Killeen $250K bond set after shooting that sent man to local hospital​

Bonds total $250,000 for a suspect in a shooting on Nov. 29 in Killeen that sent a man to a local hospital.
Tyrone Hilton, 55, was arrested following a police chase after the shooting in the 1300 block of North 4th Street.
He’s charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and evading arrest.
The victim, whom an affidavit identifies as Benjamin Hubert, Jr., was shot in the chest during an argument.
He was flown to Scott & White Medical Center in Temple,

A witness to the shooting provide a description of the gunman and said the suspect fled in a red Chevrolet Impala, the affidavit says.

Officers dispatched to the area sported the car and tried to pull it over, but the driver, whom the affidavit identifies as Hilton, sped off with police in pursuit.
He was arrested after he stopped on 4th Street.
