The last 7 Public Health England / UK Health Security Agency ‘Vaccine Surveillance’ report figures on Covid-19 cases show that double vaccinated 40-79 year-olds have now lost lost 50% of their immune system capability and are consistently losing a further 5% every week (between 3.9% and 8.8%).​

Projections therefore suggest that 40-79 year-olds will have zero Covid / Viral defence at best, or a form of vaccine mediated acquired immunodeficiency syndrome at worst, by Christmas and all double vaccinated people over 30 will have completely lost that part of their immune system which deals with Covid-19 within the next 13 weeks.​

Weekly Decline in Double Vaccinated Immune System Performance compared to Unvaccinated People​

Vaccine effectiveness is measured using Pfizer’s vaccine effectiveness formula –

(Unvaccinated case rate – Vaccinated case rate / the Larger of Unvaxxed or Vaxxed case rate)

We are using the normalised absolute ratio of vaxxed to unvaxxed case numbers to determine vaccine efficiency just as Pfizer itself does.

A Vaccine effictiveness of +50% means that double vaccinated people are 50% more protected from Covid than unvaccinated people. It means that the Delta case rate in the vaccinated is half the Delta case rate in the unvaccinated.

A Vaccine effectiveness of -50% means that unvaccinated people are 50% more protected from Covid than double vaccinated people. It means that the Delta case rate in the vaccinated is double the Delta case rate in the unvaccinated.

A Vaccine effectiveness of 0% means that doubly vaccinated people are 0% more protected from Covid than unvaccinated people. It means that the Delta case rate in the vaxxed equals the Delta case rate in the unvaxxed. It means the vaccines have lost all their effectiveness.

Everybody over 30 will have lost 100% of their entire immune capability (certainly for Covid and most likely for viruses and certain cancers – following the evidence from Cole Diagnostics in Idaho and Dr Nathan Thompson and Dr Ralph Baric) within 13 weeks.

Double vaccinated 30-49 year olds will have lost it by Christmas. These people will then have no immune defence to Covid at all. The question then becomes how much of the immune system is involved in defending against Covid? The worst case scenario is that they effectively have full blown acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and destroy the NHS.

Unless a cure is found quickly they may well die (as occurred at the start of the AIDS epidemic).

“There is the potential for ADE, but the bigger problem is probably Th2 immunopathology,” says Ralph Baric, an epidemiologist and expert in coronaviruses—named for the crown-shaped spike they use to enter human cells—at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

In previous studies of SARS, aged mice were found to have particularly high risks of life-threatening Th2 immunopathology in which a faulty T cell response triggers allergic inflammation, and poorly functional antibodies that form immune complexes, activating the complement system and potentially damaging the airways.”.

The underlined passage (which has been redacted from the online PNAS report – but is in many other online copies – https://principia-scientific.com/study-covid-19-vaccine-can-destroy-your-immune-system/) is critical as it relates to an immune deficiency in killer T cells.

Dr Baric should know because in 2002 on April 19, the University of North Carolina filed US patent 7279327 for an infectious replication defective coronavirus (to be used as a virus vector for an HIV vaccine), claiming priority from US28531801P. Inventors were: Kristopher M. Curtis, Boyd Yount, Ralph S. Baric

This was seen by Dr Ryan Cole who was trained at the Mayo Clinic and runs the largest Independent testing lab in Idaho – USA. Dr Cole has done over 100,000 pathology lab examinations from Covid patients. He identified what he is seeing as a form of AIDS (reverse HIV he called it – where you lose CD8 killer T cells rather than CD4 Helper T cells).

These immune system degradations could be caused by ADE (Antibody Dependent Enhancement – where the vaccine induced antibodies start working in reverse) and be specific to Covid, or could be more general and result in a form of vaccine mediated AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome). Baric suspects the latter above. The fact that the 3rd Jabs worked in Israel (for a short period of time before the 4th jabs were proposed) means that vaccine antibodies do still have a protective effect immediately after vaccination. So that rules out ADE.

