A man accused of sexually assaulting three women in a Manhattan park in September was indicted for the spate of attacks on Tuesday, prosecutors said.
Kenneth Miller, 32, was hit with a slew of charges for the trio of assaults on the Hudson River Greenway in upper Manhattan that happened on separate days within a 10-day span, the Manhattan District Attorney’s office said.
Miller allegedly first struck in the park on Sept. 14, by cornering a jogger with his moped, claiming he had a gun and demanding her cash, prosecutors said. When she refused, he allegedly groped her repeatedly and snatched iPod.
Four days later, Miller allegedly groped another runner after riding up behind her on a similar vehicle.

On Sept. 24, he allegedly grabbed a jogger by the hair and pulled a knife on her in the park, authorities said. He then allegedly dragged her to a stairwell in the park, smashed her head against a “hard surface,” blindfolded her and repeatedly sexually abused her, prosecutors said.
“New Yorkers deserve to use our city’s many trails and parks without fear,” said District Attorney Alvin Bragg in a statement. He also encouraged other victims to come forward.
Miller was detained after his arrest.
