PITTSBURGH (AP) -- A 10-year-old who randomly fired a pistol from his bedroom window and killed a postal worker last summer will not be charged, officials said Thursday.
The boy's mother, who owned the gun, was charged with illegal possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, District Attorney Stephen Zappala said.
