Police arrest 24 suspects of identity theft; 21 suspects on the run

MIAMI (WSVN) -- Police have in custody 24 suspects after being accused of identity theft Friday afternoon.

According to police, the group of 46, suspected of being in the identity theft ring, allegedly burglarized several homes and stole peoples' personal information and used it to cash counterfeit checks.

The group made off with at lea
st $100,000. 24 suspects have been arrested, but police need the public's help in identifying 21 other suspects that are on the run.