The falling efficacy of the vaccines does not asymptotically approach zero (which would mean that vaccines merely lose effectiveness over time). It goes straight through zero and then goes dangerously negative (which means the vaccines become toxic to the immune system). Then it becomes increasingly negative in a linear manner week on week. If this continues then the vaccines will completely destroy the part of your immune system which deals with Covid by the end of January.

The vaccine booster shots have to be the same as the vaccines themselves, because it takes forever to do clinical trials and get approval for something different. So if you take a booster shot, these figures show that you are giving yourself an even faster progressive form of AIDS (after an initial few months of effectiveness). The risk benefit analysis for these vaccines has now become a risk detriment analysis for everyone over 30.

If the case numbers of the vaccinated simply converged and met up with the case numbers of the unvaccinated then the vaccine would have merely lost its effectiveness and the tables would all be green and the vaccine efficiency would be ZERO.

But that did not happen. The vaccinated case numbers are now twice the unvaccinated case numbers per 100k people, and the tables have all gone red.

That means the vaccine have not merely lost their efficiency. They have not merely stopped working. They are still very much working. But they are working against your immune system rather than for it. They are suppressing your immune response. They are damaging your immune system. They are causing it for become worse than if you had not taken the vaccine. They are toxic to your immune system. They are not merely ineffective. They are negatively effective.

The inescapable immunological conclusion from this data is that the case rate being higher in the vaccinated means that the immune system is lower in the vaccinated.

This suggests that the vaccines are damaging the immune response, which in turn suggests that the vaccines are damaging the immune system, therefore making the immune system deficient.

This suggests that the vaccines are giving people vaccine mediated immune deficiency, which therefore suggests the vaccines are giving people a form of AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome).

What is so remarkable is the speed and the consistency of the immunological degradation.

The Vaccine Efficacy % for double vaccinated column shows how much more or less resistant to Covid the double vaccinated are than the unvaccinated – see report

So if you are 40 years old and double vaccinated then your immune response is now degraded by 55.4%. This means that unvaccinated 40 year olds are 55.4% less likely to catch Covid than the doubly vaccinated. Whilst double vaccinated 40 year olds are 124% more likely to catch Covid than the unvaccinated.

You can look at it either way. It just depends whether your chosen parameter is the doubly vaccinated or the unvaccinated. But whichever one you choose, the outlook this winter for those who have been fully vaccinated with the experimental Covid-19 injections looks terrible.

BATTLEFORWORLD.COM | November 3, 2021: According to a published report, the much hyped up jabs from the United States developed by Pfizer and Moderna, are special fat nanoparticles containing a fragment of the COVID-19 RNA.

The British scientific journal The BMJ published on Wednesday (Nov 3) a report stating that the US-based multinational pharmaceutical corporation Pfizer, during clinical trials of their COVID-19 vaccine, violated scientific norms, including falsifying data, unblinded patients and covered up negative side effects.

The publication noted that “A regional director who was employed at the research organization Ventavia Research Group has told The BMJ that the company falsified data, unblinded patients, employed inadequately trained vaccinators, and was slow to follow up on adverse events reported in Pfizer’s pivotal phase III trial.”

The regional director of the Ventavia Research Group, Brook Jackson, who helped in the Pfizer trials, contacted The BMJ to start an investigation, after she reported massive clinical trial violations to Pfizer and was fired in September 2020.

Jackson gave The BMJ much evidence, consisting of dozens of internal company documents, photos, video and audio recordings, which convinced editors at the journal about her statements being true. During the investigation and the verifying of information, the British journal received further evidence which confirmed that the vaccine trials did not meet the standards declared by Pfizer.

The investigation highlighted inconsistencies to include Pfizer executive board being apprehensive about the audits launched by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory agencies. As a result, this led to the falsification of data, in addition where some of the information was being covered up.

It was revealed that the western COVID-19 jabs by Pfizer and Moderna, were special fat nanoparticles that contain a fragment of the COVID-19 RNA. The concoction enters the human cells and cause them to produce large amounts of the SARS-CoV-2 protein coat fragments, which leads to an immune response by the individual’s body.

