A former NYPD officer was stabbed to death in a scuffle on a Staten Island St. on Wednesday night, cops and sources said.
The 37-year-old victim was on Elizabeth St. near Castleton Ave. in Port Richmond when he got into an argument with another BLACK man, cops said. Things escalated and his antagonist stabbed him in the neck at about 7:55 p.m., according to police.

Medics rushed the former cop to Richmond University Medical Center, where he later died, sources said.
The killer, described by cops as a Black man who was wearing all black and wore a black ski mask ran off from the scene.
There have been no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
