week by the energy expert's lawyer Robert Henoch, who is currently in Israel fighting Luft's extradition to the US.
'One-Eye' told Ye about a sealed indictment naming 'an Asian, an African, and a Jewish guy,' Henoch told the Post.
Ye then fled to China, leaving behind his mother, wife, two children and their nanny at his $50million penthouse at 15 Central Park West.

Before he left the US, Ye hired Hunter as his lawyer, the First Son told the New Yorker in a 2019 interview.
Ye reportedly offered Hunter $1million to be his 'private counsel' – though the only $1million payment that appears on Hunter's accounts around that time is for his representation of Ho.
The CEFC deputy was described as 'the patsy' and 'the fall guy' by Henoch.
Ye told Ho that he would be safe returning to the US, despite confessing to Hunter in the summer of 2017 that he was worried about being under federal investigation, according to a July 2019 New Yorker interview with Hunter.
Ho was arrested as soon as he landed at JFK in November that year.
In February 2018, Ye was also arrested by Chinese authorities on unspecified corruption charges, and has not been seen since.
Stories on Ye's disappearance became one of the most censored on Chinese social media site WeChat in 2018, according to an analysis by the University of Hong Kong and free speech campaign group Global Voices.
Luft claims that he contacted the Justice Department about Hunter's alleged FBI mole, and was interviewed by federal investigators in Brussels for more than 18 hours on March 28 and 29, 2019, according to the Post.
About a month later, Joe Biden announced his presidential bid, and Luft claims he did not hear from the DoJ again – until his arrest in Cyprus last month over gun-running charges.
'I've been arrested in Cyprus on a politically motivated extradition request by the US,' Luft tweeted on February 18.

He ran a conference sponsored by CEFC's nonprofit arm from 2015 to 2018.
Hunter's high-ranking FBI veteran contacts have been previously exposed by DailyMail.com.
In 2021 we revealed that Hunter worked closely with former FBI director Louis Freeh, representing Romanian real estate tycoon Gabriel Popoviciu who was later found guilty of bribery.
Freeh also gave $100,000 to a private trust for Joe Biden's grandchildren, and wrote to Hunter in 2016 offering to set up a DC consultancy with the First Son and his then-Vice President father Joe.
In August 2016, Freeh emailed Hunter saying, 'I would like to talk with you and Dad about working together next year' once he was out of office as the vice president

In July that year, in an email marked 'confidential and privileged', Freeh wrote to Hunter that he 'would be delighted to do future work with you'

'I also spoke to Dad a few weeks ago and would like to explore with him some future work options,' Freeh said in a July 2016 email.
'I believe that working together on these (and other legal) matters would be of value, fun and rewarding.'
Freeh proposed representing overseas clients including the infamously corrupt former Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak, who was in the midst of a scandal over one of the world's biggest financial frauds at the time.
Hunter described the former FBI director as a 'close friend' in a May 2010 email.
There is no evidence Freeh is the alleged 'One-Eye' FBI mole.
Conservative nonprofit Marco Polo, which compiled a report on Hunter's Laptop after a two-year investigation, accused Hunter of illegal foreign lobbying over his representation of Ho.
The organization, run by former Trump White House staffer Garrett Ziegler, claims that Hunter's $1million payment and outreach to government such as FBI officials for his Chinese business partner, without informing the Department of Justice of his relationship with CEFC, constituted a violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
However, there are exemptions in FARA for attorneys representing foreign clients, which could have allowed Hunter to avoid the law's registration requirements.