After the vaccine started to be widely used among the population, some previously unknown (i.e. not reported) dangerous side effects started to appear, most of which were extremely rare, they say.

Fully-vaccinated people can pass on the Delta variant at home, including to other vaccinated people, says study. We need vaccines that are highly effective and are very very safe.

BATTLEFORWORLD.COM | October 31, 2021 (updated): In a new study published in The Lancet Infectious Diseases journal, researchers at the Imperial College London and the UK Health Security Agency (HSA) looked at over 600 people in Britain over the course of a year, and the study reveals that although COVID-19 vaccinations lower the chance of hospitalization and death in the case of infections, those inoculated can spread the Delta variant as easily as those who are not. – “Although vaccines remain highly effective at preventing severe disease and deaths from COVID-19, our findings suggest that vaccination is not sufficient to prevent transmission of the Delta variant in household settings with prolonged exposures,” the study disclosed. And that the vaccines are more effective at stopping the spread of other variants, such as Alpha, reducing spread of the infection by approximately 40 to 50%, according to the study.


The researchers also found out that “Fully vaccinated individuals with breakthrough infections have peak viral load similar to unvaccinated cases and can efficiently transmit infection in household settings, including to fully vaccinated contacts. Host–virus interactions early in infection may shape the entire viral trajectory.”

One of the co-researchers of the study and a professor of infectious diseases at the Imperial College London, maintains that vaccinations alone are not enough to protect from the Delta variant, and that the new data shows this fact.

“Our findings show that vaccination alone is not enough to prevent people from being infected with the Delta variant and spreading it in household settings,” Lavlani said.

Global COVID-19 situation likely to be under control in few months

In the Monday Twitter posting, Roberts argued that “the fact that Colin Powell died from a breakthrough COVID infection raises new concerns about how effective vaccines are long-term”.

Several users on Twitter immediately accused the Fox News anchor Roberts of misinformation and recalling Powell’s protracted fight with multiple myeloma, a cancer of the blood cells, something that most likely compromised his immune system. – But many of those attacking the anchor probably have not heard of “antibody dependent enhancement” (ADE) from vaccination increasing the severity of symptoms, causing an inflammatory response.

How can adults sit idly by, as pharmaceutical companies claim ownership over their children’s minds, bodies and future? Nearly two years have gone by since the first acts of medical tyranny were brought down upon the world, yet children are still being subjugated by oppressive school mask mandates, anti-social behavioral training and on-off paranoid “quarantines” that do not make any sense, whatsoever.
Now Pfizer and the rest of the Big Pharma cabal are doing exactly what they have planned all along. They are targeting the mentally abused, the physically restrained and the socially isolated schoolchildren, lumping them into age groups, then using them as guinea pigs in a global experiment gone tyrannically awry. Not only have these pharmaceutical companies converted regulatory agencies into their personal propaganda-pushing lackeys, but they have also indemnified themselves from judicial accountability, denying families any legal recourse when these experimental vaccines damage children.

Pfizer continues to deceive parents and abuse children​

Pfizer has yet to demonstrate that children are at risk to the infection they advertise. Instead, Pfizer makes children believe they are going to suffer and die if they do not take part in this never-ending, oppressive, undignified experiment. Children are being held down, their wills broken, their spirit crushed, just so Pfizer can promise them “superhero” status if they follow along and take their “vaccines.” Pfizer is now marketing directly to kids and telling them the vaccines make them more altruistic and give them “superpowers.”
There is no shred of science to support the false sense of altruism that Pfizer is manipulating children to accept. Pfizer has yet to show that their vaccines stop transmission of SARS-CoV-2. One Oxford study showed that vaccinated healthcare workers actually carry 251 times the viral load of unvaccinated people.
Even if a real vaccine was available — an efficacious and safe immunization — children are not at any severe risk to the advertised infection. Because of this, children do not need to fear the air they breathe or the people they meet.
Pfizer has yet to demonstrate that their “lifesaving” product strengthens human immunity. The evidence shows that these “vaccines” destroy the cytotoxic T-cell, T-helper-1 and T-helper-2 human immune response, weakening long term antibody responses and making immune systems more susceptible to severe infection.
Researchers at the Salk Institute have shown that the spike protein (now being replicated in human cells) damages the endothelial cells and causes acute cardiovascular issues, strokes, myocarditis, pericarditis and blood clots.

