A 14-year-old has been arrested in connection with a sexual battery that occurred in South Florida last week.

Hollywood, FL - A 14-year-old has been arrested in connection with a sexual battery that occurred in South Florida last week.
The teen, identified by police as Terry Berger Smith, was arrested by detectives and SWAT team members who served an arrest warrant at his Hollywood home on Monday.
Police say the attack occurred around 3:50 a.m. Friday as the victim was walking to her job.
According to the victim, the teen approached her, attacked her, then raped her.
Smith was wearing a sweatshirt, shorts and a blue mask at the time the attack occurred.
No other details regarding the attack have been released.
Police confirmed they’re investigating another case involving the same suspect and a different victim from May of this year.
It’s unclear whether Smith will be charged as an adult.
On Tuesday, Smith appeared in juvenile court and was ordered to be held in detention for at least 21 days until his next hearing.