Pfizer disregards and censors children who were injured in clinical trials​

Pfizer is preying on the psychology of children, setting them up for lifelong dependence on government decrees and pharmaceutical interventions that do more harm than good. Parents who have lost the courage to speak up for their children are now going along with Pfizer’s false authority, believing that their freedom will return if they just follow the next Big Pharma mandate. Lacking courage, parents are setting their children up for a lifetime of depression, mental fragility, subservience to medical tyranny, and health complications. Pfizer is now mocking these parents and telling their abused and terrorized children that it is “courageous” to line up and take all the shots. This deception will lead many children to suffer, as various vaccine injuries, disabilities, strokes and immunosuppression becomes normalized.
Nothing is more sinister than the recent censorship of 13-year-old Maddie de Garay who volunteered for Pfizer’s experimental covid-19 vaccine trial that was targeted toward 12-15-year-olds. Comcast colluded with Pfizer to block the girl’s video testimony. Within twelve hours of the second Pfizer covid-19 vaccine, Maddie started to experience severe symptoms that included swollen limbs, severe abdominal pain, spasms, severe headache, nausea, fever, vomiting, blood in her urine and tachycardia. She did not get better over the months; in fact, she lost feeling below her waist and had to walk hunched over with her toes up, as pain and misery overtook her young body. Pfizer disregards the children harmed in their clinical trials and works to censor them at every turn, with power over Big Tech and the corporate media.

In July 2021, The Exposé exclusively revealed how data had been manipulated by scientists carrying out a real world study for the CDC to show that Covid-19 vaccines were safe for use during pregnancy.

The authors claimed that the number of people to suffer a spontaneous abortion (miscarriage) during the study was 104 out of 827 completed pregnancies, equating the risk of miscarriage at 12.6%; 7 – 12% lower than the risk of miscarriage in the general population.

However, our analysis proved that these numbers were extremely misleading due to the fact that of the 827 completed pregnancies, 700 / 86% of the women had received a dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna Covid-19 vaccine during the third trimester of pregnancy, meaning it was impossible for them to suffer a miscarriage due to the fact they can only occur prior to week 20 of a pregnancy.

This meant that just 127 women received either the Pfizer or Moderna Covid-19 vaccine during the first / second trimester, with 104 of the woman sadly losing their baby.

Therefore the rate of incidence of miscarriage was 82%, not 12.6% as presented in the findings of the study, and the authors of the study have since admitted that they made a mistake, issuing a correction six months too late, because the study has been used to justify Covid-19 vaccination of pregnant women and new mothers around the world.

But now two researchers from New Zealand have re-analysed the study and called for countries to halt the administration of Covid-19 vaccines to pregnant and breastfeeding women immediately due to extremely concerning findings.

The correction resolved some of the issues, but there are still more, according to Dr. Simon Thornley, a senior lecturer in the University of Auckland’s Section of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, and Dr. Aleisha Brock, another researcher in New Zealand.

According to Dr Thronley “The article’s conclusions haven’t changed substantially as we believe is warranted from our re-analysis of the association related to early exposure to the vaccine in pregnancy, which indicates a substantially increased risk from background.”

Thornley and Brock re-analysed the data and calculated the incidence of miscarriages in the first trimester was actually 82 percent (as concluded previously by The Exposé) to 91 percent in a paper (see here) published in Science, Public Health Policy, and the Law.

Of the 827 pregnancies reported through the V-Safe registry, operated by the CDC, 712 resulted in a live birth. Nearly all of them were among women who were vaccinated in the third trimester. Of the other pregnancies, 104 resulted in miscarriage. Most of those occurred before 13 weeks of gestation.

Using data from the study and several estimates, the New Zealand researchers calculated that spontaneous abortions occurred in 81.9 percent to 91.2 percent of the women who were vaccinated before 20 weeks of gestation.

Thornley and Brock conclude in their analysis that they ‘question the conclusions of the Shimabukuro et al. study to support the use of the mRNA vaccine in early pregnancy, which has now been hastily incorporated into many international guidelines for vaccine use, including in New Zealand.’

‘The assumption that exposure in the third trimester cohort is representative of the effect of exposure throughout pregnancy is questionable and ignores past experience with drugs such as thalidomide. Evidence of safety of the product when used in the first and second trimesters cannot be established until these cohorts have been followed to at least the perinatal period or long-term safety determined for any of the babies born to mothers inoculated during pregnancy,” they added.

Pfizer, it was noted, says on its vaccine’s label that the available data on the vaccine “administered to pregnant women are insufficient to inform vaccine-associated risks in pregnancy.”

The CDC researchers concluded their findings didn’t show any obvious safety signals among pregnant women who received the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines. They said their findings did not necessarily represent the position of the CDC, but the agency links to the study on its website and used it to promote vaccination in pregnant women.

Dr Brock and Dr Thornley strongly disagree and state that considering the evidence presented in their analysis, that they suggest the ‘immediate withdrawal of mRNA vaccine use in pregnancy (Category X)[41] and those breastfeeding, alongside the withdrawal of mRNA vaccines to children or those of child-bearing age in the general population, until more convincing data relating to the safety and long-term impacts on fertility, pregnancy and reproduction are established in these groups.’

As per the latest MHRA Yellow Card data which includes reports of adverse reactions to the Covid-19 vaccines (estimated between 1 – 10% of adverse reactions are actually reported) submitted up to October 28th 2021, a total of 623 women have reported suffering a miscarriage as an adverse reaction to a Covid-19 injection.

This includes 369 reports made against the Pfizer mRNA injection.

Ivermectin Has ‘Antiviral Effect’ Against Omicron And All Other ‘Mutant Strains’ Of Covid-19​

A Japanese pharmaceutical company, Kowa Co, said on Monday that the drug ivermectin has an “antiviral effect” against Omicron and other Covid-19 variants.

The finding was made with Tokyo’s Kitasato University on a joint non-clinical research project, which has been testing the drug as a potential treatment for the disease, according to Reuters.


Kowa says that ivermectin showed the “same antiviral effect” on all “mutant strains,” including Alpha, Delta and Omicron. The company also noted that ivermectin suppresses invasion of the virus and inhibits its replication.

“[Ivermectin] is expected to be applied as a therapeutic drug (tablet) for all new coronavirus infectious diseases,” reads the report.

Of note, Reuters changed their original headline from “effective” against Omicron to having an “antiviral effect,” and corrected a statement that the finding occurred during “Phase III clinical trials.”

Ivermectin is at the heart of an ongoing ‘medical misinformation’ campaign surrounding podcaster Joe Rogan and several expert guests who have advocated for the use of the anti-parasitic drug as an early treatment option for Covid-19 patients. Rogan himself used ivermectin as part of a cocktail of treatments when he contracted Covid-19.

Controversy over free speech erupted last week after singers Neil Young and Joni Mitchell demanded that Spotify remove their music catalog unless Rogan was silenced.

Rogan responded to the drama on in a Monday Instagram video, in which he said he only seeks to have conversations on his podcast with people who have “differing opinions,” and that he isn’t “trying to promote misinformation.”

He noted that he’s booked experts from all sides, including CNN‘s chief medical correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Dr. Michael Osterholm, who is a member of President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 advisory board, and Dr. Peter Hotez from Baylor College of Medicine.

Rogan also pointed out that many previously-verboten Covid claims have turned out to be true.

According to ivmmeta.com, Ivermectin showed an average 64% improvement as an early treatment, a 39% improvement as a late treatment and an 83% improvement as a prophylaxis, across 77 studies.

Ivermectin has been used by the World Health Organization for over 30 years to treat parasitic infections. Volunteers have distributed the drug in African countries where it has been found to be extremely effective, said the Kowa report.

However, the treatment has been mired in controversy during recent times as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved the use of ivermectin as a treatment for COVID-19, even though the drug is used in humans to treat a variety of conditions.

The FDA has refused to respond to a Freedom of Information Act request (FOIA) asking for details about any reports of side effects related to the use of ivermectin in treating COVID-19 while publicly denouncing its usage.

The federal government pays hospitals across the country to treat COVID-19 patients, but the payment is tied to approved methods, and ivermectin is not part of the protocol.

However, families desperate to save their loved ones are resorting to secretly sneaking the drug into hospitals as a last-ditch effort that often ends up helping the infected person recover.

All or part of 22 countries around the globe have approved the use of ivermectin in the treatment of COVID-19, based on multiple studies. Japan has not yet approved ivermectin for the treatment of COVID-19.

A bill has been presented to make New Hampshire the first state in the country to make ivermectin part of the approved COVID-19 treatments and offer it as an over-the-counter medication.

B.C. admits that half of “COVID hospitalizations” aren’t because of COVID​

Despite continuing reports of record COVID-19 cases and hospital numbers, British Columbia data now shows that half the province’s COVID hospitalizations since Dec. 1 were not people admitted because of COVID, but people who incidentally tested positive for the virus after being admitted for other reasons.

“So, it’s not COVID that’s driving them into hospital,” provincial health officer Bonnie Henry said at a briefing on Tuesday.

Data released Tuesday by the B.C. Centre for Disease Control shows that during December and January, more than 40% of patients who tested positive for COVID-19 – including 60% of Omicron cases – came to hospital for other reasons than COVID, and had “no or mild respiratory symptoms or other symptoms of COVID-19.”

The data gives much-needed context to reports of record-breaking COVID numbers in B.C., including more than 1,000 hospitalizations reported this week. It also shows that from Dec. 1 onward, patients testing positive for Omicron grew to 16-to-one over the Delta variant.

The release of this data also makes good on Henry’s promise in January to get a better picture of reasons for hospitalizations, admitting the existing numbers were “an overestimation of the burden that Omicron is causing.”

Henry had admitted on Jan. 7 that at the time, B.C. was counting everyone in the hospital with a COVID positive test as a hospitalization.

“We’re trying to tease apart people who are in hospital from COVID, people who are in hospital with COVID, and people who are in hospital because COVID exacerbated one of the underlying conditions,” she had said. “It’s not easy to do that, except by going and looking at every individual chart.”

The data released Tuesday also shows that Omicron infection was much less severe than with prior variants, including its effects on residents of long-term care homes.

“The odds of being hospitalized with Omicron are much less,” Henry added.

Despite this data’s revelations and the specific context it provides for the highly infectious Omicron wave, legacy media outlets continued on Wednesday to report active cases and hospitalization numbers without proportional breakdowns.

It was also reported that 73.7% of COVID-19 patients in hospital had received either one or two COVID shots, compared to 26.3% who were unvaccinated.

B.C. officials also confirmed that about 40% of COVID-19 deaths recorded in January involved seniors in care, with most others involving older people with underlying illness, a “high proportion” of whom weren’t vaccinated, according to Henry.

Amidst record-breaking COVID cases and hospitalizations, the government also reported that 89.9% of eligible B.C. residents aged five or older had received at least one COVID shot, and 84% had received two.

This compared to 49.7% of adults who had opted for their third shots.

Doctor Who Discovered Omicron Variant Says She Was Pressured to Not Reveal it Was Mild​

The South African doctor who first discovered the Omicron variant says she was pressured by European governments to not reveal that it was mild.

Angelique Coetzee let slip the bombshell revelation during an interview with Germany’s Welt.

“I was told not to state publicly that it was a mild illness. I have been asked to refrain from making such statements and to say that it is a serious illness. I declined,” she said.

Coetzee explained how under the World Health Organization’s own definition, the strain perfectly fitted the bill for a mild variant.

“The definition of mild Covid-19 disease is clear, and it is a WHO definition: patients can be treated at home and oxygen or hospitalization is not required,” she said, adding: “A serious illness is one in which we see acute pulmonary respiratory infections: people need oxygen, maybe even artificial respiration. We saw that with Delta – but not with Omicron. So I said to people, “I can’t say it like that because it’s not what we’re seeing.””

The doctor was asked why health authorities tried to prevent her from telling the truth, to which she responded, “They tried, but they didn’t make it.”

“What I said at one point – because I was just tired of it – was: In South Africa this is a mild illness, but in Europe it is a very serious one. That’s what your politicians wanted to hear,” she added.


Coetzee specifically identifies scientists in the Netherlands and the UK who questioned her judgment by asking, “How can you explain that it’s a mild disease? It’s a serious illness. Look at the mutations.”

This is interesting given that SAGE government advisors in the UK got it so spectacularly wrong, claiming that Omicron would cause as many as 6,000 deaths a day if harsher restrictions weren’t imposed.

Official death data for January in the UK shows actual deaths to be around 93% lower than SAGE’s grossly inaccurate forecast.

For weeks Coetzee tried to reassure the world that the strain was mild, did not cause a significant leap in deaths, and could actually end up being a good thing by providing natural immunity.

The doctor was largely ignored, with European governments imposing harsher lockdown restrictions across the board and exploiting fears to push for mandatory vaccine laws.

All of this needs to be part of a criminal investigation, given the utter devastation caused by lockdown policies.

Doctors Sue FDA, Allege Crusade Against Ivermectin ‘Unlawfully Interfered’ With Their Ability to Treat Patients​

Three physicians are suing the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for launching what they allege is a “crusade” against ivermectin as a treatment for COVID-19 that “unlawfully interfered” with the doctors’ ability to practice medicine.
In a lawsuit filed June 2, Drs. Robert L. Apter, Mary Talley Bowden and Paul E. Marik argued the FDA acted outside of its authority by directing the public, including health professionals and patients, to not use ivermectin — even though the drug is fully approved by the FDA for human use.
The suit, filed in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas, Galveston Division, also names the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra and Robert Califf, acting FDA commissioner.
According to the complaint:
“The FDA generally cannot ban particular uses of human drugs once they are otherwise approved and admitted to the market, even if such use differs from the labeling — commonly referred to as ‘off-label’ use.
“The FDA also can not advise whether a patient should take an approved drug for a particular purpose. Those decisions fall within the scope of the doctor-patient relationship.
“Attempts by the FDA to influence or intervene in the doctor-patient relationship amount to interference with the practice of medicine, the regulation of which is — and always has been — reserved to states.”
The plaintiffs said their lawsuit isn’t about whether ivermectin is an effective treatment for COVID-19. It’s about who determines the appropriate treatment for each unique patient and whether the FDA can interfere with that process.
In their complaint, they site an FDA publication, “Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19,” and tweets from the FDA — including one implying that ivermectin is intended only for animals — among examples of the FDA discouraging the use of ivermectin.

The plaintiffs also argued if the FDA is allowed to interfere with the practice of medicine now, using the pandemic as a cover, “this interference will metastasize to other circumstances, destroying the carefully constructed statutory wall between federal and state regulatory powers, and between the FDA and the professional judgment of health professionals.”
“This lawsuit, brought by three eminently qualified physicians, is a welcome development,” said Mary Holland, Children’s Health Defense president and general counsel.
Holland told The Defender:
“These doctors rightfully assert that the FDA, assisted by corporate media, have unlawfully interfered in the doctor-patient relationship and the appropriate treatment for individual patients. Regulating the doctor-patient relationship is an area of well-established state, not federal, law.
“I hope these plaintiffs will enjoin the FDA from continuing to restrict access to ivermectin and from penalizing healthcare practitioners who use this licensed drug for their patients.”

Apter, who is licensed to practice medicine in Arizona and Washington and has a COVID-19 patient survival rate of more than 99.98%, was referred to the Washington Medical Commission and Arizona Medical Board for disciplinary proceedings for prescribing ivermectin to treat COVID-19.
In a press release, Apter said, “If doctors are freed to treat patients according to their best judgment and unprejudiced evaluation of the medical literature, many thousands more deaths and serious disabilities will be averted.”
Apter said the FDA’s pronouncements against the use of ivermectin “have been the basis for disciplinary actions against doctors, interfere with the doctor-patient relationship, and have had a severe chilling effect on the use of life-saving medication for a deadly disease.”
In the lawsuit, Apter argued that government pressure, “largely through the FDA,” also led pharmacies — especially in large corporate chains — to refuse to fill ivermectin prescriptions for COVID-19, because that position is supported by the FDA.
Bowden, who according to the lawsuit has 40 years of experience in emergency medicine, began recommending ivermectin to treat COVID-19 in early 2020. She treated more than 3,900 patients for COVID-19, with a success rate of over 99.97%.
She said the FDA’s actions regarding ivermectin, specifically its directives to stop using the drug to treat COVID-19, harmed Bowden’s ability to practice medicine and treat patients.
Bowden’s employer, Houston Methodist Hospital, last year forced her to resign by suspending her privileges for spreading “COVID misinformation.”

Bowden said she is “fighting back — the public needs to understand what the FDA has done is illegal, and I hope this suit will prevent them from continuing to interfere in the doctor-patient relationship.”

In an interview earlier this year with The Defender, Bowden said she was all for the COVID vaccines when they first came out — it was only when she started seeing what was happening with all the breakthrough cases that she wondered, “Why am I seeing so many COVID cases among the fully vaccinated?”

Then her patients began having adverse reactions. “If I hadn’t seen that firsthand, I would still think the vaccine was the way to go,” she said.

As the pandemic evolved, Bowden developed protocols for preventing and treating COVID patients. She said she’s seen excellent results.

“The basis of it is ivermectin,” she said. “And also vitamins C and D, quercetin and zinc, and black seed oil. It’s nothing complicated — and it’s just like with anything in medicine — not one size fits all — protocols are guidelines.”

The controversy over prescribing ivermectin was initially “intimidating and isolating,” she said. “I thought I was a little bitty island in a huge ocean, and now I realize that I’m part of at least half a continent.”

Marik, author of more than 750 publications, was professor of medicine and chief of pulmonary and critical care medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) in Norfolk, Virginia, from 2009 through 2021. He also served as a director of the intensive care unit at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

He developed a protocol for EVMS for treating COVID-19, called the EVMS COVID-19 Management Protocol, which included the MATH+ Protocol.

However, according to the lawsuit, Marik was forced to resign from his positions at EVMS and Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for promoting the use of ivermectin — “as well as other safe, cheap, and effective off-label FDA-approved drugs” — to treat COVID-19 following the FDA’s attempts to stop use of those drugs for that purpose.

Marik alleged in the lawsuit that refusing to allow patients to receive effective early treatment for COVID-19 “led to innumerable hospitalizations and deaths, and caused extreme distress for patients, their families, and health professionals.”

Boyden, Gray & Associates, a Washington, DC-based law firm, is representing the plaintiffs.

Ivermectin was developed in the 1970s as a veterinary medicine to treat parasitic diseases in livestock, but a decade or so later was hailed as a “wonder drug” and received approval for human use as a therapeutic against diseases such as river blindness — or onchocerciasis — and lymphatic filariasis, according to Newsmax.

Since 1987, it has been used safely in 3.7 billion doses worldwide. William Campbell and Satoshi Omura won the 2015 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for their research on the drug.

Studies show ivermectin is associated with lower COVID-19 death rates, but the FDA — with help from mainstream media — continues to state the drug is ineffective for treating COVID.
